Power Woman Wife of Goku – Episode Ten The Namek Saga Part Three: Nothing Is Forever

Namek, afternoon
"Wow, your pretty strong but you don't look like a Namkeian," Goku said to Zarbon. The pair met while flying high above the planet.
"Perish the thing. I have nothing in common with those filthy troglodytes." Zarbon said deeply offended by Goku's words. He spotted the Dragon Ball Goku held. "If you don't give me that I'll manhandle you, monkey."
"Alright, I could use a good fight," Goku said putting the Dragon Ball in the backpack he had been given by Bulma to store things.
"Huh, I'll make short work of you twit." Zarbon scoffed.
"We'll see," Goku said.
Zarbon threw a punch at Goku who blocked it and followed up with a kick to Zarbon's midsection. Zarbon tried to elbow Goku's face but Goku grabbed his arm. Goku slammed Zarbon into the ground far below.
"I thought you were strong. Guess my power sense must be on the fritz." Goku said landing next to Zarbon.
"Funny, monkey, but you have no idea of my true power," Zarbon said wiping blue blood from the corner of his mouth.
"Show up, go ahead," Goku said.
This surprised Zarbon. "You're kidding, right?" Zarbon said.
"Nah uh, if you have a power-up of some sort of an impressive technique use it. I'll wait." Goku said.
"Prepare yourself for the beast within." Zarbon said.
Zarbon morphed into a much larger much uglier version of himself. He charged at Goku who absorbed his vicious tackle along with a series of headbutts. Zarbon picked up Goku tossed him about a mile away.
"That was fun, short but sweet." Zarbon gloated. He was about to fly off when he felt a tap on his shoulder. With great trepidation, he turned around to see Goku. Other than some tears in his clothing Goku appeared to be fine. "How in the universe!?"
"My turn," Goku said.
Goku pummeled Zarbon until he fell to his knees. "Your, your, just a monkey. I'm your superior in every way." Zarbon groaned. With a mighty roar, Zarbon found enough strength to push Goku away. "Die monkey scum!" He shot a beam of Ki energy from his mouth which Goku deflected into a distant mountain cutting off its top. "I'll kill you for humiliating me! Then I'll go find your little monkey boy who saved those worthless Namekians!"
Zarbon having lost his cool again charged at Goku. With an expression of grim determination etched on his face, Goku prepared to strike. Zarbon's mention of Gohan made this round all business. Goku readied a Kamehameha that he sent directly at Zarbon disintegrating the fearsome alien with a loud boom.
"No one threatens my family," Goku said as smoke billowed around him. Goku used his communicator which thankfully remained intact. "Come in Gohan, Krillin, Bulma, Diana, anyone, this is Goku! Can you read me!?"
"Dad," Gohan's voice replied several tense seconds later.
"Where are you, Gohan?" Goku asked anxiously.
Guru's Palace atop a spire, a short while later
"Dad is on his way," Gohan reported cheerfully.
"Thank you for saving Nail and young Dende." Said a truly enormous ancient Namekian who was seated on a throne.
"You needn't thank us, Guru. Helping the downtrodden is what we do best." Diana said.
"I insist, we recently used them to end our Great Drought now they are yours," Guru said. "Please accept this Dragon Ball as a token of our gratitude." He headed Bulma the last Dragon Ball he was protecting. "There is something else I must do."
"Are you sure, Lord Guru?" Nail asked.
"I am," Guru said. "Each of you please step forward one at a time."
"Okay," Gohan said unsure what was about to happen.
Guru placed his hand on each of their heads one after another. He told them he had the power to unlock their hidden potential. When he came to Diana he said. "I have unlocked what I can, however, I feel there is more untapped power deep within you to unleash it is beyond my ability."
"I feel so much smarter. My thoughts are clearer than ever." Bulma said.
Krillin ran around the chamber before he came to a stop back in front of Guru's throne. "Wow, I'm full of energy." He declared.
Gohan spoke in what sounded like gibberish to the others. "Gohan, you've learned the Namekian language," Dende said smiling at his new friend.
"I have, neat." Gohan laughed.
Diana twirled her sword around as it sparked with more energy than ever before. She could not help but wonder what was this hidden power deep within her that Guru spoke of? Could it be linked to her Amazonian heritage or was its source something else?
