As the ladies began chanting Eliza stood near the door anxious to get in to her parent's. Suddenly with a violent shake the door opened inward.

"What's happening?,"

"It worked," Bonnie exclaimed as they all stopped chanting.

"Stay here Jackie I'll bring one by one to the door you help them from here,"

"You got it," she agreed knowing this was something that Eliza needed to do herself.

Anna flashed downstairs at that moment and past them all slipping a bag from Eliza's hand to find her mother.

"Someone's anxious?,"

"I'm more anxious," Eliza said heading in next after Anna.

"Well of course it worked,"

"Don't you have some fires to build?," Damon turned to Stefan ready to go in last.

"I'm gonna go get the gasoline I'll be right back," Stefan turned to Elena ready to head up.

"You ready?,"

"What?,"

"Do you think I'm going to go in there myself so you can seal me in?,"

"Eliza's in there Nik would kill me if i left her locked in a tomb," Greta spoke up pointing out the obvious.

"Don't take her in I'll bring the walls down,"

"You'll bring the walls down if I don't you think I trust you?,"

"As much as I trust you but I did this for that precious girl in there and I would never betray her,"

"Neither would I, she's only leverage she will stay near me and out of harm's way,"

"Enough both of you, look he needs leverage. He needs to know you're not going to shut the door when he get's inside I get it. I'll go,"

"May I," Damon reached over taking one of the torches.

Eliza had been smart she had taken a flashlight that could hang around her neck so she had her hands free.

Slowly they entered last and began the search for Katherine.

Eliza had found Anna feeding her mother and knelt down to briefly check in.

"Hello Pearl, I'm so happy she found you. My friend is waiting at the door she will help you and give you more blood when you leave okay," she could tell she understand by a slight nod from both ladies and stood up.

"Eliza, thank you. I know we didn't save you back in 1864 but this here, now is where you were suppose to be,"

"I think so too so no hard feelings, just don't break my brother's heart and obey the rules of modern day and it will be fine,"

"Of course good luck looking for your parent's," she didn't have to look far though cause Pearl pointed to the right tunnel.

Walking over Eliza was scared of what she may see. When she was close enough the flashlight around her neck illuminated her parent's.

"No!," she screamed in pain dropping to her knees in pain at the sight before her.

Laying against the wall was her mother with her heart removed, and a inch down her father laid the same way.

She couldn't stop crying her heart ripping out of her chest. All her hard work, all her hopes of her family back with her shattered. A sudden gust of wind and there stood Stefan and Jackie who gasped covering her mouth with her hands.

She quickly yanked out her phone texting Nik to either get his ass to Mystic Falls now or Elijah and took a photo of Eliza an her parent's so he would understand.

Stefan bent down wrapping his arm around Eliza to make her look at him.

"Eliza, Elizabeth, Lizzie me and Jackie will take them out of here we will bury them in the Mackenzie tomb I promise," he knew she could hear him though the tears weren't stopping.

Picking her up he took her to the door first and Greta quickly took her as he set her down on her feet and sat her against the wall.

Eliza had begun hyperventilating at this point and Sheila was heartbroken for her as Bonnie began crying for her.

Anna and Pearl were still inside the spell not fully down yet so they wouldn't over do themselves while those inside looked for the people they were meant to.

Sheila walked over placing two fingers against her forehead putting her to sleep.

"Oh god she didn't find them,"

"She did but they were murdered," Stefan said from the doorway where he stood carrying the dead body of Ramon while Jackie behind him carried Alexandra.

Greta did like Jackie did and texted Nik telling him it was urgent code red.

She then texted the guards who flashed down the hole faster then they were expecting they must have been closer then she thought.

She gestured to the doorway and they both stopped before entering the tomb itself taking one body after another from Stefan and Jackie.

Damon was further in the tomb he had heard the blood curdling scream but he couldn't stop looking for Katherine. But there was no sign of her, none at all.

Elena kept walking only to trip over someone's leg. She shone the light all around her but started freaking out seeing all the bodies. It was when one opened their eyes she really freaked out and screamed.

Outside the tomb Bonnie begged her grandmother to show her what to do to take the spell off the tomb so they could all exit.

"We are not strong enough. Even if we were to bring the spell down there's no guarantee we could get it up again,"

"You said it yourself many things can fuel a witches power, help me, or i'll do it alone,"

"You won't do it alone," Greta said standing up from Eliza's side and walking over to her cousin.

"Elena. Stefan?,"

"He's right behind me," she said turning as she heard his footsteps.

