Beca and the realtor waited outside the house. Chloe was running late, but Beca knew she was on her way, it was California after, and she was most likely just stuck in traffic. The Realtor's name was a stern-looking woman named Mrs. Crowley, who was wearing a finely pressed navy blue business suit, gold-rimmed glasses, and had her neat black hair up in a very professional bun. She looked at her watch and started stomping her foot.

"I'm sorry she's probably stuck in traffic, but she'll be here any minute now."

"I hope so, I have a few more couples that want to see this house." Mrs. Crowley said annoyance was evident in her tone.

Beca sighed and looked at the house. It had been her turn to choose which house they looked at, and she hoped Chloe would like this one because she had a good feeling about it. She remembered the night they first decided to take becoming homeowners seriously. And it involved alcohol.

It was a Saturday night in the Miller-Beale apartment. Their living room was dimly lit by candles and they were drinking a sweet Riesling. They were both buzzed and comfortable on the couch, and Beca had her laptop open on her lap. Chloe rested her head on Beca's shoulder, their new kitten Taylor resting comfortably on her lap. While the rest of their cats lounged around them.

"Are we really doing this, Chlo? We're buying a house?" Beca asked the almost empty blue bottle of Riesling on the coffee table sparkling against the soft dim light of their apartment. They were browsing homes in the Santa Barbara area.

"We're buying a house, baby!" Chloe proclaimed excitedly, though a bit slurred, as she wrapped her hand around Beca's shoulder and whooped with joy.

Thanks to Taylor Swift, they had been a very successful adoption event, and they were celebrating. And whenever the couple celebrated, that meant two things, Fudgie the Whale from Carvel and a sweet Riesling. It was a sugar coma-inducing tradition that grew from a last-minute anniversary celebration a long time ago.

"But like hold up, Chlo, how many bathrooms do you want?" Beca was a little buzzed herself.

"Bathrooms?" She thought about it for a second and remembered what life was like back in the Barden House. "OK, two bathrooms would be really nice, oh! What about those bathrooms with two sinks! Do you remember how it was back in Barden, never again,"

Beca thought about it and nodded, "Agreed, so two bathrooms or a bathroom with two sinks, what about bedrooms?"

Chloe looking over her shoulder, "Hm, bedrooms, we have two here, and it barely feels like enough right?"

"Right, It'd be nice to have a small office,"

"Slash gym" Chloe reminded her. This subject had been a hilarious point of contention for both of them. Beca wanted an office space so she could set up her own gear and work from home, while Chloe wanted a gym. So they reached a compromise, Beca could have her office, but it would double as Chloe's home gym.

"Slash gym, sure," Beca had learned her lesson, but she would figure out a way to have her own private office, so she suggested.

"What about a solarium? You could have an awesome gym and Yoga studio" Beca suggested.

"Oh, a solarium, yes I want that!" Chloe said, not entirely sure what it was but sounded up her alley, she could always just come up with another excuse to always be with Beca.

"OK, so two bathrooms and three bedrooms?" Beca summarized and updated the search filters.

"And a solarium," Chloe reminded her.

"And a solarium, yes, gotta have that solarium," Beca agreed, so I can have my private office.

Chloe went quiet for a second and as she stared wistfully out the window she said.

"Hey Babe? Can we have a big yard?"

"That was always on the cards," Beca smiled at her wife, showing her the little icon that indicated to only show houses with a yard. Beca knew that the second she started dating Chloe, animals would be a big part of their life. And though she'd never had pets growing up, she would do anything to make Chloe smile.

Their small apartment had become a foster home for many pets. And Beca found that it was actually pretty great because, with Chloe in her life, every day was an adventure. Beca would never forget the day she came home from work in the evening and found an alpaca in her living room, she had never screamed so loudly before.

But ever the pragmatist, Beca would protest at first, and eventually make a big show of relenting. Though she'd never admit it, she absolutely loved this part of their life. Their house was always full of their love for each other and for their fur babies.

Chloe didn't have the words to describe her appreciation of that gesture. As always, Beca used actions to express how much she loved her wife. So, taking a page out of Beca's book, Chloe decided to show her appreciation. She reached over and gently pulled Beca's chin towards her. Beca's eyes peeled off the screen and when she realized what was about to happen, she gladly closed them to surrender herself fully to Chloe's kiss. Chloe tasted sweet like the Riesling and ice cream cake and Beca always had a sweet tooth. When they finally broke apart, Beca's eyes were still closed, her cheeks flushed and warm, and a little out of breath, she said softly.

