Bane was angry; he was once again put in Arkham Asylum because Batman foiled another one of his plots.
Now he was stuck in Arkham, and this time they managed to get rid of all his venom!
As he sat there brooding, he looked up and saw a red light shine in his cell.
When the light receded, he saw a red ring floating in the air.
"Bane of Gotham, you have great rage in your heart; you belong to the Red Lantern Corps," it said.
The ring then flew onto his finger, and his costume changed from black and silver to red and black. With a rage-filled growl, he vanished from his cell.
