It was night time as the moon was at it's half-phase and the moonlight shone onto the Church windows and Issei with Kiba wearing their uniforms and Irina and Xenovia discussing their plan.
One of the two groups goes to East side and one group goes to the North side of Kuoh in order to sarch for the Excalibur pieces.
The boys walked down the streets of Kuoh and neither found anything up until Kiba mentions that he might know where they can search.
Scene Skip
Issei and Kiba arrived at an abandoned building and as they were about to enter they heard maniacle laughter and looked to see Freed Sellzen.
Freed: Oh nice to see you! Now it's time for you to meet your fate!
The fight began with Issei summoning the Boosted Gear and Kiba with his sword and Kiba launched himself in the air and as he was about to clash with Freed, he disappeared put of thin air and Kiba felt the aura of the Excalibur Freed held and he deflected an attack from Freed and both landing on the ground.
Freed: I like this sword you know why? Because it makes me faster than anyone. It's name is Excalibur Rapidly but I like to call it the Flash sword.
The fight between Freed and Kiba continued in sparks and speed as the two were flashing around the field. Freed began to feel his energy deplete by little and Kiba began to have the upper hand with his stamina training and he slashed Freed on his thigh making him kneel and Kiba jumped back and stabbed his sword into the ground.
Kiba: Your finished! Sword Birth!
Plathera of swords surrounded Freed as he thought he could not escape but then the sound of someone clapping their hands was heard by the three as Kiba stopped his attack by mere inches from Freed's face and Issei jumped next to Kiba.
Freed: WHAT MUST I DO NOW, OLD MAN?!
Freed shouted at the man who appeared to be in his 50-60's wearing a priest outfit with a hat and glasses.
Kiba's eyes narrowed and his face showed anger. The old man told Freed to put his remaining energy into the Excalibur and Freed did so and his power began to increase to high-class power and escaped from the sword trap and jumped over Issei and Kiba and stood next to the old man holding a small black ball in his hand.
Freed: See ya!
Freed threw the ball to the ground and it made a bright flash of light and the Dragon and reincarnated devil covered their eyes and after a moment the two priests were gone. Kiba shouted out the name of the old man.
Kiba: Valper Gallilei!!
After a few moments Issei heard two people running to their location and the two were Irina and Xenovia. When Issei explained what happened the two were a bit skeptical about what is to happen next and the four dispersed.
The next day
It was sunset as Issei, Moka and Asia came to the O.R.C after school and as they entered it was only Rias, Akeno and Koneko. The three asked what happened to Kiba and they said that they haven't seen Kiba or the two Holy sword wielders since the day Issei nearly killed them with his outburst and have sent their familiars to find them.
Rias' ear lit up as a mini magic circle appeared and her eyes widened at what her familiar found. Issei, Moka, Asia, Rias, Akeno and Koneko teleported to where the familiar is and all saw Irina injured with her body mostly bare and all rushed beside her. Issei cradled her head on his right arm and Asia used her Twilight Healing on Irina and she began to gain her consciousness.
Issei: Irina! What happened? Where's Kiba and Xenovia?
Irina spoke few words as she couldn't hold for much longer. Then a light blue magic circle appeared and Sona, Tsubaki and Saji walked to where their fellow students were and Sona told Tsubaki to take her to her house to be treated for her injuries. Issei thanked Sona for helping.
Freed: Well well well lookie what we have here? Devil's, Vampires and two boys.
Issei with Red and Black, Akeno with Yellow, Rias with Red and Sona with light blue magic circles on their hands aimed at Freed.
Freed held his hands up and the swords he had were another two Excaliburs and Irina's. Issei held his hostility from breaking loose after what Freed had done and as he was going to attack the sky turned dark purple.
A high power signature was felt by all as they looked up and saw a tall, pale man with long black hair and narrow, blood red eyes, has pointy, elf-like ears and possesses five pairs of black wings.
Rias: Who are you
???: It's an honor to meet you, daughter of the House if Gremory. I am Kokabiel.
Rias: Well Kokabiel what do you want here?
