Chapter 1:Their Gone
Inside the continent of vacuo right now nothing was stirring awake right now. Not evena gecko trying to sun bath right now. But right now in the middle of the desert something was happening right now. Something else was going on right now in the middle of the dessert.
Several people could be heard screaming right now as the atlas refugee where running away like their lives depended on it. The atlas spartans and soldier where doing their best to hold the line right now. But the grimm were slowly getting through right now as a griffon swooped down taking a soldier to the air trying to take off to their grimm babies
But someone stopped him as a bright orange flame covered the grimm bruning it in pitch. The soldier fell down screming but someone caught him as they set him down. That someone was pyrrha nikos who was in rage right now hearing her boyfriend and leader was killed by bonnie
Pyrrha had one sword made of flames and her other was her old sword. As she was enraged hearing her little sister were dead along with jaune. The flame on her eye grew even bigger as she saw a swarm of grimm coming their way as she growled in rage activating her maiden powes
"I'll burn you all!"pyrrha cried out in rage lunging forward to kill the grimm before her
The grimm all noticed the maiden as they tried to stop her but the maiden was drunk on rage. As pyrrha began to swing and slash her way throught he grimm with her swords. As she began to cut all of them down in an instant like they were nothing to her. One deathsltkaer tested its luck trying to sting her right now it missed
As she flew up then turned around firing off her fire feet as she slammed straight into the deathstalker killing it. The grimm cried in pain as pyrrha emerged covered in grimm blood as she spat to the side cotniuing her assault on the grimm tearing them all to shreds until nothing was left
But assisting her was the new winter maiden eden as she fired off a stream of ice from her psalm. The ice shot out from her hands covering all the grimm infront of her. Once they were frozen statues she growled as she planted her feet tapping into her maiden powers as she did something
The new maiden shot foward using her flame jets as she tore right through all of them. As she shattered all the grimm into the littlest of pieces right now. The two maiden where enraged as the other formed a perimeter around the civlains right now trying to protect them from all the wings grimm in the air
But they were all still emotional themsleves as may was trying to take down grimm. But she kept missing with tears on her face sniffing trying to compose herself
While mercury wasn't holding back as a sobek broke through trying to swallow up a nearby refugee child. But he lunged forward stomping his metal leg on its head making it body bounce revealing its underbelly
Mercury growled riaisng his foot"DIE YOU MONSTERS!"merucyr shouted driving his foot through the lower jaw killing it as it started to dust
With emerald firing off several rounds from her pistol that where in full auto modde. As she fired into a grimm tearing them to shreds as she panted heavily from all their fighting right now
"Can this be over!"emerald shotued with an upset look on her face
As velvet was on the ground in tears right now laying their in defeat sobbing in complete despair. With cera holding her baby sister in her arms scared right now herself as close by miller was having some soldier work on getting a radio set up
"Can you grunts hurry up!"cera cried out in tears
Miller growled snapping at her"God dammit were trying! Sorry i'm emotional after hearing those kids are dead!"miller snapped back at her making her flinch which he noticed as he closed his eye tight
"I'm…sorry…i'm sorry"miller apologized in tears as she nodded to him that she understand as she comforted her baby sister in her arms the best she could right now. While she comforted her cardin was their firing off a fire hitting a grimm panting heavily as he whipped the tears off his face panting right now
"Dam it…nikos!"Cardin called out as pyrrha was getting close to slaghtering all the grimm as she growled snapping at him
"WHAT!?"pyrha shoured as her maiden power reacted as the flame on her eye erupted into a bigger flame scaring him as he soften his gaze staring at her
"Finish these grimm off please…please…okay"cardin said as the red head growled at him before someone walked over placing their arms around her. That being nora who had tears on her face as the red head looked at her teammate
"Please hurry..i…i…ren aura broke we need to call for help…you two are creating terrible windstorms"nora cried and cried
This made pyrrha pause for a moment as all around them right now was a large dust storm. As pyrrha stared at her one normal hand and one grimm hand as she had teary eyes before clenching her fist composing herself for now
"Okay…okay….i'll finsih this"pyrrha said with a shaky voice right now
The half fall maiden stepped forward as she eyed what was ahead of her. That being the smaller horde of grimm as she felt exhausted right now but she exhaled to keep calm as she floated in the air with flames around her feet. Then she stared the grimm before her down as she raised her hand as she fired off streams of fire cooking any of the remaining grimm before her right now
What felt like forever slowly the grimm all died down enough for them to take a small break. The atlas soldiers all formed a defenseive permiter with the aclotytes right now. But for some they all regroups as they got a better look at each other
Right now yumi was in complete tears hearing that neo and lazuli where gone. As cardin noticed this walking over pulling her into a gentle and loving embrace
"It'll be okay…it'll be okay"Cardin softly said through his tears
But falk had a dreadful look hearing his grirlfiend and friend was gone. As he was sobbing on his knee right now for the two and the others they lost. With his mother their as she stared at willow and her kids. Willow was sobbing right now loudly into her hands for her daughter she just lost.
