Summary/disclaimer: Time for another chapter of Cold-Hearted Titans. Enjoy the 2000-word chapter. I do not own Godzilla; Toei and a few others do.

Raijin knew as a warrior? There would always be fights for a titan like him. When he was born? He was forced to defend himself as an alpha titan when he was forced to fight again and again.

There was NOTHING in the way of him winning the war. He had fought, he had conquered, and he had been able to relax.

Now? Now he was unsure of himself as both a titan and as a defender of the little ones. He had been asked to retake his old throne and that put him at odds with those who had come before.

Raijin glanced over to the side, not once could he or should he have fought Godzilla. The elder titan was beyond him in both size and power.

He had been too distracted by fighting to notice Godzilla. He had been distracted by fighting, by his quest to unite the other Titans.

As a warrior? He was asked to fight right now both in height and power once more. There was an amusement on his mind as he was asked to fight.

(With Shimo)

Shimo looked to the side… When she was younger? She had loved these fields, these forests, the jungle. The rest of the world around her was too amusing now.

It felt nice, she had enjoyed it and the world she had lived in once more. They were doomed to break it if they existed within such a world that the Skar King thought of.

She thought of her friends, Godzilla, Mothra… They were to fight bitterly; they would be forced to repeat the battle that she hated once more.

If nothing else? They would be able to preserve the world around her, one where she wanted to enjoy life.

The pain within her was too much for now… So too was the sorrow, an idea that needed to be leveraged once more.

They had a lot more to try and think now… Shimo was all too much to do… VERY much had to be done to give up now.

As a warrior? She would be fighting either way, under his banner or someone else. It was too much to distract themselves.

They had a lot more as he cracked his fingers and then looked to the side, cracking her fingers once more.

Shimo sighed as the Iwi screamed, she knew there were still more battles to fight before they were asked to fight.

The war within them would come at the cost of everything else… So Shimo would focus on the nice parts of life, the nicer parts of living once more.

Shimo could only look forward to suffering outside of remembering the past they were asked to fight against.

(With Raijin)

Raijin hummed, thinking of what was growing on his mind. They had a LOT more work left… Something about their work was amusing them once more.

Raijin reclined against the cave wall. He had a lot of different ideas now at the end of the day… Something about it made something else to deal with.

Rajin sighed to look over at Godzilla. His wounds hurt, and his body ached as the prince of Titans looked at the king. There were a lot of things to discuss.

"I told you…" Godzilla said as Raijin hummed, looking to the side.

"We are at war…. You know this." Raijin stated before he looked to the side.

Something about this? Made Raijin smirk, too tired at the end of the day, something that could have probably ended their reign. Godzilla wanted to fight, too much to distract it for now as he thought of what was growing on his mind.

He looked at his friend, knowing what was to become of their work.

They had a lot of different things left to deal with for now… And Godzilla knew this. The king has sensed this war for years and now it was upon them.

"Ceaser…" Godzilla stated as the alpha titan looked at him. "You will fight?" Godzilla asked to which Ceaser hummed.

"The last war you fight with your friends… And now it seems we are alone." Ceaser said as Raijin snorted.

"We are alone only because you wish us to be alone, we could have fought if you wanted to help once more." Raijin snorted before he sighed to himself.

His arms healed enough for him to slowly stand upwards and onto his arms. Raijin snorted, too distracted once more as he paused, cracking his fingers.

Skar King was not going to relax, he would strike at them, strike down upon them like a hammer. He would have to hit back at the enemy once more, they would need to hit once more like striking at the end of the day.

Something about it all had been too thrown off once more. Raijin knew they would continue to fight once more as he cracked his fingers.

"And you are recruiting for the war." Raijin snorted before he looked to the side.

"Correct," Raijin stated before he sighed as he thought of what was growing on his mind.

He had a lot of different ideas once more as he relaxed once more and thought of what was growing in his mind.

He had a lot more to try and think of what was growing on his mind.

They had a lot more distractions as he relaxed once more. He cracked his fingers, prepared for the idea of this war. This was something to dwell upon what was to go through, what he had a lot more to try and do.

Work was short, more life would come to them now and more ideas flooded his brain, that and that alone would be a LOT weirder than he had believed. Raijin supposed he should not have dwelt on it now.

They had a lot more to distract it for now… He had a lot more to try and think of. Raijin snorted, glancing at Godzilla, raising a car-sized eyebrow.

"Why care?" Godzilla asked as Raijin snorted again.