Kokabiel intended to create war with The Underworld and Heaven because of his boredom and his annoyance to The General Governor of the Fallen Angels, Azazel. Kokabiel plans to use the school and the two Heiress's to create that war he wanted so badly and talked about the destruction of Kuoh and it's people. Issei took this threat very seriously and he threw a very powerful haymaker to
Kokabiel and Freed so hard that the two flew to the school grounds and the sky turned back to normal. Issei was not about to let anyone destroy his hometown and he instructed everyone to follow him and Sona called her Peerage to help in creating a barrier to have the damage from the warzone away from human eyes and ears.
Sona: Rias you should call your brother for help!
Rias was about to say something but Akeno intervened saying that she has already contacted Sirzechs. Rias shouted at her why but Akeno told her that even though Rias doesn't want to call for help but she had to. They were going to fight a Leader-class who survived the War and Rias agreed and forces would arrive in an hour.
Once they stepped in they saw what looked like a ritual that was being made. Then they got their answer from Kokabiel sitting on a floating throne.
Kokabiel: It seems that the four Excaliburs are going to be fused. So who's coming Lucifer or Leviathan?
Rias: Right now it's us your facing.
Kokabiel smiled and he snapped his fingers and a glowing yellow light turned into a spear and he shot it at the gymnasium and it exploded leaving nothing.
All stood their ground and the spear disappeared.
Issei walked towards Moka and pulled of the Rosary and a bright pink glow shone as Moka grew taller, breasts and the rest of her body growing bigger, hair turning silver and eyes blood red.
Inner Moka: So what have I been transformed for?
Issei: To prevent a war from breaking out.
Kokabiel looked at the two as Issei's power was above his own and Moka's was as powerful as him.
Kokabiel: Well since all of you have come to see me might as well let you play with my pets!
His thrown shot a beam onto the ground and a hole opened up and a pillar of flames and Issei saw two hound come out of the flames. Rias was shocked to see three legendary Three headed Cerberus, keeper of the gates of Hell.
Issei: Rias! Akeno! Koneko! You take the first Cerberus!
The three nod and Akeno transformed into her traditional miko attire and flew above the Cerberus. Issei grabbed Asia and put her at the far side of the campus.
The first Cerberus shot flames from it's mouth at Rias and Akeno. Akeno uses Ice magic to freeze the flames and they shattered. Rias shot the P.O.D at the Cerberus chest making it fall on its back.
The second Cerberus ran towards Inner Moka and Koneko but the two silver haired girls jumped up and axe kicked the two heads hitting the ground. Akeno's shot lightning directly at its feet but it became even more aggressive.
Issei lifted up his gauntlet and a sphere of energy appeared in his hand and he shouted.
Issei: Transfer!
The gauntlet shouted the command and the sphere divided into three mini spheres and flew to the three devil's and they absorbed the spheres gaining more power and he heard a scream and saw that the second Cerberus was going to eat her. Issei blitz to Asia and he kicked the Cerberus away. Asia thanked him and he decided to take her to where Sona was and asked them to protect her.
After he left Asia by Sona he had his wings come out and flew back to the battle field and saw that Inner Moka and Koneko already defeated the Cerberus and Rias and Akeno about to defeat it but then.
The sound of a loud slash was heard and it's middle head was cut of by Xenovia with her Excalibur and she cut the Cerberus in half and then killed the third one by slicing it in half.
Then a fourth one was summoned but was stabbed by swords pertruding from the ground and Kiba landed next to Issei.
Issei: You made it.
Rias was relieved that her knight was safe.
Rias: Akeno!
Akeno lifted her fist into the air.
Akeno: Resurrecting through the air,
the roar of thunder,
plunge from the heavens,
and reap destruction!
RAGING BOLT!!
The lightning shot from her hand down to the ground and Rias summoned a magic circle under it and it's power was enhanced by tenfold and disintegrated the Cerberus into nothing.
Issei: Hell Yeah!
Kokabiel: Hell Yeah is kind of a stretch.
Issei's mini celebration was cut short.
Rias got angry and shot a dragon shaped P.O.D attack at Kokabiel but he just smirked and caught it with is hand and threw it back at Rias and she evaded it by flying to the right and the attack hit the ground creating a huge crater.
Kokabiel: Impressive! My hands burned a little. It's fascinating.
Valper: It is complete!
Everyone looked towards Valper and saw that the Ritual for the Excalibur has been completed. Xenovia and Kiba became worried.
Kokabiel was pleased with what has happened and has achieved the power he wanted from the swords fusing together. Valper warned them all to leave but Issei didn't stand around and he used a form he hasn't used in 8 years.
