[Azur Lane HQ: Commanders Office]

[9am]

The door to the Commanders office door openned and a chipper looking brunette bounced outside. "Oh! Before I forget, Commander. Lady Nagato wishes to hold a small banquet in your honor at the Sakura Dorm tonight. She knows this may be short notice.." The brunette was cut off by Krivs voice.

"Zuikaku, I'd love to go. What time should I be there?" He asked with a chuckle.

"Either, my sister Shoukaku or Kaga, should be here to escort you around 6pm." Zuikaku said as turned back towards the door.

"Perfect, that gives me an hour to go chan-"

[BOOM]

He sighed, "I was really hoping on not dealing with that damned cat today." He had been warned about Akashi and her... interesting habits. "Belfast, grab Scylla or Dido, and go investigate that explosion. If it came from my compound... let Akashi know I'll be sending her the bill to build another compound or I'll sue for damages." Kriv said in a serious tone.

"As you wish, Master." Belfast said with her signature smile, and a bow.

"Zuikaku." Kriv said directing his voice to her. "If its not much trouble. Please let, Lady Nagato know that I'll require new lodging as well."

Zuikaku, Second ship of the Shoukaku aircraft carriers. She has colored eyes and her brown hair done up in a ponytail, with a traditional Sakura hair ribbon. She wears a red dress which, shows off a generous amount of her chest and showing off what appears to be a black bra underneath, the skirt of the dress,falls to about mid thigh. Over her dress is a white kimono with flowing sleeves and hood. On her legs she is wearing knee highs and sandals.

"As you wish, Commander. She'll have her answer sent along with your escort." The Brunette said as she bowed. "I should get back to my work as well." She said to herself as she walked back to the Sakura dorm.

[Commanders Office: 12pm]

[Knock Knock]

"Commander, its Yorktown. May I come in?" Yorktown asked and openned the door.

"Ah Yorktown, thank you for coming by on short notice." Kriv said as he looked up from the paperwork from the recent Northern Parliment meeting. "I know this is sudden. But, Akashi leveled my quarters, in some freak accident she claims. Im requesting each of the factions to have a room ready for me, as I would like to rotate my living quarters once every month. You know, it would give me time to eventually meet everyone and get to know the girls better." He said with smile.

"Of course, Commander. Is there anything else?" She asked with a gentle smile.

"Are you free for lunch?" He asked as he cleared his desk. "Belfast is bringing lunch from the kitchen." He went to the window and openned it as Belfast entered the room.

"Ah, Lady Yorktown, will you be joining, Master for lunch?" The head maid asked with her trademark smile.

"I'll have to take a rain check on that, Kriv. I'll see you later." She left with a smile and shut the door behind her. Kriv smiled and took a sandwhich from his the tray.

"Bel? Whats my next meeting?" He asked before he took a bite.

"2pm with Lady Illustrious and Lady Wales. Shall I prepare some tea ahead of time?" Belfast asked, awaiting the next order.

"Around 1:55 have the waterboiling, please." He said as he finished up his lunch a little early.

"As you wish, Master." She replied as she curtsies.

"I'm heading to the port for a walk. If anyone needs me, Im there." Kriv said as he set his sword on his desk and left it there. "Oops, Almost forgot." He pulled out his phone and set an alarm for 1:30 to return to his office.

[Azur Lane HQ: Port]

[1pm]

It didnt take him long to reach the busy port. The beauty of the ocean, and the bustling of the port were sthing he could get used to. A few of the ship girls greeted him and struck up a variety of conversations. Asking how his day was and if he needed a place to stay, since Akashi made his personal quarters disappear. He assured them that he had a place to sleep tonight.

After a pleasent back and forth with a few of his subordinates, he had made his way to the place where he first arrived. He took note of the marks left behind by the swords of Maya, Atago, and himself.

The raven haired Commander smiled. "As long as nothing weird comes out of that encounter, I wouldnt mind, sparring with them again." He mused to himself as he walked to the treeline where his escort was observing him. He noticed two paper figures on the ground. One red, one blue.

"They must've been preparing something, just in case I wasnt up to their expectations." He said and he held both figures in his hand. Kriv had a different feeling as he stepped out from the treeline, and tucked them away. His smile dropped and he made his way to the edge of the dock. Just listening to the sea made him feel at ease.

"Shikikan?" A timid new voice reached his ears.

He turned his head towards the source. "Hm? Ah, you must be... one of the Sakura carriers."

"Hai, Shikikan. Im Taihou first and only ship of the Taihou class carriers." The woman said with a quick bow and shy smile.

Taihou stands 6 foot tall, has black hair in the twin tails style with an ornament that looks like a birds skull, and has deep scarlette eyes. Her kimono hangs off of her shoulders and exposes a generous amount of her bust. The kimono itself is adorned with feathers along the sleeves, and the skirt of it stopped around upper thigh. She wears black thigh highs and traditional Sakura sandals.

"What are you doing out here, Shikikan?" She asked, as she walked next to him.

"Taking a walk before my next meeting. It gets stuffy in that office sometimes." He said turning his head to look at her and he just turned crimson. He got an eyeful of her bust.

"Hm? Like what you see, Shikikan?" She asked with a teasing smile.

