The small town on the outskirts of Tristain were as busy as usual. Many merchants and those with coin flooded the pathway, all aiming to buy or sell something. Vergil walked out into the bustling street, a plastic chair held in his arm. He placed in near the building he walked out of and sat down, crossing his arms over his chest as he watched the pedestrians move in front of him. He had found this peculiar object inside the shop, and something deep within him compelled him to take it. He cast a glance behind him, spotting Saito, Louise, Dante, and Nero walk out from the shop Colbert had provided. He turned back to the street, before glancing back once more when he took note of a ridiculous feature.
"Dante... what exactly are you wearing?"
The man in red smiled as he fixed his collar.
"Thought you might like it," he said as he spun in place.
"Whaddya think?" he said as he gestured to hsi new garb. Only the colouring was different, but the style was eerily similar to a certain King of Pop.
"I feel like this is copyright infringement, Dante-san," Saito said as he bent over to look at the outfit.
"Aww, but I ain't even said his name yet, yet alone start getting into the groove!"
"If you start dancing like that again, Dante, I'm not sure it's gonna matter," said the man's nephew.
Dante stared at him blankly, like a clown who's fun had been ruined.
"On that note, what are you doing, dad?" Nero asked his father.
"I am simply sitting... sitting within a chair that radiates power."
Nero blinked.
"In what?"
"Power, Nero. This. Is. Power."
His son blinked in confusion.
"Why not go for style, oh brother of mine, than power?"
Nero turned his head to spot Dante, now with a complete change of clothes. He wore a blue button up shirt within a red tuxedo, and long black slacks on top of black dress shoes. A rose was in his mouth as he struck a pose.
Vergil raised a brow and asked "What form of power is this?"
"Love and beauty... have a strength far greater simple power!"
"And with this!" he exclaimed as he grabbed his rose, and threw it, "You are set free!"
The rose landed in front of the shop, just as the door opened.
"Ara, what a passionate performance!" came a voice from the shop.
"I've still yet to make my... memorable appearance so..." the voice spoke.
Out peeked Kirche, who wore a seductive look. She grinned towards the group, and slowly stepped out of the doorframe, intent on showing off her... ahem, assets. However, Tabitha was quick to cover her with a color pencil drawing of a bikini on cardboard.
"Tabitha! What are you doing?"
"Keeping this PG. Besides you save this kind of fan service for latter."
"But how much later? You can't keep something like THIS hidden forever!" she said as she cast a spell.
The cardboard burned away, revealing the treasure that hid beneath... A very distorted and blurred image of Kirche's figure, courtesy of a wind spell by Tabitha.
"Hey!"
The bespectacled girl merely starred at her friend with a deadpan look.
"How can you even cast a chantless spell?" Kirche asked.
"Magic. Watch," Louise said as she extended forward a hand.
In a burst of a pink glow, a buxom, and busty blonde elf appeared and sat in her hand. Dressed in only a bath towel I might add, which gave Saito quiet the nosebleed.
"Ah! What the hell!?"
"See, magic-magic," Louise spoke.
"Oi," Tiffania yelled, "We're nowhere near close to my appearance in the timeline! You're like... a season and a half away from me showing up!"
"Okay, then let's bring out someone who is showing up this season."
Louise held out her other hand, and in a burst of pink came another well endowed woman, only she had purple hair.
"Kyaa!" She exclaimed, holding only a bath towel, and once again, Saito gained a massive nosebleed.
"L-L-Louise?! What are you doing?" the purple haired girl asked.
The pink haired mage's... uh, hair, suddenly turned a dark black as she spoke, "What are any of us really doing? Meandering around in this world, wondering about our existence... Does any of it even matter?"
"Oi- Louise suddenly turned into a nihilist?!" Saito exclaimed as his nose was filled with tissues.
Nero looked at him with a raised brow.
"What are you, a comedic-straight-man?"
"Iei," Saito replied, completely recovered from his shock, "That is a different role from the one I play."
"Speaking of roles," came a new voice, "When am I going to make an appearance?"
A blonde girl stepped forward, accompanied by Guiche.
"Didn't you just make one last chapter, Montmorency?" Louise asked.
"For like, two seconds!" she yelled, "I play a bigger role in the actual anime!"
All eyes turned to her in skepticism.
