Chapter LXXIX: Civil War With HYDRA.

Last Time.

"Hold on, F.R.I.D.A.Y.!"

Naruto then unsealed several fire extinguishers before using them on the lava men before seeing Egghead was gone before they walked out. Naruto walked forward as Widow talked to Ant-Man about leaving before walking to them. "F.R.I.D.A.Y. 's found him."

Downtown.

At a warehouse, Naruto looked up before speaking. "Egghead has a bunch of fake addresses, but this is where the studio sends his checks."

They got in to see Egghead getting in a giant egg suit before it opened with tendrils. And had Naruto hit it with a large Rasengan and had Ant-Man go in to knock Egghead out while the police showed up.

Later, the group met at the studio with Ted quitting acting after coming back from Asgard. "That actor had promised me a tour of Hollywood. Though I could not trust his sense of direction, nor trust anything else about him, for that matter." Thor said, walking up to the trio.

"You don't need him. Come on. I'll give you guys the VIP Hollywood grand tour." Ant-Man said walking through a sunset drop with the others.

"What? Such fakery!" Thor commented as the drape closed behind him.

Now.

The RAFT.

The Avengers minus Captain America, with Songbird, the newly formed Screaming Mimi are in cells. Shortly after the contest, the President assigned Truman Marsh as the Avenger's government liaison. And the President had signed The New Powers Act, giving the government control over the Avengers. He ended up replacing Hulk with Red Hulk, being more focused before the Leader used a collar to have him attack the city before Hulk helped out.

Later, the Avengers disassociated from the government through the Inhuman Registration Act, Truman Marsh assembled The Mighty Avengers consisting of Ant-Man, Black Panther, Captain Marvel, Ms. Marvel, Red Hulk, Songbird, and Vision to take their place where they first fight against Baron Strucker and HYDRA with the Avengers after them. Later on, the Avengers work to keep the Mighty Avengers from taking the Inhumans Haechi, Flint, and Iso into custody.

And forced a fight between the two teams that nearly killed Captain America as Vision tossed Mjölnir and hit him in the back causing the Avengers, minus Shinobi and Widow who disappeared, to surrender.

Widow and Shinobi broke the team out with Black Bot and Medusa who had a change of heart on the Registration Act. They left via jet before finding a signal was sent out affecting those who had chips for registration before Black Bolt and Medusa's eyes glowed and he destroyed the jet with his voice.

"Destroy!"

BOOM!

The team fell to the fair below and landed as the two controlled Inhumans came down. "They're under mind control. Try not to hurt 'em." Cap ordered as the team dodged Medusa's hair and attacked the two.

"This isn't you, Black Bolt. You're stronger than this!" Thor groaned holding Black Bolt in a sleeper.

"Thor, neutralize the registration disk."

"But how?"

"Lightning!" Naruto yelled out.

"Black Bolt, I will not harm you, but Mjölnir most definitely will! Now for the disk."

"Thor's hit just took out his disk." Iron Man said as Cap looked at Thor.

"Thor, we need another lightning strike. This time at Medusa."

"A boulder? Where'd she find a boulder?"

"Stand clear!" Thor hit Medusa as well before the disks fell off their necks.

"That signal was broadcast all over the world. Now every Inhuman who registered is under mind control." Widow explained as they all got together.

"This is all our fault. If only we hadn't agreed to..."

"Ain't no angst like Inhuman angst. It's not your fault. There's no need to apologize." Hawkeye shrugged at the Queen.

"No need to apologize? I guess that means we're all cool then."

They turned to see a hologram of the Mighty Avengers sans Ms. Marvel.

"Team, you remember our mighty Avengers friends who arrested us. Good times. But the past is the past, and things have changed." Iron Man said as Vision nodded

"Indeed. Despite our protests, Truman Marsh attempted to force Ms. Marvel to register."

"Even though she was already working on the side of the government. That was the final straw." Panther continued before Red punched his palm.

"So even Ms. Marvel went into hiding. Then we quit working for that pencil-neck Marsh."

"And that's how we got here. But we understand if you're a little, uh, seriously ticked off at us for having to arrest you." Marvel shrugged as Hulk snorted.

"Uh, kind of, yeah."

"We're on the same side now. And we have bigger problems. F.R.I.D.A.Y.?" Cap asked before the A.I. brought up news of Inhumans attacking around the world.

"Within the last hour, the Inhumans who registered have begun to attack humans. The media has named this conflict 'The Inhuman Wars.'"

"We know the Inhumans are being mind-controlled. But nobody out there knows that." Naruto mused walking up as Medusa looked at Thor.

"Couldn't we use your lightning?"

"Nay. Asgardian lightning is an exact process. It would be impossible to target every Inhuman on the planet."

"It doesn't make sense. Marsh has to be behind this." Cap mused at that. "But what does he have to gain by starting a war between humans and Inhumans?"

"Cap, go find out. Take Falcon, Black Bolt, and Medusa with you. Widow, take Hawkeye, Hulk, Songbird Shinobi, and Thor. The most intense fighting is in the city. Get in there and stop it. Captain Marvel, take Black Panther, Red Hulk and Vision. Hit the city, uptown. Ant-Man, you're with me. Let's move." Iron Man said before each team left.

Each team attacked the Inhumans and Naruto was able to use Lightning Jutsu on the chips and the Mighty Avengers saved Ms. Marvel. Black Bolt meanwhile flew off when finding the office they went to was rigged to blow. The others followed and found Black Bolt at a machine that would reverse the Terrigen Wave but only by putting the Inhumans in a coma.