With whitley doing his best to console her the best he could. As winter was holding wren in her arms not wanting to let him go as he was crying in confusion right now. Yuri was their holding her head in complete despair because of the last words she told her half sister…she hated her
Their was also mercury who fell to his news crying out to the sky pounding his fist in complete rage
"I'm going to kill you thanatos!"mercury cried out to the sky in complete rage as perun was crying himself for his friend and girlfriend right now because they were gone they were all gone. As the tiger was having the worse
Because this was the third time, the third time she lost her son and it might have been the final nail in the coffin to end things. Nadia was sobbing in complete agony right now hugging herself as she ddind't know what to do. As trying to console her was dawn who whined heavily for her master wondering where he was right now. Dusk looked upset as he was in his cat form slowly walking meowing for his master but he got nothing
They all just lost someone right now as they all had to wait everything out till help eventually comes. Hopefully
About maybe five minutes passed by as miller regrouped with them fighting the urge to cry his eyes out. As approaching him was oscar with a dreadful look on his face as he looked down at the ground
"What are the damages?"oscar asked as the man sighed fighting the urge to just break down crying
"I um…i got people working on the radio. With the storm clearing up we should make contact"miller said with tears running down his face right now
Which oscar noticed seeing everyone else looking completely devastated right now wishing this didn't happen
As pyrrha finally calmed down with the tears still hot on her face right now. While this did happen walking over was cardin guiding her to sit down with some of the others. They all sat on some rocks with perun, mercury, emerald, yumi, asani, fiona, razma, may, eden and velvet. Along with that dawn who kept whining by asani feet as the masked girl was crying still for her brother and girlfriend
She sought comfort in the form of her pet right now hugging them close not wanting to let go. With dusk trying to comfort velvet as the rabbit was clutching him sobbing loudly right now
"Sit down nikos…god i…this is…'Cardin couldn't find the words
"That were what…that our friends are dead because of that whore thanatos"falk said walking over to join them
"Bishop take it easy their are kids here."yumi said with a horased voice meaning wren and june along with some others. But the two little kid where confused why their parents were crying as razma was very upset but kept her emotions in check right now
"Yeah forgot about them god i…i can't believe their dead"razma cried covering her face as may sniffed rubbing the tears away form her eyes
"I…i…it'll be fine…i think"may said with a dreadful tone right now as nora had her hammer out with tears on her face hearing jaune was gone
"How will it be fine? I..i…if our message did get through…what about everyones parents?"nora asked as they all stayed silent for a moment as emerald gasped in shock as she covered her mouth in tears right now
"Oh no…no…no…no…god i…summer…summer will lose her shit"emerald said as that scared all of them right now. As eden was still sobbing and crying for her boyfriend and girlfriend along with her best friend who gifted her these maiden powers as she stared at her hands sobbing into them right now
As cardin sniffed rubbing his face thinking on how their going to break the news to everyone families right now. Because they won't be taking it very well to hear this
"I..i don't know…god i….we just need to wait for radio contact. Maybe if where lucky they saw the dust cloud"cardin said
"Yeah…maybe….i…i….i can't believe their all gone right now"ren said with a horased voice feeling exhausted as he sat on the sandy ground with zephyra tail swaying around the place
"Well…then what are we gonna do now?"zephyra asked as velvet stared at her in tears sobbing as she choked on alot of them coughing right now. May patted her on the back making her get it out
"I..i…i lost two more people i loved again…this is the worst"velvet said with a very hoaresd voice. Pyrrha saw all of this as she was devastated hearing team RWBY and ZERO where gone. She was even devastated to hear adam was dead, espeicially neo and lazuli. Then their was jaune which hurt the most right now as she swallowed hard as her throat closed up
