Isabela was miserable, she was walking behind her mother, they were going to the school of the encanto so Isabela can finally start her tutoring*

Julieta:I'm not having this conversation again, your very lucky Gabriela is gonna give you some lessons.
Julieta said seriously, she turned around just as Isabela was rolling her eyes. Isabela winced when Julieta held her wrist hard*
Julieta:And I swear to the Lord, if you don't take it seriously this time. Not even my food will be able to heal what I'll do to you
Isabela:ok ok, god let go.
Isabela hissed, as she pulled the hand away from her, Julieta's eyes didn't soften. She has very little sympathy after she found out everything Isabela has done to her younger sister*
Julieta:I'm serious Isabela you better take it seriously, now march before I drag you by the ear
Isabela:fine god
Isabela muttered bitterly as she walked inside the school, it was a Saturday, so the place was empty. Apart from the workers, which worked just fine with Isabela, she tried to be miss perfect again, smiling and waving at the teachers, but they didn't give her the time of day, they knew who she really was. Julieta couldn't help but feel bittersweet, on Isabela getting her just desserts. On the one hand it's good to see her oldest get knocked down a peg, on the other hand it just made her feel all the worse*
Julieta "more people who saw what I didn't...yay"
Gabriela:ah, Mrs. Madrigal, and Isabela welcome
Gabriela said taking Julieta out of her self hate mentality, she shook her head and looked at Gabriela. Isabela eyes widen a little, instead of the teacher with a conservative clothing, hair tied in a bun and a thick square glasses, gabriela looked...very different to say the least*
Julieta:ah, Gabriela hello, my I love your hair if you don't mind me saying
Gabriela: thanks, took me hours to get it like this. But since we're all adults here I'm sure you don't mind my change in clothing, well we're all adults apart from someone here
Gabriela said glancing at Isabela, Isabela frowned deeply at her, but no one came to her defense, and she knew better then to talk back*
Julieta:yes. Well, I'll leave my daughter in your most capable of hands, Isabela don't mess this up
Julieta said sharply, Isabela nodded and walked inside the classroom, Gabriela smiled at Julieta waving her goodbye as she too walked inside. She took a breath and grabbed the big and thick metal ruler, the kind that hurts if someone were to say, slap your hands with it*
Gabriela:now then Mrs. Madrigal, let's begin
Isabela:Gabriela you can just call me Isabela, we're the same age
Isabela said with a kind smile, Gabriela couldn't help but roll her eyes, not buying it for a second*
Gabriela:and yet your still in school. And don't try to pull the miss perfect crap, it's not gonna work for me. Also
Gabriela slapped her former bully's hands with the ruler, with so much satisfaction hearing her yelp, that she didn't even try to hide it. Gabriela grew a small smirk*
Gabriela:no talking unless permitted,
Isabela:that hurt you...
Isabela pulled back as Gabriela went in for another hit, Isabela smiled smugly as she misses, she winced when Gabriela just hit her in the forehead with the ruler*
Gabriela:now, let's start with seeing just how stupid you are, I mean just how much I have to teach you...no, I liked the first one first, yeah left find out how fucking stupid you are
Meanwhile with Mirabel and Dolores
We see them sitting not doing anything, just waiting for something, Dolores could hear the occasional giggle coming from Mirabel and she took a sigh*
Dolores:Mirabel, I swear if your up to something I will strangle you
A blindfolded Dolores said. Mirabel looked at her cousin, and just grew a grin that Dolores could what in her tone*
Mirabel:...meh, worth it
Before Dolores could ask she heard something loud, a noise that she heard beforehand but for the life of her she couldn't remember where*
Dolores:Mirabel what was that?
Mirabel:the sound of an engine turning on,
Mirabel said practically jumping up and down on her seat, in her travels there was one thing that was the same in every trip. Dolores took off the blindfold and saw what that thing was, Mirabel's love for flight. Dolores paled when she looked out the window*
she was flying with the birds, hell she was flying higher then the bride she was above the clouds. Mirabel madrigal took Dolores to a decent size tourist plane, and Dolores took a deep breath before instantly started screaming, she hugged Mirabel tightly and kept screaming*
Daniel:you weren't kidding when you said she'll scream
Mirabel:I also remember the bet we made, this ride is half off
Mirabel said with a small grin ignoring the panicking Dolores, the pilot chuckled and nodded his head. Once Dolores was out of breath and started inhaling to scream again, Mirabel put her hand, on Dolores's mouth*
Mirabel:ok, that's enough of that. Your gonna miss out on the beauty of it, now I'm gonna let go of your mouth, and your not gonna scream ok?
