Petey Piranha laughed as he moved his leaves around, making circles around the various tents set up in the swampy marsh as he rejoined the other racers, bumping into Tiptup the Turtle, who was going to head back into Tanktup as Mr. Vile the red crocodile watched from his giant green shaped crocodile home.
