'Thinking'

"Talking"

"Welcome to the Forest of Death," said Anko, then she began explain all the rules.

"So we got an Earth Scroll, and we have to get Heaven Scroll by the end of the 5 day limit. Ha!" Naruto said.

"Yeah," Sasuke said.

'10 teams. Only 5 would be able to pass because of the number of scrolls. But…' Naruto said.

'What are you thinking about?' Gaara thought.

'Oh Gaara, Fuu…' Naruto thought, then he spoke, "Follow me." Both followed Naruto, who stopped at a slightly secluded area where no Genin were, "Listen guys… There are 10 teams at the moment, because of the amount of scrolls we retrieve. Only 5 teams would be able to pass. We need the Kiri team, because Yagura and Utakata have to be here legally since he is kage."

"Continue," said Gaara.

"We need the Kumo team, since Yugito and Killer Bee under protection of the Raikage and also need to be here legally. We obviously need both your teams because if you don't go through you have to go home. Also, we need Gaara's team for the same reason," Naruto said.

"But then you also want to pass the Chunnin exams. So do the rest of the Konoha teams and Oto team," Fuu said.

"Yep," Naruto said.

"What a predicament you're in Mr. Nine," Gaara said.

"You don't seen too sympathetic," Naruto said.

"Well it doesn't really matter if I pass or not to be honest, I can wait till next year," Gaara said.

"Gaara you have to be here legally," Fuu said.

"Temari insisted that Kankuro and I stay with her for the festival anyway, regardless of whether we pass or fail," Gaara said.

"Ah! The festival! I forgot about that! It was really a recent event created by Hokage. It called the Hanami Festival. If you're sure. What about the teams? We have to cut the other Konoha teams don't we?" Naruto asked.

"We don't know if they will stay for the festival. So just to be sure, we have to cut the Konoha teams out. Sorry," Fuu said.

"Okey. So that's makes 5 teams passing right?" Naruto asked.

"Yeah but what of the 3 Konoha teams and the Oto team? They are strong, so I doubt they will just stop looking for scrolls," Fuu said.

"Oh don't worry about that. I'll take care of them. Gaara?" Naruto said. Gaara waved him off.

"I won't hurt them, I'll just take their scroll so they won't be able to continue. They can't possibly handle the knowledge of knowing that one of their own conspired against them," Gaara said.

"Don't try to make me feel bad Gaara," Naruto said.

"I'll help too! We just need the Oto team and Konoha teams, expect you, lose their scrolls rights? That's simple enough," Fuu said.

"Okey then, just don't hurt them. We better get going now, see you guys in the Forest of Death," Naruto said, the he left into the direction of his own team, "Finally, the plans were practically complete, now all I have to do is wait."

"You can't keep in the dark forever you know," Sasuke said.

"Soon, I promise. You guys are not ready yet," Naruto said.

"It better be dobe," Sasuke said.

"In thought we were done calling each other names," Naruto said.

"Until you tell us what is going on I'll resume our rivalry," Sasuke said.

"Do you want me to start saying believe it again?" Naruto said.

"Uh, no-…" Sasuke was cut of.

"Well, do you want me to tell the whole of Konoha that you once-," Naruto said.

"I acknowledge your superiority in the matter," Sasuke said.

"You don't need to take it that far guys," Sakura said. Naruto laughed alongside with Sasuke.

"Let's go guys," Naruto said.

"Who made you the Team leader?" Sasuke said.

"Don't you guys dare start, we have to make sure we aren't robbed of our scroll," Sakura said.

"Yes mam," Sasuke said.

"Yes bitch," Naruto said.

"Thank god she is out of that fangirl faze," Sasuke said.

"I know right, I was near homicidal," Naruto said.

"I can hear you, you know," Sakura said.

"Whoops," Naruto said, the he ran, "Come on Uchiha, we have some scrolls to steal!"

"Shut up Uzumaki, I'm practically right next to you," Sasuke said.