Dolores:mhm
Mirabel let go of Dolores and smiled at her, Dolores smiled back at Mirabel. Before she slapped her and she slapped her hard*
Mirabel:ow! I know I deserve that, but still ow! That freaking hurt!
Dolores:good! I can't believe you made me get on this death trap, this this. Thing that must've been made Satan himself!
Dolores said with a huff as she again looked out the window, they moved lower and could see the trees, lake, rivers, city. She could see it all, it made Dolores feel so small, but not in a bad way*
Mirabel:pretty amazing right? It's my dream to one day buy a small plane so that I can have this image always with me
Dolores:yeah, I'm sure you won't give your mother or alma a heart attack, when they find out what that machine in the backyard
Dolores said sarcastically, still holding on to Mirabel, as if that would save her if the plane suddenly crashed, Mirabel chuckled softly in amusement and rubbed Dolores back, both of them just looked out the windows and stayed quiet enjoying each other's company*
After the plane ride
Mirabel got off the plane and helped Dolores off grabbing her hand. When Dolores feet touched the ground she took a huge breath of relief, heck she took her shoes off and wiggles her toes getting the earth deep in there to make her feel safe*
Mirabel:oh, come on you had fun right?
Dolores:I did...but if you EVER do that again I swear to all that is holy I'll make sure they never find your, hey don't ignore me!
Dolores yelled as Mirabel cleaned her ear uninterested as she walked to Daniel the pilot, Daniel chuckled looking at there antics*
Daniel:family?
Mirabel:cousins, anyhow. Here's the payment we agreed, thanks a lot. It was terrifically fun
Mirabel said with a bright smile, Daniel grabbed his payment and shared in Mirabel's smile*
Daniel:i agree, your cousin's scream were hilarious, definitely in the top 5 of first time flyers I've had.
Dolores: I can hear you, you jerks!
Dolores screamed, but was again ignored. Making Dolores give out an angry chuckle, Mirabel is gonna pay for ignoring her, that's a promise*
Daniel:anyway, if your really interested in buying a plane I can give you my cousin's business card
Daniel said giving Mirabel a small card, mirabel took it and put it in her back pocket*
Daniel:he fixes old planes and sells them at a discount. You can get a small 1 person plane pretty cheap, just tell him I sent you
Mirabel:thanks, I'll definitely. Owowowowowow!
Mirabel yelped as Dolores grabbed her by the air and started dragging her away, the second she saw the look in Mirabel's eyes, she knew she needed to stop the madness*
Dolores:no, not only no. But fuck no, it's bad enough that you fly everywhere, I'm not gonna have a plane in the backyard
Mirabel: Dolores ow, your being unreasonable ow that one hurt!
Mirabel whined as Dolores was now really pulling. There was absolutely, positively, Supercalifragilisticoexpialidoso, no way that she'll ever let mirabel buy one of those death machines, even if it was fun. Never in encanto. Once they were a safe distance away from the evil death machines, did Dolores leg go. Mirabel rubbed her ear with a whine, and yet still a small smile*
Mirabel:ok, now that that's over. Let me show you more of this city, maybe buy some swimwear so we can have some fun at the beach
Dolores: fine, but if you tell me to put on a blindfold again I'll slap you silly. No, I'll slap you so hard that a tooth will fall off
Dolores said threateningly, and was again frustrated that Mirabel acted as if she didn't hear, she was picking at her fingers*
Mirabel:I'm sorry did you say something?
Dolores;I'm gonna kill you, I swear I won't even make it look like an accident
Dolores said with a frustrated sigh, Mirabel shrugged her shoulders and grabbed Dolores hand, they interlocked it as they walked away at a normal pace*