"We…we need to figure out how where gonna tell everyone when we get to vacuo alright"pyrrha sadly said as they all stayed silent for a long time right now. As they did the radio crew where close by until it started to come to life as a familiar voice came through
"This is sun wukong does anyone read me? Hello? Helloooooo?"sun said on the other side which caught them offguard as rushing over was oscar who grabbed the radio pressing the button
"Sun! I..i…i do you read? Can you hear me?"oscar asked hoping he did as he did
"I sure can pine. Man you guys did a whole little party over their or something because me and fish boy saw a dust storm from the city. "Sun said which made them all pause as cardin slowly walked over with a devastated look on his face as he eyed oscar
He wanted to talk to him as the farmboy let him as he took over the radio sniffing as he rubbed his face heavily
"Sun…hey sun….is uh vance with you?"cardin asked with a horased voice which sun seemed to detect on the other end right now
"What happened? Hes in the truck with that spider chick hes dating…i'm in here with a few despardos and bombay. What happened"sun asked as he got quiet on the other end as he sighed slowly exhaling
"Some of us didn't make it man. God i…help me calm fish eater okay…okay please"cardin said going teary eyed again as their was silence till he could hear a sigh on the other end
"Alright man. We'll be their in ten….we got cargo ships and trucks coming in"Sun said cutting the message out
As cardin held his friends dreading the moment his friend come here to hear what happened to his sister and cousin.
What felt like forever right now pulling up to the group of atlas and mantle refugee where several cargo ships and trucks. All of the airship looked like a wide variety of airships as all of them began to touch down on the ground right now. As emerging from all of them were huntress and huntsman rushing over helping whoever was injured or too old into the airships or trucks
All of them where doing what their job was to help people. They were loading them all into the trucks and airship as the main group looked at one truck. With one person stepping out of it which was sun wukong wearing something different
That being he still wore the red bracers over his wirst with his black fingerless gloves. But he now a white jacket with no sleeves showing off his tones arms. As he had banadgaed his biceps. Along with that wearing the same gold necklace, jeans and shoes.
By his side was bombay wearing her usual outfit. But she sported an eyepatch on the right side of her face. But as she stepped out she noticed adder their as she hissed drawing her swords
"You! Your the bastard who cut my eye out!"bomaby shouted as sun went wide eyed drawing his staff as he growled
"Buddy you got ten seconds to get on your knee. I don't whos gone…but i'll gladly beat you up"Sun warned
But adder immediately dropped his khopesh blade going on his hands and knees placing his hands behind his head. This shocked the two as hazel knelt on the ground placing his hands behind his head with a sympathetic look right now
"Were not here to fight you"hazel said with a somber tone right now as the two eyed the group. But sun looked to see some of them still in the middle of crying as cardin and yumi approached him as the panda faunus was still crying
Sun soften his gaze"whicnhester i…i…who did we lose man? Who did we loose?"sun asked as the boy looked away exhaling slowly
"Just um…where vance"cardin asked as the monkey faunus swallowed eyeing a nearby truck
As right now infront of it issuing out orders was nezumi as she was talking with miller and his soldiers. Along with that loading in the kncukeldusters in cuffs along with kimblee their in cuffs talking to them. But close was vance right now
The lynx wore something different now. That being pair of black pants with a knife sheath on his hips and sides colored brown. As he wore a deep red tanktop showing off his heavily toned arms along with wearing a black leather vest. With a pair of dark grey combat boots with his rope dart launcher strapped to his wrist. But something was noticeable on his right arm a bowler hat tattoo of roman torchwich with the despardos logo on his left shoulder.