"So yeah, let's- um, let's get you your dream house" Beca stammered.

"You're my dream house," Chloe whispered with a big smile, as she gingerly closed Beca's laptop.

That had been a good night, Beca thought with a smile as she remembered what followed. Her thoughts were interrupted when she finally saw Chloe's blue Jeep pull into the driveway, Fashionably late as always, Beca thought. Chloe jumped out of the Jeep, she was still wearing her light pink scrubs and a lab coat. She jogged over to them, with a big, bright smile. It was captivating as always, and Beca had to make a conscious effort to stay annoyed at her wife.

"Sorry! Sorry, I'm late, I just dropped off the kid -" Chloe gave Beca a quick wink, "And there was some major traffic on the way here,"

Chloe, ignoring the scowl on Beca's face, gave her a quick peck on the lips. Beca barely had time to respond, as Chloe was already moving towards the realtor. She shook her hand a little too eagerly and said, "Hi! I'm Chloe, and you must be Mrs. Crowley?"

Mrs Crowley a little shaken by the eagerness of the beautiful redhead said, "I don't know if I must be, but I am, shall we begin the tour?"

Mrs. Crowley gestured at the house and without waiting started walking towards the front porch. Beca and Chloe exchanged looks, and Beca just shrugged. They knew Mrs. Crowley was annoyed because Chloe was ten minutes late, but they didn't care. They weren't about to let her ruin their day.

"Wow, Becs," Chloe gasped as she took in the front of the house.

"I know," Beca grinned, she just had a feeling about this place. Beca didn't know much about houses, and the more she researched online, the less she felt she knew. But there had been something about this house, it felt like this was what a home was supposed to look like. And as she looked at her wife, and how her wide eyes reflected the house, she knew she made the right choice.

The house was a cozy two-floor craftsman home, painted a light yellow, with two white prominent columns that led to the entryway. It had a bright blue door with windows and golden accents. Its roof was dark brown and looked relatively new. It came with a paved driveway that led to a separate one-car garage. Its front yard was fenced in with a white picket fence and a tiled trail that led to the front porch. On both sides of the front of the house, there were two blossoming rose bushes.

"Oh, look Beca, roses!" Chloe gushed at the beautiful bushes, so full of colorful life. She leaned over a particular rose and smelled it.

"Yeah, that's all you Chlo,"

Chloe stood up straight, and raised her eyebrow at Beca, "Nuh-uh, this is all you babe, I'll take care of the fauna, and you are in charge of the flora,"

"What? Why am I in charge of the plants? I killed a cactus, Chloe! Do you know how hard you have to try to kill a cactus!" Beca protested.

"You'll figure it out, I have faith in you," Chloe said as she walked up to the porch.

Beca turned to look at the roses and with a shrug, said "Well it was nice knowing you I guess," But Beca knew how hard Chloe worked, both at the office and then at home with their pets. If Chloe needed Beca to take care of the plants, she'd damn sure try her best, she just made no promises.

Beca followed Chloe up the path onto the porch and noticed the white bench swing.

"I can totally just see us hanging out there in the evenings," Chloe said happily, as she gave Beca a gentle shove with her shoulder.

"You know if you are planning out your evenings, just wait till you see the backyard," Mrs. Crowley said with a small smile, the yard was her favorite feature of this house. She opened the front door and led them into the main landing, on the very center, there was an understated yet beautiful staircase that led to the upstairs bedroom and master bathroom. On the east side, there was a tasteful dining room with a big bay window with a view to the side of the yard. Past the dining room, there was the newly renovated kitchen, with white countertops and stained cherry wood finish cupboards, with a matching kitchen island and stainless steel appliances. On the west side of the stairwell, there was a cozy living room with a fireplace and just past it, there was a door that led to a pantry slash laundry room and a small guest bathroom.

"Oh, a fireplace!" Chloe exclaimed, immediately going into the living room. While Beca stood there watching her go with a smile, she turned to the house and took it in. As far as houses go, this felt like a home to her. She really liked the layout, though she would have preferred a more modern open space like their apartment. But she loved the bay window, she could easily picture them having breakfast by the bay windows, with the warmth of the sun coming through.

"What do you think Becs, a fireplace?" Chloe asked for Beca's attention.

"Do we really need a fireplace in California?" Beca asked.

"Yes!" Chloe and the Realtor snapped in unison.