Issei's build up of power began in a bright crimson light that blinded everyone. Even Sona could see the power that Issei possessed.
Issei: BALANCE BREAKER!!!
Ddraig: BALANCE BREAKER!!!
Issei transformed into his BALANCE BREAKER form.
The armour is a onyx black dragon armour, crimson eyes, white spikes and claws.
Kokabiel gained a smirk but it was cut short as he felt a punch to the ribs and saw Issei and he disappeared and Kokabiel used his wings to fly up and threw many light spears at Issei but he kept on maneuvering and dodged all of them and a stray spear flew at the group and Kiba tried to defend them by trying to deflect the spear it worked but the spear flew back and hit the ground 5 meters away from Kiba and exploded leaving him injured.
Issei used his speed to land many kicks but Kokabiel being an experienced combatant he could match Issei's pinches but the kicks he was having trouble with them and had been kicked in the leg and arms with Issei breaking his left arm and his shin bone making him immobile since he can't move. He decides to use his wings to fly but as Issei was about to grab a hood of Kokabiel's.
Kokabiel: Freed!
Freed: Yes you called!
Issei: Not you again.
Issei landed back on the ground as he and the others see that Freed is going to use the Excalibur to get rid off them. Xenovia attacked Freed but he disappeared and was behind her. Freed swipes his sword vertically to slash Xenovia but she dodged it by putting her hands on the ground and her legs in the air and overlapped her hand to spin and kick Freed in the face and flipped back on her feet.
Freed: My pretty face! You bitch! I'm gonna kill you for hitting my face!
The fused Excalibur glowed in a Yellow aura and it extended like a rope and Xenovia dodged it by jumping over it making it hit a tree and he swiped the sword up and the tip became four long blades and they headed straight for Xenovia but she blocked it with her Excalibur and deflected them.
Freed then used the abilities of Excalibur Rapidly and made speed clones and all jumped at Xenovia with him talking about Rapidly's speed will become her nightmare and used Excalibur Transparency to make the blade disappear and attack Xenovia with his clones.
She deflected each of them and jumped back stating that he can use all of the abilities of the four Excaliburs and the speed clones disappeared. Issei and Inner Moka join to fight. Inner Moka and Issei kick Freed in the jaw.
Xenovia looks towards Kiba standing up from the ground but fell back onto the ground not able to recover from the spears Holy energy. Valper walked near Kiba.
Valper: I've heard about a test subject that escaped the Exterminators. How tragic to escape and became a lowly devil.
Kiba stood on one knee.
Valper: I should thank you children for helping me find what I needed to complete it.
Kiba: Complete it...?
Valper: Some of them had the particular genes to world a Holy swords. After realizing that fact I came to a conclusion. So all I did was take out tye gene from the children who carried any of it!
Kiba closed his eyes enraged at what Valper had stayed about what he did to his friends.
Valper: Than I found a way to crystalize their genes.
Valper held out a small crystal that held the correct quantity of the genes and was the last of them made from those children. Freed laughed as he said that they had more test subjects but they died halfway due to being weak and slashed at Issei and Inner Moka and they evaded it.
Issei: You Bastards!
Xenovia was shocked as she looked at the crystal and stated that Holy sword users put those crystals into their bodies and how her and Irina could wield the Excaliburs.
Valper: Those idiots. After excommunicating me is a peg and shameless to use my research. Typical church behavior. Of course I'm taking about Michael and took the genes from his subjects that he didn't even know about the Project and Kiba stood on both legs.
Kiba: There was no need to kill them or us either. How could you!
Valper: You were nothing more than material used in a top secret project. We had what we needed. What were we supposed to do?
Kiba: We believed what we were doing this for God. Because if that faith we had for him and then... you just throw us away like trash.
Asia healed Rias and Akeno and was crying tears at what happened to Kiba d his friends. Valper Ryan threw the crystal at Kiba's feet.
Valper: Here why don't you take this. I no longer need it since we can mass produce higher quality crystals.
Kiba bent down on one knee and picked up and held tye crystal in his left hand with a sad face. Flashbacks of his friends sacrificing themselves to save him passed his mind and held the crystal in his closed hands.
Issei: Valper Gallilei! You piece of shit!
Valper smiled with out a care.
Kiba: How many...? How many lives did your blessed research cost? How many lives did it take?
