It was the morning, Here the sun has spread its light across the floating city. And here is the morning breeze blowing everywhere. Some workers begin to roll on the tracks engaged in their work. While others were walking on tracks that are for passers-by. The city has dawned on a new day and everyone is active and lively. Except for one, that day wasn't like any other days. Actually, if you saw that guy rolling without being insane or you noticed that he not being funny in his way to work... You must be optimistic about what will happen later.
He entered the FCPD and there he figured that he came too early, not as same as he used to be. He goes to the main board and starts searching for few answers he was looking for. Then, a Kei'zatsu walked towards him Surprisingly.
" Wow! Seeing you on the main board instead of Penny is weird, but your appearance at that early time of morning!? I'll be better if I asked why. " Said Arzon
" No reason. Just have a work to do. " Answered Spin, sighing
" Captain Pounder didn't came either, is this a serious work? We all know that even if it is perilous, you always come after the time. " Demanded Arzon
" Not really... maybe I'm looking through it so far and there is actually nothing. Or I'm just starting making fake scenarios about imagining stuff. " Replied Spin
" Your face shows that you are exhausted. Did you sleeped yesterday? " Questioned Arzon
Spin was lost in the screen and didn't give any indication that he was there. When he spoke " huh?... "
Arzon rolled his eyes and said " go wash your face and eat something, maybe you will bring back your health. "
" I think so... " Hissed Spin and he went to the Tap to implement his team-mate's opinion.
A few hours passed from the time he left then Pounder entered the precinct with Penny on his tail.
" Good morning sir. " Said Arzon
" Morning Arzon, where is Bunto? " asked Pounder
" well I think he left the precinct earlier. Probably he's tired because of the night shift. Can I also leave? " Replied Arzon
" Sure, you can. " Announced Pounder to Arzon and the latter hissed to Penny " looks like you'll be having a day off the main board. "
" huh, why do you think so? " Answered Penny
" because I think so. Otherwise, see you later. "
" ooh... See ya then. "
And he left the place. Captain Pounder went to his office and Penny walked towards the main board and found a research by Spin about Zetaq, and Vertex.
She ignored it and put it in the archives, just for not making Pounder notice any odd things about it.
" What are you doing? Looks like you begin interesting with these stuff that your friend Spin is already interest in. " Spoke Lance behind her.
" Ugh! Enough Lance! How long you'll keep looking through things that are none of your business!? " Yelled Penny
" He leaves his research randomly and you collect it after him! " sobbed Lance
" I want repite what I said, It's none of your business! "
" Ohhh whatever. " and he went to make some reports.
At 8 AM, every Kei'zatsu were present in the precinct Captain Pounder gathered everyone around him to record their attendance. He started naming the Kei'zatsus' names until he arrived to Spin.
" like always..." Hissed Pounder sighing " Spin? "
" Present sir." Said Spin
Pounder stared at him shocked. He never been present at the attendance record. And replied " What a surprise. What's the occasion that makes you came at the best time?
" I've been here since 6 AM sir. And no, nothing is special today. " spoke Spin with a weak voice.
" Why you came at this time? Only night shift Kei'zatsus are there at 6 AM. " Questioned Pounder
" ... I was boring from staying home. You don't mind if I came earlier again? " asked Spin
Pounder looked at Spin for a long hair then replied " No ... I don't. "
Spin walked away and Penny followed him.
" Spin are you okay? Why you had black traces under your eyes? You look so tired. " asked Penny with fear on her face about him.
" not gonna lie to you, I couldn't sleep for 3 days. I'm feeling so exhausted but I can't give up on my job. Especially that I have a couple of reports to do. " Said Spin
" you can do it later. Go and rest yourself." Adviced Penny
" n-no. I better look through some speeder on the tracks. " Answered Spin " I have to go now. If captain saw me sitting here doing nothing like I used to he'll get worried. I don't want to obstructing you in your work. "
" fine. But you ought to tell me if you felt bad. Deal? " Announced Penny to him while he gets ready to go.
" OK! deal. " Said Spin back to her with a smile on his face.
Later at Pengi Park
" I can believe that you could stay healthy after all of this! How far you're forceful? " Said Tinny to Spin surprisingly.
" Yeah sounds odd... otherwise, thanks for keeping the secret. " spoke Spin
" Anytime buddy! But tell me. What if Penny or Captain Pounder found out and forced me to told them? "
" I don't know, we better lie about it. I don't want to anyone to know about it until I found a cure. "
" I hope it not an infection like you said. Also, who can infected you with that? " Questioned Tinny
" I don't know yet Tinny... I don't know. " Sobbed Spin.