"Fine jeez!"

Suddenly, Mrs. Crowley's phone vibrated, "Oh dear, ladies please excuse me for a second, I'll be right back," She walked towards the kitchen and answered the call. Chloe was staring at the fireplace and Beca walked up to stand beside her.

"You know, I'm surprised you haven't broken into song," Beca joked.

Chloe turned to look at her and scrounged her face as she thought about this for a second and said, "I don't- I don't think I know any songs about fireplaces?"

"Really? That's surprising because this is a classic-" Beca pulled out her phone and pulled up Spotify and clicked on "Keep the Fire Burning" by Gwen McCree. Chloe's smile grew wide as she recognized the song.

"My mom loves this song!" Chloe said happily as she started to sway to the disco funk beat. Chloe without a care in the world danced to the song and sang the chorus, then she gestured for Beca to come join her. Beca staring at her wife with a small embarrassed smile, shook her head. But Chloe wasn't having it and stomped over to her and dragged her to the very center of the living running. Chloe started bobbing her shoulders playfully at Beca who just smiled and covered her face.

"Come on, Beca, keep the fire burning!" Chloe sang as she gave her a hip bump.

Beca shaking her head and looking at the ceiling wondered why she even put the song on in the first place, and then looking at her smile of pure unbridled joy she knew why.

To hell with it. Beca thought, knowing she could never resist the woman for too long, and once she made sure that Mrs. Crowley, was distracted she joined in, and danced with her wife. She swayed her neck side to side to the beat, making Chloe laugh out loud at how adorable Beca looked at this moment. Before they knew it, both women were doing an abridged and slightly clumsy version of the hustle and laughing freely. Mrs. Crowley, noticing what was happening in the living room, opened her eyes wide impressed, and said into the phone, "I'll call you back" Then she walked over to them and leaned against the wall with a small smile.

In all of her years showing houses, Mrs. Crowley had never seen anything quite like this, and before she knew it, she was stomping her feet to the beat. Chloe, noticing the woman leaning against the wall, quickly ran over to her and dragged her to the center of the living room with them. She had never let anyone be a wallflower in her presence, and she wasn't about to start now. Mrs. Crowley politely resisted at first, but the positive and groovy beat of the classic disco song won her over, and she busted out the hustle better than the girls. Beca and Chloe laughed, impressed by the woman's moves. When the song was over, the trio was laughing and Mrs. Crowley was beaming and breathing hard.

"Oh my, I haven't heard that song in a while." She said as she adjusted her glasses.

"You got some serious moves, Mrs. Crowley!" Chloe said.

"I uh yes I do," Mrs. Crowley couldn't help but laugh, and then composing herself said, "Well um my, shall we continue? I'd like to tell you more about the house,"

"Yes! Please do! We love it so far!" Chloe responded eagerly, while Beca standing beside her nodded.

Chloe put her hand around the realtor's elbow, who led her around the kitchen as she recited her script about the home. Beca stared at the two, that was Chloe alright, you just can't be surly in front of her for too long.

The realtor explained that this craftsman home had been constructed in the 1920s, and its previous owner recently invested in a big remodel of the kitchen, and even the roof had recently been done. Beca liked that a lot because she recently learned from the blogs about new homebuyers that apparently for some reason roofs aren't permanent and need to be redone every decade or so. After she was done showing them the first floor. They moved to the second floor, which had the master bedroom with its own attached bathroom and a smaller bedroom. They appreciated how spacious the master bedroom was, with its own spacious walk-in closet and attached bathroom with two sinks, which is exactly what Chloe wanted. And just down the hall from there, there was a smaller bedroom. Both women stood by the door as Mrs. Crowley hung back, giving them space.

"Oh, this could be by my office slash studio," Beca said, already picturing what she'd do with it, but she figured it might be a bit cramped.

Chloe nodded as she stared at the space, but she didn't share the same vision Beca did. She saw children's furniture. She pictured a small children's tea table complete with a tiny chair, a perfect setting for imaginary tea parties. She also saw a colorful dresser filled to the brim with children's clothing next to a big toy chest. And finally, she saw a small child's cradle that shifted and turned into a small bed, depicting the passage of time. Before Chloe realized it, her eyes softened and became misty. She caught herself and blinked quickly to push the tears back, taking a deep breath. Beca looked over at her wife and knew what was happening right away.

"Or maybe, it can be another bedroom - for like-" Chloe uncharacteristically stammered.

