1 Week Later

Location: Coruscant

Aurora's POV

"Let's start from the beginning." Doctor Leanen began as he sat across from me. "What are your internal thoughts as of right now?"

I rolled my eyes. "Annoyance."

"And why is that?" He questioned with optimism.

"Because this is pointless." I groaned.

"Why do you think this is pointless?" He asked.

"Because I've been meeting with you for months now, and none of this is working." I explained. "When will those idiots understand that I will live with my trauma forever? And whatever they try to do to get me out of my previous ways will not work."

Leanen sighed as he looked me over. I hated that I was benched from all further missions until this stupid 'Council-Approved Psychiatrist' approved me to head back into the field…I was never going to get off Coruscant.

"Perhaps you should try the coping methods I suggest." He explains.

I shrugged. "Like what?"

"Have you had any nightmares recently?"

"No." I lied, not wanting to tell him about how I literally saw a horrific dream a couple of weeks ago. Alex told me that night to tell Obi-Wan about it…but I ignored his request…I'm tired of letting everyone worry about me and my mental capacity, hence why I lied.

"Ok." He began shrugging off my reply, before he grabbed the datapad next to him to jot down a few notes before looking up at me. "When I mention a color or word, please give me your overall thoughts or what first comes to mind about it."

I nod knowing this could potentially set me back in my 'treatment'.

"Red?" He said calmly.

I was silent as a couple things came to my mind. Blood. Maul. Sith. Was all the above an option?

"Blood." I said quietly.

He nodded. "Mother?"

"Dead." I immediately replied.

"Father?"

I sighed. I could say Obi-Wan, considering he's like my father…but knowing the status of my real father…or more so knowing that my real father is dead, I probably should just say dead as well.

"Unknown or dead, probably both." I explain.

He nodded again writing something down on the datapad before looking back up to me again.

"Death?" He asked.

I was silent and stared at the wall. Death followed me like a shadow…it's why I have the issues to begin with…it's not even funny anymore.

"Everything I touch." I quietly reply.

"Ok, let's try something else…I'm going to ask you flat out…why do you feel rage and anger when someone attacks you?" He asked.

"It's not when they attack me…it's when they attack someone I love." I explained. "The first time I felt it…was when my mother died…probably because I knew it was coming."

"How so?" He asked.

I sighed. "When I was a child, I had a dream of Maul killing my mother. At the time, it didn't mean anything to me, and I couldn't make sense of it. My grandmother told me I shouldn't worry about it…but it turns out that she basically tried to ruin my life as well."

"How did she try to ruin your life?" He asked.

I crossed my arms. "I don't want to get into it."

He nodded. "I understand, I won't pry. Your visions are a gift, many Jedi wish to have access to the Force like you do."

I sighed. "Sometimes I feel like they're more like a curse than a blessing."

"I'm sure they make you feel that way now." He explained. "But in due time, I'm sure your perspective will change."

I sighed again, as I didn't know what to believe anymore…I always felt powerless whenever I talked about my past…it made me feel…weak.

On that note, our session ended, and I walked out of the room feeling powerless. The temple was quiet, and all of the people I love and care about are gone. Obi-Wan, Anakin, and my brother are off-world and are halfway across the galaxy taking down another droid factory that potentially has ties to Admiral Trench, Alex is off-world on Tatooine taking care of some business he was doing for Jabba the Hut (not much to my happiness), and Ahsoka…the last time I knew where she was, she was on Corellia, but that was months ago…she could be anywhere in the galaxy by now. I headed back to my mother's old apartment and was greeted by Geenine who immediately noticed my sorrow and despair.

I gave her a weak smile as I placed my hand on her bronze dome. "At least you're still here huh?"

She beeped in agreement making me let out a small laugh.

"I just want to get off this damn planet." I explained.

Geenine beeped again as I walked into my room. Just as I walked through the door, something gleaming against the Coruscant sun got caught in the corner of my eye. The hard drive that Caleb and I downloaded the information from the Jedi Archives to with regards to my kidnapping when I was a baby. I looked to Geenine who followed me before looking back at the hard drive. I carefully plugged the hard drive into the closest datapad and began to scroll through the various information that popped up. That's when I saw the word Utapau, pop up on the screen.
My eyes widened in joy. A trip off world, far, far, far, far, far away from Coruscant…hell yeah.

I turned toward Geenine. "Are you up for a trip to Utapau?"

She beeped with enthusiasm…she couldn't wait to get off world either.

Within a half hour, we were both inside my blue starfighter and piloting back into space for the first time in months, I kind of missed seeing space. I immediately pulled my starfighter into its hyperspace ring port, before punching the coordinates for Utapau into the ship's navigation, before activating the hyperdrive sending me into hyperspace.

Within a matter of moments, Utapau came into view and I carefully docked my hyperspace ring port. I then carefully piloted my ship to a landing pad that was located in the capital city. Once the ship was landed, I climbed out of the ship and Geenine ejected from her droid port, and that's when I noticed there were city officials already coming to meet us.

"Greetings, young one. I am Tion Medon, what brings you to our remote sanctuary?" The being asked.

"I am Princess Aurora Kryze of Mandalore. It has come to my knowledge that I when I was an infant I was kidnapped, and my kidnapper took me here. I am here to see if I can find anything out about why I was taken here." I explain.

The man nodded along with the other officials around him doing so as well. "Understood Your Royal Highness, you have free access to our city and our resources. We hope you find our city will meet your needs."

