This is an AU where, during the USJ incident, Mineta awakens his quirk and has to practically relearn how to use it
As the nomu's fist aimed for Midoriya's body, and Mr. Deathtouch reached his hand for Tsuyu's face, and time slowed as Mineta outstretched his right arm in an attempt to stop the villains from hurting his classmates
Time returned to normal as Mineta's eyes closed, waiting for the sounds of blood splattering and skin crumbling. However, the sounds never came.
So Mineta opened his eyes, and to his shock, his right arm, from elbow to fingertip, was covered in this strange purple substance, and the Nomu was stuck to his right fist, completely unable to remove itself.
"What the hell!? Did...my quirk awaken?" Mineta shouted before touching the substance and realizing that it was the same gelatinous substance that made up his hair.
Mineta then pulled his right arm back before moving it in a forward punching motion as the hair on his right arm and head changed to an ivy green color.
Instead of remaining in place, the hair became stretchy as the Nomu was sent flying several meters away before being pulled back like a yo-yo .
Using the momentum gathered, Mineta's right arm released the Nomu, sending it crashing through a spot on the U.S.J's roof.
However, after him and his hair color returned to normal, Mineta passed out right after the sound of the U.S.J's doors being kicked down echoed throughout the dome.

Mineta awoke, feeling a dull stinging sensation all over his body and to the white ceiling and lights of a room. As Mineta carefully sat up in the strange bed he lied in, the sterile smell of a hospital attacked his nostrils.
Before Mineta could call for a nurse, three women of different heights came to his bedside. Of the three, he recognized his mom, Mikaiko Mineta.
Mikaiko Mineta was the definition of a shortstack. She had that curvaceous hourglass figure and, of course, the short height.
Mikaiko Mineta, her quirk;Solar Power! Solar Power stores solar energy to use later. This stored energy has a variety of uses. Such as enhancing durability, enhancing speed, enhancing strength, or even giving foods its user makes the revitalizing sensation of the SUN! This quirk makes Mikaiko the STAR of the family!
Mineta's mom was wearing a purple dress, some green slacks, purple socks, and her green shoes, her long purple hair cascading down her back. Mineta didn't recognize the other two women as some of his mom's friends.
"Minoru! You're awake!" Shouted his mother, bringing Mineta into a quick hug.
"Yeah, mama. Who are these two?" Mineta asked, his hand gesturing to the pair of green haired women.
"Oh! This is Beru Asui and Inko Midoriya." Mikaiko said, gesturing to the pair.
Before Mineta could ask if the were his classmates mothers, the chubbier woman burst into tears as she hugged Mineta.
"Thanks so much for saving my baby!!" Inko shouted before releasing Mineta, whose face carried a blush as he got a faceful of Inko's surprisingly ample breasts.
"Yes, we are extremely grateful to you as you have saved our children. Thank you." Beru said, giving the boy a soft smile.
"Don't worry, Minoru, your mommy got assigned you, so I'll go get her." Mikaiko said with a gentle tone, causing the other mothers' eyes to widen in shock as Mineta's mama left the room.
"So...?" Beru started before Minoru interrupted her.
"Yes, I have two moms." Minoru answered before his teacher and classmates entered. Aizawa kindly asked the two mothers if they could give the group time alone with Minoru, to which they happily obliged.
As soon as the door closed, Mineta's classmates swarmed him.
"What was that thing you did at the U.S.J? It was totally manly!" Kirishima asked
But before Mineta could respond, his mama returned with his other mom, a tall, slightly muscular, and older woman, her doctor outfit a little tight, emphasizing her large breasts, her ivy green hair almost reaching the floor. However, her most defining characteristic were her swollen yellow arms that resembled the gloves and sleeves of a hazmat suit.
Gurai Mineta, her quirk;Hazmat! Hazmat manifests itself in it's user's arms, making them look just like a hazmat suit's sleeves and gloves. Hazmat grants its user the ability to manipulate germs and hazardous materials. But don't worry, the user is left completely immune!
"Exuse us,but I need the room empty so I can focus on treating my son." Gurai asked the group, her stoic expression unchanging.
"Of course ma'am." Iida responded, making his way to the door before freezing in place, joining the class in a collective moment of realization.
"SON!?!!?" The class collectively asked, causing the pair of women to sweatdrop.
"Yes, I am his mother. Now please leave the room." Gurai replied, her voice nor expression showing any emotion.
However, before any of the class could ask questions, Aizawa ushered them out, before whispering something to Gurai, causing her to slightly nod. After Aizawa left the room, Gurai almost ran to her son.
"Minoru! After I received news of the attack, I was operating on a patient. I was so worried about you, I almost broke down right then and there!" Gurai sobbed, holding her son as though he was her lifeline.
Hearing this shocked Mineta to no end, as he knew his mommy rarely dropped her stoicism.
"It's okay mommy, I'm fine." Minoru said, patting his mommy's back.
"Now, your mommy and I have been wanting to discuss something about your quirk." Gurai started, her emotional state doing a 180.
"You come from a long line of plant-based quirks. While you were out, we performed some tests, and it only confirmed our theory." Gurai continued.
"Your original quirk, Pop-off, was actually the underdeveloped form of your actual quirk. Your new quirk, we decided to call it Greenhouse Body. It allows you to alter your body into similar structures as those found in plants, and use their unique properties, for which your hair will change color to match the plant's color. An example would be what you did in the U.S.J. today. What happened was your arm altered its structure to somewhat match that of a vine, hence why it was stretchy like a rubber band." Gurai explained, causing Minoru's eyes to widen more and more after each word.
Minoru Mineta, his NEW quirk; Greenhouse Body! Greenhouse Body allows its user to turn any part of their body to a similar structure as that of plants! But that's not all. In sunlight, the transformed body parts can grow on a scale of up to 20 times larger!