Beca looked over at Mrs. Crowley who was smiling at them and leaned closer to Chloe and whispered, "A baby goat?"

Chloe laughed at that, "Yeah, a baby goat,"

Chloe's hand reached for Beca and their fingers intertwined. This was Mrs. Crowley's favorite part, seeing a young couple in love, dreaming about their future never failed to warm her heart. And there was something about this couple that was so pure, she couldn't help but admire them. She gave them a minute before she cleared her throat and interrupted the women out of their daydream

"You know if you want a studio might I suggest the attic?"

Both women looked at the Realtor confused, who simply smiled and said, "Follow me."

They went into the hallway, and she grabbed the latch on the ceiling and pulled down a surprisingly wide set of sturdy-looking steps. They climbed up and Beca stared in amazement. The attic wasn't bare, it looked more like a big carpeted living room. Beca could already picture her set up here, this was much more spacious and the ceilings were tall enough that they could walk around comfortably. This was much more convenient than the second bedroom.

"Yes! This will do nicely!" Beca walked into the middle of the attic and said eagerly.

"Look Chloe I can set up my mixing board here, oh, and I can even put in a booth! And I can put a desk here!" Beca was already creating a layout and wondering what the power situation would be like and how she would lug all her gear up to the attic, she'd probably have to expand the entryway, and maybe get a contractor to build a real stairwell. It was feasible and she was getting excited.

Chloe smiled, she always loved seeing Beca excited about their shared passion for music. Chloe could easily picture a music studio slash office up here. But what really excited Chloe over this space was how happy it made Beca look, she'd kiss her right now if she knew she could stop there.

"So we like it?" Mrs. Crowley asked.

"I freaking love it, dude," Beca replied, and Chloe nodded.

"Good, are we ready to see the yard?" Mrs. Crowley asked with a gentle smile.

Chloe immediately beamed and said "Yes!" while Beca nodded but still pictured how she'd set up her own personal studio. The Realtor led them back downstairs to the first floor, past the kitchen, and opened the double glass doors leading to the backyard.

Chloe's eyes widened in astonishment at the massive yard. It was everything she had ever dreamed of and more. The yard was huge and lush, it had plenty of space for running around freely. There was the deck, a separate area with plenty of space to grow a garden, an area with beautiful wood chairs, a cement fire pit, and a little tool shed off on a corner. And it was neatly wrapped around with a wooden fence.

"Oh, my gosh, Beca!" Chloe exclaimed, her eyes wide and her mouth open.

I knew she'd like this house. Beca thought. The second this house popped up on the market, Beca couldn't have contacted the Realtor fast enough. Not only was the house and the yard perfect for them, but the location was great, both women worked relatively nearby and the Old Town area that they liked to visit for date nights wasn't far.

"So we like it Chlo?" Beca asked

"Like it? I love it!" Chloe almost shouted.

"No Solarium though, are you alright with that?" Beca added with a twinge of regret.

"That doesn't matter," Chloe said as she walked into the center of the yard and yelled, "Just look at this place, this house, and this yard! It's incredible! " Chloe spun around excitedly, her smile was brilliant and sincere, and Beca could only stare at her wife in wonderment and thought, "You're always like this, aren't you? Completely genuine, just unapologetically yourself, no matter where you go, right Chloe?

Chloe ran back towards Beca and jumped into her arms and said, "Honestly Becs it couldn't be any more perfect."

Beca laughed a little as she wrapped her arms around Chloe's lower back, "I think so too."

They shared a quick kiss and turned to look at the yard together. And holding hands, they pictured the endless possibilities before them.

"Look at this place, just think of everything we could do," Chloe started.

"What do you have in mind?" Beca asked, knowing full well what she was thinking.

"We could get a dog."

"Sure, plenty of space for a dog, but like gotta make sure Louie doesn't bully him too much,"

"Don't worry, I'll make sure Louie doesn't bully the dogs," Chloe said confidently.

Dogs? Plural? Oh whatever, "What else would you like to do?" Beca stared at her wife, who looked so excited as she imagined all the possibilities and thought, tell me everything you want Chloe, I'll do my best to give it to you.

"We could sit by the fire pit in the evenings, make s'mores, and cuddle as the sun sets," Chloe said as she squeezed Beca's hand.

"That sounds nice." Beca agreed.

"Oh, we could host Bella's next reunion here! The last two reunions have been at Stacie's and Aubrey's house."

