Chapter 36: I'm No Hero
"Miss Goodwitch!" Glynda turned once she heard her name and to her surprise, saw Team JNPRS standing infront of her.
"Students, may I help you?"
"There are five of us!" Scream Nora.
"Miss Valkarie! Inside voices." Glynda said in a calm voice.
"Sorry." Nora said in a lower voice.
"Again may I help you?"
"Like Nora said there are five of us." Seth informs her.
"I see that... And?"
"How will we enter the Vytal festival? Will we even be allowed to participate?" Ren told her.

It took Glynda a few good seconds to register what they said and soon began to rub her head in annoyance. "I may have to have a word with the headmaster about this. But rest assured, if your team does participate in this year's Vytal tournament the headmaster will be sure to have something in mind.
"Okay but will he?"
"I'm praying that he will Mister Sapphire. Oh, I will pray as well. Now then is there anything else you wish to discuss?"
The team just looked at eachother and all nodded their heads.
"No. That was all." Ren informed her.
"Very well, if you excuse me I need to head to the Headmaster's office at once. There is something I need to inform him about." She told her students but mostly looked at Seth. "Well then, enjoy the rest of your day." And with that, she began to leave.
"Bye! Teach!" Nora said.
"Goodbye Professor." Pyrrha also said her goodbyes.
"Is it me or did she seem off?" Ren said to his team.
"I don't know, she was nice to us." Jaune said with a low voice.
"Yeah, she was acting really nice to us." Nora also saw it as well.
"I mean, she is nice if you get on her good side." Seth informed them.
"Why am I not surprised." Pyrrha whispers to herself.
"Hm?" Seth looked at Pyrrha.
"Nothing. Let's go get Dinner." She began to walk away as Nora began to walk with her bumping her shoulder on Pyrrha while giggling.
Seth turns to Ren and sees him shrug his shoulders as they too begin to follow the girls to the cafeteria. Seth stops and turns to see Jaune still standing where they were.
"Yo John! Come on man, let's get something to eat."
"Huh? Oh Yeah, let's." Soon Jaune Followed his team as they all went to the cafeteria.
As the elevator doors open, Glynda steps inside the office of the headmaster. Making herself known she places her tablet in front of the man, who turns his chair around while drinking off his mug.
"Ah, Glynda what a surprise to see you. How were today's classes?" Ozpin said as he continued to drink.
"All classes have been going well sir. As for the reason why I'm here." She moves her tablet to Ozpin and begins to play the video.
As the headmaster saw the video he thought nothing of it at first just a fight between Miss Xiao-long and Mister Sapphire. "Is there a reason for this Glynda?"
Glynda didn't say anything just continued to let the video play. As it got to the final events of the fight the headmaster started to drink from his mug... Until he saw it.
Nearly dropping his mug the headmaster placed it on his desk and grabbed the tablet to see the video up close.
"When was this?"
"Today in combat class."
"Hmm." He kept reversing the video to one certain point of it.
"In all my years of being in this school. I have yet to see a student with an elemental semblance like this. Those are only reserved for those who are picked or fem-"
"That begs the question. What is he hiding? From what you have told me, his 'Music' is his Semblance."
"A lie from what I'm now seeing."
"Perhaps or..." The headmaster sees the part where Seth taps his heart. "A trick."
"What shall I do?"
"Continue as always. But keep an eye on him for now." Ozpin said as he transferred the video from Glynda's tablet into her own and handed it back to her.
"Very well." Glynda begins to walk back toward the elevator but is stopped by Ozpin once again.
"One more thing... Find out more about his family."
With a nod, she agrees to it beginning to walk toward the elevator. "Oh, one more thing, Will his team be able to participate in this year's Vytal tournament?" The look on the headmaster's face told her the whole story.
"I'll think of something." Ozpin said as he continued to watch the video.
With that Glynda steps inside the elevator leaving the headmaster alone once more.
"Well young man, it seems as if fate brought you here for a reason." He stops the video. And sees Seth with Wind covering his body.
"So, there we were in the middle of the night." Nora began her story.
"It was day." While Ren corrected the details.
Oh, this will be good. I began to listen to Nora's wonderful dream that she had last night.
"We were surrounded by Ursai."
"They were beowolfs."
"Dozens of them!"
"Two of them."
Aw, The story changed from last time. Apparently last time she was riding the Ursai into the sunset as she defeated the wave of Grimm by herself.
"But they were no match, and in the end. Ren and I took them down and made a boatload of Lien selling Ursa skin rugs." As Nora finished her story I continued to fix my sunglasses. Honestly, that punch that Yang delivered almost broke them. If I hadn't raised my head a little bit higher, these bad boys would have been done for.
And Mom would have been upset about it.
"Ah, she's been having this recurring dream for nearly a month now."
"Dreams are weird, Ren. Last night I had a dream that we were all taking part in a tag-fight tournament that made us fight people from different dimensions. I met a guy with White hair getting chased by his crazy brother. A woman with a white fur coat and her friend a gym bro. A crazy guy obsessed with blood. A girl with two fans that can control Ice, and a big ass tank. It was hosted by this big crystal. So yeah, dreams are weird." As I finish I put my sunglasses back on, happy that I at least fix them from being crooked.
"Then what happend?!" Nora asked.
"I woke up, but not gonna lie, that dream was nice." I said as I formed a smile on my face for some reason.
Raising my head up I see Everyone all look at me with a surprised look in their eyes.
"What?"
"Nothing, Just Deja vu. That's all."
Huh?
"Jaune, Are you okay?" I heard Pyrrha next to me say and saw her looking at Jaune. It takes him a minute to reply but eventually.
"Huh? Oh, Yeah why?" He puts his fork down and looks at us.
"it's just that you seem a little... Not okay?" Ruby decided to join the conversation trying to help Pyrrha as well. Soon everyone looks at Jaune with the exception of Weiss and Blake.
"Guys, I'm fine. Seriously, look. hehe." He throws us a fake smile and laughs.
"Jaune, don't fake a smile, It doesn't suit you." I tell him as we soon hear someone laughing turning my head I see Cardin's team sitting next to the girl with rabbit ears.
'God damn it mohawk, and here I thought you were cool.'
"Jaune, Cardin has been picking on you since the first week of school." Pyrrha said to him but Jaune simply brushed it off.
"Who? Cardin Winchester. Nah, he just likes to mess around you know practical jokes."
"He's a bully." Ruby said to him but still just brushed it off.
"Oh please, name one time, he's bullied me."
"Well... There was that time in History class when he was throwing papers at you. The time he dropped your books when we were passing eachother. The time he activated your shield as we were entering combat class. The time he stole your armor and painted it orange. The time he-"
"Okay, I get it." Jaune stopped me as he was beginning to become embarrassed. But I don't stop.
"Oh no, this one was the worst. The time he shoved you in a locker! And sent you Fuc-" Pyrrha quickly covered my mouth and looked at me seriously.
"I mean... I didn't land far from the school."
We found him in the center of Vale. Honestly, those lockers are a good way to get around the city if you need to travel.
"Jaune, you know if you ever need help you can just ask." Pyrrha informs him.
"Oh! We'll break his legs!" Nora said excited about the idea.
That's the attitude, Nora.
However, Jaune just grabs his tray of food and gets up from his seat. "Guys, really it's fine. Besides it's not like he's only a jerk to me, he's a jerk to everyone."
"Yeah, and that's the worst part." I said to him.
"Ow! That hurts!" We all turned our heads and saw Cardin grabbing the girl's rabbit ears.
"Getting Marrow flashbacks here." I grab one of my utensils, the knife. And was about to throw it at him. However, Pyrrha grabs me by my wrist. I turn to her and see her shake her head. "You'll get in trouble. Please don't make this like back home."
I grit my teeth at this and place the knife down.
"Please stop." I hear her plead for Cardin to stop but he just laughs it off.