"...Okay maybe not THAT big a role, but more than a cameo! At least give me a romance scene or something!"
"Love... an abstract concept... what is love truly? A fleeting emotion in our hearts, or a concoction of chemicals in our brain? In the greater view of things, does love even matter? Is it even worth chasing?"
"Nihilist Louise strikes again?!" Saito exclaimed.
"Seriously, what is your role in this chapter?" Nero asked.
"Ugh... I just wanted a bit of romance... I'm just a teenage girl after all..." Montmorency stated, dejected.
"Well..." A voice said from behind her, "If you want a little romance, perhaps I can provide some?"
The blonde girl sighed.
"Guiche, please, this is not the- huh?"
The purple haired woman was there, a smile on her lips as she eyed the blonde.
"Mmm... You're even cuter up close you know... Too bad you're not in a relationship right now... Well at least, too bad for anyone else."
The blonde felt something soft, but large, press into her back. Her face heated up to a bright red, as she took note that the woman left behind her bath towel in Louise's hands.
"Wha-wha-wha-wha-"
The woman pressed a finger to the blonde's lips, silencing her.
"Shh... Relax, and let Momma take the wheel."
Her face was flooded with blood, to the point where steam burst forth in a white cloud. The girl then passed out, laying limply in the woman's arms, just enough to cover any... sensitive parts.
"Oh my... Maybe I've gone a little too far."
"You definitely went too far!" Saito said as fresh new tissues were up his nose.
Dante leaned over.
"Saito, you got a nosebleed again?" the man in red asked.
"You didn't?" Saito replied.
"So..." Nero interjected, "Is anyone else gonna appear, or is this it?"
"I think I bring one more," Louise said, "Hold on."
Another blast of blink light brought forth another maiden in a bath towel, eliciting another jet stream of blood from Saito. Who appeared was a very surprised Siesta.
"AHh! Wha-? Where am I?"
"Where is anyone, really? Does it all even matter?" Louise said, as her clothes were now switched out into a darker black garb.
"Nihilist Louise has returned!" Saito replied.
"Seriously, what role are you playing?!" Nero asked, "And how in the heck can you guys even speak English?"
"Magic," all the characters from the Familiar of Zero said at once, including Montmorency, before resuming her fainting spell.
"On another note, I am very concerned with your blood loss, Saito-kun," said Vergil.
"Don't worry!" Saito said with a thumbs-up, as new tissues filled his nose, "Anime protagonists have 3 to 4 times more blood than the average person! It's why we bleed out so often in episodes!"
"That doesn't make any sense!" Nero yelled, then turned to his relatives, "And what role are you two even playing?!"
"The storm, Nero. I am the storm that is approaching," Vergil replied.
Nero glanced around the sky.
"Huh? The what? What storm? Wait, you don't mean you're gonna go kill-"
"Provoking," Vergil interjected, "Black clouds... in isolation."
He held up a hand, and then clenched it before his face. The shredding sounds of a guitar seemed to echo from nowhere as he continued.
"I am reclaimer of my name. Born in flames... I have been blessed. My family crest... is the demon of death."
"What the Underworld are you talking about?!" Nero shouted.
"Steal a soul for a second chance... but you will never become a man..."
That voice had Nero spin around. Off to the side, he spotted Dante, his outfit completely changed to a red jacket and a black shirt that read "Wacky Woo-Hoo Pizza Guy," with a an open box full of pizza in his right hand. All toppings were on it, except olives.
"Where did you-"
"My chosen torture makes me stronger. In a life that craves the hunger," the Hunter continued.
He took a slice of pizza from the box, and took a huge bite of it.
"A Freedom and a quest for life. Until the end the Judgment Night."
He spun in place, and a familiar guitar from his younger years appeared in place of the pizza he was just holding. He immediately started jamming on it, letting music fill the air.
Nero glanced between the two older members, completely lost in the mayhem. He then shrugged.
"Eh, to heck with it."
He pulled his hoodie up, and jumped into the air. Behind him, two ethereal hands formed, and as he landed, his two pairs of arms acted as though they were playing on a guitar.
"Move fast baby, don't be slow~! Step aside, reload, time to goooooo! I can't seem to controooool... All... This, rage that's inside me!"
The sound of two more guitars filled the air, and Nero continued playing, wildly.
