With our heroes, they had just arrived in Africa with Ash and his team carrying the White Lanterns via bubble construct.
Ash and the others helped the White Lantern team land since they hadn't fully recovered.
"How are you guys doing?" Ash questioned.
"We are okay, but not battle-ready." Judy said she never felt that drained, even in the police academy.
"Well, how long until you're back to full strength?" Danny questioned.
"From what we felt, it could be another hour, if not two." Cody answered.
"I see, so where should we start looking?" Kitty questioned.
"We felt it here in this place you call Africa." Princess Celestia answered.
"Yeah, but if you try to attack them right now, you'll be both outnumbered and outpowered," a voice said that the White Lantern Corps knew.
They turn to see the Sinestro team.
"Great, it's the cheese corps. What do you guys want?" Sonic said.
"Apparently to watch you go on a fool's errand." Shredder said.
"Which is head cheese talk for you guys? You tried to take out the Black Lantern Corps and failed," Danny said.
"Not only that, but we are the reason the Black Lanterns appeared." Magica shocked the group in front of her.
"YOU WERE THE IDIOTS THAT TURNED ON THE BLACK POWER BATTERY!" Foxy shouted as he couldn't believe someone was foolish enough to turn on something that creates zombies.
"Well, it was mostly her." Magica said, pointing at Jasper.
Jasper let out a growl.
"What do you mean we will be outnumbered?" Ash questioned.
"It seems that these Black Lanterns have already raised an unkillable army." Shredder said.
"Who would guess that a corps that gains power through death would be able to raise an undead army?" Judy said it sarcastically.
'I have been around Nick too long.' Judy thought.
"Let me guess you morons tried to team up with them, and it didn't work." Cody said.
"Yes." Charming said as he hated to say he's weak.
"Figures," Danny said.
"Well, it looks like the big bad Sinestro Corps is nothing but babies." Sarah mocks Corps before anyone could do anything. Shredder flew over to the smaller Red Lantern and punched her in the face, knocking her to the ground.
"This is from a child who keeps falling for scams that are clearly easy to tell; even the Blue Lantern dog wouldn't fall for them." Shredder countered while pointing at Courage, who shivered in fear.
Suddenly, Shredder is knocked to the ground.
"And here I thought you were a human, but I was wrong; you're nothing more than a mindless ape." Shredder told Sarah, who is standing on his robot body.
"Shut up." Sarah is glowing with red energy.
Before Sarah could do anything, a green and blue rope was wrapped around her.
"Calm down, Sarah. Like it or not, we all have to work together to stop the Black Lantern Corps." Ash told the red head
"But they're the reason we're in this mess!" Sarah said.
"While that is true, we would still be in this mess even if it was someone else." Nala said she was the one creating the blue rope construct.
"They're right; besides, it looks like we found the army they were talking about." Danny pointed in a direction.
They look to see a horde of Black Lantern zombies walking around.
"Golly, look at all of them." Gadget said it in shock.
"But where are the blokes that are controlling them?" Colleen questioned.
"Probably hiding in order to plan their attack," Danny said.
"We need to destroy them before going after the Black Lanterns," Cody said.
"But won't we need that orange duck's help to do so?" Goku questioned.
"No, it's unlikely that Daffy will help us." Cody said.
"So far, his mean goal as an Orange Lantern is to kill Bugs Bunny; if we told him that the Black Lantern Corps would rob him of that, then he might help us." Gadget pointed out.
"Actually, from what I know about Daffy, he'd probably welcome it; he always tried using others to do his dirty work." Fifi said.
"Besides, even if he did help, he already used up too much power from our battle with him; he'd be a sitting duck." Cody said.
"I know who can help us get Daffy on our side." Goku said as he pulled out a button.
Before he could press it, though, it was yanked out of his hand by a white beam.
"Hey!" Goku said.
"As much as it might help, it would cause more problems." Cody said.
"As amusing as this is, there is still a dire matter to deal with." Princess Celestia said:
"That we have seven out of the eight lights we need, the Black Lantern Corps is raising an army, and now we're on a duck hunt." Logan said.
"If we really need Daffy, then don't worry; even someone as selfish as him can recognize a threat." Cody said.
Everyone who knows the duck gives Cody a flat look.
"I know what I said; he'll show up." Cody said.
"Bulma!" Goku said it out of nowhere.
"What?" everyone questioned.
"I totally forgot about her; we will have to give Daffy the one thing that not even Bugs Bunny has." Goku said.
"And what's that?" Kitty questioned.
"His own stream services," Goku said.
Everyone gives him a deadpan stare.
"Think about if Daffy had his own streaming service; then he could make shows and movies starring himself, and Bugs doesn't have one." Goku went on.
"Goku, remember how Daffy's ring works?" Cody questioned.
"I do, but why do you ask?" Goku asked back.
"Then you should know that the ring amplifies his greed, so it would never be enough for him, so even if we did that, he'd still want more." Cody said.
"Which he will if he makes people pay to watch it." Goku said.
"Goku with the Orange Lantern, it's never enough. Heck, the original Agent Orange Larfleeze had pretty much everything he ever wanted, and it still wasn't enough for him. He tried stealing rings from the other Corps once." Cody said.
