The next morning Robert and Holly got up and took a shower. Holly had gotten a dress since she knew this occasion was going to coming up soon. She had put it on and turned her back to Robert. "Mind zipping me up?"

Robert had put his tie around his neck. "Not at all." Robert walked over to her and zipped up her dress, he leaned in and placed a kiss on her neck. "Even if I much prefer unzipping it."

Holly grinned, turning around. "Behave, it's a big day. Save the celebrating for later." She started to tie his tie for him.

Robert was loving every second of this, he remembered both times he thought he had lost her forever and now they had the rest of forever. His smile never left his face.

Holly loved seeing him so happy. "Care to share why you are smiling?" She asked him as she finished tying his tie.

"It's not a why it's a who, you. You still are so good for me." He place a kiss on her lips.

Holly returned it while she placed her hand on his chest. "I think we are the best thing for each other. I love you."

"I love you too." Robert gave her another kiss before the two of them finished getting ready.

Holly went over to see if Jayne needed any help, she really loved every second she had with her daughter.

Robert went downstairs and saw Ethan. "Look at that. We both clean up nice." Robert gave Ethan a pat on the back.

Ethan nodded and smiled at his father. "We do. You know I'm very proud of you, proud to be your son. I know I've been in my fair share of trouble but the fact that you were always there helping mum means more than you know."

Robert smiled at his son. "I am not going to say I wasn't hurt when I thought your mum had an affair with Luke and conceived you but I never had bad feelings towards you. I truly always regarded you as the son I never had, now I know you are mine in every way. Look I still don't want to replace Luke but..."

Ethan cut Robert off. "You aren't replacing him. I love you both and I always will but I did have a question for you."

Robert was curious about what Ethan had to ask. "What is it?" He asked him.

"Do you care if I call you dad?" Ethan asked Robert. "You definitely have earned it and I want Seana to know exactly who you are."

Robert was taken aback, his eyes tears up as he gave Ethan a hug. "You don't even have to ask."

Holly and Jayne walked down the stairs. "We are ready."

Robert looked over at Holly, clearly emotional.

"Is something wrong?" Holly asked as she walked over to them.

"No, everything is great. I asked dad if I can call him dad." Ethan told Holly.

Holly was the next one to tear up. "That's wonderful." She hugged Robert and pulled Ethan into the hug.

Ethan looked at Jayne. "Get over here." He put his arm out as she came over and joined their hug.

"Hands down the best present I could get today. Are Tiff, Annie and Seana joining us?" Robert asked.

Ethan shook his head no. "They are going to set up a celebration for when you get home."

Robert nodded. "Let's go then."

The four of them headed out to go to his swearing in. Robin, Patrick and the kids were meeting them there. Robert was so happy to have Holly and all of his children there.
