Rewriting: Xros Wars: Hunters' Legacy Season 03 Episode 07
Tagiru was up on a rooftop alongside Coronamon laying there looking like he was disappointed by something stating "I'm so bored."
"Ya, we haven't found any really big hunts lately." Coronamon had answered back while sitting up next to his human partner.
"I'm glad there weren't any instances, but still, there's no real thrill to enjoy either." Tagiru sighed turning to lay on his side while looking at his Digimon partner.
"Hey what's that?" Coronamon questioned gesturing over towards where a bunch of people and vehicles had gathered.
Tagiru had gone to check it out with Coronamo entering into his Sonic Loader and when he'd gotten there a woman had been using a microphone to talk about a golden shining stag beetle. It appeared she was a news reporter, and there were others around also reporting on the beetle as well. While looking around listening in he'd actually noticed a familiar face and walked over to chat with them.
"Yo, Ryouma!" Tagiru called walking over to the silver haired guy in the black outfit with a wave to say hello.
"I assume you've heard about the beetle too then Tagiru?" Ryouma spoke seeing Tagiru walking over to him. "With the description it sounds more like some kind of Wild Data Digimon to me."
"Nah, I was just laying on the roof of my school bored with Coronamon when he'd noticed the trucks so we came to investigate. But if it's a golden digimon beetle that does sound like something exciting." Tagiru answered back about what he was doing there.
"All the hunts we've had since Phelesmon have gotten boring." Coronamon spoke up from inside Tagiru's digivice.
"Tell me about it, Psychemon and I haven't had a decent challenge in weeks." Ryouma complained with a sigh too. "But maybe this gold digimon could be interesting. I've heard that Digimon with golden armor are exceptionally powerful.
"Alright! Now that sounds exciting. Let's hunt this thing, and may the best team win!" Tagiru spoke looking excited about that prospect.
"Oh we plan to." Ryouma answered back with a smug look as the golden beetle had flown past at a high speed and then turned around flying off as the crowd of people chased after it in a frenzy. "Idiots." He'd then sighed watching everyone else leave.
""Time Shift!"" Both Tagiru and Ryouma called as they'd entered into Digiquartz and discovered Ryouma's friends Airu and Ren who'd just captured a small black Digimon.
"Hey Airu, is it alright if I keep this one, it'll be my hundreth capture." Ren questioned his blonde companion.
"It wasn't cute enough for me anyway she'd answered before noticing Ryouma and Tagiru had also appeared. "Oh, Ryouma! I thought you were solo hunting today."
"I was, I bumped into Tagiru while hearing about a golden beetle that I thought might be Wild Data or a Digimon." Ryouma answered back about that.
"Well then why don't we all search together, whoever nabs it first wins." Ren spoke up about joining in on the insect hunt.
"Why not, it could be fun after all." The silver haired hunter answered back about them joining in on it too.
"It's rare to see you excited. You only seem to really care about Psychemon and only have four or five really strong digimon." Airu stated about Ryouma looking interested in something for once.
"A good team is about quality not quantiy." Ryouma then stated to Airu about why his team is made up that way.
"Speaking of.." Tagiur spoke up messing with his Sonic Loader as the others turned to look at him. "You were the one who trapped them the other day so.." He'd then stated sending something over to Airu's Digivice as displays of the two digimon from the abandoned power plant appeared from her Sonic Loader.
"There!" Ren called gesturing to the bettle on one of the trees and it had flown off once they had spotted it.
The beetle had flown and attached itself to another Digimon that looked like it was strong and Ryouma's friends had made their Digimon become their next stages of power ready to fight against them. Since Ren spotted it first Tagiru had hung back waiting for his turn to give it a try letting the others challenge it first.
The other three had tried but this one appeared to be too powerful for them and knocked them down to their base stages with his power giving Tagiur his turn. "Alright, Sonic Charge, Double Time!" He'd called with energy appearing around him before being absorbed into his Sonic Loader and blasting out at his Digimon Partner.
"Coronamon, Warp Digivolve To.." His Digimon Partner called as he jumped into the air and was surrounded with a sphere of orange energy while his body had began to grow larger and forcibly press against it eventually shattering it appart now standing at his currently strongest form. "Flaremon!"
