Chapter 2:Sorrow
It was a quite airship ride right now to the compound that desdemona was leading them to. But they were all silent as the ship was filled with the crys of parents, family members or friends that heard of the others being gone still. As kali was sobbing right now with sienna doing her best to console her and nadia who was being conolsed by robyn
As the bengel tiger shuhsed her"its okay kali…where here for you…were all here for each other"she shushed as the cat faunus sniffed rubbing her red eyes
"But my little girl is gone…shes gone…shes not coming back"kali cried and cried as ghira was keeping a stoic look but the man was heartbroken to hear his daughter was gone. Which tai noticed
"Don't pretend you aint sad ghira…right now…both out daughters are gone…you can cry. No one gonna judge you"Tai said rubbing his sore eyes with a horased voice
Ghira inhaled deep as he sighed"i will cry later. I need to be their for my wife right now"ghira said upset
As dusk was their sitting on may lap as the cat grimm hoped off as he approached kali. The women looked at the small white kitten who meowed at her. As the women gently picked him up cuddling him for comfort
"Oh um…whos…whos cat is this?"kali asked with a horsed voice but they revealed who he was
"Thats…not a cat…its um…thats dusk…hes um…"mercury stopped himself as dusk revealed his grimm form to their shock. As he cooed missing his owner changing into a white cat again curling on the women lap as she hugged him for comfort but that made aruna who joined them go wide eyed
"Wait…wait…if the…um…stupid grimm here aren't attackin i…maybe…maybe their alive"Aruna said as they stared at her with xander shaking his head
"Aruna….that might be a false hope. Don't…don't say that again okay"xander said as the cat faunus looked down upset to hear her cousins where gone still as she leaned into him for comfort

That being a baner that had a gravestone embalzed on a skull that symbol of the gravekeeeprs. As all of them were busy preparing for something it seems with acolytes walking around but a familiar face stepped forward. That being lazurez who smiled to see his sister partner
"Well theirs my little nieces…oh is that your new little girl i heard about"lazuez said walking over gently taking dywn who was sleeping right now as he smiled seeing her
Neirda sniffed rubbing her eyes'yes um…she is….our wife is…is in amity if your wondering"She replied as he sighed

Once they were inside the manor they were met by a grand looking room that was the main entrance. With two set of stairs that led up to the other levels. But in the very center of the room sat a statute of a grand knight holding a greatsword in hand staring at the ground bowing his head. As the wall paper was colroed dark blue with acloyte going around cleaning the place.
As desdemona guided them through the halls at a slow pace as they admired the place
"Whoa..this place is….pretty big"may said in shock of the size as chloe chuckled
"Yeah…we've been staying here for a a couple days waiting for you guys. Seems grandma isis is freinds with a rich person"chloe joked with a sadden look as her mother sighed holding gabriel who was fast asleep

That being akata who was wearing a oversized icy blue sleeveless top with some black jeans. But the shirt looked a little big on her for a good reason with a bulged on her belly. As she looked to be about three months pregant. This made them all wide eyed seeing she was pregannt
As meg was humming but stopp smiling"oh your all here!"meg cheered rushing over hugging her husband kissing him on the cheek as will smiled holding his love. As the others looked over with colt laughing to see them
"Well about time we;ve been preparing this weird little celebration with xiong all day"colt cheered as junior sighed

"They…we lost some people on the escape from atlas"velvet cried making them stunned as meg rushed over cradling her daughter in her arms with a worried look. With loki going wide eyed staring at his big sister

As they looked at her with upset looks as diamona actived her semblance to calm them all down. They all felt relaxed now as the women rubbed her face
"Okay…i…um i'm gonna tell everyone to stop with tonight celebration. You all need to get some rest. We uh have rooms available i'm sure"diamona said

While fina and chad walked guiding the hayley parents somewhere to console them. As most of them reamined in the main hall sitting down consoling each other
"So…that little…ughhh thanatos killed them…oh…oh i know whos gonna on my list"vance growled scratching his claws digging into the table
"Not if i get to her first. Because well…if i have to i'll bring her here crippled. So she can have her maiden powers taken from her"raven siad with malice as lilith sighed rubbing her face staring at miller holding june in his arms still fast asleep

"We'll figure out how to best tell them. Maybe first we should schedule a funeral for them to honor them. They layed their lives down for the four kingdom. They deserve a heroes send off"glynda said proudly as they appreciated that
"Good…because god…i…i need to get some sleep maybe go for a drink"nadia said trying to leave to drown her sorrow right now. But sienna growled walking over making her sit down as the tiger growled at her as her new tail thrashed

"We can show you to your rooms. Tomorrow me and theodore will come up with a plan…oscar would you mind joining us."glynda asked as he nodded
"I will. Ozpin says its nice to meet you again"oscar replied as she was happy to hear he was back. They all soon split up to head to their own rooms as most of the teens followed loki who was looking down the entire time right now sighing in sadness

They all decided to get siauted in their rooms right now. The rooms where quite spacious as they had enough space for maybe twelve of them. As in one of them was perun, cardin, yumi ,mercury, sun, razma, velvet, eden, may, penny,sombra. As they changed into some clohres provide for them as penny wore a pair of black sweatpants and a emerald green t-shirt finding this all weird right now
As the orange hair girl stared at her hands seeing the flesh and blood their. But this was only possible thanks to her friends.

"Well i need to thank ruby on that…and…at least salem can't use all the staff wishes or the lamps"penny replied

"You mean how i heard his dad is dead….karma a bitch. But i–"she was stopped as the door could be heard creaking open as in the doorway was piper for some reason
"Oh little sister whats wrong?"eden asked with a horased voice as piper ran over climbing onto the bed her sister was on
"I had a scary nightmare…i wanna sleep in here"piper cutely said as eden sighed pulling her sister into an embrace holding her close
"Sure little sister. I…i'm happy your okay"eden cired as they all decided to get some sleep for the night. They all drifted to sleep in the compound hoping that tomorrow it'll be better. With some hoping it was just a dream they haven't woken up yet. But it wasn't a dream they were gone
In another part of the house raven was mediaitng staring at the broken moon as she prayed for all the people they lost. She'll avenge her daughter, her niece and brother lifes if she has too. While in another part of the house pyrrha was sitting up staring at her grimm hand clenching her fist tight because she'll make sure that the others scarfieces won't be put to waste
"I'll get stronger…i'll get stronger to protect everyone jaune. I…i love you"pyrrha internally thought for her love right now. Hoping she can step up to the chanlellenge and make them all proud on what their doing in their names.
With that everyone seems to have adjusted to what happened. As others will find their own way of cooping with the loss of their loveds ones. But pyrrha vows to get stronger and stop salem for good no matter what for her friends. Thanks for reading!