"Pulling shots, aiming dots, yeah! I don't miss. Branded by fire, born in the abyss! Red hot temper baby, I just can't resist... All... This... Vengeance inside me! All of these thoughts running through my head! Arm on fire, veins burning red~! Fru-stra-tion, is getting bigger!"
He aied a finger gun out, and fired three times, as the ethereal arms get playing the air guitar.
"Bang-Bang-Bang! Pull my Devil Trigger!"
"Well that was unexpected," said Saito.
"The fact that they all burst into songs with guitars, or the fact that each one knows their theme song by heart?" Louise asked.
"Yes," was his reply.
"Eto..." the blonde elf perked up, "Can I go back now?"
Eyes flew to the blonde elf as he nervously stood to the side.
"It's uhh... kinda cold out here..."
"Hehe~ well then I can warm you up!" Came a voice from behind her.
Arms enveloped the elf, as the purple haired woman leaned her head on her shoulder.
"AHH! N-n-n-Nani!?"
"Hello!" she said cheerily, "Nice to meet you, my name is Henrietta."
"Ah... uhm... my name is Tiffania... hajimemashite."
"Wah, that's such a pretty name! It's nice to meet you too!" Henrietta replied.
"O-oh... thank you. I think yours is pretty too!"
"Oh my! You flatter me! But you know... I think there's more than just your name that's pretty."
"E-eh?!" the elf exlaimed, flustered.
"Tif~fania~chan." she said sweetly, "You're really cute!"
"Eh?! E-e-e-e-e-e-eh, um... uh..."
"Y'know... I heard that elves have sensitive ears... tell me, is it really true?"
"W-what? Ah... um... well... maybe... not?"
"Really?" Henrietta asked.
"Really!" Tiffania replied.
"Really?" Henrietta said as she inched closer.
"R-really, really!" Tiffania replied, flustered.
"Reeeeeallllly?" Henrietta asked as she leaned closer.
"REALLY, REALLY, REALLY!" Tiffania said as she nodded frantically.
"Ah... that's too bad then... I guess I'll have to save my teasing for later," the purple haired woman said as she leaned back dramatically, one hand covering her eyes.
Tiffania sighed in relief, and Henrietta immediately took the opportunity to lean into the elf's ear and blow on it.
The blonde girl felt a shock rush through her body, and her face flushed completely red.
"Ara, ara... It was sensitive after all..." Henrietta said as she leaned closer, "Looks like you lied to me, Ti-ffa-nia-chan~."
The elf girl gulped as the the purple haired woman drew closer to her ear.
"And by verdict of the state... you must be punished."
She licked the blonde elf's ear, and the girl shrilled in... well... hopefully I do not need to spell it out.
The girl then collapsed, too much stimulation had her face exploded in a cloud of steam.
"Ooops, guess I overstimulated her," Henrietta said with a giggle.
"Hah?!" Siesta exclaimed, "You call that 'overstimulation'? Please, THIS is overstimulation!"
Siesta marched over to Kirche, catching the tanned beauty off guard as the maid pressed her lips onto hers.
The redhead's eyes widened, before glossing over as the raven haired girl continued her assault. When she broke away, the redhead lost strength in her legs, trembling and only being supported by Siesta's arms.
Over to the side, Saito was replacing the tissues in his nose... again.
"See? THIS is how you make a person go weak in the knees!"
"Hah?" Henrietta said with an unamused expression, "You made one person fall over after three seconds, and you think you're superior to me?"
"Ara, ara, are you just jealous because your skills won't be able to compare to mine?" Siesta said with a deviant smirk.
"Ho-ho, are you trying to provoke me? Actions speak louder than words, deary," she said.
"Very well then, allow me to demonstrate," The raven haired maid said as she strided to Henrietta.
"Oh? You're approaching me? Instead of running away, you're coming right to me?" The purple haired woman asked.
"I can't humiliate and dominate you without getting closer," Siesta replied.
"Oh ho. Then come as close as you like," Henrietta replied as she walked towards her rival.
The two then stood face to face, a small bolt of lightning arching between the two.
"Well, what's your next move?" Henrietta asaked.
"Ah, in such a rush to be beaten, are we? Patience, you'll be humbled soone enough."
"Well to me," Henrietta said as she walked over to Siesta, and grabbed her chin, "It seems that you're just afraid."