"Hi guys," Goku said stepping into the chamber.
"Come forth," Guru said. He then unlocked Goku's potential.
"I'm stronger than ever, thanks," Goku said giving Guru a thumbs-up.
"What no unlocked potential for me?" Vegeta complained.
"Will you use it against us?" Bulma asked tugging on the Lasso of Truth.
"No, because I don't care about you. I only want the Dragon Balls before Frieza and his forces get them. And I know Diana was strong enough to defeat me before. I sense Kakarot is much stronger now as well. So unless I become much stronger than them both I dare not fight your group." Vegeta said. "Blast this lasso! I can't lie!"
"Will you help us defeat Frieza if we allow your potential to be unlocked?" Bulma asked.
"Yes, but only because I detest the lizard," Vegeta said.
"Do it," Bulma said to Guru.
"Um, Bulma this guy is a creep. We can't trust him." Krillin said.
"He can't lie while roped by the Lasso of Truth. He won't betray us at least not until Frieza is dealt with." Bulma said.
"Bulma is correct. It is impossible to lie if caught by the Lasso of Truth." Diana said.
"Do it," Goku agreed. "I trust Bulma and Diana. If they say we are better off with a potential unlocked Vegeta then we are."
"I know we'll regret this," Krillin said while Guru unlocked Vegeta's potential after Diana released him from the Lasso of Truth.
"Question, how are we going to get the last two Dragon Balls from Frieza?" Gohan wondered aloud.
"We can sense energy. We go to him." Goku said.
Vegeta laughed heartily. "That's the Saiyan spirit, I didn't think you had it in your Kakarot."
"No offense Goku but your plan is kind of stupid not to mention reckless," Bulma said. "Fortunately with my enhanced intelligence I've formulated a much better one." She glanced at the five Dragon Balls the others followed her gaze. "We use bait so they come to us."
Frieza's Ship, evening
"Now as you have been informed Vegeta and a few other pests have taken five of my seven Dragon Balls. I want them back. It turns out Zarbon and Dodoria were not up to the task so I summoned you." Frieza said to the gathered members of the Ginyu Force after Captain Ginyu gave him a new scouter.
"Easy enough," Captain Ginyu said his hands folded behind his back. "Would you prefer these miscreants dead or captured alive for torture? I'd recommend torture."
"Either or, your priority is to retrieve my Dragon Balls," Frieza said.
"Very well, dead it is, my lord." Captain Ginyu said grinning.
A valley that morning
"Ah, found you at last." Captain Ginyu said touching down with his men next to Gohan and Bulma who stood with a Dragon Ball between them. The pair were located in a rather tight spot between a cluster of rock outcroppings "If you'll hand over the Dragon Ball we'll kill you and be on our way."
"Here is my counter-proposal," Bulma said confidently. "You tell us where Frieza has his two Dragon Balls stashed we let you live."
Captain Ginyu laughed along with his men. "Please, you are in no position to make demands girl." He said. "Hand over the Dragon Ball and prepare to meet your fate."
"Okay," Bulma said acting frightened. She picked up the Dragon Ball, "now!"
Goku, Diana, Krillin, Nail, and Vegeta jumped out from their hiding places behind the rocks. They had encircled the Ginyu Force without the members having noticed by dampened their power levels. Each simultaneously used their signature attacks at point-blank range. Jeice was destroyed by a Destructo Disc. Burter fell to Nail's Ki beam. Recoome was obliterated by Diana's sword strike followed by Goku's Kamehameha. Guldo perished due to Vegeta Galick Gun.
Captain Ginyu found himself alone and surrounded by hostiles. His eyes frantically darted from place to place. There was no escape! How could his glorious Ginyu Force have been utterly decimated with such ease? It was mind-boggling! Luckily he had one card left to play. Who among these was strongest he pondered
"Surrender, you're beaten," Bumla warned.
"Captain Ginyu will never surrender!" Captain Ginyu declared.
Captain Ginyu locked eyes with Goku as the group slowly circled him ready to strike. Now was his chance likely his only chance to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat, he had to act. He hoped this guy was the best candidate.
