In front of a Police Department, a tall but skinny messy blonde haired man can be seen standing in front of him, coughing some blood as he enters the building. When he enters, the polices saw him and greet him.
"Ah, Yagi-san." The man, Yagi, turn to see a man with the head of a cat, wearing police uniform, greet him.
"Hello, Tamakawa-san." Yagi greeted back as Tamakawa grins.
"Seeing Tsukauchi again, huh?" Yagi chuckles and nodded. "I'll never understand how you guys even become friends."
"We share few things we interested in." Yagi said. "But, I'm here for business. All Might has asked me to talk about few incidents that he might've missed."
"Ah, I see." Tamakawa said before looking at Yagi from above to bottom. "Why didn't you retire? I think your conditions are not a right fit for any office works."
"I love my job, Tamakawa-san." Yagi half lied. He do love his job, but he just wih there's less paperworks. "And I'm still able to help All Might despite not being his sidekick, I think it's not something I can't give up. Although, he has told me many times to retire and stop straining myself."
"Ah, that make senses. But, I think you should listen to All Might. Helping people is good, but not at a cost of your health. You'll only end up saving less people." Tamakawa said as Yagi internally winced. He simply nodded. "Tsukauchi is still in his office. I guess you don't need me to guide you there, right?"
"Yes." Yagi nodded as he walks away. He sigh before coughing, spitting out more blood. He takes a handkerchief from his pocket and wipes the blood off. He founds an office with Naomasa Tsukauchi written on the door. Yagi took a deep breath before opening the door.
As he opens, he saw a black haired man in a white dress shirt, black trousers and a black tie holding a folder while sipping his coffee. The man turns around and brighten up, placing the folder on his table.
"Toshinori, didn't expect you to visit todsy." Yagi chuckles as he closes the door.
"Sorry for not announcing my visit, Naomasa." Yagi said. "A lot of things have happen these few days." This causes Naomasa to frown.
"Yeah, and it gets worrying." Naomasa said as he gives Yagi a folder. Yagi hold it and opens it, saw a lot of contents in there. A lot of police evidence pictures shown in the file. Most of them are dead corpses caused by different things.
"Frostburn? Clawed by beast-type quirk? Decapitated? Naomasa...what is this?" Yagi asked as Naomasa sigh.
"A lot of things happen underground, Yagi. Things that limelights were unable to see." Naomasa said as he sigh. "We still unable to figure out who's behind this, and we were desperate enough to ask HPSC to help with this situations. It manages to work, no more victims and the cases have remain dead 15 years ago."
"Did you know what they did to handle this?" Yagi asked as Naomasa shakes his head. "Don't you think it's suspicious?"
"I did. And the recent cases didn't help at all." Naomasa said as he pulls out another file and gave it to Yagi. He did and opens it, seeing a familiar photo of green haired boy. As Yagi reads, he froze when he saw where the incident happens.
It was right at the sewer under the bridge, where the Sludge Villain was captured.
"This...this happens there...?" Yagi asked in horror as he shakes violently.
"Yagi?" Naomasa asked as Yagi hold gis head in shame.
"I...I caught the Sludge Villain 5 days ago in the same place where this happens..." Yagi said as Naomasa widen his eyes. "I...I didn't notice there was another victim there..."
"I see...but there's something weird about this case that I can't ignore." Naomasa said, catching Yagi's attention. "Try to read the next page."
"What?" Yagi was confused before he turns the page and he grows confused. The pictures says that the boy was covered by his own blood, his clothes were tattered, but other than that, he seems fine.
"It seems that the boy got beaten badly by a villain, yet he was completely healed. What's more confusing is that he is quirkless." Yagi froze and turns towards Naomasa.
"Don't tell me..." Yagi mutter in horror.
"No...we check his condition again, still no sign of quirk." Yagi sigh in relief. "But, the weird thing is that the police guarding the boy when he's unconscious told me they saw two HPSC members visiting him and then left in disappointment."
"What made them interested with young Midoriya?" Yagi asked while raising his eyebrow.
"With how he recovered from whatever injuries he might've got, I wasn't surprise if they're interested, probably hoping the boy saw who responsible for healing the boy?'" Naomasa answered unsurely.
"...should we keep an eye on him? Making sure whoever did this to him won't come back to finish the job?" Yagi asked.
"I would love to, but it's not a decision I made. And the police force has streched thin to patrol around the area, making sure the villains didn't claim another victim." Naomasa said.
"Should we get some heroes to participate in this?" Yagi asked.
"I know what you're suggest, and my answer is no." Naomasa said, causing Yagi to wince. "It's not that we didn't appreciate it, it's that heroes are the biggest topic discussed in media. If a group of heroes start to patrol in different area, you know how crazy media will get. Especially you, All Might."
Yagi, or as his hero name called All Might, sighs in defeat. Naomasa was right, if limelight heroes start to change the patrol route, it'll attract too much attentions as the medias are too nosy to not understand the word 'privacy'.
"Is there nothing I can do to help?" Yagu asked, sound so helpless.
"Is this because you want to help or is ut because of guilt?" Yagi's flinch is enough to tell Naomasa everything. "Don't beat yourself too much. No matter how much of a hero you are, you're still human. Not to mention what happens..." Naomasa looks at Yagi's left stomach as he winced.
"...*sigh* I guess..." Yagi was unable to get rid of the thought. He knows the boy is okay now, but after what he learns earlier, he can't stop thinking about it.
Kobold Camp, Galewind Agency

