Orange island adventure's part 6, Team Rocket spy!
In a team rocket base Proton is watching some Pokémon squirm in their cells.
(Chuckles)" Logan was wise to send you to me, even with Giovanni gone we're still powerful," Proton said."
"So, what's the plan?" Midori asked."
"Simple, we'll train them enough to not only beat that twerp and his friends, we'll also be able to face Logan himself!" Proton replied."
He laughs while holding a strange orb.
Later, Lincoln and friends made it to another island. during their travel, Lincoln caught a crystal Onix and a shiny Snorlax, Ronnie Anne exposes the mayor of an island for abandoning a Bulbasaur when he was a kid because she couldn't evolve. So, she lets it join her.
Man, I still can't believe that mayor abandoned this Bulbasaur when he was a kid," Ronnie Anne said." he should've just trained her."
"I know sis, but it's the professor oak said, some trainers don't even bother training and just want strong Pokémon," Bobby said." On the Brightside, that mayor was tossed towards his statue destroying it and lost all his votes."
"True, and I bet nurse joy would make a great mayor," Ronnie Anne said." But do you know what surprises me most?"
"What?" Clyde asked."
"The crystal Onix Lincoln caught, the fact that it like water, but he's a water and ice type," Ronnie Anne replied."
"I know, he must be a regional variant," Lincoln said." but it was kind of a letdown that the Snorlax I caught wasn't much, just being a little dark blue."
"True, I guess not all shinnies are perfect," Clyde said."
The group makes it to the docks.
"You sure we're supposed to meet the spy here?" Clyde asked."
"That's what Ren's note said."
"Well, how will we know where the spy is or who he or she is?" Ronnie Anne asked."
"No idea," Bobby replied."
"You don't have to worry about that," a voice said."
They turn around to see Midori. Lincoln was the most shocked seeing her.
"YOU!" Lincoln said."
"You're the spy?!" Ronnie Anne asked."
"Yup," Midori replied."
"But all that stuff you said and wanted to kill me on the boat!" Lincoln said."
"All an act, I couldn't blow my cover, who else called professor oak to call a guy named Leonard," Midori said."
"I like to see proof!" Ronnie Anne said."
Midori shows them her police badge.
"Ok, we're convinced," Clyde said."
"So, why are you here?" Bobby asked."
(Puts her badge away)" A team rocket base is here on the island, along with more Pokémon from alternate universes," Midori replied." So, I figured you guys would help me fee them while I hack the computers to expose the other locations and members hiding in plain sight."
"Sounds like a plan," Lincoln said." But how do we get in?"
"Leave that to me," Midori replied."
Later, Midori enters the base with Lincoln and friends in cuffs. They're presented to Proton.
"Midori! you captured the boy who ended team rocket!" Proton said."
"Indeed," Midori said."
"Well then, Cassidy! Buzz! take them to their cells!" Proton said."
"The name is Butch!" Butch said."
"Of course, sir," Cassidy said."
They escort Lincoln and the others to their cells. Suddenly, Mew appears Infront of them uses hypnosis on Cassidy and Butch knocking them out.
"Nice work Mew," Lincoln said as he and the others take off the fake cuffs."
"Ok, first things first, we free the captured Pokémon then cause enough chaos to distract Proton so Midori can hack the computers," Lincoln said."
Clyde, Ronnie Anne, Tracy, and Bobby nod. they head towards the room and sees the captured Pokémon surprised seeing monkey, cats, bunny, even beast Pokémon.
"Whoa, these Pokémon are definitely from another universe," Bobby said."
"Whoa, those are Tinkatons, but they're different," Tracy said." Same with that Kangaskan and Larvitar and many more. definitely regional variants"
"What are you guys?" Lincoln asked."
He pulls out his Pokedex.

He points his other Pokémon.

As Lincoln starts picking the locks as Clyde uses his pokedex to the cat like Pokémon. Ronnie Anne and Bobby do the same.

Ronnie Anne checks out the other Pokémon.

"I can tell they're not lying and wants to destroy this place," Kenzu said."
"Yup, so what do you say?" Lincoln asked."