Once cardins saw vance his eyes widden right now wondering how he'll take it. As the lynx sniffed the air before finding familiar scent as he smiled in their direction
"You guys! Oh bout time you made it to this sandy dune!"vance cheered with a smile making nezumi eye them as she smiled
"Hey you kids made it. Saw your message i…"nezumi stopped herself before noticing all of them still crying right now. As she stared at them then the lynx she was dating as vance slowly stopped walking over seeing all of them crying right now which concerned him
"I…i…g-guys…why are you crying? Why are you crying?"Vance asked choking on his words right now
No one spoke a word at first as he looked at his aunt wailing into robyn arms right now. As the lynx rushed over placing a hand on her shoulder shaking her
"Auntie…auntie why are you crying? Where…where Z…where are my sister?"vance aksed with a shaky voice
Nadia stared at nephew right now gasping seeing him as the women stared at him. But nadia pulled him into a loving embrace not wanting to let him go as the tiger had a shaky voice but held him tight
"Sweetie…oh..oh im sorry they…they didn't make…their gone…their gone"nadia cried and cired in pain right now. This made vance go completely wide eyed as he began to laugh for a moment
"Your…..your lying…Z….Z died almost twice now…i…i…lazuli wouldn't go down easy. Baby sis…where are you..i'm not laughing if this is one of your pranks"vance asked with tears starting to break through his eyes
But they weren;t lying as he looked over at cardin right now as he visible shook as he closed his eyes. This made the lynx go wide eyed as he heard three members of his were dead as he began to cry loudly to the skies right now in complete agony
Nezumi went wide eyed covering her mouth"i…i…wait some of you are missing i…i…where tarrus…where.."she didn't finish not wanting to say it as bombay noticed who was missing now
"Wheres ruby…weiss…blake…yang…eria…rogue…onxyia…zane…jaune?"bombay asked with a scare expression right now
As sun looked at his friends as he saw all of them on the verge of tears not wanting to answer. But he went wide eyed as he shut his eyes exhaling slowly to keep his composure as he swallowed hard sighing heavily
"We…god…god dammit lets go…lets go. They…their gone but…god come on"sun said as he helped guided some of them into a nearby airship right now
They all slowly piled into the airship to all talk about what happened to the others right now. The airhsips engines started to come to life roaring as they all started to make their way back to vacuo capitals to break them all the terrible news right now on what happened to the others right now
The airship moved at a steady pace right now as they all where very quiet right now. But some found one new face shocking to see alive right now still that being pyrrha nikos the champion of sanctum. But no one talked about that as they were processing what they heard their friends are dead
As vance was clinging to nezumi crying his eyes out as the women comforted him the best she could. With miller their holding june in his arms who was passed out from all the chaos right now.
Sun sighed heavily rubbing his face"So…mind telling us what happened. Because i feel like a prick right now"sun suddenly said
"Why would you feel like that?"perun asked rubbing his eyes as the monkey faunus shared a look with the cat faunus as she sighed
"We…we notice dthe sandstorm and…a patrol said they spotted several people emerging from a portal. We have a welcome party their….everyone families waiting for them"bombay said as this made them all had dreadful looks right now on their face
"Oh great…great summer is going to go ape shit"mercury cried but they had news
"Summer…but wait shes not with you guys?"sun asked which confused them
"Wait shes not here? I…but amity floated away it floated away after well…"penny paused for a moment still finding the situation to be dreadful right now. As bombay noticed her going wide eyed

"No um i'm human now they….they used the staff on me and well…"penny paused staring at ember right now. As the women got her body back but she was doing something she hasn't felt in so long. Heartbreak and sadness as she was weeping queitly for the two girls that were her family

"Shut up you dam spider faunus! Right now…i just got my body back after four hundred years…of being trapped…in a dam glove!"ember shouted startling them right now hearing her voice along with that. Bombay gasped in shock right now as sun went wide eyed seeing her as he soften his gaze
"Your…your ember hayley…well…guess your happy"sun said but she wasn't
"I'm not. Guess….guess i have my body huh oz"ember said to oscar as ozpin was overjoyed to see her human again. But he took over oscar as he narrowed his gaze
"It seems so dear….we need to now break the news to everyone. That….we may have lost our one chance. To kill salem"ozpin said making it sound dreadful as nezumi sighed still comforting the crying vance
"Maybe that old lady we met still has some of the magic water"nezumi said
"Old lady i….oh…oh no…you mean"may didn't finish as the faunus nodded as dusk stared at her scampering over. As he meowed getting vance attention as he growled
"Whos stupid cat is this?"vance growled through his tears but dusk showed his grimm form startling him. As he turned back into small white kitten leaping up onto nezumi shoulder before statuing himself in between them meowing quietly for his owner still
The lynx stared at him before gently taking him in his arms sobbing right now for this sisters he lost finding some comfort in the form of the cat.
