On the last day of her visit, Hetty decided to visit a bar, and Granger decided to tag along.
As they were walking
'Just out of curiosity, why do you have a bodyguard like Mark? Couldn't you have gotten someone else?' Granger asked.
'Trust me, I didn't want him. But the other choice was this super stern one who interfered in every fun thing I did, I fired him after 2 days. Then Mark was hired. He's 1 reason why I try to defend myself instead of waiting for someone else to do it.' Hetty replied.
'Well my bodyguard Luke is not the strict kind. More of a 'tries to make everything seem better when everything is not' type.'
'Hmm Interesting.'
'Aren't you worried someone might recognize you at the bar?' Granger asked.
'Not really. With this cap and my hair being as short as it is, I doubt anyone will recognize me much.' Hetty confidently replied.
Things at the bar were going well. Until a mean looking thug started mocking Hetty for looking stupid. 1 thing led to another, and before anyone knew it, she socked him in the nose and a huge fight broke out!
Back at the cabin later on
'Your stomach okay? Didn't mean to accidentally punch you.' Hetty asked.
'I'll live. Can't believe you had the guts to do any of that! Where did you even learn how to fight like that?' Granger asked, rubbing his stomach.
'Dojo teacher back home. When your bodyguard is too timid to fight, and you don't want to replace him because you don't want to risk getting another strict one, you do what you got to do!'
'Gotta say, you are the most interesting woman I've ever met! I've never met a royal like you!'
'And, I've never met anyone as understanding as you. Most princes by now would be completely repulsed by now.' Hetty replied.
When she went over to rub his stomach, who in return rubbed her sore shoulder, she couldn't help but feel something good, something that felt, right. Like, sparks?
The next day
'Can we please keep in touch? I really enjoyed my time here.' Hetty asked.
'Of course! You, you take care of yourself now.' Granger awkwardly replied.
'You do the same.'
Then they hugged each other goodbye, and whether or not they wanted to admit it, but they both felt something, warm. Something that felt very much like sparks.