I gave them a warm smile and nodded at their hospitality before walking off the platform to allow for myself to explore the city. As I ventured further into the city, I took note of all of the flora and fauna present within it. For a planet who has the majority of their population living within sink holes, it was quite fascinating. That's when I felt a chill run down my spine making me stop in my tracks. I quickly glance behind me and close my eyes, trying to open myself to the force to see if I could feel anything. And almost immediately, I did. My eyes shot wide open.

I carefully turn around and begin to walk down various corridors and hallways of the 'indoor/outdoor' city. Eventually, I stumble across a door and with hesitation, I knock carefully.

It took a few moments before the door opened and instead of a citizen of Utapau opening the door, a human woman opened the door. The woman had dark brown hair and brown eyes and was older in age as I could see she was starting to get grey hair.

"May I help you?" The woman asked.

"Yes, I'm looking for information." I explained.

The woman sighed. "Well, I don't have any."

Just as she was about to close the door, I grab her wrist and immediately, I am met with a vision through the force. I could hear and infant crying and the same woman's voice telling it that everything will be ok, now that the Jedi are here.

"It's you." I whispered.

"Excuse me?" She asked in confusion.

"You were there when I was kidnapped." I whispered again.

The woman was immediately taken back and shaken with the words that I had spoke to her.

"Who are you?" She practically whispered.

"My name is Aurora Kryze and I am…I was…the Princess of Mandalore." I explained.

Her eyes widened and she carefully opened the door wider to allow for me to enter her home. She then quickly guided me to the kitchen and began to make tea for the both of us. I also learned her name was Rauve, and so far, she was extremely nice to me.

"I remember that day so clearly…more so the entire time you were here. My family came here as refugees from Felucia, we traveled quiet frequently, I later learned they both were criminals and were always on the move. They believed the Utapau was a quiet enough settlement to avoid any notice through the Republic. Turns out, they were right on that part…especially after the Mandalorian Civil War." She explained.

"Your parents fought in the war?" I asked in disbelief as she poured tea for the both of us before sitting down across from me.

She nodded. "They were from Concord Dawn, and felt it was they're right to defend the clans. Long story short, illnesses plagued both of their lives due to the travels and one died after the other, but even after their death, I never lost their Mandalorian contacts."

I carefully examined her facial expressions; she looked remorseful as she told me this. She looked, like she had regret on her face.

"Over the years, I started to get into mercenary work. It helped me get food for myself, and it allowed me to keep a low profile depending on the client, I usually went for lower clients, until I stumbled upon the biggest score of all."

"My grandmother." I explained.

She nodded before sighing. "Yes. I remember getting a call from her, explaining that she had hired mercinaries, who were bringing cargo to Utapau, along with a scientist to run experiments on it. Apparently, the cargo caused destruction…it evidently killed a couple of government officials in an outburst. My job, was to ensure that the cargo had safely made it to Utapau…little did I know what the cargo was."

"It was me." I explained.

She nodded. "When I found out that it was you, I immediately was taken back. Boyana Kryze did not mention anything about it being a human. That's when the scientist explained that he had direct orders to implant a chip into the back of your brainstem to inhibit your destructive abilities…which I assume is your connection to the force." She gestured to the lightsaber I had attached to my belt.

I couldn't believe what I was hearing. The fact that my grandmother wanted me altered because I was too dangerous…she did anything to protect herself. If my grandfather was alive, he'd probably want a divorce, since he was for violence.

"The scientist had to re-engineer the chip 12 times, as each time he went to implant it, your powers destroyed it. It was almost like you never wanted it in your brain in the first place. The 13th chip was successful, and that's when your grandmother instructed the scientist to create another one, and to go to Kalevala to implant it into another subject." She explained.

'My brother.' I thought to myself.

"However, it was during this time, that your mother had issued a galaxy wide search for you. Your grandmother told her nothing with regards to her orchestrating your kidnapping, which she did to protect her status. Over the time that these experiments were happening, I realized that you did nothing wrong, and were innocent and should've never been placed in this situation in the first place. That's when I sent information to the Jedi Temple, and within 1 rotation, the Jedi were taking you back to Mandalore, and I was allowed to live in peace. I am sorry for taking part in your kidnapping Princess." She explained.

I nodded. "I forgive you, but you need to answer some questions for me."

She nodded. "Of course, what do you want to know?"

"Who was the scientist?" I asked.

"Hmm…I believe his name was Hem…Hemlock! Dr. Royce Hemolock was his name." She answered after she had to think for a while.

I looked to Geenine who beeped which indicated that she was taking note of all the names that were mentioned.

"Do you know who the Jedi were?" I asked.

She shook her head. "That unfortunately I don't know. I wish I did, but they didn't disclose their names."

I nodded. "That's quite alright. Now answer me this final question, who brought me to Utapau?"

She sighed. "I don't remember their first names. But I remember that they were both Mandalorians. One was male and the other was female. I remember their clans."

"What were they?" I ask with fear, knowing what potentially was coming.

"I believe the male stated he was from Clan Vizsla and the woman was from Clan Kryze." She quietly explained.

Internally, everything erupted. I felt like I was on fire. I wanted to murder somone. Not Rauve, she's been nothing but kind to me, but my Aunt and Pre…well…my aunt because Pre is dead, all I wanted was for Bo-Katan Kryze to be dead at my feet, and for me to be covered in her blood.