Captain Ginyu used his mind transfer technique with Goku his intended target. In that instant chaos ensued. Without warning a swirling yellow-white portal of blinding light appeared between Goku and Ginyu. In the portal stood a tall black-haired man clad in blue and red with a red cape. Ginyu's eyes locked with those of the strange man who only he saw through the dazzling light. There was no time he could not stop the transfer. The strange man now possessed by Ginyu's mind stumbled back through the portal which vanished,
"I don't know what he just tried to do, but stop him!" Bulma said.
Captain Ginyu blinked a profoundly confused look on his face. Before the stranger in Ginyu's body could get his bearings he was attacked by everyone present at once save for Gohan and Bulma. He died instantly his unwittingly borrowed body consumed by an intense burst of mingled energies.
"We lost our hostage. What do we do?" Nail asked.
"Plan B," Bulma said. "We gather the Dragon Balls together in an open space and hope we lure out this Frieza. I bet he'll jump at the chance to obtain all five Dragon Balls."
Earth DC Universe
The Watch Tower in geosynchronous orbit
"I'm sorry Clark. The portal proved unstable," Batman said from the computer consul where he sat.
"Perhaps we'll have better luck retrieving your cousin next time." Martian Manhunter said putting a hand on Superman's shoulder.
"There will not be a next time. My cousin is gone I need to accept that." Superman said brushing aside Martian Manhunter's hand.
"What about Waller? We can't leave her there to run amok. And then there is Diana and Starfire to consider." Batman said.
"I'm sure you'll think of something. I'm tired." Superman said. He walled out of the room by way of the sliding door.
Captain Ginyu smirked in his stolen body. He felt the immense power and more importantly yet potential for far more power coursing through his veins. With proper training and conditioning, he could make something of his magnificent new vessel. Perhaps he would become stronger than even Frieza far stronger. Where ever he was this place would be his to rule given enough time.
Dragon Ball Universe
Namek, evening
Bulma's latest scheme worked like a charm Frieza showed up with his Dragon Balls which Gohan and Krillin snatched while the others distracted him. Unfortunately, Frieza proved far more of a challenge than his soldiers had. No one noticed Vegeta fly off in pursuit of Gohan and Krillin.
The boy Dende summoned the Great Namekian Dragon Porunga while Nail stood guard. Dende said the password and was ready to make the first wish. "We wish for Piccolo to be returned to life on Earth," Dende said following the instructions he had received from Gohan and Krillin.
"This wish cannot be granted." Porunga rumbled.
"Why not?" Krillin asked in disbelief.
"Because the planet you call Earth is no longer there." Porunga rumbled.
"I want immortality! I wish for it!" Vegeta said touching down. He pushed an annoyed Nail aside with some effort.
Porunga did nothing as the wish was not worded in Namkeian. Knowing he needed to act fast Gohan made a wish in his newly acquired language. "I wish my mother was here. She'd know what to do."
"This wish is within my power." Porunga rumbled. His eyes glowed a bright red.
"Wish me immortality, pup!" Vegeta said grabbing Gohan by his collar.
"No, you don't deserve it. You're a bad person." Gohan said.
"If you don't wish me immortality I'll,-" Vegeta said balling up his free hand into a fist.
"You'll do nothing to my son," Carri said grabbing Vegeta. She roughly tossed him off Gohan.
"Dende, wish the Earth back, hurry!" Gohan said.
Dende made the wish after Porunga explained he could only bring the planet and animals back not the people lost. This was due to the limitations of resurrection numbers built into him. He then granted the wish. Porunga vanished a second later the aligning Gurur having died. The Dragon Balls turned white becoming useless.
"My precious immortality." Vegeta wept as he stared at the dead Dragon Balls.
"Where is your father, Gohan?" Carri asked her son after hugging him.
"He's about to fight a monster named Frieza over there, mom," Gohan said pointing in the direction of the impending battle.
"Stay with Krillin where you're safe. I'll be back." Carri said she glared at the distraught Vegeta who failed to notice.
A Short Flight Away
"You lot have wasted my resources and my time. The Dragon Balls might be beyond my grasp." Frieza said having noticed the demise of Porunga. "But teaching you a lesson in respecting your betters is not."
"You're no match for both of us," Diana said readying her sword.
"Make that all three of us," Carri said landing between Goku and Diana. Fascinated by what she was witnessing Bulma looked on transfixed from behind the relative safety of a group of trees.
