A few days after the meeting of the minds, The plan was put into effect. Mirage went to find Lancex and brought him to the med bay, explaining that Ratchet wanted to check on something. Seeing that the medic needed him, Lancex willingly went Mirage to the med bay. Mirage found a large but comfortable berth for Lancex, had the bot sat down and went to "go get the medic." Lancex waited patiently knowing Ratchet could be busy with anything and come back and anytime.
Meanwhile, Magnus found his way to his old friend Optimus. Magnus hadn't liked this plan, but after some "convincing" on Aquaformer and Skyfire's part, Magnus did as ordered. He soon reached Optimus and informed the Prime that Lancex wished to speak with the bot. Optimus, wanting to seize the opportunity, easily followed Magnus to the large room and then Magnus let Optimus in.
At the same time, Skyfire knew his job was easy, as Grimlock wasn't a complicated bot. He was a simple bot. All Skyfire had to say was Lancex was waiting for Grimlock in the med bay. Like a heavy shot, Grimlock was off and making a beeline for the med bay.
Elsewhere and at the same time, Jazz went to speak with Cosmos. Cosmos was happy to see Jazz and they chatted a bit before Jazz led Cosmos to the med bay. Cosmos was nervous but when Jazz said that Lancex wanted to see Cosmos, Cosmos was eager to go and soon found himself inside the med bay.
And once all four bots were inside, the doors closed and closed hard with a loud echo. "What the?" Came Cosmos, not expecting that.
Optimsu scanned around the room. It didn't look right, it was large, mostly empty with a very large med bay berth in a part of the room where Lancex was still waiting for Ratchet. Optimus was going to say something, but chose not to, as his spark was now going totally wild and he got this feeling like he needed to Be dominant, gentle but dominant.
"Where him Lancex?" Grimlock growled his own dominance showing, causing Lancex to look over and realize that he was now trapped in the room with Optimus and the others. Lancex swore he would get back at Aquaformer for this if things didn't go well. The four then stared at each other, each waiting for the other to move. Things were at a stalemate for the moment, as they surveyed each other.
