A week after the battle in Russia

Letting out a cry of agony, a three-headed troll fell to its knees, while a huge hole was visible in its abdomen. Feeling his energy leave his body, he collapsed to the arena floor, before Shalltear's frustrated eyes.

"It's not enough! I need more power."

Still feeling angry after her fight against Law and the others, the vampire let a murderous aura appear around her, while the corpses of ten monsters surrounded her.

"I need to get stronger."

Being not far from her, Cocytus could feel Shalltear's power, while the vampire was the one who asked him to join her in order to help her train.

Suddenly, three werewolves rushed towards Shalltear to kill her. But, remaining motionless, the vampire only murmured.

"Those damn humans…"

The next moment, she only made a slight movement with her arm and the bodies of the monsters were slashed and cut into pieces.

"I'M GOING TO EXTERMINATE THEM!" she roared.

Then, turning to Cocytus, she cried out.

"I've had enough of this stupid warm-up! It's not with such weak opponents that I could improve."

Exhaling some mist out of his mouth, Cocytus nodded.

" I think you are right. "

Then, he created a magic circle and made ten black scrolls appear.

"I think it's time to begin the real training." The guardian stated, letting the scrolls be burned by blue flames.

Gaining in magnitude, the blue flames became black. Then, becoming an enormous blaze, the flames took on the appearance of a gigantic monster. Coming to life, a black dragon let out a roar, as it faced Shalltear.

However, deciding to make her task more difficult, Cocytus summoned two of his weapons, before walking towards Shalltear.

"You asked me to help you train! I hope you won't have any regrets."

"Stop talking and make me stronger." Shalltear ordered him.

It didn't take much for Cocytus to rush towards her, followed by the enormous dragon.

When Sanji began his fight against Demiurge

"I'm so happy to see you again, Fishman." Shalltear said, with a wide, cruel smile.

Remaining silent, Jinbe only did a few windmills with his arm, to begin a series of stretches.

"Recently, I have the impression that humans constantly want to humiliate me." Shalltear affirmed. "First, there were these three humans in Russia, who thought they could defeat me! And then, there were your two companions who wanted to prevent me from giving my gift to Darkness-sama ."

Jinbe still remained silent and continued to stretch his arms.

"Your friends were so weak." Shalltear said. "They thought they were capable of saving the world but in the end, they were only humiliated! This skeleton and this woman... I could have killed them without the slightest problem! They would have died if you didn't didn't intervene."

"You are wrong." Jinbe retorted.

Finishing his stretches, he affirmed.

"If Robin and Brook survived until I arrived to help them, it's because they are stronger than you think and because you overestimate your abilities."

" What ? "

"I can't understand you." Jinbe confessed. "You seem to be proud to have defeated my companions! Certainly, they are weaker than you, I grant you that! However, in your place, I would not feel any pride in constantly bragging about having defeated people more weaker than me! If you do it, maybe it means you have an inferiority problem and you can't stop humiliating others so as not to feel weak."

Then, Jinbe let out a sigh.

"I feel sad for people like you."

Widening her eyes, Shalltear gritted her teeth so hard she nearly broke them.

"YOU LITTLE…" She roared, rushing towards Jinbe.

Clenching her fist as she spread her wings to fly at full speed, she targeted Jinbe's head.

"The other day, you just got lucky and managed to punch me! But today, I'm going to eliminate you before you can even move."

Unfortunately, as she was about to collide with Jinbe, Shalltear saw her fist only hit the void, while her opponent had suddenly disappeared.

" What ? "

Having simply ducked down, Jinbe took advantage of Shalltear flying at full speed to find himself under her body.

" FISHMAN KARATE ! "

Barely having time to lower her gaze, Shalltear felt the palm of her opponent's hand hit her chin.

" BURAIKAN ! "

At first, Shalltear felt nothing. Yet, just as she felt like she was standing still, her body began to fly through the sky. Then, it was only then that the vampire felt a real shock wave pass through her entire body.

Vomiting blood, Shalltear then heard crunching sounds, as Jinbe's attack managed to damage the framework of her jaws and break some of her teeth. Then returning to a fighting stance, Jinbe remained motionless and only watched as Shalltear's body flew through the air, before crashing into the floor of the room.

And he continued to remain still, even when Shalltear stood up. Showing only limitless rage in her eyes, Shalltear had her hand clamped over her mouth, while blood ran down her chin. And accompanying the blood, pieces of teeth could be seen falling to the ground.

"My… My teeth…"

"From the look of you, you're a vampire." Jinbe affirmed. "I don't know if all the legends people tell about you are true, but I'd rather break your fangs immediately than give you the opportunity to use them against me."

Still raging, Shalltear finally gets up.

"You're just a stupid fishman! Do you really think this will change anything?"

