"You're late!" said Kalin. That was his standard greeting for Akarii and Crow as they met him at the hideout of their next target.
"Jack and Yusei are already ahead." he huffed.
He didn't like it when they showed up late.
And they always showed up late.
It's hard to move quickly when tangled in a single bed.
"Intense as usual, Kalin." Crow snickered,"All right so what's the plan then?"
"Well Jack and Yusei decided to take the distance...I bet their leader is probably watching from high places, so I'll head up. Crow, you and Akarii, you should check this mid level here and move up as we defeat the members one by one."
"Sounds good!" Crow grinned," Go get'em, Kalin!"
Crow and Akarii split up on the mid floor. He took one side while she took the other. Her search however led her to a dead end and she sighed.
However, little did I know that there we creepers in the shadows...and I found myself being jumped from behind...
I remember this fight...
The culprit cupped my mouth so that I couldn't scream while I felt his dirty hands run over every curve of my body. Most likely frisking me for my deck so they could steal it...but he enjoyed it a little too much...
And it didn't make me feel any less violated or dirty...
"A little girl in a duel gang, huh?" he snickered," That's not something you see often...maybe I should just take the whole damn package~"
"Mmmnhhph~!" Akarii huffed before jabbing her elbow right into his gut. He steel toed boot also did some damage to his shin, bringing him to his knees while Akarii leapt from his greasy grasp and readied her Duel Disk.
"THIS little girl is capable of Murder!" she growled, "On The Duel Field!"
"Fine...you asked for it you little Bitch!" the man huffed, meeting her challenge.
"DUEL!"
The actions of a duel were preparing to take place just over the pile of junk they were shoved behind. It soon went flying however when an angry Crow kicked it over with a hologram of dancing black feathers behind him after making quick meat of his last duel victim.
He glared down at the man...shifting his gaze between him and Akarii who struggled to correct her dishevaled clothes-
It didn't take much for Crow to put two together and it only fueled his rage that much more- yanking the man up by the scruff of his collar. One only dare imagine what scene took place after that...

"Next time...you better think twice about who you're messin' with." The thugs lay defeated on the ground, with an angry Crow hovering over them. If he hadn't shown up, things would have gotten much uglier... fast.
They weren't nessasirily a tough group. battling with scattered cards of random slapped together in a make-shift deck...but they used trickery to gain advantages...such as jumping their targets and attempting to assault Akarii...
They also stole cards from other victims.
That's what made them to be so much trouble.
"Akarii...are you okay?"
She panted unsteadily, still shaken up by the sneak attack against her and coughed with forced gagging.
"Ugh...YUCK!" she huffed, "He tasted like sweat and soot!" she hacked.
"yeah...not what I was worried about!" Crow huffed as he yanked her to her feet by the arm and she sighed.
"Yeah..." she huffed softly, regaining her breath," I'm good..." she said softly, "He didn't get very far under my clothes or anything...I'm fine."
Crow sighed in relief, pulling her against him tightly into his chest.
"I'm sorry I didn't get here sooner..."
"Crow...it's okay." she said softly, "These things happen...and honestly...if you didn't kick his face in...I was going to."
She kept a strong face...but Crow knew that she was scared...
I can still feel his grimey hand all over me...
One by one they one each dueled.
Kicking faces and taking names.
One advantage to being practically raised by nothing but dudes is that I know how to take a punch, land a punch, and knock a couple heads around if I need to..
"There might be more of these punks hidding around on this floor." Crow muttered shifting his eyes from corner to corner. "You should move on up ahead, I'll take care of any stragglers down here."
I wanted to argue against him.
Tell him that I didn't want to leave him alone.
But I know he was serious now and doing that would only ruffle his feathers.
I'd only be in the way...
So I nodded obediently and begain to take flight up the stairs, toward Kalin's area.
Once she was out of eye shot, she could hear Crow's battle cry as he beat a few more punks down below.
Something she didn't fully notice back when she actually lived it.
I see...so he knew there were more...
Crow didn't take kindly to dirty tricks.
She knew he was mad then.
"Good luck Crow." she whispered softly, with opponents weak enough to hide in the shadows however, She was pretty sure he didn't need it. She reached the next floor and this time stayed more aware of her surroundings.
"Ahhhhh!"
Kalin's scream however, startled her, and without thinking, she took off straight toward it.

Kalin layed on the floor, beaten up and bruised, with a lingering shadow over him.
"HaHaHa This is so easy...if we just keep jumping them one by one like this, we can take down these 'Enforcers' in no time!"
"Kalin!" Akarii called out.
"Ahh...Akarii...what are you doing?" he groaned, apparently he had the wind knocked out of him. His body would twitch and move weakly. The Thug tilted his head in confusion as he followed Kalin's gaze toward the small framed female. Her tiny fists were balled tightly, ready to take the first swing at anyone who thought to try and grab her again.
"Oh my my...so you even have a little girl on your team~" The creep sneered and cackled,"You're joking, right!?"
"This 'little girl' can kick your ass any day of the week, you got that!?" Akarii huffed.
"Don't you even think about it, you ASS!" Kalin snapped before grappling at his opponent, "Your opponent is me you got that!?" he huffed.
"Kalin..." Akarii watched Kalin stagger to sit up straight. She could feel the anger boil her blood from within and shot daggers at the punk who put him in that state.
Without thought, she instantly triggered the device within her Duel Disk. This time...unlike before when Crow got in the way- There was no escaping a Duel.
It was a special surprise that Yusei had rigged for everyone to keep punks in line.
It shot out a cable that latched onto enemy duel disks and was set to a trigger switch. Which ever duel disk reached 0 life points first, received a little electric shock that fried the main frame, rendering the duel disk useless.
" Like I said...This, 'little girl' is gonna kick your ass, you lousy snake."
"Akarii this is not your fight-"
"Kalin get over your ego and get a move on!" she snapped, "You have a leader to crush don't ya?" she said, "I'll be damned if I let you lose your chance right here just because these guys don't play fair!"
He winced at her smart remark, gritting his teeth in frustration. He wanted to take this fight himself, but he also knew that she was right.
"Fine..." he grumbled as he wobbled to his feet,"But don't you dare lose, you got me!?"
"You said it yoursel, Kalin..." she smirked, "I'm just as much a member of this team as the rest of you guys... you think I'm weak enough to let some creepers in the shadows get the jump on my leader and get away with it?" she shot him a look and grinned," Go on ahead and crush them from the top...leave the small fish to me."
"Hmph...cocky as ever." Kalin scoffed," I guess growing up with brothers did you some good." he laughed," All right...but you better meet me up there, you got it!?"
She didn't even bother with a verbal response, instead she granted him a thumbs up, to which he replied with a smirk as he took off ahead
"I mean it!" he called back.
"Hmph...all right little girl...I get it." Scoffed the man on the other side of the wire, "I beat up your little boyfriend and now you want revenge, is that it?" he laughed," Fine. Show me what you got, and I'll show you what a real man consists of~" he smirked.
"Hmph...if cowardice is what makes up a real man...then I'm glad I'm single!" she stated
"DUEL!"