"Of a woman who doesn't even know how to kiss?" the raven haired maid replied while placing an arm on Henrietta's shoulder, "Why should I be afraid of someone so inexperienced?"
"Hah? Wanna put your money where your mouth is?" Henrietta asked.
"I'd rather put your mouth where my mouth is," Siesta said as she pushed in for a kiss.
The two grunted as the viciously sought to overpower the other, pushing harshly against the other's advances. A few moments later, however, they appeared to ease into something far more... nosebleed worthy.
Speaking of which, Saito was now beginning to run a little low on.
"Alright, that is enough," Tabitha said, breaking the two apart, and censoring more adult bits.
"This is not a lemon, so take the citrus somewhere else."
"Aww," Henrietta replied, "But it was just getting good."
"Nope. Out of this house, err, into the house!" the bespectacled girl replied, as she pushed the two towards the shop.
As she did, Siesta gained an impish smile.
"Ah, I get it, she just wants to join in."
"Eh?" The shorter girl said as she suddenly stopped pushing.
"Oh..." Henrietta said as she gained a devious smirk of her own, "Tabitha-chan, if you were feeling lonely, why didn't you just ask?"
"Yes, we certainly would have let you join," Siesta replied as the both turned towards the girl.
"Eh?! Hold on, wait a minute!" she exclaimed.
The two taller woman did not, however, wait, and approached the shorter girl. Tabitha felt like a corned rabbit, as the two bent down to her level.
"Give us a reason to wait," Siesta replied.
"Because we can't hold back if you act so cutely," Henrietta added as they got closer.
"N-no! You can't! This isn't...!"
"Just sit back," Henrietta began.
"Relax," Siesta added, "And let us take the wheel."
"Ta. Bi. Tha. Chan," the both said in unison, before giving her a "Chu 3."
The shorter girl's face erupted in steam as she fell back onto the pavement, much to the amusement of the two seductresses.
"So," Siesta perked up, "Shall we finish what we started?"
The raven haired girl tilted her head to the shop, and Henrietta caught on.
The purple haired woman licked her lips and replied with a straight "Yes."
The then whisked themselves away into the shop, never to be seen for... some time.
Louise blinked at the transgression.
"So..." she said as she stared at the fallen members, "What now?"
"Now," Guiche said as he took center stage. He gave a deep bow, before staring forward with a glitter in his eyes. "We end the show."
He stood up, arms wide, "Thank you all for coming here today. We all hope you have a lovely- Gah!"
The boy was swiftly knocked away by a Nero, rocking out still on his air guitars. He fell towards Dante, who spun in place at just the right moment to strike him with his guitar. He then flew towards Vergil, but a sheer force of power prevented him getting too close, and he was thrown staright into the wall of the shop, knocking him out.
"Oops," came Siesta's muffled voice from inside.
"Were we too rough?" Henreitta sked.
"Better take it slower then, missy~"
"Mmm... you make it hard to~" was the reply.
Outside, Louise and Saito stared at each other, then back at the shop.
"Should we-" he bagan.
"No."
"Okay, then what about us-"
"No."
"But aren't we the main-"
"No."
"Fine."
"Good."
The pink haired girl then turned to look at the pedestrians, still walking through the street as though nothing was happening.
"I am a bit more curious about the people before us," Louise perked up, "Why are they all not fazed by this?"
"Oh, because they're made of cardboard. The author thought it would be funny to add this to a April Fool's joke chapter," Saito said dryly.
Louise raised a brow.
"And now we're breaking the fourth wall now? Are we to jump the shark next? And is he unable to use, ACTUAL pedestrians?" she asked.
"Eh, thought the joke would be easier to reveal later if he did it this way," Saito replied.
"Well, while he is joking, there is so much of the story that is still missing!" Louise said.
"Well, he'll address that later," Saito said while glaring at the author, "Oh, quick jump."
The two hopped, and a shark plushie from IK* slid past beneath them.
"Where is that going?" Louise asked.
"To someone in Britain I think, with two different coloured eyes and hair. I'm more concerned with them," Saito said as he nodded to the Hunters.
"The chapter is about to finish, but they won't be able to do an epic ending without a full band. They don't even have drums."
As soon as he said that, the door to the shop opened.
