I waited a bit with the upload of this chapter to give people who wanted to do it before this chapter gets released the chance to read "Silverlights" chapters.

Anyway. Shidou confronts Origami with what is going on in the previous chapters. Or at least wants to. Timeline wise... This is the day after Kurumi arrived. The 15th of February. With Rinne and Kurumi declaring themselves his wifes to be the day before. Or waifus. On the 14th. And that Kotori and Mana were fine with that. At least as a work in progress. Kurumi being a special case. But... There is something missing in this equation. Origami. All girls pointed out that she should be in it. She has known Shidou the longest from all his love interests. Apart from Mio and Kotori. But we are ripping them out at the roots. Kotori is his adoptive sister. And looking not only at the Anime but also at the Manga here. Mio is the First Spirit, Spirit of Origin or Phantom and the lover of SHINJI. Not Shidou. And Shinji died more or less. But she saved him thus Shidou was born and then adopted by the Itsukas? -.- Wrapping up my Shidou and Mana controversy question. Nice and tight in a box with a ribbon. Reine Murasame is her in the present? Let's forget her for now... Look at the A/N if you feel like it! I wrote more about her there... No. She will not be in this story. Or Mio.

I have written Origami here a bit in a more or less accepting way of what Shidou does than she would normally be. And more assertive and aggressive. I guess. In "Silverlights" we get a perspective of events in the story from Origami's pov. Some more detailed. Some less. Some from outside. Some from inside. As one of my 3 main favorite characters (Kurumi, Rinne and Origami.) I put in some effort and variation into it. Pretty much ending with the Spirit incidents resolved at the end. In the chapter "Free Soul." You could say it accidentally lines up with this. This was not intentional. IT JUST CONVENIENTLY DOES. Apart from the Realizer. The last chapter "Forfeited Spirit" is another look at her character. And gets a bit dark. And emotional. If you are a softy YOU SHOULD PROBABLY NOT READ IT. It is also not necessary. It ends with Free Soul.

By the way another reminder here. This is fsk 16 not 18. Just keep that in mind in this chapter...

"Shidou.

I need to talk to you."

A very aggressive Origami asks me out.

I thought I would need to confront her.

But I got pinned to the wall by her after school.

"Yes.

I need to talk to you too."

Origami has a very stern look on her face.

"And that would be?

My guess is that it has something to do with Kurumi.

I would be surprised if it was about something else.

You should know that she always spells danger.

I also heard something you were talking about yesterday.

But I decided not to get mixed up in it.

At least at first.

Since you still seem fine.

I guess that was not a bad choice.

Getting right to the point.

"Well yes.

But Nightmare is not around anymore.

So the danger is kind of smaller."

Origami pulls out her Realizer.

"If anything happens you will ask me got it?

You will take no risks.

And the other thing.

You getting involved with her on the 14th of February of all days.

That is a red flag if I ever saw one.

And not just that.

You forgot me.

You do know that I am your girlfriend right?

Or does that mean nothing to you?

I have turned a blind eye or two on all you have been doing.

But someday I can't anymore.

Rinne and Kurumi are my wifes to be.

Kotori and Mana are pushing Rinne to be.

And she is half living with us.

To show what she can do.

As for Kurumi.

I have a picture of her with me at a wedding altar.

With me as the groom and her as the bride.

Normally that would not be allowed for underages.

But she convinced the person there.

She said she would not live long enough to marry me.

And Nightmare killed her shortly after.

So it was not a lie."

Well that needs some time to sink in I guess.

"You are stacking future wifes and kept it a secret from your girlfriend?

Are you for real?"

Oh wow now she is really upset.

"I don't care if you get together with Rinne.

But I will not lose to her.

That is for sure.

If you marry her.

I will as well.

I know you the longest.

Even if I am being selfish here.

I say I am the most invested.

I ignored everything because I loved you all along.

In fact Kurumi is more like a Praying Mantis.

And Rinne just got here a short while ago.

And I will do whatever is necessary to help you.

And also that I won't give up.

Kurumi is your future wife.

And Rinne is as well.

And they are making an effort to convince your family of it.

I can accept that.

Prepare yourself Shidou.

I will be more aggressive in the future as well.

Because I don't want to fall behind them."

Now she is getting fired up like I have never seen her before.

"Oh one more thing.

Rinne and Kurumi said that they would be cool with this.

Me marrying you, Rinne and Kurumi."

"Well that scratches one of the problems.

Meaning I just have to get more aggressive in my approaches.

How about we go on a threesome date with you, me and Kurumi?

I want to see if Kurumi has turned over a new leaf.

And straighten our relationship.

If she is going to be your wife like me.

I will have to get along with her as well.

And your family.

I don't think that Mana has a problem with me.

Or Rinne.

But there might be some resentment from Kotori's side.

Considering I tried to kill her because I thought she killed my parents."

A/N:

It would be interesting to see Shidou have Reine Murasame as a potential love interest. But she is his teacher so nope. I like Reine. But she just does not get alot to do. She is a teacher at Shidou's school and a doctor at Ratatoskr. With seemingly very low blood pressure. Making her faint alot. Keeping the Mio thing in mind... It probably sucked alot of her life energy. She has the plushie from Mio. She always calls Shidou Shin instead of Shidou. Some red flags are certainly there. I would like to see them explored. Maybe a story with only Mio and Reine would be worth it. But I am busy at the moment. With like rl work. We don't see Mio's appearance in the photo at the start of the series. Because Reine, Kotori and Shidou would see that Phantom looks like Reine Murasame. Instead we see invisible Phantom. Shidou seems to feel that something is there. *Sigh* This also comes into play in Mayuri Judgement. Where this happens AGAIN. In the present. And we get a Rinne easteregg when Shidou travels into the past with Kurumi. (Kurumi. Sis. Come here for a sec... We need to have a talk. You are searching for Phantom to kill her. The whole series long. And she is right in front of you... And just used her powers to create one of these stones? to create Ifrit. Be a bit more persistent in your chase next time! Timeline blah. At least ask her for her number or her address... You can still meet up with her in the present. Maybe you can talk things over. This is obviously a very bad joke. But it is true. You are good at stalking Shidou. But not Phantom. You even went to the school where Reine is a teacher at. And did not notice that she was there. I guess? Right under your nose.