Clang!!
Izuku grits his teeth as he felt the gravity pulls him downward. He is blocking a huge greatsword from the kobold boss using [Mana Blade, but he keeps getting pressed by the sheer strength of the dungeon boss.
'W-what strength!!' Izuku thought as he struggles to push the sword away before he saw a fire appears from the huge kobold's paws. He widens his eyes in horror as the flame made contact, sending Izuku flying and burns his shirt and his jacket.

'That much!?!?' Izuku caught himself as he lands on the ground roughly, using his sword to stop himself. He barely duck as the giant wolf monster appears in front of him and launch a huge burst of flame. As the smoke clears, Izuku saw the boss is about to swing its greatsword down. Thanks to increased senses, agility, and years of analysis, he manages to roll away.
The greatsword made a huge crater on the ground as Izuku rush towards the opponent and use [Mana Blade] to slice the boss. It only manage to graze the monster as it growls and swings its sword towards Izuku, who jumps and land on the sword before trying to stabs his head. The kobold chief saw this, and use its fang to bit the sword. Izuku widen his eyes in shock as the boss swing its head to the side, sending Izuku flying.
The kobold roared and launches a powerful fireball at Izuku. Izuku was unable to do anything but covers his head, as the fireball hits him and exploded, launching him into the tree.

"No shit!" Izuku growls as he gets up quickly before he has to duck from the boss powerful sword swing, cutting several trees behind Izuku. Izuku take this chance to get out of here using [Sprint] and keeping his distance from the boss.
"Damn it...the boss was more than just a hulking barbarian!" Izuku panted as he winced at the burn marks on his arms and chest. Izuku looks back at the window and wince, noticing the healthbar on his armor is on yellow. "Because it's a mere D-Rank, I know it won't last forever, but to think a dungeon boss will be enough."
Izuku watches the humanoid wolf warily as it turns around and rush towards Izuku. Izuku tries to block an incoming sword swing, but he was once more sent flying towards another tree. Izuku grits his teeth and shakily stood up before he saw the boss rushing towards him again. He rushes away from the monster and uses the bushes and tree as his advantages, hiding from the monster.
"Fuck..." Izuku hissed as he looks back at his status window. He winced at the fatigue meter reaching 60 as he slides into the ground. "He's too powerful..." He looks back at the kobold looking around. "How much stronger should I get for it to be enough..." Izuku mutters as he slowly doubts himself. No matter what he did, the kobold simply shrugs it off and hit him tenfolds. He can't help but feels like he's a Deku again...
Deku...the name given by his bully...how much he hates that damn name...
"Fuck...come on, Izuku. Get a grip." Izuku said as he gets up shakily. "You promise yourself to not...not be weak again!" Izuku hits his head before taking a deep breath.
"Think, Izuku, think! Power struggle leads to nowhere, the head was a big no, stomach still isn't a right choice..." Izuku then remembers something and facepalmed. "I got those..." Before he could finish his sentences, a sword swing came from his left. Izuku use both of his hands to block his side, but it broke both arms and sent him flying.

