Excitebike Arena was full of ramps and mud pits, and it was what Sonic The Hedgehog, Dry Bowser, Silver The Hedgehog, Toadette, and Petey Piranha were all preparing as they were all riding on bikes, the race starting as the audience cheered, with Dr. Hoshi studying the race while Yoshi played on his WiiU game-pad, playing the Excitebike Arena itself on MK8 as himself, in a kart.
"Are you going to watch the race, Yoshi?" Dr. Hoshi asked as he turned around, to see the Gamepad in Yoshi's hands as he just rolled his eyes, turning back to the race course.
And all the racers went, going over the boost panels as they headed up the hills, doing various tricks, with Sonic taking the lead as Dry Bowser chucked several bones at the blue hedgehog, hitting him in the back of the head. Toadette zipped by using a Golden Mushroom, with Petey spinning out of control in the mud pits as the race course began to change a bit, several pillars bouncing up out of nowhere.
"Wa... hey!" Silver exclaimed; he was pushed into a nearby mud pit by Toadette, using his psychic power to pull out as he followed the others, all of them going around the bent as a giant patch of grass appeared in the middle, causing them to slow down a bit.
Dry Bowser and Sonic were both doing wheelies and jumps as Toadette was coming up behind them, with Petey chucking a smart bomb ahead, blasting all three racers into the air. Petey then passed them, only to bump into a pillar that emerged out of the middle path. The race course itself began shifting again as all of the racers were doing various tricks on the elevated platforms.
"Now's my chance...!" Sonic proclaimed: he tried doing a stand still mini turbo, getting enough speed to head forward as he approached the finish line.
Dry Bowser simply performed a wheelie as Silver came behind, the psychic powered hedgehog using rocket boosters as he was close to passing Dry Bowser. Dry Bowser spun into him, causing Silver to spin a bit out of control as Dry Bowser passed the finish line, with Sonic having crossed first. Silver was quick to get his head back into the game as he crossed the finish line just before Toadette, who frowned as she reached there using a Super mushroom, with Petey coming in last as his bike was completely covered in mud.

"Damn that blue curled freak... I nearly won..." Dry Bowser remarked as he clenched his skeletal fists, being quite annoyed.
"Well... that's Sonic for you," Silver chuckled since he rubbed the back of his head with his right hand, just thankful to not be left stuck in one of the mud pits after nearly slipping into one.
"Awww... I did pretty bad." Toadette sulked for she began sniffling, tremendously going down from her previous victory.
"Meh. It's just a game," Petey stated because he shrugged, willingly accepting that he lost. He couldn't really handle the bike, anyway.
"Damn it! Fuck! Seriously? Oh fucking screw it all! I hate this frickin' game!" Yoshi exclaimed as he smashed his WiiU gaming pad, having lost his race in the game and gotten 12th place, stomping on it.
Dr. Hoshi simply rolled his eyes at Yoshi's immature behavior, simply remaking with a roll of his right hand, "You're such a kid, Yosh..."
