"well let's see them." Giovanni said before taking a drink

they sent out the loyal 3 causing Giovanni to spit out his drink

"you 3 caught the loyal 3?!?" Giovanni said in shock

(the loyal 3? what is the boss talking about?) Jessie thought to herself

"the loyal 3 are 3 legendary Pokémon said to have gave their lives to weaken the ogre of kitakami." Matori said "they are incredibly powerful."

"(it seems our reputation precedes us.)" munkidori said

"this is a major success." Giovanni said

"sir there seems to be a trainer with a large amount of legendary Pokémon." James said as showed pictures of Lincoln with various members of his team

"I see very well then keep an eye on him his power could be useful to us later." Giovanni said

"Yes sir!" All 3 said before Giovanni hung up

"Giovanni sir are you sure about this?" Matori asked

"yes I am sure this could be quite the catch." Giovanni said "this boy probably has no idea of the power in his possession."

Lincoln Isn't sure how he got into this situation

it all started with ash and Lana wanting so he if wanted to go fishing which he agreed to

Lana wanted to fish for the totem Pokemon so they just sat around and began to fish

then Lana actually got the totem Pokemon on the line

and then team rocket showed up to make everything worse

and now he and ash were battling team rocket

"Munkidori psychic! okidogi poison jab! Marinie spike cannon!" James said

"fezandipiti use dazzling gleam! Mimikyu shadow ball!" Jessie said

all of Pokémon team rocket's pokemon fired their attacks which pikachu and hoopa were barely able to dodge

Lincoln had left the rest of his pokemon at the Pokemon centre so wes bloop and bonne could do some bonding with mallow

"pikachu thunderbolt!" Ash said

"(right!)" pikachu said as he fired the attack

but okidogi took it like a champ

"(haha! Is that the best you can do?)" okidogi taunted

"hoopa use hyperspace hole!" Lincoln said

"right!" Hoopa said before sending okidogi flying from a strike from behind

"(you had to ask.)" fezandipiti said

soon however they began to overwhelm pikachu

"ash I beat the trial!" Lana said while holding a Z crystal before approaching with popplio

"(owww.)" Pikachu said after being hit with a shadow claw

"we're gonna win!" Jessie said

"and you jinxed it." James said

immediately after that hoopa threw two of its rings in the air

one ring released a bunch of water before revealing lugia

"it's lugia!" Ash said

"so amazing!" Lana said

"HUH?!?" Rotom dex said before taking pictures

"lugia the diving pokemon a flying and psychic type Lugia's wings pack devastating power—a light fluttering of its wings can blow apart regular houses. As a result, this Pokémon chooses to live out of sight deep under the sea."

the other ring released a bunch green things?

"huh?" Lincoln said

then ash recognized them

they began to combine before forming compete form Zygarde

"WHAT THE?!?" Rotom dex said before taking pictures

"zygarde the order pokemon a dragon and ground type This is Zygarde's perfected form. From the orifice on its chest, it radiates high-powered energy that eliminates everything."

however both of the rings closed a third Pokemon jumped out of the ring zygarde came out of

ash's eyes widened upon seeing it

"(hello ash long time no see.)" greninja said

"greninja!" Ash said

"(BUDDY!)" pikachu said

rotom read off greninja's pokedex entry

"greninjathe ninja Pokemon a water and dark type It creates throwing stars out of compressed water. When it spins them and throws them at high speed, these stars can split metal in two."

"see I told you." James said

"it doesn't matter hit'em with everything you got!" Jessie said

"Oh yeah? well we're gonna be stronger!" Ash and greninja said in unison as greninja was surrounded by a massive amount of water

"so cool..." Lana said

"error error." Rotom said

"Lana let's give him a hand!" Lincoln said as zygarde stepped in front of him

"right!" Lana said as lugia landed in front of her

"Use aero blast!" Lana said as lugia fired a massive blast of wind

"zygarde hit 'em with everything you got" Lincoln said as zygarde began to rain down a bunch of lights

"greninja use water shuriken!" Ash said

the water around greninja dispersed and went on its back to form a giant water shuriken revealing that greninja had transformed

"Updating data updating data!" Rotom dex said

all the attacks connected sending team rocket flying

before being grabbed by bewear

"we're off with a new blast." Team rocket said as they were carried off back to melemele

greninja transformed back and ash fell to the ground

"woah ash are you ok?" Lincoln asked

"I'm fine just haven't done that in forever." Ash said

Lincoln turned to hoopa

"nice save buddy." Lincoln said

"were you surprised?" Hoopa asked

"very." Lincoln said before turning to greninja, zygarde, and lugia "and thank you guys for the help."

"(it was nothing.)" greninja said

"ok then hoopa send them back-" Lincoln began

"(wait.)" zygarde said causing Lincoln to stop "(I wish to join you.)"

"HUH?!?" Lincoln said

"(and I wish to join her.)" lugia said referring to lana

"what's it saying?" Lana asked

Lincoln whispered in her ear

"What?!?" Lana said

"greninja want to come with like the old days?" Ash asked

"(I thought you'd never ask.)" greninja said

Lincoln thew a ball at zygarde while Lana threw a ball at lugia while ash got another pokeball for greninja

all of them were caught

"Alright greninja is back!" Ash said as he let greninja out and gave him a hug

"is my boyfriend happy that he got his ninja frog back?" Lincoln teased

"(BOYFRIEND?!?)" greninja said "(HOW?!! EVERYONE AND THEIR MOTHER KNEW SERENA HAD A CRUSH ON YOU AND YOU WERE AS BLIND AS A ZUBAT!)"

this made Lincoln laugh

later

once they got back to the Pokemon centre they were greeted by their classmates

"woah is that a greninja?" Professor kukui said

"yea it's mine!" Ash said

lana got the Z Ring made by Olivia and put her waterium Z in it

"Woah you got a Z Crystal? How?" Sophocles asked

"I had to fish for the totem pokemon." Lana said "and catch lugia."

"I-is she serious?!" Penny asked

"no she does this all the time." Mallow said

however lana simply smiled and gestured everyone to follow her outside

when everyone was out she then sent out lugia

"WHAT THE?!?" Mallow said

"were you surprised?" Hoopa asked

later that night

Lincoln couldn't sleep

something was off

he left his room where he saw ash and mallow

" you guys couldn't sleep ether?" Lincoln asked

"yea." Ash and mallow said at the same time

suddenly something in Lincoln's bag began to glow

"huh?" Lincoln said as he pulled out the egg hoopa found

"is that an egg?" Ash asked

then the egg hatched revealing a golden four legged pokemon with a golden X around its middle

mallow's and ash's jaws dropped

it looked Lincoln and said "Dada!"

are you kidding me right now...