"Ha! I'd love to see Aubrey's face when we tell her we'll be hosting the next reunion, she'll blow a gasket," Beca smirked.

"She does love hosting those reunions, but what about you babe? What do you see?" Chloe turned to her wife.

Beca thought about it for a second, she could see the same things Chloe did with ease, but she saw so much more, "I- uh, no dude you'll think it's silly," Beca stammered as she shook her head.

"I would never, come on, tell me! Or- or I'll start dancing again," Chloe threatened playfully.

"No, only one random dance break per day Chloe, we agreed,"

"Well then tell me,"

"Fine, I guess I- I see um birthday parties," Beca said in a whisper as she looked at the yard again, hopefulness reflected in her deep blue eyes.

Chloe gasped in surprise. Just as she had when they saw the upstairs second bedroom, Beca was seeing their future in this yard, and it included someone else, and though they had agreed to wait until they had a home first, Beca was already picturing birthday parties. Chloe turned to look at the yard once more. She saw, children running and filling the air with the sounds of laughter. There were colorful party decorations everywhere, and a table on the deck with a plastic tablecloth on a corner decorated with whatever cartoon or toy was trendy. And in the center of the table, a vibrant birthday cake with overindulgent frosting with brightly lit candles. In Chloe's vision, she saw her petite wife smiling ear to ear, wearing a slightly tilted birthday party hat while a colorful birthday whistle hung loosely on her lips, and in her arms, she carried a small child. This version of Beca had never looked happier. Chloe covered her mouth as her vision blurred.

"Oh Beca…" Chloe turned to Beca, her eyes glistening as she teared up.

"Dude, don't-" Beca warned as she shook her head, her eyes becoming misty as well.

Chloe just looked at her, her big pale blue eyes glimmering, full of love and hope for the future.

"Chlo, please stop, if you look at me like that I'm going to cry, and I don't want to cry right now," Beca said looking towards Mrs. Crowley, who was pretending not to notice anything.

Chloe sniffed and nodded, trying her hardest to contain the flood of emotions coursing through her, "You're right, I can hold it," Chloe took a deep breath. "But just to give you a heads-up, it's going to get very emotional on the drive home, "

"Thanks," Beca said with a smile, her wife could be as emotional as she wanted on the way home, and in all likelihood, she would join her. Beca taking a deep breath moved closer to her and tentatively grabbed her hand, "But you can see it too, right?"

Chloe immediately took Beca's hand and nodded, "Yeah, I can totally see it."

Mrs. Crowley no longer pretending had a big smile on her face and took a step back, deciding to give the young couple all the time they needed. Meanwhile, the phone in her purse continued to vibrate, whoever it was could wait.

After a minute of quiet reflection, both women cleared their throats and turned to Mrs. Crowley who immediately asked "So what are you thinking?"

"We love it! We just had one last question, don't we, babe?" Chloe asked as she turned to her wife. Who smiled at her and nodded, then turned to Mrs. Crowley and stepped forward.

"Yeah, I do… umm, how are the schools in the area?" Beca asked with a sheepish smile.

"So I let the sellers know about your offer, and they liked it,-"

"Yes!" Beca and Chloe shouted together, that was wonderful news. They had gone way above the asking price, but the house was worth it.

"-But they have one final request?" The realtor continued, with regret.

"Oh? What is it?" Beca asked into the Bluetooth speaker of Chloe's Jeep.

"They are asking for a letter,"

"A letter?" Chloe asked, perplexed by the odd request.

"Yeah, it's what we call A Letter to Home Seller. It helps you stand out from the other buyers."

"Is this really necessary?" Beca asked, annoyed by the request.

"I'm sorry, but the homeowner is adamant, they really want this house to go to a family, instead of another corporation hoping to turn it into an Airbnb."

"Totes that makes perfect sense! I can totally write a letter!" Chloe said eagerly.

"You can?" Beca asked her wife uncertain.

"Yeah, of course, I got this, who doesn't love a good Bechloe story?" Chloe said confidently, then turned back to the Bluetooth speaker, "When do they need it?"

"As soon as possible, there's another couple who made a similar offer, and it's between you both,"

"And by as soon as possible, you mean?" Beca asked.

"Tonight," Mrs. Crowley said gravely.

Beca and Chloe exchanged glances. Beca was worried, she really liked the house, but Chloe looked confident and as always that made her feel a bit calmer, she nodded to Chloe who beamed in response.