"Did somebody ask for DRUMS?"
Lady, Trish, and V appeared, all carrying instruments in their arms. Lady loudly hit the drums while V put on some shades. He blew into his saxophone, as Trish started on the electric keyboard.
"Oh yeah... I forgot they were in this story too," Saito said.
However, a few notes later, a goblet fell from ahigh, cutting them off.
"Do you mind?" Henrietta called out, "Some of us are trying to cuddle up here."
A chorus of "Sorry," came from the three as the stepped away and toward their companions. Saito and Louise stepped out of their way as the music stopped.
All six hunters shared a look, then nodded in sync.
All at once, the music kicked back in, and the six began to rock their hearts out.
"Killed before a time, to kill them all~. Passed down the rightous law~. Serve a justice that dwells in me. LIFELESS CORPSES AS FAR AS THE EYE CAN SEE!" Dante chanted.
"THE EYE CAN SEE!" Trish and Lady repeated.
"I'm a wildfire you won't tame. Igniting my temper, can't put out my flame~ yeah! I can't seem to contain~ This... storm... swelling inside me!" sang Nero.
"Devil in my blood, living on the edge. Split myself in two, death is all around. Summoning the power, drag myself through pain. Blood spills. Off of me, and onto you," V went.
Vergil was last. Still sitting in his chair, he continued.
"Through vacant halls I won't surrender. The truth revealed in eyes of ember. We fight through fire and ice, forever. Two souls once lost, and now, they remeeeeeeeember!"
A sharp string of guitars echoed, followed by a violent violin, courtesy of V.
The six continued to rock out, and Saito and Louise stared on in amazement.
"So... what do we do?" Louise asked.
Just then, the sax V discarded hit the ground before Saito and Louise.
He turned to her and said, "Join them?"
The girl stared at him, then nodded. Saito bent down to pick up the sax, while Louise materialized a tambourine. They then stepped forward to join the six. They bent their legs, alternating hopping on one foot as they played their instruments.
Nero was first in this chorus, "When the night ends it's not over! We fight through to get closer. Like a silver bullet, piercing through... I throw my-self~ into to you, yeah."
"Brothers in the dark," V then picked up, "Fight for your life. Devils in the dark... Fight for your life."
"Bless me... With the... Leaf off of the tree. On it... I see... The freedom reigns," Dante, Trish, and Lady continued.
"Beyond~ the tree. Fire~ burns," Vergil continued, "Secret... Love~. Bloodline, yearns."
A somber pause crept over, as only Trish, Louise, and Saito played quiet notes.
"Praise to my father," Dante continued, "Blessed by the water. Black night, dark skies. The Devil's cry..."
However, the sounds began to pick up, reaching a fever pitch, until...
"BURY THE LIIIIIIGHT DEEP WITHIN!" Vergil followed the somber break at the top of his lungs.
"CAST ASIDE THERE'S NO COMING HOME!" Vergil said, "WE'RE BURNING CHAOS IN THE WIIIIIIND~. DRIFTING IN THE OCEAN, ALLL! A-LONEEEEEE!"
"WITH ALL OF THESE VOICES INSIDE OF MY HEAD~," Nero said at the top of his lungs, "ARM ON FIRE VEINS BURNING RED~!"
"FRU-STRA-TION GETTING BIGGER!" Nero continued.
"SO BANG!" Nero, Louise, and Saito said.
"BANG!" Vergil and V followed.
"BANG!" Dante, Trish, and Lady ended.
"PULL THE DEVIL TRIGGER!" Nero finished. As he did, fireworks shot up around them, setting the whole setting alight as all the previous characters gathers around, clothes on. With a big bow, they gave their farewells to you, the readers, and hope that you all enjoyed today's little holiday special.

AN: Hello everyone! Hope you enjoyed the chapter! It's a bit late to make it for April Fools, but I was a bit busy with someone. I also know that you were all probably expecting an update to the main story. I have bad news and good news concerning that. Bad news is that it is probably going to take another week to finish all the scenes I have in mind. Good news is that I took a look at my chapters and noticed that my longest sits around 12,000 words. So I'm trying to make this chapter break that record by cramming in dramatic events and conversations, and stylish combat to the max! I hope to see you all there, so until next time, keep up that Smokin' Sexy Style y'all! Peace!
