Rewriting: Xros Wars: Hunters' Legacy Season 03 Episode 04
Tagiru was checking out the couple of Digimon that he'd managed to get thanks to working alongside Coronamon and states "If we keep this up we might be able to surpass Taiki and Vorvomon someday."
"I like that attitude of yours." A familiar voice spoke up seeming to come from his Sonic Loader as the screen began to light up.
"Oh, it's Dantemon! Anything new you want us to catch?" Coronamon questioned happy to hear from the last Appmon again.
"I'm sending an invitation to a special hunting event your way. However, you must find your own way there." Dantemon stated as a strange card had appeared from the device. "Good luck."
We then see that later they were showing the card to Taiki which had been folded in half and didn't seem to have anything on it until they'd held it up at the light with a barely visible barcode appearing. He'd analyzed it using a barcode scanner tool on his phone and found that it was a bunch of numbers, which was kind of strange.
"Maybe they're co-ordinates." Yuu suggested and started putting the numbers into a map function on his phone to see if they would show anything.
"Well?" Taiki questioned Yuu about the numbers wondering if they were co-ordinates, or some other type of puzzle that needed to be solved.
"They're co-ordinates, but they're not in Japan." Tyutyumon spoke up having been looking over the information while sitting on Yuu's shoulder.
"What, then how are we supposed to get there!?" Coronamon questioned about if they'd be able to go to do that hunt or not.
"That's not a problem. We know someone who can help us out." Vorvomon stated to them about knowing a guy.
We then see a large Digimon flying through the air that looked like a cargo plane with a dragon's face on it going across the ocean with ease as the group were sitting and chatting with a guy with brown spiky hair. They were also looking out the window impressed by the size of the ocean as they were flying by and even got to see some whales surfacing along the way.
"Whoa, this is so cool! There's whales down there!" Tagiru stated looking out at the water impressed by what he was seeing.
"That's nothing, you should have seen King Whamon. He's the size of a literal island and says that he's known multiple kids like us who have Digivices." Taiki stated calmly relaxed and enjoying the ride. "Thanks again for the ride to and from Zenjirou, Cargodramon."
"It's no problem, though we're not joining in the hunt we'll still help out if needed." Zenjirou stated back to Taiki.
"Akari said the same thing about her and Cutemon." Vorvomon stated back about them not joining in.
"Hey, you said Digivices? I thought these were Sonic Loaders.." Tagiru stated looking at his Digivice curious.
"They are, apparently there were other kids with Digivices before us, but they all had different modles that were called other stuff." Zenjriou then stated to Tagiru.
"Guys, we're coming up to the island prepare for landing." Cargodramon called as he'd moved and found a good place to stop at setting down there and opening the hatch.
Once they were all safely on the island sand Cargodramon then reverted back to a Digimon that looked like a small creature wearing kendo armor who'd went and laid in the grass to relax. "You guys have fun we're gonna rest here to regain Kotemon's strenght." Zenjirou told them with the others nodding and starting to head off.
They'd found a sorta rundown looking building and had heard music being played there. Walking inside they'd found that Ryouma was the one playing, and that Airu and Ren were with them. It also appeared that Opposummon had already hatched and returned to their normal stage again. There were also other people there listening to the song who had their own Digimon alongside them.
"Well, it would appear that even more people have arrived than I thought would make it." Dantemon's voice spoke up over the Digivices, however it appeared as though he was speaking only through one not having any echo effects or sounding like a crowd speaking.
"So, what are we going to be hunting?" Ryouma questioned Dantemon closing the piano and waiting to hear what they're hunting.
"This is the starting point of the big event. All of you are going to hunt the wild data of a very powerful Digimon hiding nearby preparing to make a move." Dantemon stated to them about what they were after.
"So, whoever captures it is the winner?" One of the hunters that Tagiru and his friends didn't know the name of yet spoke up.
"That is correct, it's very rare and is almost never captured. It's name is Volcdramon you may begin once the timer reaches zero." Dantemon answered back as a timer that started at five then appeared projected from their Digivices and counted down.
At the point it showed the word go written on it they'd all taken off with Tagiru calling "Time Shift!" as he was the one out the door first alongside Coronamon.
Other hunters had tried to also attack Tagiru as he was in front and in their way however the ground had broken under them and a tree above the ones attacking had started to literally melt into dripping red hot magma forcing them to retreat for now. Meanwhile Yuu had been separated from them when he'd followed to keep an eye on Tagiru and Coronamon and some balloons had grabbed him.
"I've got a bone to pick with you!" Airu spoke walking over while Yuu was being held by the balloons.