Suddenly, she removed her hand from in front of her mouth and presented perfect teeth to Jinbe.

" Huh ? "

"Do you really think you could defeat me by breaking my teeth?" Shalltear questioned, starting to smile arrogantly again. "I have the ability to replace them at will! You won't be able to defeat me like this."

"Huh? Can you replace your teeth?" Jinbe said again. "It reminds me of the ability of an idiot I knew in the past."

Then he let out a sigh.

"As I thought, you are sorely lacking in intelligence."

" What ? "

"Destroying your teeth was only my second goal." Jinbe stated. "By hitting you in the chin, I have already ensured victory in this fight."

"DON'T MAKE FUN OF ME!" Shalltear roared, rushing towards Jinbe again.

"Ridiculous." The fishman affirmed, clenching his fist. " SHARK TILE TRUE PUNCH !"

Again, his fist hit Shalltear's face hard. However, Jinbe was surprised to see his fist pass through the vampire's face. Exploding, Shalltear's head took the form of a black liquid which poured onto the ground, while taking on the appearance of a shadow.

" A shadow ? "

Realizing his mistake too late, Jinbe turned around and saw Shalltear's foot in front of his face. The next moment, Jinbe felt his nose being crushed, as he was forced to take a step back.

"I'm not stupid." Shalltear affirmed. "And even if I am, I know I can rely on my strength to defeat you."

Feeling blood flowing out of his nose, Jinbe stared at the vampire, as he saw her shadow move, before taking on Shalltear's appearance.

"What did you think?" Shalltear asked. "It's not for nothing that I am a guardian of this tomb as well as one of Darkness-sama's most powerful subordinates."

Suddenly snapping her fingers, Shalltear spread some of her magic into the basements where the two fighters were located. Staying still, Jinbe saw many areas of shadow begin to move. Then, they transformed into clones of Shalltear. And it was in a few seconds that Jinbe found himself facing twenty Shalltear.

"What are you going to do, fishman?" All the Shalltears asked, in perfect synchronization. "Facing me, you have no chance of defeating me."

Again, Jinbe began to sigh. Seeing him, Shalltear mocks him again.

"What is it? Have you lost your tongue? Don't you realize that you are incapable of doing anything in front of me?"

" You talk too much. "

Surprised, Shalltear saw Jinbe staring at her seriously, while affirming.

"In a fight, people only speak with their fists! If you want to win this fight, learn to shut up and use your fists! Otherwise, you will force me to humiliate you again."

Once again, anger was seen on Shalltear's face, and immediately, all of her clones rushed towards Jinbe.

"You will regret your arrogance."

Still maintaining a calm demeanor, Jinbe positioned his fist back.

" SHARK TILE TRUE PUNCH ! "

However, instead of targeting the clones, Jinbe punched the ground. Letting the shockwaves spread around him, Jinbe had no trouble seeing cracks appear, as entire blocks broke away from the ground and began flying throughout the basement. Seeing the stone blocks flying towards them, the Shalltear clones were surprised.

Yet, smiling arrogantly, they flew at full speed and had no trouble avoiding the projectiles or pulverizing them.

"BAKAYARO! Is that all you found to stop us? These blocks won't even slow us down."

"It wasn't my attention." Jinbe stated, as numerous stone blocks began to conceal him.

"You won't be able to escape." The clones retorted, breaking the blocks that hid Jinbe.

However, they were totally surprised to find that Jinbe had left his position and was no longer there.

" WHAT ? "

" ARABESQUE ... "

Looking up, the clones saw Jinbe in the air, having jumped when his body was out of their sight.

" TILE TRUE PUNCH ! "

Striking into the void, Jinbe's fist was able to create intense shockwaves that managed to hit the clones' bodies. Less resistant than Shalltear, the clones found themselves destroyed and resumed their shadow aspects.

"How...?" Shalltear wondered.

Dropping down, Jinbe landed on his feet, without making the slightest sound. And immediately, he rushed towards Shalltear, with his fist still clenched.

" FIVE THOUSAND ... "

Seeing him, Shalltear created a magic circle in front of her, before summoning bats, whose bodies were made of black flames. Flying towards Jinbe, the bats collided with him, before exploding. Finding himself in the center of a real inferno, Jinbe disappeared from Shalltear's sight.

"It's over for you, fishman."

However, her smile disappeared the moment she saw Jinbe's body leave the blaze. Having covered his body with Busoshoku Haki, Jinbe didn't have a single scratch on him.

" ... TILE TRUE PUNCH ! "

Frightened, Shalltear created a magical shield in front of her. However, hitting it with his fist, Jinbe had no trouble pulverizing it and breaking it into pieces.

"Impossible..." Shalltear said, as the pieces of her magic shield flew around her.