'Fuck this.' I move my body to face him and aim my leg at him.
'Nothing really matters, anyone can see. Nothing really matters Nothing really matters to me'
As I felt the wind around my leg pickup, I sent a kick toward his direction and soon it hit him. Making him shout in surprise and letting go of the girl's ears. The girl quickly left and I turned back to face the other and pretend like nothing happened.
However one was looking at him the whole time.
As the girl past us, Pyrrha soon turned to me and looked at me with a deadpan expression. "Really?"
"What? Must have been the wind?" Bad choice of words on my part.
"Speaking of Wind... Spill Shades now!" Yang soon turned to me and I could tell everyone was now looking at me.
'Crap... Think of a way out Seth.'
I tried to get Ren's attention by blinking in Morse code.
"Why are you blinking so much?" I heard Yang say to me.
Quick think of something! "I've got something in my eyes."
"Here let me get it out." Pyrrha tried to help but I moved away.
"No thank you, I don't want to die."
"What?"
"What?"
"HAHAHA!" We all saw Yang laughing at this. I turn and see Ruby who continues to look at Jaune as he walks away from us.
Sigh... We might need to have a talk with him.
As we all got up from our seats we began to walk back to our dorms. Ren leans into me and whispers.
"Why do you want to blow up Beacon Tower?"