====In Gaara's Side====

"Temari, Kankuro," Gaara said.

"Uh, yes Gaara?" Temari asked.

"You two go ahead and continue the test Get the scroll. I need to do something," Gaara said.

"What? Gaara you've been holding out on us recently, at least tell us what's going in," Temari said.

'Shit, Temari shouldn't have said that! Oh fuck,' Kankuro thought.

"Is that what you both think?" Gaara asked.

'We're going to die. And it's going to be my fault. Oh crap,' Temari thought.

"Oh shit, oh shit, oh shit, oh shit-" Kankuro repeated the same thing over and over.

"Sorry Kankuro," Temari said as she closed her eyes.

"I apologize," Gaara said. Temari's eyes snapped open.

"W-what?" Temari said.

"I apologize, I have not been completely honest with you. But I will explain everythibg later. For now, I have to make sure that the only teams remaining after this exam is Naruto's Konoha team, the Kiri team, the Taki team, the Kumo team, and the Iwa team," said Gaara.

"Uh, I will ask the reasoning later, but what about us?" Temari asked.

"It's in the plan that we do not continue, but we will stay for the Hanami Festival like you wanted," Gaara said.

""That's bullshit, why can't we continue?" Kankuro said.

"There was no point, Suna is going to attack Konoha anyway, us becoming Chunnin wouldn't happen here," Gaara said.

"Then what are you going to do?" Temari asked.

"I have to make sure every other team does not continue," Gaara said.

"You're going to kill them?" Temari asked.

"I promise that I will not. I'm merely going to take their scroll and burn them so they are not of use. Now I must leabe, see to the plan," the Gaara left in shunshin. Kankuro kicked a rock nearby.

"Fuck sake!" Kankuro yelled.

====In Fuu's Side====

"Fuu, are you ready to go?" a ninja named Moka asked.

"Yea-…?" Fuu was about to answer when she jumped forward in surprise, "OH MY- GAH! Gaara-kun! Why would you scare us like that?!" Fuu asked.

"Yeah," said Moka.

"That was totally a dick move," said a ninja named Miharu.

"Yes, I'm sure you'd be happy to know that I have one," Gaara said.

"That wasn't weird at all," Miharu said.

"And you are?" Gaara asked.

"I am Miharu, nice to meet you… Gaara-san was it?" Miharu said.

"I'm Moka, hi dick," said Moka.

"Pleasure," said Gaara.

"Moka, you should know he can kill you easily right? He's that good." Fuu said.

"That good? asked Moka.

"Yeah, that good," said Fuu.

"Fuu, let's go," said Gaara.

"Okey, okey! Wait," Fuu said, then she turned to her teammates, "You know what I was talking to you guys about?"

"Yeah, the stealing scrolls from teams and stuff, go ahead, we'll get the scroll for us, you focus on that," Miharu said.

"Yeah, meet us here in 2 days," said Moka. Fuu hugged both of them.

"Okey! See you guys later!" Fuu said, then she waved and got along side with Gaara.

"Bye dick," said Moka.

"I will murder you," said Gaara.

"I would be scared but I can't take the threat seriously with Fuu dragging him around…" said Moka. Gaara was gone.

"So… you like him," Miharu said With a smirk.

"What?! No! Shut up!" yelled Moka.

"I can see eight through you!" said Miharu.

"Well you have such an obvious crush on Fuu," said Moka.

"…Lies," said Miharu. Moka laughed. They both walked into an empty clearing in the middle of the forest, silently waiting for their next victims to walk to them.

"So, no killing," said Fuu.

"No, Naruto would be disappointed, most of them are his friends," Gaara said.

"Okey, okey, this'll be easy then. I just have to knock them out," Fuu said.

"Yeah," Gaara said, "They are here."

"3 ninja coming our way," Fuu said, they both stood in the clearing and waited restlessly for the ninja to arrive.

"That wasn't our first run-in a team," Gaara said.