The next moment, Jinbe's fist hit her right in the face, ending this fight. Unfortunately, Shalltear's head exploded again, while her body turned into a shadow. What Jinbe had just hit was just another shadow clone.

" Huh ? "

The next moment, the ground beneath his feet cracked before being pulverized. Being hidden underground, Shalltear had been waiting for the right moment to reappear. Arms outstretched, she grabbed one of Jinbe's arms, before opening her jaws. Letting her teeth become enormous, the vampire closed them on Jinbe's arm.

Unfortunately, still covered in Busoshoku haki, Jinbe's skin managed to prevent Shalltear's teeth from sinking into his flesh.

" What ? "

"Did you really think I didn't understand what you wanted to do?" Jinbe asked.

Closing his fist again, he took advantage of Shalltear clinging to him to strike her.

" FIVE THOUSAND TILE TRUE PUNCH ! "

This time, Shalltear could do nothing to stop Jinbe from punching her in the face. Feeling her opponent's fist crash against her cheek, Shalltear felt as if her head was going to be snatched from the rest of her body. Moaning in pain, she stopped biting Jinbe, while blood ran down her face.

"It's over." Jinbe affirmed.

However, Shalltear's grip suddenly increased, while the vampire refused to let go of Jinbe's arm. Then, she suddenly wrapped her legs around Jinbe's arm. And opening her jaws again, she bit Jinbe's arm in the same place.

"I refuse to give up."

Feeling her bite his arm harder than before, Jinbe targeted her face again and struck her. Getting hit multiple times, Shalltear continued to resist the impacts, while she persevered to prevent her teeth from Jinbe's arm.

Seeing her insist, Jinbe prepared to hit her again. However, a jet of blood stopped him. Finally managing to surpass his haki, Shalltear felt her canines pass through Jinbe's skin before sinking into his flesh. Feeling Jinbe's blood begin to enter her mouth, she enjoyed sucking it.

Feeling his blood begin to be sucked out, Jinbe immediately raised his arm into the air, before bringing it down with all his strength against the ground. Crushed between the ground and Jinbe's fist, Shalltear felt her canines snap again, as she let go.

Taking the opportunity to flee, Jinbe jumped back, while clutching his injured arm. Staring at it, the fishman quickly noticed that it had become half the size of his second arm, while Shalltear had managed to suck a large amount of blood from it. Additionally, a huge bite mark was visible.

"Damn it! I underestimated her."

Sneering at this moment, Shalltear got up without the slightest difficulty. Feeling a trickle of blood trickle out of her mouth, she let her tongue lick her lips, while her arrogant smile was visible again.

"Your blood tastes disgusting! But it managed to completely boost me! I feel like I'm in better shape than at the start of our fight! I'm ready for the second round."

And before Jinbe could react, she disappeared before finding herself in front of him. Then, Jinbe felt Shalltear's fist hit him in the face. Groaning in pain, he was forced back. Unfortunately, displaying a sadistic smile, Shalltear continued to strike him again and again, giving him no respite to counterattack.

Forced to be on the defensive, Jinbe could only cross his arms in front of him, hoping to be able to protect his face from the vampire's attacks. However, still maintaining his calm, he observed Shalltear's movements, before managing to see a tiny opportunity to attack.

Continuing to get hit for a few seconds, he clenched his fist before directing it towards Shalltear.

" BURAIKAN ! "

Unfortunately, another spurt of blood was visible. Having had plenty of time to repair her teeth, Shalltear took advantage of Jinbe's fist being aimed at her face to open her jaws.

Biting Jinbe's fist with all her strength, she managed to pierce it with her teeth. However, the shockwave produced by Jinbe's fist spread into Shalltear's mouth and further pulverized her teeth.

Wanting to take advantage of this, Jinbe prepared to jump back. But faster than him, Shalltear's fist hit him in the abdomen. Feeling like his organs were exploding, Jinbe coughed up blood. Then, he had his face slashed, while Shalltear had transformed his nails into huge claws.

Then running at full speed around Jinbe, Shalltear had fun attacking him in all directions, while wanting to tear him to pieces. Feeling Shalltear's claws slashing at him, Jinbe took a fighting stance and covered his body in Busoshoku haki. Slashing him again and again, Shalltear saw him resist her attacks.

"It's useless." Jinbe affirmed.

Then, closing his eyes, he began to concentrate. Letting Shalltear continue to run around him, Jinbe used his haki to locate her. Remaining still for a few seconds, he finally opened his eyes.

" FIVE THOUSAND TILE TRUE PUNCH ! "

And while she was right in front of him, Shalltear saw Jinbe aim his fist at her before punching her in the abdomen. Eyes wide, Shalltear spat out blood. Yet, just as her body was about to fly backwards, she reached out to grab Jinbe's arm. Then, using phenomenal strength, she began to spin around, before forcing Jinbe to imitate her.