"I think I need to work on my Morse code."
As we all entered our dorm, there we saw Jaune lying on his bed with his face down.
'Okay, let's see if we can all raise our spirits up.'
"You know guys, I am just realizing now that we have been living with each other for a month now and we still don't know too much about each other. So why not get to know us better now?" I tell them as I sit down on my bed.
Looking around I saw Ren look at me with a strange look, Nora gave me an excited look and Pyrrha just looked at me confused.
"Why?"
"Why not? I mean we can learn more about each other that way. I mean sure we know a little bit about each other, but what are our goals, weaknesses, hell even our future plans after school."
They all look at each other and look back at me.
"Sure, but you go first."
"Okay! Well, I was born in Mantle and moved to Argus. After being in school for four years there I was kicked out and trained to enter a combat school. After that, I applied to Haven, didn't get accepted, and had to fight my way to enter this school. And now I'm here."
I see Ren and Nora look at me confused, hell even Jaune raised his head and was also staring at me. I turned to see Pyrrha's reaction and saw her smirking at me.
"I feel like you are missing a few details in that story Seth. Also, what are your weaknesses." Pyrrha said as she crossed her arms.
"Sigh... Okay, my weaknesses are that I can't fight against more than two people at the same time and close spaces."
"And..."

...
This girl! "I'm also scared of spiders." I said in a low voice but was still heard by the others.
Nora just chuckled a bit, and so did Ren.
"Okay! What about you!" I said as I pointed at Ren.
Ren soon stopped and looked at us. "Well, I was born in a small village outside of Mistral. There's where I met Nora."
"Yep!"
"We have been together from there on, moving from place to place. Until we were of age to enter a combat academy in Mistral. And after a few years there we decided to move out of Mistral and travel for a bit until we landed here in Vale and Applied here."
"So you two known eachother since you were little?" Pyrrha question.
"Yep! Since we were, wee little kids. After that, we have been together ever since... But not together together." Nora included.
"What?"
"Don't worry about it. But to get to my weaknesses. I struggle to take down large human opponents. Other than that I tend to do most of the cooking for Nora."
"He makes the best pancakes!"
"What about your family?" We all heard Jaune speak and soon Ren's expression changed.
"There Gone."

'You know in hindsight this might have been a mistake on my part.
"Oh, I'm sorry Ren."
"Don't be, it was a long time ago."
"Hey! Why don't I go next? I'm Nora! The strongest person you will ever meet!" Nora quickly went, just to try to avoid the awkward feeling in the air.
'Bet.'
"It all began on the day of my actual birth, both of my parents failed to show up."
"Wait hold up! How does that work?" I question Nora.
"I don't know, anyway I have been an orphan for a good few years of my life, right until I met Ren here and we kind of became traveling Buddies since then. We visited so many amazing places. And have done so many exciting things. But if I'm being honest here I think this has been the best experience that we have ever done does far."
"Really? Why is that?"
"We have been traveling for so long and always had to camp out if we couldn't find a village before nightfall. So I guess being here has made us feel like we are at home... With friends."