"That's not a problem, consider it done," Chloe said eagerly.

"Good, I'll be waiting for it, and I uh, I hope you don't mind me saying, but I'm really rooting for you guys, goodbye," Mrs. Crowley said earnestly and hung up.

Chloe turned off the AC and rolled down her window. Beca knew that Chloe always did that when she's deep in thought. And Beca understood perfectly because a lot was riding on this one letter.

When the couple got home, they were quiet and a little distracted. Chloe made a beeline towards the kitchen table and sat down. She opened her laptop and stared at it absentmindedly as she bit her nails. A habit Beca knew her wife only did when she was feeling stressed. So without saying anything, Beca poured a glass of wine and placed it next to Chloe.

Beca decided to give her space so she could work in peace. She noticed the cats were getting fuzzy and whiny, so she got to work feeding the cats and replacing their water. Little Taylor was a bit of a climber and immediately climbed up Beca's sleeve because he loved to hang out on her shoulder. After making sure all the cats were sorted, and that they all had their daily quota of pets, Beca went to check on the little hedgehog they were nursing. Beca thought it was starting to look more like a little hedgehog each day, instead of a weird fleshy raisin. She fed it water and milk just as Chloe had taught her, she couldn't wait for the little guy to grow up so she could give him proper pets.

Once she made sure the little guy was taken care of and safe in their bedroom, she went to check in on Chloe, who was typing away, her glass empty. After refilling her glass, she went to sit on the couch then placed the little runt Taylor on her lap, and played with her. After a few minutes, Chloe sighed and leaned back against her chair as she stretched out her back.

"Are you alright, Chlo?" Beca asked, looking in her direction.

"Yeah, I'm finished," Chloe said as she took a sip of her wine,

"You finished the letter already?" Beca asked.

"Yeah, do you want to read it?"

"Um, do I? Yes, No, oh I don't know," Beca replied quickly, as her trademark anxious energy surfaced. Chloe recognizing her cue got up from her chair, walked over to the couch and wrapped her arms around Beca. Beca exhaled and leaned her head against Chloe, immediately feeling more relaxed, and murmured "Thanks,"

"It's alright baby, I got you," Chloe whispered.

"I know,"

"Thanks for taking care of the cats, and um the wine, it helped," Chloe thanked her as she kissed her cheek.

"Of course, it's the least I could do, you were in the zone,"

Chloe smiled and nuzzled her wife's neck. As they hugged and whispered sweet comforting words to each other, they basked in the warmth of their love. The blue hue of the laptop illuminated the kitchen. Visible on the screen was a Word document containing the letter Chloe crafted.

And the letter read…

Hello Mr. and Mrs. Smith,

My name is Chloe Mitchell-Beale, and I am married to the wonderful and super-talented Beca Mitchell-Beale, and we are first-time homebuyers. We have been looking for our very own forever home for a few months now, I think this would be house number 14. But who's counting? Who knew buying a house was so stressful? Before I tell you why you should sell us your house, I'd like to tell you a little bit about our story, just so you can understand how important this is for us. You see, I met my wife in college and I almost immediately knew she was the "one" and I think she did too. But life can be funny sometimes and even though we never left each other's side, it still took us almost six years to find each other.

The day she asked me to marry her, she was so nervous! I wish you could have seen her, she even dropped the box! I think I said yes before she even asked, it's a bit fuzzy to be honest, though I remember crying a lot. But all I know for certain is that it was the best, most amazing day of my life.

We've been so caught up in our own romance and in our careers, that we've spent the last five years putting aside starting a family. We decided that before we even entertained that idea we needed a house because our apartment while lovely and cozy is very small. So we've been looking for the past few months and when we saw your house and your backyard, we fell in love. As we stood there, I was telling my wife that I could see us having a dog, and having friends over. But you know what she told me? She told me that she could picture us having a kid's birthday party in that backyard! I just about lost it right then and there. Honestly, I'd give anything to see her wearing one of those cone birthday party hats, she would look so cute!

So please, I hope you consider our offer, and let your home be the place where we build our family. Let that second bedroom on the second floor be where we read or sing bedtime stories to our children. And let your backyard be the place where we have lots of birthday parties for years to come.

Thank you so much for your time, and for reviewing our offer.

Wishing you the very best,

Chloe Mitchell-Beale and Beca Mitchell Beale.

P.S.: My wife knows Taylor Swift! And I can totally get her to hook you up with VIP passes for her next concert!