Feeling his feet leave the ground, Jinbe began to spin several times, before Shalltear violently threw his body against the ground. Still using his haki to reduce the shock, Jinbe managed to withstand the impact. Unfortunately, taking advantage of his head being on the ground, Shalltear raised her foot before kicking her opponent in the face.

Even protected by his haki, Jinbe felt the power of the kick, which sent him flying until he hit a wall. Stunned, Jinbe didn't even have time to get up before Shalltear moved towards him before starting to hit him several times.

"I'm going to break your organs one by one."

Feeling her fists hit him, Jinbe tried to extend his arm towards her. However, moving too quickly, Shalltear avoided being grabbed and struck him again. Feeling the vampire's knee hit his abdomen, Jinbe lowered one knee to the ground.

"It's not over." Shalltear stated, aiming her fist at his face.

However, as she struck him, the vampire was completely surprised to see Jinbe tilt his upper body backwards, with a flexibility worthy of a true gymnast.

"He dodged me...in that position?"

Then, Jinbe let his upper body swing forward and, taking advantage of his momentum, he closed his fist before colliding with Shalltear's forehead. Unable to use her teeth to stop the fist, Shalltear stepped back several meters, while feeling her head ringing like a bell.

" BURAIKAN ! "

Still shaken, Shalltear could do nothing as Jinbe's fist hit her stomach and let the shockwaves spread through the vampire's body. Feeling like her eyes were going to pop out of her sockets, Shalltear felt her body fly backwards and was now the one hitting a wall, while a huge crater formed at the moment of impact.

Initially stuck in the wall, Shalltear's body eventually falls to the ground. Moaning in pain, the vampire forced herself to get up. Feeling the blood running down her face, she tried to understand what had just happened.

"This guy...how can he still have so much strength?"

For his part, Jinbe walked towards Shalltear.

"I'm impressed that you're still conscious."

Shalltear's answer was to direct her hand towards him.

" EMPRESS' S WHIP ! "

Made from darkness, a whip came out of the palm of his hand and headed towards Jinbe. Seeing it, the man jumped to the side and saw the whip hit the ground, cracking it. Seeing him avoid her weapon, Shalltear created a second whip in the other palm of her hand and began to shake them back and forth.

Forced to move at full speed, Jinbe had to jump multiple times to avoid getting hit.

"It's no use! Now that I've observed you, I know what I have to do to..."

Suddenly, Jinbe's vision became blurry and the man dropped to one knee on the ground.

" What ? "

Seeing this, Shalltear began to smile and her whips began to whip Jinbe without the slightest restraint.

"What were you saying?"

Unable to answer her, Jinbe had to face the whips, while trying to understand the reason for his sudden lack of energy.

"Did the blows I received earlier do more damage to me than I expected?"

Suddenly stopping whipping him, Shalltear rushed to one of the stone blocks Jinbe had created earlier and gave it a powerful kick. The force of the attack threw the stone block towards Jinbe. However, despite his fatigue, the fishman managed to stretch his arms and grab the rock, before pulverizing it between his hands.

But already, Shalltear had created a magic circle in front of her and summoned a large amount of darkness, which took the form of a wave.

" WAVE DEATH ! "

Struck by the attack, Jinbe was thrown completely backwards and crashed to the ground.

" ARRGHHH ! "

Then jumping into the air, Shalltear found herself above him, before dropping towards him. Seeing her want to crush him under her feet, Jinbe rolled to the side and dodged her trampling at the last minute.

" Damn it! " Shalltear growled, as her feet slammed into the ground.

" SHARK TILE TRUE PUNCH ! "

Attacking her from a distance, Jinbe collided with the body of the vampire who took a few steps back. However, seeming to have less effect than before, the fishman's attack barely injured Shalltear.

"Who does he have?" She asked him. "You seem weaker than before."

Trying to catch his breath, Jinbe felt tired. On the contrary, Shalltear seemed in great shape. Even after being hit a dozen times, she seemed to not have received the slightest damage.

"How is this possible?" Jinbe wondered.

"You look surprised to me." Shalltear said, running towards him.

Seeing her, Jinbe positioned his arm back, before hitting her in the chin. Upon impact, Jinbe was surprised to find that Shalltear made no attempt to defend herself. Taking the punch, the vampire felt her body fly through the air. However, a few seconds later, she managed to land on her feet. Then spitting out a little blood, she smiled at Jinbe, while affirming.

"It's over! Your attacks no longer have the slightest effect on me."

And again, she disappeared before hitting Jinbe's face.

"I will never experience the slightest defeat again."