'Shit that makes me want to cry now.'
"So Yeah, thank you guys. For putting up with us, but mostly me."
"Nora, don't worry about that we are a team and we will never have it any other way." Pyrrha said as she comforted her.
"She is right Nora, We are happy to have you guys here. And to be a team."
"Thanks guys... And to end it off I don't have any weaknesses."
"She is scared of Clowns and Tangelos."
"Ren!"
We all laugh at that. I turned to see Jaune also laugh at this and soon nodded at him. "You want to go next?"
"Huh, oh well let me just go to the bathroom first. Pyrrha you can go next." Jaune soon stood up and entered the bathroom.
"Well, Pyrrha you go next."
I see her nod and turn to the rest. "Well, I am also from Mistral from a little city called Kuchinashi, when I was born my family moved to the main capital to have a better life there. However, my father didn't like the main capital at all and wanted us to move back. My mother didn't want to and they had a disagreement. Eventually, I went with my mother and we both moved to Argus. To get away from it all..."
We all looked at her with sadness.
Pyrrha did tell me this a long time ago. However, I never brought it up with her, cause it was never my story to tell. It was hers and I really didn't care too much to know. I just knew she would tell me when she was ready and she did. After our first tournament run.
"There is where I met Seth here. Our first meeting wasn't the best."
"Why not?" Nora asked.
"Well, he-"
"I was not the most favorite person in school, so yeah." I tell them.
"That and he cried when he first saw me." Pyrrha said with a smile.
THIS GIRL!
"I told you before. I had something in my eyes!" I tried to defend myself.
"Awww that's so cute," Nora said as she sat next to me and pinched my cheeks. "You knew you met your future friend after that huh."
I swatted Nora's hand away from me and lay back down.
'Yep, this was my mistake.' The door of the bathroom opens and out walks Jaune with his pajamas.
"What did I miss?"
"How Pyrrha met Seth! And how Seth-"
"Keep talking Nora and I'm taking my notebook back."
"Eep!" With that, she shut her mouth.
I turned to Pyrrha and told her to continue. "After that, we all went to combat school in Sanctum. And there is where we both participated in the Mistral Regional Tournament. That was my first win in that tournament."
"So that's where we've seen you before. The tournaments." Ren said. "We didn't want to assume but we had our assumptions."
"Oh, no it's alright. Usually, I do get upset that people only recognize me for those achievements. But I had to get used to them as I grew older, and thanks to Seth, he's always had my back on dealing with some of the people around me."
"What can I say, I 'brighten' their life a little bit."
"I'm surprised you haven't been using them as of late."
"I haven't needed to. There was that time with Weiss that I really wanted, but my headaches were in the way."
"What does he mean by that?"
"Pyrrha don't tell him. Let it be a surprise."
"That's good and all, but what are your weaknesses Pyr!" Nora said as she got close to Pyrrha.
"Oh Yeah, please tell them, I'll fact-check." I said as I looked at Pyrrha with my own smirk.
"Well, I'm not the best when it comes to hand-to-hand combat."
"Really?"
"Yeah... Can we avoid this quest-"
"Pyrrha Semblance is Polarity."
"Seth!"
"Remember with Yang! Payback."
"So you rely on the metals of our weapons to fight? To be able to control them and have the opponents make a slight error in the fight."
We all turn to Nora who was the one to say this.
"What? I like a good fight. I wish to know more."
"Yes, Nora that's exactly what I do. It was supposed to be a secret." She said as she looked at Seth. "But I guess that's out of the bag."
"Don't worry Pyr! Your secret is safe with us!"
"Speaking of Secrets. Seth, would you like to add something to the class? Something that relates to what happend today?" Pyrrha said as everyone started to look at me.
"Well I do, but Jaune still needs to go and tell us about his life here." I turn to Jaune only to see him on his bed asleep.
'God damn it Jaune!'
I turn back and see them all staring at me.
"Well I guess we should all-"
"Seth, You made a promise to me a long time ago to tell me the truth. So please tell us what was all of that."
"..."
Well, I guess this is it. I take a deep breath and look at them all.
Sigh..." Well, how do I say this without sounding crazy... My music is not a semblance, it's a gift...

The Next Day
As we were all sitting in Prof... Doctor Oobleck...

