Prologue: the snap
Thanos's point of view
It was time to do what I had been
planning to do
Threatening to do
Wanting and waiting to do… ever since the fall of Titan.
If people had just listened to me when I proposed what I proposed, Titan would still be thriving. When they rejected my idea, I cursed them all.
As I slid the last stone into the gauntlet and they glowed brightly, I said
"Come, my children… it is time."
Tony's point of view
Having been chased halfway across the galaxy by a mad purple potato looking Titan, I realised we were running out of both time and options…
He was Hell-bent on finding and using all 6 infinity stones to destroy half of the universe, we were now engaged in a furious full on death battle on a random distant planet and losing badly.
The giant gruesome purple alien's hideous face lit up and twisted into a sinister half grin half sneer as he said,
"I am inevitable" and he closed his enormous amaranth hand and to our collective horror snapped his fingers…
There was a MASSIVE bang and an almighty white flash and
Randomly
Indiscriminately
Forebodingly
The brave warriors around me fell on their faces and turned to ash one by one.
Only five of us survived.
Jay,
Nebula,
Bruce,
Strange,
And me.
Strange used his magic to get us back to New York
Pepper's point of view
I was downstairs in my office.
The entire tower began to shake violently my assistant and several of the people who worked on the same floor as me came rushing to my office… and one by one they began to turn to ash.
The only ones left were

Nat
And me
Thor's point of view

Space stone
Time stone

I was a total, complete and utter failure.
And I knew it.
I had known it since the day Algrim took my mother from me.
I had seen it in Odin's eyes when I told him what had happened… He didn't react with anger, he simply put his hand on my shoulder and reassured me that he wasn't angry, but I could see the rage in his ice blue eyes. Even Loki could tell…
The plan we made to escape Asgard failed. I was tossed from the ship and rescued by Drax and the other Guardians… Thanos came and took Gamora Drax, Star-Lord, Groot and Mantis turned to ash… Rocket and I escaped with the remaining Avengers.
Vince's point of view
We were in the dock. The trial was just about to end. The jury had deliberated and come to a decision. My best friend was sentenced first.
He was brought back to the dock. Linda was sentenced next… then Shane, then Lilian, then Steph, then Paul, then Shawn and finally, me. In total, we got 38 years in prison but… Steph. Lilian and Shawn disappeared in a cloud of ash. The prison guards, judge, jury, and bailiff disappeared. We waited in the courtroom until the announcement was made.
"All survivors are to make their way to Stark Tower, 200 Park Ave, NEW YORK. Where they will be registered and receive help."
Constance's point of view
I was in Arkham Asylum… Uncle Vince's friend thought it was a school for people with special needs, but it turned out to be an asylum. Shane, Uncle Vince and his friend came to rescue me. My mother was with them.
"What happened?"
"I brought her here thinking it was a school" said Uncle Vince's friend sheepishly
"Constance, why are you walking funny?"
"I had surgery 2 weeks ago… they took my… 'Factory.' out to stop me reproducing. They also took my teeth… walking when you're healing from a surgery like that — especially one that you didn't know you were going to have — is NOT pleasant. You had a caesarean when you had me, so you know what I'm talking about. I know it was planned but walking probably wasn't easy or pleasant for the first few weeks."
"No it wasn't."
My mother turned and glared at my godfather.
"You let your best friend take my daughter to this… debaucherous prison, Vincent Kennedy McMahon?"
"It was Linda's idea, and it was done while I was at the office"
"Where is Linda?"
"Prudence, I know you would love to give her a piece of your mind about this — and I can't exactly say I blame you — Constance is your child after all, but about three hours ago, Linda, Steph, Lilian, Paul, and Shawn disappeared into a cloud of ash… and so did the courtroom staff — we were on trial and had just been sentenced to 38 years in prison altogether. When we met at Stark Tower, Tony said that Thanos snapped his fingers and half of the universe turned to ash."
