Naruto: The Child of Prophecy
Authors Note: I do not own Naruto, all rights are owned and reserved by Masashi Kishimoto and Shueisha. I simply wanted to share my take on a world of imagination in my favorite piece of fiction. Timeskips will be obvious in the fact that you will be able to tell that time has passed, I do not believe that I need to tell you every time time has passed. I will be changing a lot of peoples backstories and heritage to fit into my story. If it has not been specifically spoken about you can assume it is the same as cannon. The timeline is mostly the same with the reincarnation cycle style happenning it is just different points in time have been slightly changed to suit my story. One major example of the timeline remaining the same is that both the 1st and 2nd Hokages, Hashirama and Tobirama Senju die in the 1st shinobi world war and Hiruzen Sarutobi is elected as the Third.
Chapter 1: "The Prophecy Unveiled"
In the tranquil realm of Mount Myoboku, where the ancient toads dwelled amidst the lush foliage and shimmering ponds, Gamamaru, the venerable sage, sat in quiet contemplation. His eyes, ancient and wise, gazed into the distance, pondering the mysteries of the ninja world and the prophecies that foretold its future.
As he sat in silent meditation, a shimmering portal of light materialized before him, heralding the arrival of an unexpected visitor. Stepping through the portal with an aura of divine power, the Sage of Six Paths, Hagoromo Otsutsuki, regarded Gamamaru with a knowing smile.
"Gamamaru, I come seeking your counsel," the Sage spoke, his voice resonating with wisdom and authority. "For the time has come to reveal the truth of the Child of Prophecy and the destiny that awaits him."
Gamamaru bowed respectfully, his eyes alight with curiosity. "Speak, Sage of Six Paths, and I shall listen," he replied, his voice echoing through the tranquil surroundings.
With a solemn nod, the Sage began to unravel the tangled threads of fate that bound the ninja world together. He spoke of his two sons, Asura and Indra, whose eternal struggle for power had shaped the course of history. And he spoke of the Child of Prophecy, the reincarnation of both Asura and Indra, whose destiny held the key to bringing balance to the world.
"But there is more to the prophecy than meets the eye," the Sage continued, his gaze piercing the veil of time itself. "For the Child of Prophecy is not just the reincarnation of my sons, but also the reincarnation of myself. He is the vessel through which my legacy shall be reborn, and the harbinger of a new era for the ninja world."