"Yeah we already beat a dog-boy and bug-boy and a white eye girl," Fuu said.

"Yeah, they are too weak," Gaara said.

"I left some bandages also to the white eye girl," Fuu said.

"Why?" Gaara asked.

"Because I remember she is Naruto's friend and pretty face," Fuu said.

"Yeah whatever," Gaara said.

"They are getting close," Fuu said.

"Shikamaru! Why are you so lazy?" Choji asked, "Shikamaru… I'm hungry… Can't we find some food…?"

"Oh god help me…? Wait. Both of you shut up for a second," Ino said, she was faced with Gaara and Fuu, "Uh, aren't you two the people who were with Naruto?" Gaara began to mid talk with Fuu.

"We can't have them find out that he has anything to do with this," said Gaara.

"Right," Fuu said, then she cut the connection, "I don't know what you're talking about." Shikamaru's eyes widened.

"Guys, they're going to attack!" Shikamaru yelled as he put his hands together in a jutsu, "Ready to start Ino-Shika-Cho formation."

"I'm ready," said Ino.

"Hai," said Choji.

"Why don't you make this easy for us?" Gaara asked as he took a step forward, team 10 took a couple of steps back.

'What are they doing? They're not with their own teams and they're meant to be enemies. Maybe an alliance to work together to wipe out the other teams? But Naruto was with them earlier, where they trying to get him to join in? But why Naruto?' Shikamaru thought.

"But you both want to kill us, there isn't an easy way," Choji said.

"We're going to go down swinging," Ino said.

'Did Naruto decline? Is that why he went back to his own team? I don't have time for this right now. I'll think about it later. We have to beat these two first,' Shikamaru thought.

"We only want your scroll. hand it over, or we'll have to kill you," Gaara said.

"Kill them?" Fuu said through the mental link, "I thought we weren't going to."

"I'm just trying to scare them. I wouldn't betray Naruto's trust like that," Gaara said though the link. Fuu smiled.

"What do we do Shikamaru?" Ino said.

"Simple. We do the usual, Ino-Shika-Cho," Shikamaru said.

"Right," Choji said.

"Kagemane no Jutsu!" Shikamaru said. Fuu stood there and stared at the shadow coming her way.

"Aren't you going to dodge?" Gaara asked.

"Don't feel the need to," Fuu said.

"Success," Shikamaru said, the shadow captured both of they them, "I don't know why you didn't try to escape but you can't get out of it now. This is my family's Kagemane no jutsu.

"Yes, I heard you shout it when you were csting the jutsu, dumbass," Fuu said.

"Apparently he isn't actually dumb though. Mr. Nine said he was a genius," Gaara said.

"Who is Mr. Nine? In any case. I've got you now. Ino! Choji!" Shikamaru yelled. Ino grinned and aimed for the redheaded boy.

"Shintenshin no jutsu!" Ino yelled. Gaara smirked at them.

"This won't end well. I kind of feel sorry for that girl," said Gaara.

====In Gaara's Mind====

Ino's eyes snapped open and gasped, sitting up quickly.

"What? I wasn't meant to be here. The shintenshin jutsu was meant to allow the user to take control of the body that the user aimed it at, not literally go to their mid space. Why am I in a desert? Was this Gaara's mind? A desert?" Ino said.

"Who's there?" said Shukaku. Ino's heart nearly stopped.

"There wasn't mmeant to be anyone else in a person's mind, except the person themselves. This voice didn't sound like Gaara," Ino said.

"You're not my jinchuuriki, who are you?" Shukaku asked. Ino jumped up and looked around.

"It's an endless desert with the air full of heatwaves," Ino said. She shut her eyes and grasped her pain-filled head, gasping and falling down onto her knees. When the pain flitted away from a split second, she opened her eyes, and was met with the face of the sand demon, Ino began to scream. he pushed herself backwards, but everything arounf her sand, it didn't give much stability.