"We all live here. You lose, we all lose." Raijin stated before he turned. "You hate the three heads… I hate the false king; he WILL threaten Earth." Raijin added, pushing himself to his feet.

He was too bored, too exhausted to fight Godzilla. Even if he was on par? He had no desire to, it was going to hurt the little ones and he would not have distracted himself with a needless title fight.

Raijin seemed more and more eager to rest and the king was bothering him once more. They had more to do than talk once again, not something that they had been through for now.

"Cause trouble," Godzilla stated before he looked to the side once more as he thought of it all.

"Will not," Raijin stated, crossing his arms. "You are alpha, we follow alpha, I recruit," Raijin added, glancing at King Ceaser who was silent.

(With Shimo)

Skar King's reign was growing as he attempted to take over the rest of Hollow Earth again. The tyrant ape, too high on his pride only beat his chest.

Shimo looked at the others watching as they stampeded, and beat down upon the area around her. If Skar King had managed to hide his weakness? He was doing it by destroying, and conquering.

Shimo simply watched as the Skar King and his army started to head towards the portals… The Skar King could have started sending his army through them, trampling the little ones, destroying everything… But he was scared, he knew invading meant dealing with Godzilla.

And despite what he was attempting to show? Shimo was aware of one simple fact. He feared Godzilla, he feared dealing with the Titans above who were massive, who were warriors who had fought him and his army of apes.

Hence… Why Shimo existed, the trump card. The gun that was smoking toward the monster, the ace in the hole.

Shimo growled at Obsidius and the others, trying to push them away as Skar King beat his chest, trying to call more warriors to his army.

Shimo could only think back to her future once more and it had been a refuge once more, something that had been a small spot of peace within her.

They were fleeting joys, fleeting ideas which she had to think of which had been too much for her heart to take.

Shimo was only along for the ride, only eager to get to work.

(With Raijin)

Raijin seemed eager to get to work. They were too much to deal with, he was eager to get his plan on the road and had found the king of the monsters.

Raijin seemed to get work done either way. Something about it all made him amused as he cracked his fingers, eager to fight and eager to.

Battra for example, did not wish to get any work done. It did not make sense at the end of the day once more.

Raijin wanted a fight, they had a lot of different ideas growing on his mind, Raijin was too distracted by the war that they had been fighting through it all now.

Raijin knew that Godzilla would not relent. He did not want to relax, he did not want to fight at the time but a fight was growing through his mind.

Raijin seemed distracted by a fight coming to them… And all of it was bothering them.

Something within Raijin told him that Godzilla would be working towards the fight they had coming. He knew more and more with each day that this war was going to be long and tedious right now.

They were going to suffer, the world would suffer and they would be unable to distract something like this… It was too much now, he had a lot more to try and think.

Raijin knew better, he knew better than to relax for now… it was beyond them for now. They had a lot more to try and think when it was all done for and they knew that they knew damn well what would come.

At the end of the day? The pain cutting into him was worthless, he had hurt worse before, and he had suffered before. This? This was just another bump in the road to getting where they had to go, a bump where they were forced to sit down and reconsider everything.

As a soldier? They would suffer, as a soldier? They would be forced to suffer more than he had ever done.

It was something cutting through him. Something hideous and something weird, odd even.

They had plenty left within them to doubt, all of them did… The issue was simple. The more they had fought? The more they did not wish to win, to lose out on what was the fight of the century.

Granted? Victory was FAR from damn certain when it was all said and done, FAR from certain in manners he could not have expected.

That was going to be an issue, one where they did not understand the idea, the hopes upon them now.

"What is power I feel?" Raijin asked. "Why do I feel more power than before? Skar King has more power?" Raijin asked, tilting his head.

Godzilla frowned… The maw of the beast slowly stretched into a fanged frown as he thought of it. He did not know why the Skar King had so much power, not that he could understand what the power was.

They had more power than ever. All that power flooded them, it cut through them like a thousand blades, and all of it felt very odd.

He felt like he had never been able to think, much less act. He felt more pain and suffering than he ever had, and that bothered him now too much.

Author Notes

Phew. Another chapter is done! A few things.

I want to apologize for this small chapter, my computer is having issues so I cut it short. I WILL fix this next chapter.

Since the Egypt fight is next? I am going to have Raijin head to fight the Skar King right now.

Shimo will be given more focus next chapter. The next chapter will be 2-10 months, be 900-6500 words, and show more of the two interacting. Until then? Lighting Wolf is out!