"Please, my power is beyond all of you combined foolish woman," Frieza said.
"Less talk, more action," Goku said. "We take him together on three." Carri and Goku smiled at each other. This reminded them of their early adventures together as kids.
"One, two, three," Carri counted down.
Although it was no cakewalk our trio slowly gained the upper hand on Frieza who was forced to cycle through his various forms in short order. Even in his final form, Frieza was hard-pressed to turn the tide. Finally, he managed to block a sword strike from Diana with his tail. He broke her captured arm and stabbed Carri through her stomach with Diana's charged sword. Krillin sensing his friends were in trouble came to their aid only to be killed by a beam attack. Vegeta was next, he attacked Frieza from the air only to be grabbed around his neck by Frieza's tail and rammed into unconsciousness.
"Enough," Goku screamed his hair flashed golden followed by his aura. A pillar of golden energy shot forth from his body into space. For the first time in a thousand years, a Saiyan had achieved Super Saiyan status!
Frieza smirked at Goku unimpressed by the latter's transformation. "How uninspiring," He laughed.
Goku did not hear him. Goku strolled up to Frieza. He attacked him with a ferocity he had never before demonstrated. Frieza's attempted counters failed to slow down Goku's onslaught let all own stop it.
"You treat life like a worthless commodity. Something that has no value. The universe will be better off without you as part of it." Goku snarled at the cowering Frieza while his loved ones and Vegeta who lay scattered around looked on in awe and confusion.
"Here's my cue," Towa said appearing via a swirling portal of dark purple energy. "Eat up Friezie, we're counting on you to do the deed." She used her staff to pour a stream of purple-black energy into Frieza before she vanished back through the closing portal.
Surrounded in purple-black energy his eyes a fiery red Frieza beat back Goku. Goku's hair began to flashback and forth between golden and his normal color. He was flattering under the barrage.
"Oh, no," Chronoa said appearing through a portal of her own. "This wasn't supposed to happen. Goku needs help or the timeline will collapse."
"What can we do?" Bulma asked. Diana had dragged herself to Bulma's bidding place. Her right arm hung uselessly at her side. He cracked ribs ached.
"I have an idea. It's worked before. But to do it I'll need something from you both." Chronoa said. "Diana you possess latent Godly Ki from your father Zeus which you can't use."
"My father Zeus?" Diana said. "But my other said I was made from clay."
"Hippolyta deceived you. She felt it was for your own good that you not know the truth of your parentage." Chronoa said. "Your demi-god or demi-kai status can be unleashed with the proper mindset, which is where you come in Bulma. Your analytical mind can tap into Diana's hidden power."
"It can, how?" Bulma asked
"Fusion," Chronoa answered. "I'll fuse you into one entity, however, there is no going back because of Diana's Godly Ki. If I separated you neither would likely survive."
"And if we don't fuse?" Diana asked
"Everyone dies starting with Goku," Chronoa said her words stark in their unabashed truthfulness.
"At least I'll be with a friend," Bulma said smiling at Diana.
"So will I," Diana said smiling back.
"We're ready," The two woman said in unison.
Goku lost his Super Saiyan state. He then passed out from Empowered Frieza's relentless assault. Goku's prone form collapsed onto the ground. He was helpless. Frieza was about to finish him with a Death Ball while Carri and Vegeta watched helplessly when a new challenger appeared.
Duluma (Due-Low-Mah) wore a chest plate of gold that was trimmed with silver. Her forearms were covered by silver gauntlets with black fingerless gloves. Two silver belts with a Capsule Corp logo clip crisscrossed her torso. On her head was a gold tiara with a silver Capsule Corp logo in its middle that framed her short dark purple hair. A red ascot was tied around her neck. Her lower body was covered by star-spangled blue trunks which left a portion of her tights and upper legs bare. Gold boots trimmed with silver and thigh-high black stockings which started above the knee completed her outfit. An aura of sparkling silver energy surrounded Duluma. In her right hand, she held her sword full of crackling yellow energy akin to a lightning bolt.
"Wicked creature I Duluma (Due-Low-Mah) will not allow you to win this day." The fusion of Bulma and Diana aka the new Wonder Woman stated.