"Taihou, did the last Commander order you to dress like this?" He asked with concern despite his shyness.

"No, I do this because I want to be useful to Shikikan-sama." She said while leaning down to his ear, while giving him a better look at her bust. "Even if you were to use me to sate your carnal desires." Her whisper turned into almost a moan as she pressed herself against him.

He shivered, and gently held her cheek with his right hand. "I dont think you want that, Taihou-nee, you would be limping for a week." He teased as he heard her breath hitch. "Oh? Maybe you want that. I'll make you a deal, my Phoenix, do well out there," He said as he pointed to the ocean. "I'll give you the night of your life, no strings attached." He finished with a smirk as his alarm went off.

"Seems like our time is up, my Phoenix. Make me proud out there." He said as he walked back to his office leaving a flustered Taihou.

'It might be a losing battle in the end, but fighting horny with horny is very effective in the short term.' He thought as he made his way to HQ.

[Commanders Office]

[2pm]

"Your late to your own meeting, Commander. Quite unlike a gentleman to make a lady wait." Wales said as Belfast poured her tea.

"My most sincere apologies, Lady Wales." Kriv said as he knelt in front of her, offering his hand. She gave him hers and and blushed as he lightly kiss her knuckle.

"I thought you were an Eagle Union civilian, Commander." Illustrious asked as she quickly offered hers.

He smiled as he knelt before her and did the same. "Lady Illustrious, Im born and raised Eagle Union, but unlike most of my other countrymen. I do try my best to be respectful and mindful of other cultures. But, if the action I did is offensive, please do not hesitate to correct me. Im always willing to learn proper etiquette from yourself and Lady Wales." He said with a playful smile as he sat down in his seat.

"Well, aint you a charmer, Commander." Illustrious said with her own playful tone, and smile.

"Please, Lady Illustrious, call me Kriv. I extend the same courtesy to you as well, Lady Wales." He said he leaned forward with smile. Prince of Wales nodded.

"Sorry for the wait, fair ladies. Whats the topic of discusson today?"

Illustrious was the first to speak up. "We heard that Akashi got into your personal quarters, and made the property disappear." She started as she took her cup of tea.

"That she did. Why do you ask Lady Illustrious?"

"We ask, because Her Majesty is trying to convince the maids to let you stay in her chambers with her." Wales got to the point.

"How scandalous that would be. Her Majesty and the Commander sleeping in the same chambers though they be unwed." He chuckled as Belfast poured him some tea. "Thank you." She smiled and return to his side.

"The best I can do is a compromise. I pick my roomate and if its not her she respects that." He said in a serious tone. "Speaking of which, Illustrious. Your baby sister is arriving to port soon isnt she?" He asked, remember one of the shipgirls gave him an inside scoop on a new arrival. Not that he asked for the information.

"Ah, yes. Unicorn should be here in the next few days." The Royal Navy carrier said with a smile.

"Ah, Commander. More papers that need your attention." Wales said as she handed over a decent sized stack of papers.

"What the fu-? Belfast, didnt i just approve a massive order of cleaning supplies? Are they already gone?" Kriv nearly cursed. He laughed sheepishly "Forgive me." They both nodded.

[Commanders Office: 530pm]

"I dont need a suit, it wouldve been nice to wear one." He mused to himself. He wouldve had other clothes to wear, had his personal quarters not gone up in smoke. "Oh well." He shrugged.

Hearing footsteps approach him, he turned his head towards the source, and smiled "Well, aint this a suprise."

"Shikikan-sama. Im Kaga of the First Carrier Division of the Sakura Empire." She introduced herself with a bow.

"I finally have the pleasure to meet one of the famous Fox Sisters." He said as he in return. bowed to her.

[Path to Sakura Dorms]

Kriv and Kaga were walking to the dorms while in the middle of a conversation.

"Oh, Kaga before I forget. You and Akagi, dropped a couple of paper planes. I figured you girls would like them back." He said as he pulled out the blue figure.

"You didnt have to Kriv-sama, but you can keep it or throw it away. We have plenty of planes to last us the rest of the war." Kaga said with a smile.

Kriv nodded, "As you wish, Kaga-sama." He said with a smile and a hint of a teasing tone. He grasped the figure between his middle figer and index finger. He tossed into a nearby trashcan. Well, it wouldve, if it didnt transform into one of Kagas planes and fly high overhead as if waiting for an order.

"K-Kaga." Kriv said as he looked at the plane overhead in a state of shock.

"S-Shikikan." The white haired fox girl responded.

"Did that figure just...?"

"Yes, it did."

"Thats not good, is it?"

"No, Shikikan. For a human to do that is currently impossible." She responded in a worried tone.

"What did I do the piss of the gods.?" He hung his head in defeat. Not only is he a civilian, but he somehow can summon Kagas plane.

"I need a drink." Was the only thing he could say to that.

Chapter 3 of Civilian Commander is done. I decided to have Kriv let loose a bit, and be a bit more friendly, instead of being timid and hesitant. With women like Taihou, Illustrious, and the Fox Sisters on base. I feel being timid and slowly openning up is a hinderance. So, its friendly banter, and a lot more teasing with the more... willing ladies. (Playing with fire I know.) There may be a timeskip to get to that point I havent really decided yet.