Iron Man and Ant-Man then study the chips and find a way to disable them, calling the others back. "Good to see you back to normal," Naruto said to Ms. Marvel who smiled at him.

"It's good to be back to normal. My normal, mostly non-evil self." She said as he kissed the top of her head while Iron Man and Ant-Man dropped down.

"Avengers. Man, there are a lot of us. Come on."

They turned to see Marsh clapping his hands. "You always were very clever. But if you think I'm going to just let you undo my registration disks, you're wrong.

"Marsh!"

"I call first dibs on smashing his face." Hulk punched his fists together at that.

"I call second."

"Are you trying to threaten the Avengers? We're Earth's mightiest heroes. You're just a deluded schlub in a bad suit." Hawkeye taunted before Marsh turned into Ultron.

"Still wrong."

"Ultron?"

"Surprised to see me? But now it all starts to make sense, doesn't it? Not that it matters now. I have been biding my time." Ultron said glowing red as the Avengers Tower suddenly turned into several large robots. "Letting you think you've won, studying your every move, setting up the pieces, watching you do exactly what I wanted."

"I'd hoped humans and Inhumans would annihilate each other for me. But if I want the job done right, I'll have to do it myself. Now a new world order, the Ultron Revolution!"

"Ultron! How did he escape the Destroyer armor?" Falcon asked as Ultron was picked up by a robot.

"You left me, trapped. But a superior mind always finds a way. Your communications network, cables on the ocean floor. Primitive, but effective. Now you must submit yourselves to the Ultron Revolution. The world, remade by me!"

"Avengers…"

"All Avengers."

"Assemble!"

The group attacked the robots as they turned to attack the city. Naruto went into his red cloak and created clones that quickly attacked with large Rasengans (Spiraling Spheres) hitting them into the ground and exploding. Only for them to start rebuilding with material from the buildings. "They're rebuilding with whatever they can find. It's like Ultron's taken over the city itself."

"Even if we stop these sentries, there's more out there and an army of mind-controlled Inhumans. We gotta regroup." Cap said as Naruto looked at Iron Man and spoke.

"Cap's right. I've got an idea. Follow me." They all then flew to Strange's house and walked up as Dr. Strange opened the door.

"Come inside, quickly. The house is protected by an enchantment. You're safe here."

"We can't stay long, Dr. Strange. We just need to make a plan." Iron Man explained as the sorcerer looked at them.

"I've been monitoring the situation. Humans all over the world are under attack from the Inhumans, and now Ultron's sentry reinforcements are arriving. I expected you to come for my help."

"We could use a little magic today." Iron Man said as Captain Marvel looked over.

"So what do we do?"

"Ant-Man and I know how to disable the Inhuman registration discs. We just need a lab that wasn't destroyed by Ultron."

"You guys do your thing. I'll take a team to hold off the Inhumans as long as possible." Cap ordered as Dr. Strange looked over.

"I have an idea for dealing with Ultron, but it needs work. I'll present it to you when... If it's ready."

He disappeared via smoke as the Avengers went to Iron Man's father's old lab and started working as they also fought off Inhumans. After capturing Inferno and testing the device, Iron Man then applied it to a worldwide scale as Naruto created clones to attack any Inhuman that tried to attack the building disabling every chip in the world.

They then heard Ultron planning to destroy all life using a satellite to beam himself to Wakanda.

As they got to Wakanda, they attacked Ultron who was now able to control the vibranium weapons before leaving. They tracked him to a large satellite and crashed the Aven-Jet into Ultron. Vision then reverses the ray Ultron was going to use to destroy the humans and it hits Ultron. Ultron moves to go into Iron Man's armor, only for Naruto to grab a scroll, unseal a helmet he was given to use, and have Ultron go inside that helmet.

Dr. Strange shows up and creates a dimension where Ultron won't be able to come back.

Later, the Avengers are now in a large compound outside of the city to use as a base while the Tower is being rebuilt. "Construction of New Attilan is already underway." Widow said to them as Thor walked up

"And the vibranium body is safe again. Hopefully for good."

"Ultron's robot army, mostly just a pile of dust." Hawkeye picked up before Cap followed.

"And we've got new Avengers on the ground in New York restoring peace and order."

Later, in Naruto's room, he heard a knock and turned to see Ms. Marvel who walked in. "Hey, Kamala. What can I do for you…" He trailed off as she lifted her shirt and showed that instead of her pants, she was wearing stockings connected to a garter belt and pink panties.

"I wanted to say thanks for helping the Inhumans."

A Week Later.

Shinobi looked up to see the Triskelion was taken over by Zola and Doc Ock who was now bald and in a metal cocoon and his goggles attacked the city. Naruto then saw another hero that Spider-Man told him about on his way to help.

He has a spider-themed costume that's red with a black mask and shoulders with a black spider on his chest and back with black fingers and a red lens for the eyes. "Can't do anything without me, can ya?"

He saw red beams hitting the heroes forcing them to kneel except for the spider-themed ones, Iron Spider used an artificial Spider-Sense to protect himself from danger and the rays before they went to a black stealth jet and flew up to the Triskelion to fight Doc Ock. As they fought, Kraven said there was a new Sinister Six to fight before Scarlet Spider tackled him off while Naruto created countless clones.

And easily attacked the villains and put them in binds before putting the ship on autopilot to fly into space. As they landed, Naruto learned that the new hero was captured by Doctor Octopus and was subjected to many painful experiments by him, which likely granted him his spider abilities with stingers in his wrists. And that he was able to escape and was forced to live in the sewers. "You're welcome to stay at the school."

Naruto said as Scarlet looked at him. "Someone's gotta teach that kid to fly." He replied pointing at Iron Spider.
