1 Hour away from the base

Shockwave soared through the air in his Cybertronian jet mode while Hun-Grrr in dragon mode dashed through the forest towards the spot in which the predacons hid the energon spoils,many dinosaurs scrambled out of the path of Hun-Grrr which amused him he and his team had been sharing this planet with these primitive animals for years and co existence wasn't exactly possible and Hun-Grrr enjoyed scaring the dinosaurs and even fighting with them. Shockwave spotted a large cave in a massive mountain up ahead "Is that the place?"Shockwave asked Hun-Grrr snarled in response which Shockwave didn't understand "I'll take that as a yes."

Shockwave transformed in midair and landed on the ground in front of the large mountain and then Hun-Grrr came up beside him and then transformed into robot mode as they both stared into the entrance to the cave "It's right in there."Hun-Grrr said as they both proceeded to head into the cave, the interior of the cave was massive as the outside, it was almost the size of a football field,as Shockwave looked around the cave his attention was brought to the giant cyan glowing stack of energon cubes sitting at the back of the cave.

"Ah."Shockwave said as he walked towards the energon taking in the sight of the large stock pile Shockwave analyzed the energon although he noted that it wasn't exactly all of it like he expected given the traitor stole the other half. "We've been guarding it,waiting for Megatron's arrival,but we may have devoured some of it."Hun-Grrr said with a little guilty tone making Shockwave look at him with a slight judgmental expression "We get hungry."Hun-Grrr said as Shockwave realized that he couldn't fault him for that "Beside this is only one part of the stock there are others,hidden throughout this planet,I can take you to them."

Shockwave figured there'd be more and he wanted to see the stock piles for himself but he knew it would be a little bit time consuming and given the Dinobots are plotting to take him out, plus he didn't know where Megatron and the Decepticons were.

Shockwave turned around and walked towards the exit with Hun-Grrr following him "Not at this time Hun-Grrr,we have more pressing matters to attend first we need to locate the Megatron and the nemesis,this is where the space bridge sent them they must be here somewhere..."Shockwave said as he exited the cave and then he was greeted to a surprising sight a Ceratosaurus standing just a few yards from them, it was dark red with a tan underbelly with black stripes on it's back.

With it's yellow eyes the Ceratosaurus scanned the purple Decepticon curiously making a low growling noise Hun-Grrr saw the creature and pulled out his weapon ready to attack but Shockwave put his arm up as he began studying the creature up and down. "Interesting, bipedal with sharp teeth and a horn on it's snout,very interesting."Shockwave said as he recalled not seeing this creature before when he was searching for the dino modes for Grimlock and his team. "Yes I have a fantastic plan for your design,creature."Shockwave stated with a hint of glee in his tone, Hun-Grrr just looked at him like he was a giant weirdo.

Meanwhile in Shockwave's base

Laserback stood in front of the Predacons and Flatline extremely irritated with Hun-Grrr,he had always questioned his leadership skills in the field every chance he got which undoubtedly got on Hun-Grrr's nerves. Laserback wanted to finish the dinobots while they still got the chance but Shockwave in his infinite wisdom decided not to attack and Hun-Grrr agreed with him Laserback was given the impression that Shockwave was calling the shots not Hun-Grrr, Laserback felt that just because Shockwave made them in a lab, doesn't give him dominion over them.

"Who does that one eyed scrapheap think he is,coming into our lives and telling us what to do?!"Lazerback hissed as the Predacons stared at him "apparently he's our creator."Windrazor said crossing his arms "Well i renounce my creator!"Laserback declared making Serket raise an eyebrow "You renounce him?"

"Yes and i renounce this Megatron person, we're supposed to be guarding Energon for him,please, that Energon is ours we shouldn't share it with anyone least of all cybertronians,our ancestors ruled cybertron with an iron claw, we're bigger, stronger,faster and more ferocious."Laserback said as he looked at his Predacon brothers who looked at each other and nodded in agreement with that statement.

Flatline and Serket glanced at each other not exactly fond over where this was going "and as for the Dinobots, i say we go after them now!"Lazerback said hungry for battle "Uh but Shockwave said not to attack them."Flatline said making Lazerback glare at him "oh but Shockwave said not to attack(Gibberish babbling),shut your face or I'll devour you!"Lazerback growled making Flatline shrink back a little.

"Okay why don't you mellow the frak out?"Serket said getting? Lazerback's attention "Why don't you shut up too,why are you even on this team you're not even an actual predacon,you're a Decepticon turned into a predacon,in my book that doesn't make you one of us."Lazerback scolded making Serket narrowed her eyes at Lazerback and clenched her fist ready to knock him out. Darksteel went over and separated the two "we had them at our mercy,we could've finished them,but no Shockwave wanted to take his time at destroying them,now I can't be the only one who hates that?"Lazerback asked looking around and he saw Twinstrike,Blight,Windrazor,Rippersnapper and Darksteel nod in agreement.

"I was enjoying the fight."Windrazor said clenching his fists "me too."Twinstrike growled and Rippersnapper and blight nodded making Lazerback grin evilly as he got eager to battle Predacons on his side "then let's go make some Dinobots extinct."Lazerback back said with glee.

Meanwhile

Snarl still in Stegosaurus mode ran through the field trying to keep up and find Slash who was much faster due to her Velociraptor mode "Slash wait up, where are you?!"Snarl called out looking around and didn't see Dinobots just dinosaurs herbivore ones, he even saw a group of Stegosaurus grazing. Snarl looked around for any sign of Slash and saw nothing until he spotted her moving along the treeline,Snarl ran into the trees and began following her "Slash wait up!"Snarl called out which made the female Dinobot looked back at him and then she stopped allowing Snarl to catch up.

"You shouldn't go off on your own Slash,especially on this unknown planet with those predacons."Snarl said looking around at the forest for any sign of potential threats so far everything was peaceful "i know I'm just worried about Paddles,we can't lose a Dinobot not here and now."Slash said with growing concern making Snarl upset himself so he decided to take Slash's mind off things that was when he decided to relay what he told swoop earlier "Hey Slash before he crashed landed the ships sensors picked up something on this planet."

"Was it the Ark?!"Slash asked curiously and with hope the autobots were there as well "Well no not exactly it was..."Snarl froze mid sentence as he saw something about 40 yards away trying to hide in the trees, it was two sets of glowing blue eyes peering from either side of the trees, " hey who's that?"Snarl asked making Slash look to where he was looking and she saw those eyes again "I don't know, either Hun-Grrr or Twinstrike."she said transforming into robot mode with Snarl doing the same.

Then the eyes went away as they saw whatever it was was running away "Hey come back here!"Slash said as she began chasing after the mysterious creature with Snarl following her,both of them had a hard time keeping up with the mysterious dragon as it got distance and a headstart on them. Slash and Snarl then watched as the mysterious dragon who looked to have wings took flight above the trees escaping Slash and Snarl, "scrap he escaped!"Snarl exclaimed in frustration Slash was frustrated as well and wanted to continue the chase but since neither her or Snarl could fly it was best to let this go.

"Not worth the processor ache, come on let's..."Slash was cut off mid-sentince by the sound of multiple footsteps echoing throughout the forest,Slash and Snarl looked around for the source and that was when they saw Lazerback,Windrazor,Twinstrike, Darksteel and Blight coming towards them brandishing their weapons and grinning and chuckling sinisterly.