Okay, so yeah we were all sitting in his class, listening to his lecture on the Great Faunus War. Honestly, I feel like we always review this lecture in every year back in Sanctum. But he did bring up a good point on why we always revisit it. "History is important if you can't learn from it. You're destined to repeat it."
Wise words from this man. Anyway, I looked around the classroom and saw Jaune sleeping in class again, I turned to my left and saw the girl with rabbit ears also following the professor (Doctor) Fuck! As he continues his lecture. Turning my head I saw Blake and Pyrrha sitting together as well. This is what I get for getting late to class, damn lunch sucked.
"Now which one of you young scholars, can tell me what many theorists believe to be the turning point in the third year of the war?" Doctor Oobleck looked around his class and pointed at a person. "Yes."
"The battle at Fort Castle." I could hear the smugness in her voice as she gave her answer.
"Precisely! And who can tell me the advantage the faunus had over General Lagoon's forces?"
An easy answer anyone can get it. I raised my hand, but Doctor Oobleck went straight for Jaune as he woke up.
"Mister Arc! Finally contributing to class, this is excellent! Excellent, what is the answer?"
"Uh.. The answer is..."
I widen my eyes at hearing his voice. 'You can not be serious.' I looked at Jaune having a difficult time giving an answer so I waved to him, and began to give him a hint. "Nightvision!" I mouth it to him but he still didn't get it.
I soon grabbed a piece of paper on me and wrote it in big letters.
'Read it! Read you blind fuck!'
"Uh, Binoculars!" Jaune said with confidence that I just ripped the paper in my hands and slammed my head on the desk.
"Oh my god."
I could have sworn I heard someone chuckle right next to me.
Soon the whole class began to laugh at his answer leaving the Doctor to not be amused by his answer.
"Very funny Mister Arc... Cardin, perhaps you would care to share your thoughts on the subject?" Oobleck turns his attention to the person sitting behind Jaune.
"Well, I know it's a lot easier to train an animal than a soldier."
"Oh, he is so getting another wind kick now." I whisper to myself.
Now I heard a gasp next to me and I turned to see the girl sitting next to me looking at me. We both looked at eachother and soon she quickly turned away from me. Leaving me confused.
'Oh, right she must have heard me... Shit.'
As this was going on Pyrrha and Blake both decided to educate Cardin on the Faunus. Meanwhile, Cardin got so upset that he just stood up and was forced to take a seat back once Oobleck called on him. Sadly Jaune got in the crossfire and was now forced to meet with him after class.
Just another day here at Beacon. Well, at least no other day is boring.
As class ended we all soon got up and began to walk out. Pyrrha told us to go ahead, and that she would wait for Jaune. However.
"Seth a word."
Sigh... Sure why not? I look back at Nora and Ren, "You guys go get dinner, we will meet you guys later." They both nod and begin to walk to the cafeteria with team RWBY.
Turning back I see Pyrrha leaning against a wall with her arms crossed.
'Oh boy.'
"So what's up?"
She kept on looking at me like she expected me to know 'what was up'."Is this about Jaune or is this about me lying?"
"Hmm, let me think." Okay yeah, I'm fucked. "How about we start on the fact that you have been lying to me for the past, oh I don't know five years."
"It's actually been four." I really didn't help my case at this point.
"Oh, even better! So how am I supposed to feel now."
"..." I really don't wish to answer this.
"Well?"
"Look, I'm sorry for not telling you. But can you really blame me? Mom unlocked my Aura and soon I was able to play music with the tap of my heart. How was I supposed to know it wasn't a semblance? I didn't know I had Mom Semblance until I fought her last year. How was I supposed to tell you? 'Oh, So the music in my heart is not a semblance, I have no idea what it could be, but if I sing then wind begins to cover my body. Still don't know how I play music though?' You hear how stupid I sound?" As I finished I looked around to see if anyone else heard that, but lucky for me, no one was there.
I could see Pyrrha having a hard time even understanding what I was saying to her and she just began to rub her head in annoyance. "Have you even tried to understand what this is Seth? Like have you gone to a doctor?"
"I have, and for the most part, everything is normal for me. I have a normal heart and a normal body. But this is something I don't get." I tell her as I hover over my heart.
"Are you sure? You're not lying to me now?"

I raise my glasses over my eyes and look at her. "I'm not lying." I so was.
I see her think for a second before asking another question. "Who else knows about this?"
"Well, you guys now. Mom... Penny. That's about it."
"Penny knows about this? How?"
"Cause she-" I stop in my tracks before I continue. 'Shit can't tell her why, Gods why do you do this to me.'
"Well?"
"Pyrrha please understand. I can't tell you how Penny knows. And before you ask. I also made a promise to her. She will keep my secret and I will keep her secret. So please."
She looked like she wanted to argue but she didn't. "Fine... On one condition."
I nod "Yeah."
"You are going to help me with Jaune then."

"Come again?"
Sigh..."He has not been doing good so far and at this point, he is failing most of his classes. Professor Goodwitch has informed me that if he keeps this up, Then he will fail the semester and we will all suffer from it... Or worse."
Shit Jaune. I knew you were having trouble at school, but to failed all of your classes. Combat class I understand but every single one! "So what do you suggest?"
"I was thinking that we can help him with his school work and his training."