The Golden colored Digimon had fired lasers at Flaremon from the tips of his fingers that chased them around the battlefield however they weren't going to make it so easy calling out "Seisei no Houkou!" unleashing a powerful roar and and blowing back the attack making it strike random things around them. "Gurenjuouha!" He'd then called unleashing a flaming energy from his fist shaped like a lion's head.
Before they could capture the downed golden insect digimon something had blasted them vaporizing the wild data as a voice called out "Annoying Hunters, be gone!" as a large stone appeared with energy covering most of it and a glowing face appearing upon it.
The thing launched out barbed energy at everyone as they tried to move and Flaremon got in the way to portect everyone getting grabbed by the energy and pulled towards the floating stone with Tagiru jumping up and grabbing onto the barbed energy being yanked alongside him.
"Tagiru let go, you'll be pulled in too!" Flaremon called worried about his human partner and telling him to save himself.
"No way, you and I are partners! If they wanna get to you they'll have to go through me first!" Flaremon's human partner answered back refusing to do that as his Digivice had began glowing while he had it hanging on his waist.
"Now that's a fighting spirit I can get behind." A voice spoke up from somewhere as they then saw a man riding upon a red and silver Digimon with yellow armbands and blue crystals on it's body and a large double bladed sword in hand slashing through the energy freeing both Tagiru and Flaremon.
"I seriously wish you'd be less reckless you know that!?" A blond man called riding atop a blue colored Digimon that looked like a bipedal dog-man covered in armor with large silver blades for claws where his hands were.
"Well sir, you married him." The large blue Digimon spoke about the fact that apparently these two humans with digimon partners were married.
"Don't remind me, now let's just get this over with. Hey, use the light from your Digivice!" The Blond spoke calling over to Tagiru who's Digivice had began glowing again surprsing him that he'd missed that.
"Right, you ready Flaremon?" Tagiru questioned looking at his Digimon partner who'd nodded prepared for anything and Tagiru began shining with a light like what he'd seen with Taiki and the others. "Then let's do this! Sonic Charge, Overclock!" He'd then called with the light being absorbed into his Digivice and blasted over at Flaremon.
"FLAREMON DIGIVOLVE TO.." Tagiru's digimon partner called as his mane grew longer and the folded over metal wing part had then moved upwards and beng out of shape slightly making a circle shaped hole at the top which fire gathered into creating a flaming ball in the gap. Fire burned across his body and formed into armor with spiked kneeguards that looked like upside down claws and his hands had become metal gauntlets with flames spewing out from the back of them. "APOLLOMON!"
"Alright let's take them out in one shot!" The guy from the red and silver Digmon called out to the others who'd nodded. "Go Shine Greymon!"
The Digimon, Shine Greymon nodded spreading his wings and gathering energy in front of him calling "Glorious Burst!" launching a powerful blast of flame.
"You too Mirage Gaogamon!" The blond man called to his blue armored Digimon with the silver colored claws.
"Sir yes sir!" The Digimon responds as the dog shaped face on his torso opened up and began concentrating energy "Full Moon Blaster!" They'd called unleashing a powerful blast of energy out at the same time as Shine Greymon.
"Apollomon, finish this!" Tagiru then called out to his own Digimon Partner telling them to end this hunt.
"Right!" Apollomon called back and channeled all his energy into the flaming orb on his back calling out "SOLBLASTER!" launching it out at the big stone thing with all thre attacks colliding with them and causing the stone to shatter apart.
"That was aswesome, who are you guys anyway?" Tagiru spoke asking who the new guys with the powerful digimon were.
"You'll discover that soon enough, and as for you!" The blond answered before turning towards the dark haired man looking annoyed at him making him take step back, but then grabbed him by the ear. "The others aren't gonna be happy about us meddling like this, let's go!" With that the two men and their Digimon seemingly vanished into thin air.
"Okay, that was weird." Ren stated bluntly about those two guys and their crazy strong digimon partners.
Airu has spoken up last questioning "Hey, did.. did that blue armored digimon say those two were married?" making the others stop to think if they'd known them from somewhere somehow.