Dawn whined heavily for her owner as asani layed ontop of her in tears as she removed helmet sniffing as her eyes hurt
"Sis is going to be devastated"asani cried as sun shared a look with bombay because akata did something while they where gone
After what felt like forever the ships started to make a descent onto the capital of vacuo right now. All the trucks as well as their ship landed sun stepped forward to the door control panel staring at the others before softly smiling at them right now
"Well…your message for through because um….rubes and grimm boy…you guys gotta see this"sun said with a small smile as he pressed the button to reveal what they all did
As the doors came down on the airship they all went wide eyed on what they were seeing right now. Several airships floating over the capital of vacuo right now. Their where airhsips from vale and mistral even. All of them ready to defend the mighty capital of vacuo from salem and her forces
But what caught their eyes even more where several human and faunus all their ready to greet them. With a banner hanging above the city entrance that said"Welcome heroes!"
As they all stepped off the crowd looked stunned at the sight of the atla citizen. As their were some injured still with huntamns shouting at them to clear the way right now. With all of them doing it as the crowd looked at all of them confused murmuring between themselves
Once they stepped off cardin was in complete awe of the sight that his friends managed to accomplish all of this with that one message.
"It…it…you guys did it…you managed to bring everyone together"cardin cried in joy wishing they could see this right now
But right now in front of the entire crowd was glynda goodwitch the beacon headmaster with theodore the shade academy headmaster infront of them with some others.
That being calida and jaki hayley waiting for their daughters with thetis by their side. The entire arc family their waiting to see their brother with thetis nikos their as well. Their was also the crosby and mckays their ready to greet them with dravan and verona their as in his arms was luna excited to see her cousin again
From the island of menagerie came declan and katherine blair with their son by their side. Along with that their was ghira and kali with jazmine who held a sign in hand with her sister name. And another with her girlfriend name in bright pink letters. Along with sienna khan standing their to greet them along with sombra taupe.
Then their was the people of vale with tai xiaolong holding zwei in his arms as he panted looking for his owners. Along with that raven but they looked stunned right now because she was standing on her own two feet.
With front in center was neptune who did something As the waterphobe changed his attire mostly to a pair of blue jeans with black padding on the sides with black shoes fastened by straps instead of laces. As he wore a light blue dress shirt with his red jacket. But it was similar to his old one but he had the sleeves rolled up. Without his black tie instead he had on a black scraf with blue on the end of it. But he wore the same goggles and gloves as well
By his side was zoey who was in her usual outfit but looked at them all in confusion seeing sad looks instead of smiles
"Hey guys i…sun…um…we got the welcome committee. Whats up man?"neptune asked as sun shook his head making him go wide eyed.