He and Jackie were stood by the door knowing they couldn't get out but had no choice but to enter the tomb Eliza and Elena were important to them.

"It's gonna be okay we're going to fix it,"

"Fix what? What is it?,"

"We can't,"

"Can't? Can't wait?,"

"The spells still up, we can't get them out yet,"

"You went in there not knowing if you can come back out?,"

"We heard you and Eliza scream, you were both all that mattered,"

"Oh my god. We can't leave him in there. We promised him, both of us,"

"I know,"

"Even if we're able to break the seal we won't be able to hold it for long," Sheila said as Stefan nodded in understanding heading back in to get Damon.

Damon was freaking out, pissed off, kicking the wall.

"She's not here,"

"Damon,"

"She's not here,"

"What?,"

"She's not here!," he screamed as he tossed the blood bag it splattering against the wall.

"I think it's working," Elena exclaimed as she saw movement.

Anna exited first aiding her mother. Jackie exited next rushing to Eliza's side.

"I just wanted my mother back. Jeremy's fine, he's outside. We won't touch him," Anna promised as she made her way past looking down sadly at Eliza where she laid against the wall.

"Bonnie keep going," Sheila said as the torches flickered while Greta tightened her hold on Bonnie's hand.

"They better hurry," she said to Elena to get them to move them faster.

"Stefan they can't hold it much longer!," she yelled into the tomb knowing he could hear her.

"Damon we need to get out of here,"

"It doesn't make sense they locked her inside,"

"If we don't leave now we're not getting out,"

"How could she not be in here?,"

"It's not worth spending all of eternity down here. She's not worth it,"

"No!,"

"Damon, please," fixing his jacket Damon started walking towards Elena with Stefan behind him.

"Oh my god I can't," Bonnie almost collapsed.

"Yes you can," a moment later Damon exited with Elena and Stefan behind him.

He was so upset that he didn't notice Eliza passed out on the ground.

Jackie was happy it was finally over but she could sense something wasn't right.

"Greta, take her to the hospital," she gestured to Sheila, and Greta took her advice gathering everything up and preparing to take her aunt to the hospital.

Damon, Elena, and Stefan went up first rushing to check on Jeremy. The guards helped the Bennett's up to the top and speeding them out of the forest.

Stefan stayed near Jeremy as Elena stood walking over to Damon hugging him.

Jackie exited next carrying Eliza in a bridal carry. Stefan walked over running his hand over her forehead concerned and knew she needed time to heal.

Damon still had yet to notice that Eliza was out cold all he could think was how he was hugging Elena.

Later at the Gilbert house Elena handed Jeremy aspirin for his headache, as he tried to figure out how he passed out while with Anna.

Jackie on the other hand was packing their bags again. She turned putting Eliza's Mackenzie documents and house key in her purse. She was taking her to the house that was how she would heal.

Jenna stood in the doorway tears running down her face. She knew this could destroy Eliza, it was their biggest goal and it was unattainable.

She knew Jackie had to do this, had to take her to her home. She turned hearing the doorbell ring, and looking over the banister Jeremy who had been in the kitchen made his way over opening the door.

Standing on the porch was just not Elijah but also Klaus. Jenna called out that they could both enter and Jeremy stepped aside pointing upstairs where she was.

They flashed upstairs with Klaus going straight to her side. Elijah stayed in the hallway speaking to Jenna.

Jackie had finished packing mostly everything of both of theirs up and had been tossing bags out the window down to the guards who waited below.

Klaus slipped his arm under Eliza's knees and and her back picking her up to carry her out of the room.

As he left the room he stopped in front of Jenna. She bent kissing her niece's forehead and nodded to Klaus who respected her and would have her home protected even though Eliza no longer lived there.

It took them about twenty minutes to reach the Mackenzie house.

Jackie walked up taking the keys out of her purse. She only hoped they would be allowed in.

Slipping the key in the lock she opened the door and tested it out. Luckily they were able to enter the house.

Klaus took Eliza into the living room laying her on the couch. Jackie and Elijah sat on the single seats while Klaus sat with Eliza's head in his lap on a pillow.

They all sat in a somber setting, quiet, only the sound of silent tears from Jackie in the air.

This wasn't how it was suppose to end. She was suppose to come home with her parent's. She was suppose to get her happy ending.

Sadly it wouldn't be the only pain caused tonight. Across town Bonnie and Greta was crying and heartbroken as they spoke to the doctor sadly Sheila didn't make it her heart gave out.

Mystic Falls would never be the same.
