I feel bad, as well, but raising dragons is illegal, it's even in canon. This way, harry doesn't get sent to azkaban.

He WILL be able to visit rose, but it will require him to be rather creative. Also, sonido are exclusive to the arrancar and the espada, not soul reapers.

Also, i'm thinking about harry getting what newt scamander has, sometime between 2nd and 3rd year.

Previously:

Hagrid put a hand on harry's shoulder. "It's for the best, harry. At least like this, you would still be able to visit her," hagrid said.

Harry perked up a bit at that. "True," he said.

Now:

Midnight

Harry was waiting for charlie weasley to arrive, to take his daughter to the dragon reserve. While he was waiting, he made a plushie of a skeletal dragon for his daughter. He even charmed it to be indestructible, to be able to grow with her, and to have his unique scents (since the ironbelly in gringotts said that he smells like a dragon and something else, he decided to add them to the plushie, on the off chance that rose begins to forget him).

Suddenly, some people appeared on brooms, with a crate between them. As they landed, rose became nervous, and climbed on her mother, her plushie in her mouth, until she reached his hair, then she moved the plushie from her mouth to one of her claws.

"Aww," the sole female of the group gushed, getting uncomfortably close to harry. "That plushie and the way it's holding it is adorable," she gushed.

"Miss, can you please back up a bit, you're rather close," harry managed to get out.

The girl heard him, saw that she was REALLY close. So, she went 'eep' blushed a bit in embarrassment, and backed away.

"Thank you," harry said. "Now, which one of you is charlie weasley?" harry asked.

"Right here," a man's voice said, while raising a hand (he looks like he does in the books).

"Right, hagrid said that you were one of the BEST dragon handlers that they had. Is that true?" harry asked sternly.

"Personally, i think i'm pretty good. But others say that i'm among the best," charlie said.

"I will trust YOU ALONE to take care of my daughter. Should ANYTHING UNTOWARD happen to her, not even grindlewald, voldemort and albus dumbledore COMBINED will not save you from my rage!" harry warned charlie.

Charlie turned paler than a ghost, as if he lost ALL the blood in his body.

"Un-un-understood," charlie managed to get out.

"Now, i will speak with my daughter, to let her know," harry said.

§rose,§ harry began, getting his daughter's attention and into his arms, while also surprising the four humans in front of him.

§mama?§ she answered, surprising the four humans further, as the didn't know that parseltongue was capable of being used to speak with dragons.

§i'm unable to raise you with me§ harry said sadly.

§mama?§ rose asked sadly.

§these people will make sure that you get to a place where you will be able to grow in a safe place§ harry said.

§aww, i wanna stay with you, mama§ rose complained.

§i know you do, hatchling. But i can't, because i would be forced to go away for a VERY long time§ harry said. §at least if i send you to a new home, i will still be able to visit you, whenever i can§

§ok, mama§ rose said, sadly.

§ hey, hey, the plushie i gave you?§ harry asked.

§of course i do, mama! I love it§ rose exclaimed rather happily.

§i made that plushie for you. It's unable to be destroyed. It can grow with you, and it has my scents, so it can be like i'm there for you, even if it's indirectly§ harry said.

§thank you, mama, for my plushie§ rose said.

§you're welcome, hatchling§ harry said.

With that, harry and his daughter cuddled for a bit, before harry reluctantly put his daughter into the crate for transportation.

"Remember what i said, weasley," harry said darkly.

Charlie, who regained his color while watching harry converse with and hug his daughter, lost his color again, becoming even paler than the last time harry said it.

Harry knelt next to the crate, and said §stay safe, my little hatchling§.

Rose licked his face a bit, then said §ok, mama§.

With that, charlie put a LOT of food and drink inside the crate, and closed it (it's NOT animal cruelty. It has ventilation charms for air, cleansing charms for when rose decides to go to the bathroom and stability charms for a smooth ride for her).

With that, charlie and his travel companions rose into the air, and flew towards the reserve. Harry waited until they were out of sight, then went back to the dorm, went to his bed, then passed out from stress, exhaustion and sadness.

Morning, after classes

Harry decided to go to hagrid's place. However, unbeknownst to harry, two students were following him. But, it was NOT draco and ronald.

Harid's house

"Well, hagrid, she's gone," harry said sadly.

"I know it was har', harry. I had to do something similar with aragog," hagrid said.

"Aragog?" harry asked. He was getting a bad feeling about that name.

"E's an acromantula that i had hatched while i was a studen' 'ere," hagrid said. "After i was expelled, i found a place for 'im in the forbidden forest," hagrid said.

"And, WHAT'S an acromantula?" harry asked (he had memorized spells, plants and potions and their ingredients, he hadn't read a book on magical creatures).

"They're essentially spiders. The smallest is the size of an ordinary spider. The largest, aragog, would be around three times the size of the knight bus. Most average around the size of a car," hagrid explained.

Harry felt a headache coming on. "Hagrid, are aragog and his children still in the forest?" harry asked.

"Of course, it was the closest place i could get aragog to, after I was expelled" hagrid explained.

"Let me get this straight, hagrid: you put a giant spider and its family into a forest that is next to a boarding school for children?" harry asked.

"Yes, i did," hagrid said, still not seeing the problem.

"Hagrid, once aragog dies, what's to stop his children from attacking the school in a feeding frenzy?" harry asked.

Hagrid paled, realizing what he had let happen.

"Hagrid, this warning will be for aragog and his children, since i'm assuming that you visit him: should any of you attack the school, they WILL BE DESTROYED!"

"I'll let them know," hagrid said as he paled a bit more at the warning.