"You have invaded our mind," Shukaku said.

"O-our mind? Who are you? What are you?" Ino asked, she couldn't talk aft that. Afe felt herself slowly sinking into the sand, trashing around for something to hold onto. She began to cry.

"I'm the demon One-tailed Shukaku, and you are in my jinchuuriki's mind. You will not be forgiven," Shukaku roared. Ino began to cry even harder. Shukaku raised his fist and hammered it down onto Ino. With one last shriek, Ino fell into darkness.

====In Reality====

"…Ino!…Ino!…INO!" screamed Shikamaru. Ino snapped open her eyes and was roughly shook awake. A shiver ran down her spine. Tears began falling down her cheecks and onto the ground.

"There was so much sand! I'm drowning in sand!"

"Snap out of it," Shikamaru said, then he slapped her. Ino gulped, nodded and stood up, wipimg tears off her face.

"Did you like my mind," said Gaara with a smirking face. Ino gritted her teeth. Shikamaru took a step forward, then both Gaara and Fuu did the same thing. Fuu and Shukamaru put their hands up in a jutsu again.

"Ah this is my jutsu's sign," Fuu said. Shikamaru cursed and was about to put his hands down. Fuu just smiled.

"Hiden: Rinpungakure no jutsu," Fuu whispered, then blew out sparkly dimaond-like quantities.

"What? I can't see anything," said Shikamaru.

"Me either," said Ino.

"Well of course you can't see anything temporarily," Fuu said. Choji was already knocked out when Gaara punched Shikamaru, knocking him out too, then Ino.

"I think that went well," said Fuu. Gaara just laughed.

"That girl probably got the shock of her life when she met Shukaku," Gaara said.

"Ha!" said Fuu, "She was crying, you a girl cry, you dick."

"Yeah oh well, come on, we have to get their scroll," Gaara said. Fuu pushed the passed out team onto the nearest tree and rummaged around their pockets for their pockets for the scroll.

"Ah! I found it!" said Fuu, then threw the scroll to Gaaara.

"Oh it's a Heaven scroll, Naruto's team needs this," said Gaara.

"Should we go give it to him? There's nothing else to do, so…" Fuu said.

"Yeah, I guess so," Gaara said.

====In Naruto's Side====

'I wonder if Gaara and Fuu have accidentally killed some one yet,' thought Naruto.

"Guys, talk to me, I don't like silence," Sakura said.

"Okey, what do you want to talk about," Sasuke said. Naruto was still thinking.

"Naruto," Sakura said.

"Hah? What? I mean, excuse me?" said Naruto.

"Sakura wants to ask you something," Sasuke said.

"Oh sorry bitch, I'm not going to date you," said Naruto.

"Shut up idiot. That's not what I wanted to ask you. I was actually thinking about why you were with Gaara and that other girl, Fuu? That's what you called her right?" Sakura asked.

"Yes, her name is Fuu," Naruto said.

"Did someone say my name?" Fuu asked out of nowhere. Sakura and Sasuke just in surprise.

"I was about to scream," Sakura asid.

"I guess I shouldn't scare you either then?" Gaara said.

"No, you guys are so rude," Naruto said.

"Anyways here," Gaara said, then he three a scroll to Naruto.

"What's this?" Naruto said.

"a scroll. Obviously," Fuu said.

"More specifcally a Heaven Scroll. The one you need. We conventiently found it and since none of our teams require it, I thought I could just give it to you," Gaara said.

"Why would you do this for us?" Sasuke said.

"Don't get cocky, we only did it for Naruto," Gaara said.

"Thanks, I owe you one," said Naruto. Fuu was about to say something when a gust of wind suddenly erupted through the area that they were in. Sakura and Sasuke went flying by the wind power. Gaara protected himself with steel-hard sand. Fuu quickly made a jutsu to hold the thick branches. Naruto smashed against a tree and instantly lost consciousness.

"Well well well. What do you have here? said a voice.
