There is very little plausible information about Pepper's age and about her date of birth. I therefore decided her birthday is April 4th (Same as RDJ's!) and that she and Tony are 11 months apart in age. I have quite literally hunted through the entire internet trying to find any information that is accurate about Pepper, but there is nothing, so I had to just… invent… something because it was necessary for when she meets Tony.
Tony is 11 months and 25 days older. His birthday is May 29th 1970 Pepper's is April 4th 1971… Gwyneth Paltrow was born in 1972, but since I don't like her at all, I decided not to make Pepper the same age. Yes, I deliberately gave Pepper the same birthday as RDJ.
I'm sure I read somewhere that Peggy is actually Tony's mother because Maria is infertile, but I could be wrong about that.