...
"Okay, but why though."
"Why not, Seth he's our teammate, and like it or not We are still his friends. So I believe that we should at least try to help him out."
"I mean I get that, but do you really want me to help him? I mean I get the subjects and all, but other than that I'm about average at best."
"Then you can help him train. He fights with a sword just like you, if not then you can train him in hand-to-hand combat. You are the best out of all of us in the team. Seth please." She looks at me with her green eyes, pleading for help.
Sheesh I've never seen Pyrrha act like this before. It's weird. I think about it, and if we really want to all do our best at this school, then I guess we should help him do his best as well.
Sigh..."Fine. But what if he says no?"
"I'm sure Jaune will be eager to accept it."
Not sure about that but let's just hope so.
Soon the doors of the classroom open and out rushes Doctor Oobleck. Not seconds later Jaune walks out as well as Cardin, but he pushes Jaune to the floor.
"We might have a long job ahead of us." Pyrrha and I both walk up to Jaune and help him up from the floor.
"You know, I really will break his legs." Pyrrha said with an annoyed voice.
"Why stop at his legs? The human body has over 206 bones inside, a few of them being broken won't affect him too much." I said to them as both just looked at me. "What?"
Jaune simply sighed. But soon Pyrrha grabs both of our arms and begins to drag us somewhere.
She took us to the roof. Honestly, I didn't know we could be up here. The view was nice though. Ignoring the headache that I was getting at the moment I stopped close to the door to make them pass.
I looked up and saw Jaune looking over the edge. However, his comment really made me uneasy. "Guys I know I'm going through a hard time right now, but I'm not that depressed. I can always be a farmer or something."
I grab him by the end of his jacket and pull him back. "No, dumbass!"
"That's not why we brought you up here."
I mean it was mostly her that brought us up here but sure.
"Jaune I know you are having a difficult time in class and you're still not the strongest of fighters. So, we decided that we want to help you."
Jaune looks at both of us and I just nod my head to him. "What?" He said with a down voice.
"We can train up here." "Or in the forest with more space."
"Right! After class, where no one can bother us. Seth can teach you hand-to-hand combat, while I can help you with your swords skills." Pyrrha said in a hopeful tone.
But for some reason, Jaune didn't look so happy about it.
"You two, think I need help?"
"No!" "Yes." Pyrrha and I both look at eachother. Trying to understand each other now.
"That's not what I meant."
"but you two just said it."
"Jaune, everybody needs a little push from time to time. It doesn't make you any different from the rest of us."
"Pyrrha is right, we're a team here and teammates always need to help each other no matter what."
"Right, you made it to Beacon, that speaks volume of what you're capable of."
Jaune then turns his back on us. "You two are wrong. I don't belong here."
"Come on man don't say that. Sure you do, we all deserve to-" I was soon cut off by him turning back to us.
"No, I don't." Leaving the both of us confuse
"What?" We both said. Then Jaune dropped a bomb on us, which for some reason kinda made me worry.
"I wasn't really accepted into Beacon. I... I didn't go to combat school, I didn't pass any tests I didn't earn my spot at this academy. I lied, I got my hands on some fake transcripts and I lied."
"What? Why?" I heard Pyrrha say and I just kept quiet, now registering everything he just said.
"Cause this is what I've always wanted to be. My father, my grandfather, and his father before him. They were all warriors and heroes. And I wanted to be one too. But I was just never good enough."
Pyrrha soon reaches out for Jaune. "then let us help you."
"I don't want help! I don't want to be the damsel in distress, I want to be the hero."
For some strange reason, I picture Jaune inside a locker looking at Pyrrha. That image made me grab my head in pain as I tried to pay attention again to the two.
"I'm tired of being the lovable idiot, stuck in the tree while his friends fight for their lives. Don't you get it? If I can't do this on my own then what good am I?"

I grabbed Pyrrha by her shoulder and pulled her in. "Uh, Jaune give me a minute with her." I pulled Pyrrha next to the door as I began to whisper to her.
"Huh?" Jaune said.
"Seth what are you-" I cut her off.
"Look Pyrrha, I know we agree to help him and everything, but I think this is a lost cause. He's obviously made up his mind, why don't we just cut our losses and get out of here."
"Oh come on Seth, you promise me that we would help him out."
"I know and we will, but let's think of a better way to approach him next time. He is obviously upset now and won't listen to reason." I look back at Jaune who was just standing there looking at the edge of the building. "Let's not push him too hard with this."
"Let me try one more time and see if this works."
"Pyrrha-"
"Please."

...
"Son of a... Sigh, fine." we both break and I see her step forward towards Jaune. But he simply backs away from her. "Just leave me alone. Okay."
"If that's what you think is best." She begins to back away and passes me with her head down. I began to follow her, but I gave a quick glance back at Jaune.
Sigh... "Dumbass." With that, I leave the roof.