"[Status Recovery!]" The boss looks surpirsed as a green glow coming out of the smoke before it disappear. Then, a pair of green orbs can be seen from the smoke. As it clears, Izuku reveals to be alive and completely healed, surprising the boss itself.
"[Observe!]" After muttering that single word, Izuku made a huge maniacal grin as he grip his sword, coat it with [Mana Blade]. "[Sprint!]" He rushes towards the boss at a great speed as the boss swings down its greatsword hastily.
Izuku spins to other side to move away from the blade and grips his sword properly. He roared and use the mana coated blade as he lunged into his target.
And said target is the monster's crotch.
The wolf howls in pain as blood starts to exploded from where Izuku stabs it, causing it to drop its greatsword. He grins as his eyes glowed.

[Backstory: A proud leader of a pack filled with prideful but idiotic beings. It starts the tradition of catching goblins and burning them alive while partying despite not knowing what they're celebrating. It's constantly in heat and always goes around to mate with his fellow kinds, be it male or female, or even a little pup.]
"You're very proud of your genitals aren't you, ya sick freak!?!" Izuku roared as he swings his sword upwards, create a huge tear from its genital into its guts. The kobold roared and choked Izuku, who retaliates by headbutting it away, which he did it successfully due to the boss constantly losing strength.
"Raarrgh!!" Izuku pulls the sword away and takes a stance. "[Critical Strike!]" Izuku said before letting a powerful jab right at the monster's heart, creating a large hole at its chest before it collapse into the ground, died.

"To think your desire to constantly sex anyone will be your downfall." Izuku mutters before shivering. "And what the fuck is with the information!?! How much of a sicko this fucker is!?!" Izuku gagged before looking at now cracked sword.
"*sigh* It was good while it last." Izuku heard cracks as he look down to see his invisible armors crumbled apart. "Same to you, incomplete barbarian set..." He then open his windows to check the rewards.

"...the con outweighs the pro..." Izuku deadpanned before putting it into his inventory. He then check his second rewards and he can't help but grinned.

"Holy shit!!" Izuku widen his eyes in shock before grinning widely. He has just hit the jackpot and he was over the moon. Izuku then notices something on the ground next to the corpse. He picks it up and gape.

"Fuck yes!" Izuku said excitedly before breaking the runestone. A bright glow emits from his body as a familiar green screen popped up.

"Fireball!" Izuku grinned as the flame appears from his palm. His grin wavered as he stares at his flame. "...to think I got the element similar to the two people I despise..." Izuku turns off the spell. "But, I'll made sure I won't fall the same hole they did..."
Izuku looks at the corpse before he finally got another notification.
[You have defeated the boss. The dungeon will be restored into an original state.]
Izuku saw the world glitches before it turns into a completely normal looking alleyway. He gets up and putting all the items into the inventory so he won't caught more attentions given his clothes conditions are now.
"I'm so beat..." Izuku sigh as he walks out of the alleyway before noticing a lot of people crowded the street. Izuku looks confused at what they're doing before he saw something that turns him as pale as snow.
Right in front of everyone is a huge glowing blue crack, similar to the first dungeon he ever visited and almost die from it.