"Not if he thinks the Black Lanterns are trying to steal this deal." Goku countered.
"No, Goku, it won't work. I'm just going to call him." Cody said.
"How would that work better than my idea?" Goku questions.
"Because I'm going to goad him into fighting the Black Lanterns." Cody said.
"Okay," Goku said.
"Ring, contact Daffy Duck." Cody said.
Meanwhile, in Las Vegas,
The duck in orange was trying to win everything.
"COME ON YOU! "DUMB PAIR OF DICES!" Daffy shouted at the dice in his wing hand.
Suddenly, his ring starts beeping.
The duck tosses the dice, and then he answers his ring.
"What do you want?" he questioned angrily.
"Hello, Daffy Duck," Cody said.
"Oh, great, what do you want, Whitey?" Daffy questioned.
"Eleven," the worker said.
"First off, don't ever call me that again, and second, it's not what I want; it's what you want, namely the destruction of Bugs Bunny." Cody said.
"Listen here, bleach boy. I know you White Lanterns are all about protecting life, so I know for a fact you won't allow me to kill that no-talent rabbit!" The duck said as more chips were added to his own.
"True, but I'm sure you don't want anyone else having that pleasure, right?" Cody questioned.
"What are you talking about, buster?" Daffy questioned.
"Well, I don't know if you know this, but there are these guys called the Black Lanterns who's rings are fueled by death and wish to bring said death and destruction to everyone and everything, including Bugs, and if Bugs dies, what would be left for you?" Cody questioned.
Daffy went into deep thought for him anyway.
"I mean, what kind of morons are these Black Lanterns to have the gall to take the pleasure of eliminating Bugs Bunny and taking everything he has from The Great Daffy Duck?" Cody asked with a smirk.
Cody was met with silence.
"hello? Daffy?" He questioned, only to receive no response.
A wormhole suddenly opens next to Lantern corpses.
"NO ONE DESTROYS BUGS, BUNNY, EXCEPT ME!" Daffy exclaimed as he flew out of the portal before destroying a few Black Lantern corpses.
"That was fast" was everyone's (almost) shared thought.
"What can I say? I know how to talk to guys like Daffy." Cody said.
"What are you waiting for?" Let's go already!" the mad duck said.
"Well, he's impatient." Colleen said.
"We can't; we're still waiting for the White Lantern Corps to recover." Danny told Daffy.
"WHY DON'T YOU GUYS WITH BLUE, GREEN, AND INDGO RINGS USE THEIR HEALING ABILITIES TO SPEED UP THE RECOVERING?" Daffy shouted.
They stare at him for a second before doing a group facepalm.
'Why didn't we think of that?' was the shared thought of the good Lantern Corps.
'Idiots' were the shared thoughts of the evil Lantern Corpses.
Soon the group surrounds the White Lanterns and points their rings at them.
"Alright, to do this, you need to recite the oath of your individual corps." Cody said.
They all nodded before closing their eyes.
"In the brightest day, in the blackest night,
No evil shall escape our sight.
Let those who worship evil's might,
Beware our power. Green Lantern's light!" The members of the Green Lantern Corps started.
"In a fearful day, in a raging night,
With our hearts full, our souls ignite.
When all seems lost in the War of Light,
Look to the stars, for hope burns bright!" the members of the Blue Lantern corps followed.
"With blood and rage of crimson red, we fill men's souls with the darkest dread and twist your mind with pain and hate. We'll burn you all; that is your fate!" The Red Lantern Team said
"For Hearts Long Lost and Full of Fright, For Those Alone in the Blackest Night, Accept Our Ring and Join Our Fight—Love Conquers All—With Violet Light!" The Star Sapphires said
"Tor lorek san, bor nakka mur,
Natromo faan tornek wot ur,
Ter lantern ker lo Abin Sur,
Taan lek lek nok—Formorrow, Sur!" The Indigo tribe said
"In the darkest day and the brightest night, beware your fears made into light. "Let those who try to stop what's right burn like his power—Sinestro's might!" Shredder's team said
"What's mine is mine, and mine is mine.
And mine and mine and mine!
Not yours!" Daffy took his oath.
Soon enough, their rings shoot beams of energy at the White Lanterns, filling them with their power.
"Much better," Collen said.
"Indeed," Princess Celestia said.
"Now to get down to business," Cody said.
With that, they charge at the Black Lantern Corps.
The leader or lone member of each team opens a wormhole.
Meanwhile, in an unknown location,
"It looks like these new lanterns have engaged our forces." Sombra said.
"And most of our enemies are Lanterns," Scar said as he saw his niece-in-law as a Blue Lantern.
"Indeed," Gero said.
'Too bad that little dragon isn't a Lantern.' Sombra thought.
"It looks like that stupid panda wasn't chosen." Tai Lung said.
"Since our revenge would be that much sweeter," Sombra added.
"Oh yes, and soon after we're done with them, the multiverse is next." Gero said it with an evil smile.
'And after that, I will deal with all of you.' was the shared thought of the four of them, as they never agreed to backstab each other after they destroyed the multiverse.
The final battle is almost upon us. Will our heroes prevail? Or will the multiverse be left in darkness? Find out next time on Lantern's Light.
