Hello, readers. I'm VickyT36, and I'm a big fan of the YouTube channel MSA or My Story Animated. So I decided to make a story like it. Enjoy!

Chapter 1: Lonely Kimmy

A 15-year-old girl with tan skin, dark purple hair, brown eyes wearing a green and black t-shirt, blue jeans, and black sneakers sat on a bench in a park.

"Hi, I'm Kimmy from Massachusetts. Have any of you felt like you're invisible? Well I have that issue."

She stood up, and began walking to her house.

"You see I live with my parents, and my older sister, Margret and younger brother George meaning I'm the middle child. And if that isn't hard enough, my parents give them most of their attention."

As I walked into my driveway, I saw a woman with tan skin, short purple hair, and brown eyes wearing a white t-shirt, blue shorts, and sneakers. And an 11-year-old boy with tan skin, short blue hair, and brown eyes.

Wearing a red and black soccer shirt, black jeans, and white sneakers. That was my mom and little brother George, they were kicking a soccer ball around. George was an aspiring soccer player and Mom since used to play she took him under her wing as his personal coach.

"Come on, George keep on dribbling." she encouraged.

"I'm doing it, Mom." George replied.

They were so busy practicing, they didn't even notice me. I walked into my house, and headed towards my room I overheard voices. I looked into the living room, and saw a man and an 18-year-old girl.

The man had tan skin, dark blue hair, and mustache, and brown eyes. His clothes are a blue long sleeved shirt, khaki pants, and brown shoes. And the girl had tan skin, purple hair in a braid, and brown eyes.

And she was wearing a pink shirt, white pants, and pink sandals. That was my dad and my sister Margret.

"So you really think I can take a tour of your law firm?" she asked him.

"Of course, Margret. It'll be good for you to see what a real firm looks like if you're gonna be a lawyer like me." Dad replied.

As you can see Margret's my dad's favorite because she wants to be a lawyer like him. And just like Mom and George, they didn't seem to notice me. So I just went to my room, and hung out there until it was dinnertime.

At the table, my family talked about their day, while I simply ate my food.

"Kimmy."

I looked up to see that my mom was talking to me.

"How's school going?"

"School's going fine, Mom." I reply.

"Still getting C's?" Margret asked me in a teasing voice.

I grimaced, Margret liked to tease me for getting grades that were lower than hers.

"Now, Kimmy we expect better than that." Dad told me.

"Yes, Dad."

George snicked at me, and I continued to eat. So my home life isn't the best.

The next day, I went to school. I looked around, and saw two students my own age. They were a boy and girl, the boy had tan skin, green hair, and brown eyes. And he wore a blue t-shirt, jeans, and black sneakers.

That was Ryan. And the girl had dark skin, dark brown hair, and brown eyes. She was wearing a red blouse, black jeans, and white shoes. That was Leah. These two were my friends, ever since we were in 6th grade.

"Hi, guys." I said, as I went up to them.

But they didn't seem to notice me, they were too busy making googly eyes at each other.

"Uh, guys?" I said a little louder.

That snapped them out of trance, and they looked at me.

"Oh, hey Kimmy when did you get here?" asked Leah.

"Sorry, we didn't notice you." Ryan replied.

"Of course you didn't." I thought to myself.

A couple months ago, Leah and Ryan had started to date. I was happy for them, but then our friend group began to change. They wanted to spend time with only each other almost all the time. Days we used to spend together going to the movies, the mall, or just hanging out at the park were now just me.

Leah and Ryan now just wanted to go on dates and spend time with each other. And even when we did hang out as a group they mostly spent time sweet talking each other and acting like I wasn't even there.

Basically I was turned into a third wheel. Then the bell rang, and we all went inside.

School was pretty normal, and as I walked down the hallway I saw Margret with her friends, and then I saw Leah and Ryan. I missed having my little group, and wished I could have them back. But there was no way I was going to tell them to break up with each other.

They were so happy together, and I wasn't about to take that away. While at my locker, getting my things I noticed a group of students walking towards me. There were three of them, two girls and one boy.

The first girl had light skin, blonde hair, and blue eyes. Her clothes were an orange shirt, blue skirt, and orange slip on shoes. That was Pam. The boy had dark tan skin, black hair, and brown eyes. And he wore a teal t-shirt, khaki pants, and brown shoes.

He was Cesar. And the other girl had dark skin, black hair, and brown eyes. And her clothes were a green dress and matching green shoes. Those three were the Elites, and considered the "snobby" clique in school. They always looked like they just came out of a magazine, and spent their time going to high end places that were often really expensive.

I kept my head down, as they walked past me.

At lunch, I got my lunch tray, and looked for a place to sit. Usually I'd go sit with Ryan and Leah but I was a little tired of just watching them feed each other their food and sweet talk each other.

So I looked around the cafeteria, found an empty table, and sat down at it. As I was eating my burger, I felt someone come up to me. I looked up and saw the Elites.

"Excuse me, who are you?" Pam asked me.

"Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't realize this was your table. Sorry." I quickly said.

And with that, I grabbed my tray and quickly hurried away.

When school was over, I made my way home. Margret was staying after school for a debate club meeting and Leah and Ryan were going to hang out at the mall. They invited me to go with them, but I knew what would happen so I declined.

I wondered would my life stay this way forever?

The next day, during first period math the morning announcement came on.

"And now the winners of the raffle last week."

At first I was confused, but then I remembered last week at a student carnival to raise money for the local hospital. I bought a raffle ticket, to make a donation and almost forgot I had it. I pulled out of my backpack and held it.

The principal read out two raffle ticket numbers, and then came the final numbers.

"And the final raffle ticket winner is 12836."

I looked down, and saw...it was my ticket! I had won!

"Winners please report to my office to know your prize."

The teacher let me leave the classroom, and I went to see what my prize was.

In the principal's office me and the other two winners received our prizes. The principal gave another girl a movie coupon, and a boy a ticket for a baseball game.

"And here's your prize, Kimmy."

He handed me a small piece of paper. I looked at it, and saw that it was an invitation for a high tea at a fancy hotel. We thanked him, and left his office.

After school, as I was leaving I saw Ryan and Leah getting ready to leave.

"Hey guys. Look what I won." I told them, showing them the invitation.

"That's nice, Kimmy." Ryan told me.

But he didn't really sound very interested.

"Don't you want to know what it is? It's an invitation to a high tea."

"That's great Kimmy. We have to get to the movies. We're catching a new romantic comedy. Bye." Leah replied.

And with that, they left leaving me. I sighed sadly, and made my way home.

At home I tried to tell my parents about my prize, but they were too busy with their work and tending to Margret and George's needs. Eventually, I just gave up and went to my room. I guess I would just go to the tea myself.

Who knows, this tea could be fun.