"So what? You tried to take our friend's digimon partner. What happened was your own fault." Yuu stated bluntly to her.
"Ya well, I'm going to torture you unless you beg to be my underling. Do it with tears in your eyes and I might reconsider." Airu answered back angry about Yuu's answer to her.
"Y'know it's a bad idea to challenge someone stronger than you to a fight." Yuu then stated as Tyutumon had chewed through the strings on the balloons causing Yuu to drop to the ground. "Sonic Charge, Overclock!" He'd called as light from his Digivice blasted Tytyumon.
"TyuTyumon Warp Digivolve to.." The golden mouse Digimon called as he'd bounced up and down jumping into the river as the weird armor appeared and opened before closing around him growing larger into a serpentine metal body and raising up out of the water. "Giga Seadramon!"
Airu looked up at Gigia Seadramon and looked like she was going to say something but a massive fin slapped both her and Opossummon into a tree with Yuu then jumping onto their back and the two had taken off not even bothering with them like Akari did. Back with Tagiru they'd found the massive Digimon that appeared to have lava flowing from it's body.
"Leave this one to me I've got the perfect plan." Tagiru called holding up his Sonic Loader calling "Reload, Sagomon! Now it's time to fight fire with fire, Sonic Charge!" He'd spoken reloading Sagomon to play and then using his Digivice to blast energy at Coronamon.
"Coronamon Digivolve To.." Tagiru's Digimon Partner called getting on all fours and sprouting wings before growing to his next stage's full size and sprouting the mane once more calling "Firamon!"
Sagomon had spun their staff weapon and caused water to shoot up from the ground blasting it over at Volcdramon as it created clouds of steam around them before Firamon then called out "Fira Bomb!" and launched an attack over at Volcdramon before Sagomon attacked again with the two repeating their attacks causing a crack in the stonelike part of Volcdramon's body.
Getting angry the large Digimon had sprayed super high-temprature magma from it's body forcing the two to back off when they'd heard a guy laughing while Yuu and Taiki had managed to catch up and find Tagiru already fighting Volcdramon while Ryouma and Ren, though those two didn't have anything that could help.
"So you're the one Taiki has high hopes for? If that's the case I feel sorry this next set of kids." The figure spoke pulling the hood down revealing it was Kiriha. "Show me what you've got."
"Why you.. I'll show you what we can do, right Firamon!?" Tagiru called annoyed by the taunting as his Digivice began to glow again.
"Right, let's show them what we can really do!" Firamon called ready for round two with Volcdramon now that they've stopped spewing magma.
Tagiru had spun his Digivice from left to right before using the ball of his hand to make it stop spinning and grabbed it pressing down on the button calling "Sonic Charge, Double Time!" with even more power going into the Digivice before it blasted the light over at Firamon.
"Firamon Digivolve To.." Firamon called out as his wings had become metallic and bent down looking sorta like a half a ring instead of wings and he'd stood up on his hind legs and the flame on his tail engulfed the tip entirely. His front legs had changed to become arms with his legs growing larger to support a bipedal stance and his mane had grown much larger going all the way down his back now as he'd called "Flaremon!"
"Alright, show us what you can do!" Kiriha called out waitng to be impressed by this new form's strength.
"Seisei no Houkou!" Flaremon called unleasing a powerful roar that had pushed back even the massive Volcdramon causing them to struggle to fight against it while sliding backwards. However the roar had managed to overpower them as he turned up the juice and it sent them crashing into the stone wall of the cliffside.
"That's it, finish them off!" Tagiru called to Flaremon ready to finish this fight and take home the prize and claim their reward.
"GURENJUOUHA!" Flaremon called concentrating all of his power into his fist before then launching it outwards in the form of a flaming lion's head crashing into Volcdramon's body while they were trying to get up and slamming against them making the massive digimon hit the wall again with some rubble dropping on top of them.
"Kiriha, why don't you take this one. I think it's a little too wild for Japan, even in the Digi Quartz." Taiki spoke and the blond in the long coat nodded making a ring appear around them and capturing the data.
"Well, at least one of the new blood isn't half bad." Kiriha stated to them about Tagiru while Airu had joined her friends with Opossummon looking like she felt nasty.
"And where have you been?" Ryouma questioned looking at Airu who'd beeing frustrated by the whole thing.
"I was slapped by a fish." She'd stated bluntly about where exactly she and her Digimon partner had been this whole time.
"Sea Serpent actually." Tyutyumon corrected matter of factly as Ren and Ryouma just sighed about her doing something even after they'd warned her against it.
"Whatever, I just wanna go home now and take a nice hot bath." Airu then stated pouting about the situation.
