In the forest

Issei was training with his katana in the forest while Moka is in her inner Moka form fighting against a shadow clone of her self that Issei made with his Dark magic (No jutsu)

Issei sat down and took a little break and is reading the manga of Demon Slayer that will come out in 2016 and has learned to do some things.

He can turn his powers such as Fire, Water, Ice, Lightning and Water into styles and he would not be using the breathing techniques, he would make his own styles and looks for his katana.

Issei's katana was the basic Katana but it is a mixed with Tungsten and Titanium which can withstand 2,250C which is a very high heat but knew that it was not enough to withstand his flames so he used the closest thing to the strongest material.

Dragon scales.

Issei learned how to form parts of his body into that of a dragon and he his scales fell off since he is shedding scales and he picked up the scales from the ground and put them in a pouch for later on.

Issei's sent his scales to a blacksmith in England and that blacksmith is an elf and just not any elf, that elf is the descendant of an Avalonion elf. The elf that crafted the Legendary King's Sword Excalibur, the one elf that helped Merlin make from the Holy Grail!

Issei got this info from Ddraig who made contact with the elf and the elf happily accepted in making Issei a Legendary Dragon Katana.

Issei and Moka walked into school again and proceed with their day as usual but they both felt the stare of someone when they were in class, at lunch and going home.

Scene change and Timeskip

Issei let Moka go on ahead home while he stayed at the bridge over a road and would be researching something.

Just as he was about to leave he felt the aura of a dark angel.

He turned around and sees an attractive young woman with violet eyes, and a curvaceous, slender body. She had long, silky black hair that reached down to her hips. Her school uniform, which consisted of a dark red jacket with the letter "P" embroidered in gold, a white undershirt, a red bow, and a green skirt with a thin white strip around the lower end.

Ddraig: Issei she is a fallen angel.

Issei: I got it but lets see what she wants.

Ddraig (recording): Connection terminated!

Issei looked at the young woman and she began to speak.
Unknown Girl: Hello a-are you Issei Hyoudou?

Issei: Yes who's asking?

Unknown Girl: It's only me who is asking and I've been noticing that you walk on the same bridge that I walk on and umm... uh.

Issei: Excuse me what?

Unknown Girl: I would love for you to be my boyfriend.

Issei sweat dropped.

Issei: This is the shityist attempt at confessing.

Issei: Sorry I can't do that.

Unknown Girl: Wh-why? Am I not beautiful enough?!

Issei: No, no you are It's just that I don't believe such bullshit you are doing, Fallen!

Unknown Girl: What are you talking about?

Issei: Please I couldn't bare seeing you do such a cringe thing to me and your my age. So speak up or I'll have to kill you! But first tell me your name. Your real name!

Unknown Girl: Tch! Fine.

She began to transform into her true self and the sky then turned purple.

Raynare: My name is Raynare a fallen angel sent by Azazel to look at sacred gear users.

Issei: I was kinda expecting a glamorous transformation but ay. What was your task?

Raynare: I was tasked with observing the user-

Issei: But you end up killing them, right.

Raynare's eyes widened in surprise and before she could even say anything he spoke again.

Issei: I've been hearing alot about Sacred Gear users being found without limbs, eyes and other parts where their gears had been stolen and many have had lost their lives and for what, just to do research on them, if you tell me this Azazel sounds like a total asshole. But now on the task at hand.

Raynare began to feel a lot of power rising from the source and it was a crimson red aura that surrounded Issei.

Issei: So let me get this straight it was not really from Azazel's orders to kill them it was from someone else who they told you specifically to kill me and can you give me a reason?

Raynare: W-well he thought that y-you would become to powerful and ruin his p-plan.

Raynare was shaking in her boots, literally!

Raynare then tried to fly away but as she was in the air she felt a searing amount of pain from her back.

She looked back and saw Issei on the ground with a black gauntlet on his left arm that had a red gem, white claws and two large spikes from the end of it holding her wings in his gauntlet left hand.

She began to feel that she is falling and she did making an impact with the ground, she landed in Kuoh park as she was bleeding from her back and broke an arm and a leg.

Issei walks close to the crater where Raynare's wingless injured body before his very eyes.

Raynare: H-how do you ha-have that gauntlet of the Evil Black Dragon Emperor?!

She had didn't even feel the pain only 5 seconds later as she descended from the air.

Issei: Ddraig I think it's time we kill her before any more trouble occurs?

Ddraig: Yes let's do it!

Ddraig: Boost! Boost!

A orb of power on the tip of Issei's finger glowed a dark crimson red.

Issei: 二度と会わないことを願っています

Issei fling the red orb at the fallen's body and she was disintegrated from skin to nothing.

Issei: Damn better clean this up.

Issei had used magic to restore the surroundings and clear all of the magic away as to not be detected by others and left the park.

Soon after a red magic circle appeared and the crimson haired woman clad in her school uniform looked around and saw that where she felt power was gone and nothing seemed to have happened here and she left with the same magic circle.

Issei reached home and proceeds his room where he sees Moka in her pink pocadotted pj's with books and pencils as he almost forgot about his homework and changed into different clothes and do his homework with Moka and after that went to sleep.
