When they arrived Eliza fist bumped Jeremy as he got out of the car to go see his friends before class started. She herself got out of the car just as Elena and Bonnie arrived.

"Good drive?,"

"Um it was ok minus the bird,"

"Bird?,"

"A bird hit the window I'm ok though,"

"That's good shall we head in," she gestured.

Together they headed into the school, and to their lockers. As they opened their lockers a familar squeal was heard down the hall. Eliza rolled her eyes, she tolerated Caroline Forbes but was never really friends with her she was more Elena's friend then hers.

"Omg are you ok, is she ok?,"

"Caroline we're fine," Elena assured her trying to calm her down knowing there was only so much of Caroline's attitude Eliza could handle.

"Woah what's this," Bonnie says suddenly noticing the new addition in the office.

"He's hot,"

"It's just his back Bonnie,"

"Yeah but a hot back,"

"Excuse me," Elena snapped out as she saw Jeremy head into the men's room.

"Elena leave him alone," Eliza tried to stop her but it was a lost cause Elena never listened to her.

It was at that moment the 'new guy' turned to leave the office making Eliza freeze where she stood. Her eyes widened in shock, her heart skipped a beat, and her stomach dropped. It was none other then her childhood best friend Stefan Salvatore. It couldn't be possible he was suppose to have died 145 years ago. It was then she realized what had happened, Katherine Pierce had turned her best friend into a vampire.

Stefan on the other hand was scared to death, it was like he was seeing a ghost of someone he cared about deeply. It couldn't be he and Damon had lost her years ago. It was then he realized not only did Katherine have a doppelganger, so did Elizabeth Mackenzie.

Bonnie shook her out of her stupor though gesturing that they had to head into the class before they got Tannered.

Eliza was shaking a bit as she took her seat at the back of the class. He was alive. Did he know it was her, or did he think she was a double like Elena.

It was during class she noticed he couldn't take his eyes off Elena. Of course 145 years later and nothings changed it's Katherine's face all over again. Eliza shook her head and threw herself into listening to Tanner.

She must have zoned out cause the next thing she knew the bell rang. Gathering her belongings she noticed Stefan lingered in his seat stealing a obvious but trying so hard not to be look at her.

As she left the class she separated from the girls to finish out the school day in her senior classes.

Eight hours later Eliza stood by her car waiting for her siblings to see what was happening tonight.

"Hey Elena what's on the agenda this evening,"

"Graveyard then later Grill with Bonnie and Caroline,"

"Of course, did you want a ride to the graveyard can drop you off on the way home,"

"No thanks Eliza I'm just gonna walk,"

"Be safe see you later," Eliza sincerely said as Elena headed off as Jeremy arrived throwing himself in the front seat.

"Remember you hurt the baby you get no more rides," Eliza joked with him as she got in the car as well.

Cracking a smile Jeremy nodded as they headed home.

"Wanna grab dinner on the way?,"

"Sure, what did you have in mind?,"

"Just grab something at the Grill then this weekend we head out and do a road trip?,"

"Really?,"

"Yep just you and me and my baby,"

"Sounds great sis let's do it," Jeremy was excited road trips with Eliza meant crazy shit he could never do with Elena, or around her.

After stopping and grabbing dinner the siblings headed home for a quiet night. When they got in Jenna was sat at the kitchen island books spread everywhere, hair in a tizzle, and a pencil clenched between her teeth.

"Uh oh she's stuck in limbo again,"

"Your turn,"

"Smartass hold these," Eliza said handing the bags of food to Jeremy and slowly approaching their aunt.

"Aunt Jenna, hey it's time for break," Eliza said slowly moving the books from in front of her.

"Huh oh yeah thanks kiddo sorry i was limbo again wasn't I,"

"Yep, Jeremy and I grabbed dinner on the way home let's eat,"

"Sounds good," Jenna agreed as she moved the rest of her things out of the way and Jeremy put the food on the counter.

Meanwhile at the grave yard Elena sat resting against the tomb. She knew it wasn't quite healthy to be here all the time but she missed them so much. Sitting here was the most comfortable place to write in her journal.

Suddenly fog started to spread across the graveyard, and a crow flew down perching on the headstone in front of her.

"Ok, hi bird, not like that's not creepy or anything,"

Standing up she shooed it away as she gathered her stuff determined to get away from the fog.

Taking off she doesn't watch her step and trips falling down the hill to the feet of none other then Stefan.

"Hey are you ok?,"

"Were you following me?,"

"No I just saw you fall,"

"And you just happen to be hanging out in a cemetery,"

"I'm visiting, I have family here,"

"Oh, wow tactless. I'm sorry it's the fog it's making me foggy and back there there was this bird and it was all very Hitchcock for a second. That is the bird movie right Hitchcock?," laughing nervously she shook her head.

"I'm Elena,"

"I'm Stefan,"

"I know we have history together,"

"And English and french,"

"Right," it was then Stefan made her blush by reaching over removing a leaf off her jacket.

"Thanks," she said as they had their flirty moment.

"Nice ring,"

"Oh um it's a family ring kinda stuck with it, it's weird eh,"

"No no it's just there's ring and then there's that," she said before Stefan's nose started to twitch.

"Did you hurt yourself?,"

"I don't know," she said before moving over to a stump and rolling up her pants leg.

"Oh would you look at that, that is not pretty," Elena said as Stefan turned his head to avoid looking at the blood as his eyes turned black.

"Hey are you ok,"

"You should go take care of that,"

"Really it's nothing," Elena rolled her pants leg back down and turned only to notice Stefan gone.

So she gathered her bag and headed home.
