Third Person's POV

Windu sighed from his position on the viewing platform, as he watched Aurora furiously swing her lightsaber, successfully blocking the training droids with ease. Though with the amount of training mods he put Aurora through on this day, he could tell she was annoyed at him. Once she successfully completed the training mod, she looked up to him in annoyance.

"Again." Windu replied.

"You gotta be fucking kidding me." Aurora groaned as Windu pushed a couple buttons on the control panel next to him, allowing for another training mod to pop up.

"You're angering her." Obi-Wan said from his spot behind Windu.

Windu turned around and shrugged as Obi-Wan walked up next to him and leaned against the railing.

"She has quite the temper." Windu nodded in agreement. "But she excels in combat."

"Agreed." Obi-Wan said with a nod.

"But that doesn't mean she's not a liability." Windu began making Obi-Wan turn to look at him. "She's extremely dangerous."

"I understand that but…" Obi-Wan began but was cut off.

Windu shook his head. "The council wants her under full psychiatric evaluation. She's not fit to go back into the field. The council believes that she is not mentally stable enough."

"The council?" Obi-Wan asked. "Why wasn't I included?"

"Because of your attachment to her." Windu explained. "Master Yoda feels that your attachment to her is fragmenting your train of thought."

Obi-Wan sighed. "I am trying to help her. She doesn't know what emotion is like. For most of her life she was told to keep everything internal, and just now, she is starting to understand how to use her emotion. Her mother died, her planet is fragmented, and she learned that she is able to wield the force…she doesn't understand how to process it."

Windu nodded. "The council recommends that she stays under observation for the next few weeks. We fear that one more traumatic event will make her snap, and she will fully turn."

"She won't turn." Obi-Wan began. "I can attest to that."

"How so?" Windu questioned.

Obi-Wan sighed as he watched Aurora block the blaster bolts away with her lightsaber. "As long as her brother is safe, she won't turn. If something happens to him…or anyone she cares about…then she will snap."

"And what makes you think that?" He asked.

"She almost did it when I went undercover, and she almost did it when her mother died. The only thing that brought her back from snapping was me." Obi-Wan explained.

Windu frowned.

"I will keep her grounded." Obi-Wan replied knowing that keeping Aurora from snapping was going to be one of the greatest challenges he's ever faced.

Aurora's POV

I groaned in annoyance as I pushed open the doors to the diner. I glanced at the digital clock on the wall and saw that I was 15 minutes late. Great. Here comes a lecture.

"Ro!" A familiar voice called.

I turned my head in the direction I heard my name and saw Anakin waving to me. From my position I could see he was sitting next to Obi-Wan and I could see my brother's head sitting across from the two of them in a booth. I walked over to the three of them and pushed my brother further in the booth with a smirk. Korkie groaned in amusement before shoving me back as I sat down.

"Do not fight…please." Obi-Wan began as he placed his right hand to his right temple. "We are in a nice establishment."

I frowned in annoyance and gestured to the place around me. "This is nice to you?"

He pointed his finger at me. "Don't start."

"Don't start." I mimicked drawing laughter from both Anakin and Korkie. Obi-Wan frowned making both stop laughing.

"You're late." He scolded.

"I lost track of time." I explained grabbing one of the menus on the table. "I was training."

"Cranky is still making you do blaster training mods?" Korkie asked making me smile.

"Cranky?" Anakin asked in confusion.

"Windu." Korkie and I both replied at the same time.

"Did you guys order already?" I ask changing the subject before Obi-Wan could scold me further.

"Yeah." Anakin explained. "We ordered nerfburgers…hope you don't mind."

I shrugged as I leaned back. "I'm too tired to care."

"You look it." Anakin remarked.

I immediately raised my right eyebrow and gave him the middle finger. I then felt a hard kick to my right shin.

"OW!" I shouted making Anakin laugh in response. I kicked him in his shin right back. "I can't believe you kicked me."

"You deserved it." Obi-Wan murmured.

My head snapped to look at him. "Excuse me?"

"You are being incorrigible." Obi-Wan began. "And you wonder why you are under psychiatric observation from the council."

I sighed and crossed my arms knowing he was right. I was in fact under psychiatric evaluation from the council. For the last couple stunts I've pulled, the council has begun to question my overall mental state. They are concerned that because I've done some crazy things including but not limited to, killing a clone, breaking an admiral's nose (even though Tarkin 100% deserved it), murdered a Separatist, try to kill Obi-Wan (in my defense I didn't know it was him), use the darkside of the force, and have general thoughts of homicide 24-7…which leads me to a funny story.

Aurora's POV

"Alright, let's try this again." Windu began. "You come across a criminal."

From my seat I raise my hand.

"What?" He asked in annoyance.

"What kind of criminal?" I ask.

"A smuggler." Windu sighed.

"Bad call." Korkie said from his seat next to me.