"Yes i….you!"raven shouted as she drew her sword seeing hazel their along with adder. As alot of huntsman and soldiers stepped foward aiming their weapon as them as zoey growled at the sight of them
"You mother…your the bastard who put yahto in a coma!"zoey shouted in rage as her tail fluffed up as hazel soften his gaze. Glynda waved her crop staring them down
"It seems your carrying cirminals in your mitt i–"She was stopped as a familiar cane stepped forward shielding the two as oscar with ozpin incontrol stared at glynda and theodore
"Glynda….i sugges you tell them all to stand down. Immediately"ozpin ordered as glynda went wide eyed to hear his voice as she stared at everyone motioing them to stand down but reluenctly they did. As raven went wide eyed

"It seems that gretecha reinharts protective older brother is listening to reason now"glynda said as hazel nodded
"I am. The boy and the man got through to me. But you may arrest me if you like…but keep away from the boy"hazel said meaning adder as right now running over hugging his legs as bazz who looked scared as adder picked him up holding him close avoiding the stares
But thetis looked in the crowd of people seeing one face her daughter as the two stared at each. As theits ran over hugging her daughter right now in tears feeling warmth coming off her
"Oh my little girl your…your…your…i…your skin i…how?"thetis asked teary eyed as pyrrha stared at her mother choking on a sob hugging her for dear life sobbing as jaki approached
"Well seems you found a cure for grimm hybrids in atlas. I…wait…wait where are my daughter"jaki finally noticed as the rest of everyone families noticed that
"Wait…wait…wheres…miyuki?"neptune asked as eden sighed with tears in her eyes
"She didn't make it i…you can guess"eden replied as glynda soften her gaze hearing that right now. Although raven looked around for any sign of her daughter…her niece…her brother
"Wait…where…where is my daughter? Where is my niece? Where is my brother?"raven asked confused as they stared at her with miller swallowing hard as he eyed something in the ship they brought. As he sighed motioing his hands
"Men..i…grab with…c-care please"miller ordered as two spartans walked inside walking out with something that made raven eyes completely widen. As the others stared in shock with the crowd as they carried our a bodybag.
They placed the bag onto the ground infront of them as raven stared at it right now with tai going wide eyed. As zwei hoped out of his owner arm finding a familiar scent from the bag. He began to whine clawin at it to open it. Right now synin pushed through the crowd
"Sorry im late sis i had to get the tribe ready to…celebrate our brother…daughter big…message"synin paused staring at her sister who knelt over the bodybag as she stared at the zipper swallowing
Raven slowly reached for the bodybag as she slowly undid the zipper not wanting to see what was inside. But she undid it to reveal the owner of the bodybag as the women gasped in complete shock. Synin gasped going into tears as tai went wide eyed as laying the bodybag with a peaceful look was qrow branwhen
Raven started to visible shake as she began to sob right now as she layed ontop of her twin…her other half that felt cold. As the women began to sob loudly right now as zwei whined for his owner right now with his ears flopping over
Tai rushed over in complete shock"god…no…no..i…dammit man…dammit"tai cried in despair right now. As calida rushed over eyeing the nearest person being perun as she grabbed him by the shoulders
"Where…where are my daughters? Where are my little girls? Where are my BABIES!"calida cried as perun began to shake before he began to sob into her chest right now. As the women assumed the worst as she lost feeling in her legs sobbing right now for her children. Jaki fell to his knees in tears right now as the man just heard his daughters were gone as he began to cry
Sombra rushed over along with the belladonna and blair as the sabertooth stared at sun who looked away from her which ghira noticed as he had a dreadful look
"Sun…where is my daughter…where is declan eldest"ghira asked softly fighting his tears of sorrow for now. As they all stayed silent before he sighed
"Blake and onxyia they…they didn't make it either…along with weiss…team RWBY is gone"sun sadly replied to their utter shock right now as raven began to weep loudly right now hearing her daughter was gone right now. As declan growled in rage as he wanted to find one person to blame
"Where is that dam brat that dated her! Where is he because he promised that he'd protect my daughter no matter what!"declan shotued as his tail thrashed as someone in the crowd was making their way listening to this
But velvet began to choke on a sob as she broke down crying right now which declan noticed. As the rabbit faunus looked up in tears right now sobbing as she wrapped her arms around herself
"i…i..he didn't make it…jaune….adam….lazuli….neo they didn't make it either. Their dead…their all dead"velvet cried and cried in pain right now
This made the entire crowd of people of people hear the death of everyone that they all lost making them slowly fall into despai right now. As jazmine gasped in tears hugging her mother close hearing that her sister and girlfriend where gone as kali held her daughter in her arms crying loudly right now
With declan going completely wide eyed hearin that as he fell to his knees clutching his head as the man howled in pain to the skies hearing his daughter was dead.