Lincoln and Ronnie Anne sent out their Mewtwo's.
"Hey, you two want to destroy this team rocket base?" Ronnie Anne asked."
"Gladly," female Mewtwo replied."
In proton's office, he was admiring the orb.
'Just imagine if we had all seven of them, we could be just no more powerful than Logan,' Proton thought.'
Suddenly an explosion was heard making him jump.
"What's going on?!" Proton asked."
Midori comes in.
"Sir, the captured Pokémon have escaped thanks to the twerps now they're destroying everything!" Midori replied."
"What?!" Proton said as he puts the orb down and heads outside.
Midori uses the opportunity to hack the computer to get the files. Proton enters the room and sees the Pokémon destroying everything and knocking out the rocket grunts.
"Hi there Proton," Lincoln said."
"YOU!" Proton yelled.
He was about to pull out a pokeball until Seviper wrapped itself around him.
"What?! let go you useless Pokémon!" Proton said."
"That won't happen," Midori said as she walks up to him."
"What's this about Midori?" Proton asked."
"You'll see," Midori replied."
Suddenly the cops burst in and rounded up every grunt except for Cassidy and Butch who escaped.
"Nice work Midori," Jenny said."
"Wait, you're a cop?!" Proton asked."
"Yup, undercover agent Midori," Midori replied."
Proton yells as he and the rocket grunts are put into a van. Later Midori meets up with Lincoln and the others.
"Thanks for the help, guys," Midori said."
"No problem, I'm just glad team rocket's gone," Lincoln said."
"Well, not all of them are gone, there are still those hiding in plain sight. but for now, I got to get to HQ and upload the files," Midori said."
"Ok, we'll probably see you again," Lincoln said."
"Yeah, and again, sorry for everything," Midori said."
"It's fine, you were undercover," Lincoln said."
Midori smiles and kisses Lincoln's forehead leaving Clyde, Bobby, and mostly Ronnie Anne shocked. She then gets rid of her team rocket outfit revealing her hot police outfit making Clyde woof.
"Oh yeah, here," Midori said giving Lincoln the orb."
"What's this?" Lincoln asked."
"It's some weird orb that Giovanni had Proton hold on too, he was saying about gathering all 7 to make some wish," Midori replied."
"Just like in dragon ball," Lincoln said." Thanks, I'll keep it safe, and we'll probably find more of them."
Midori smiles and leaves. In the meantime, the free Pokémon gather around the group.
"We wanted to thank you for saving us," Nidoran X said."
"No problem, so what will you do?" Lincoln asked."
Suddenly four hooded figures appeared.
"We'll take them home to their universes," one of the hooded figures replied."
"Actually, I want to travel with Lincoln," Nidoran X said."
"Me too, I'm curious about this Godzilla," Larvitar said."
"Same here with dragon ball," Kakarunt said." along with that one-piece thing."
"We want to go with him too," the Fire type Tinkaton said."
"We like to go home," Monkid said."
"Same with us," Mashu said."
"We like to go with the guy with glasses," Grumpurr said."
"Same, we're not sure why but we feel a great connection to Lincoln," Bunnski said."
Fair enough," the other hooded figure said."
The four figures open a portal and the Pokémon hop through it misusing the ones that want to stay.
"They'll be ok, we'll see you later Lincy," the other hooded figure said as the four go through the portal.
"Did that figure call you Lincy? I thought Leni, Lola, and Lily call you that," Clyde said."
"True, but for now let's welcome our new team members," Lincoln said."
All the Tinkatons suddenly jump Lincoln and smother him with kisses, so he uses his loveballs to catch them.
(Looks a Kakarunt)" I'll nickname you Goku," Lincoln said as he catches Kakarunt." (To Turshi): and You Roshi, and they have mega stones."
He catches Turshi. He then catches Voltkit and Gumfist naming them Nami and Luffy. Along with Bunnski, Harlaquaire, Sluggle, Bunpire, Subliminare, Echop, Dustuft, Wolperush, and Lapaint.
"I can tell my sisters will love them, mostly Lucy with Bunpire," Lincoln said."
Ronnie Anne catches, Ryhorn and nicknames it Angurius. she also catches Psycaw and Swordile nicknaming them Robin and Sanji and the Paternal Kangaskhan. Clyde catches Mosupira, Panthagon, Manticour, Grumpurr, Kittipillar, Dustabby, Whipurr, and Tailong. Bobby catches, Rogan, Swordile, Tidaling, and Aimling.
"These Pokémon will be great help in the orange league," Ronnie Anne said."
"Just imagine everyone's reaction after seeing them," Bobby said."
"Knowing Lisa, she would want to study them," Clyde said."
"True, but for now, let's head to next island for the next gym," Lincoln said."
They leave while elsewhere, the four hooded figures revealing the same older versions of Lana, Lola, Lisa, and Lily from before that were watching the family look after Togepi watches them leave.
"Why did you call his nickname?" Older Lana asked."
"I'm sorry, I just miss him," older Lola replied."
"Me too," Older Lily said."
"We all do, but we have to wait," older Lisa said."
"Why, the whole family made amends with him," older Lola said."
"Even if they did, I still don't trust them yet, who's to say that they'll do it again, huh?" older Lana asked."
The three looks at each other knowing older Lana had a point.
"Look, for now we'll keep waiting like our brothers told us," Older Lisa said." When we see them in Jhoto we'll put them to a test to see if they really changed," Older Lisa said."
"Yeah, especially Lori, Lynn, and Lola," Older Lola said." (Thinking): 'Still can't believe I was like that five years ago.'
The four disappear in the portal.