"Why?" Windu asked.

"Her boyfriend is a smuggler." Korkie explained earning a shove from me.

Windu groaned. "Fine…then a spice dealer. As I was saying, you come across a criminal WHO is a spice dealer. Do you A) slit his throat? B) shoot him in the head? C) Turn him over to the authorities, or D) Bomb him?"

I smiled confidently and raised my hand. Windu smiled and pointed to me.

"What was the first one again?" I said with joy dripping in my voice making him groan and put his palm to his face in annoyance knowing homicide was 100% on my mind all the time.

Present Day

Aurora's POV

As I was saying, the council is concerned that I will kill someone…or snap. Little do they know that I already don't trust them, as they've fucked me over so many times. I honestly don't know who to trust…except for the three people I'm sitting around, Zara, Rehana, Ahsoka, and Alex…and that's about it. My inner circle is small…and that's how I like it. Eventually our food came, and I wasn't as miserable as I was when I originally sat down.

"Have you heard what's been going on in the Senate?" Anakin asked after a couple of moments after we had started eating.

"What's going on in the Senate?" Obi-Wan asked.

"There's been talk of the InterGalactic Banking Clan deceiving the Republic for funds." Anakin explained before taking a sip of Caf from his cup. "I don't know all the details."

"I never thought you were one for the Senate." Korkie said in disbelief.

"I watch it to pass the time. Sometimes the debates are quite entertaining." He smiled.

I frowned. "Are you and I attending the same Senate? Every time I go to the Senate, I enter angry and leave angrier."

"How so?" He questioned.

"Well for starters, I don't want to be there, and second, I am usually in a ridiculous gown." I explained.

"How would you rather show up?" Anakin asked with amusement. "Covered in blood?"

Anakin and I laughed in amusement at each other and Korkie and Obi-Wan looked at us in disbelief.

"Sometimes, I wonder if you Jedi talk about anything else other than violence." A familiar voice explained.

We all turned our heads to see Dex (the owner of the diner and a good friend of Obi-Wan's standing behind the counter.

"I am not a Jedi." I said with a smile.

"I'm not talking about you Blondie." He began making me roll my eyes. "How's the food?"

"Good as always." Obi-Wan smiled. "How much do we owe you?"

He shrugged. "It's on the house…you done such good work for this galaxy, take it as a reward."

I put my arm around my brother's shoulders and gave him a squeeze. I loved my brother, and I still can't believe that we are the same age, even though he looks 17. Since having the surgery on his neck to remove the force inhibitor chip, he has had much better access to his powers, which has been both a blessing and a curse. His nightmares are more frequent, like mine, so every time they happen, I always have to be there to comfort him…he doesn't have anyone else, and Zara doesn't understand the fear we have of our dreams.

Aurora's POV

A loud scream made me sit straight up in bed. Alex, who had come to see me after a shipment to Cato Neimodia sat up just as quick as I did.

"What is it?" He asked.

I didn't reply but practically jumped out of bed and bolted out of my bedroom. I practically sprinted down the hall. Zara and Rehana also were awoken by the loud scream, but by the time they came out of their rooms, I was already in my brother's room, holding him trying to calm him down.

"It's ok." I whispered. "You're ok."

"It was horrible." He cried into my shoulder. I could feel the tears wetting my shoulder.

"I know." I explained quietly. "I get them too."

I shrugged off Alex, Rehana, and Zara to head back to bed while I try and calm down Korkie.

"What did you see?" I ask.

He shook his head. "It's difficult to explain…I saw Maul and I saw desert…and an old man…I….I don't know what that means."

I sighed before kissing the top of his head. "I don't either. It'll be ok, alright?"

"Promise?" He asked.

I smiled. "Promise."

Present Day

Aurora's POV

I snap out of my thoughts as Dex continued to tell us back when he was a criminal. Korkie was about to reply but all of our commlinks went off. We were being called back to the Temple.

"Duty calls." Anakin said with a groan as he stood up.

I sighed in annoyance as I stood up and then once my brother was out of the booth, I smirked at him, wrapped my arm around him, and ruffled his hair.

"Ro!" He groaned in annoyance giving me a shove as we walked out with Anakin laughing behind us. Obi-Wan however was still talking to Dex.

Third Person's POV

"Looks like you've got yourself some kids." Dex explained with a laugh watching the two Kryze siblings he come to know and Anakin all push and shove each other. "Three of them."

Obi-Wan groaned. "You have no idea."

Dex continued to watch the three young-adults rough around with each other before gesturing to Aurora.

"She looks just like her mother." He began. "The resemblance is uncanny."

Obi-Wan nodded. "It's terrifying…the mannerisms are almost identical."

"Does she…do either of them…?" Dex trailed off.

"No." Obi-Wan immediately replied.

"Will they ever know?" He asked.

Obi-Wan shook his head. "They will never know…and they can never know."