The crystal began to glow in a bright light in Kiba's hands and it surrounded Kiba's body. The others wondered what it was and began to see mirages of people surrounded Kiba and Akeno said that it is probably the power from
the battlefield like Issei's Boosted Gear, Inner Moka, Sona , her peerage, Kokabiel and Freed making the souls free from the crystal.
Kiba: I prayed... and wondered... why was I the only one?... why me?... it wasn't fair for me to have survived... there were kids who had bigger dreams than I did... kids who wanted to live more than I did. It was a mistake... some better than me should've made it out of that nighmare.
He began to shed tears and looked around and saw his friends. The others were also surprised to see this. Tye hand of a little girl tugged on Kiba's short sleeve. He looked down and saw a little girl with light green hair and dull brown eyes look at him with a smile. He cried and they disappeared and turned into beams of blue light flying around Kiba.
Girl 1: It's alright.
Another one appeared then another an another appeared.
Boy 1: Take us in. Its time!
Girl 1: You don't have to be scared.
Girl 3: We'll be watching you from above
Boy 2: Our hearts will always be with you.
Kiba shaked and cried a bit and smiled.
Kiba: Yes.
They disappeared and Kiba had a lining in blue light around his body as light shone in him. His King, Peerage mates and Asia smiled and cried.
Ddraig: The knight has peaked!
Issei looked at his gauntlet.
Issei (Balance Breaker): What do you mean by that?
Ddraig: It happens when the thoughts and wishes of the user that oppose nature. They go against the natural course of fate in this world.
Issei (Balance Breaker): So his Sacred Treasure peaked. That means...
Ddraig: He achieved Balance Breaker.
Kiba walked towards Valper and Valper stepped back a few feet. The Gremory magic circle appeared and held the demonic sword that appeared. Valper screamed for help. Freed jumped at the call and stood between Kiba and Valper.
Valper: You are such a little fool. You should've let yourself be killed like the rest of them.
Issei (Balance Breaker): Kiba!
Kiba looked at Issei as he dropped out of his Balance Breaker.
Issei: Kick his ass along with those Excaliburs. No point in wasting your friends feelings or their souls.
Kiba: Issei...
Rias: You can do it Kiba. Fight like a member of the House of Gremory. Take'm down, besides note that how a Knight who has the power near to that of a Ultimate-class devil.
His peerage mates cheered him on and he thanked them. Freed became disgusted at what his friends were doing and Valper ran from the battlefield.
Freed: I can't take it any more! Let me just kill you! That should make me feel much better!!
Kiba: Time for a new sword.

The black and white miasma like energy coloured back and white twisted around the sword and formed a new sword.
Kiba: It's the Sword of Betrayer. A sword vested with both Holy power and Demonic power. Try and stop it!
Rias couldn't believe her eyes as Kiba said that it had two powers that were enemies had fused into one.
Issei: I get what happened.
Rias and the rest look at Issei.
Issei: When Ddraig mentioned Kiba had peaked. That meant that Kiba had unlocked his Balance Breaker.
Valper: A Holy Devil sword, it's impossible?! Two opposite powers can't mix together. Something like that is outrageous.
Kiba walked towards Freed with Xenovia following suite.
Xenovia: Talk to me Knight if Gremory. Are tye two of us still fighting on the same side?
Kiba: I'd like to think we are.
Xenovia: I have a thought than. Why don't we destroy that Excalibur together.
Kiba looked at Xenovia asking gl of she is sure.
Xenovia: I understand that technically were looking at a Holy sword. But there is nothing Holy about it.
Kiba: Agreed.
Xenovia stabbed the ground with her Excalibur and began to chant words and then a round yellow magic circle floating on Xenovia's right side and a large uniquely-shaped broadsword with a blue blade and a golden edge. The sword has a semicircular guard on the left side of the handle that extends to the bottom just above the pommel, with a small extension on the right side of the handle. Standing from the tip of the blade, the Durandal is slightly taller than Xenovia, surpassing the latter's height by just a few centimeters.
She holds it and the chains surrounding it snapped.
Xenovia: This is called Durandal!
Kiba: Durandal?
Issei: That sword is on par with Excalibur itself. Said to cut everything in this world.
Valper began to panic.
Valper: That's impossible?! My research didn't teach you how to wield Durandal. No on should be able to wield it.
Xenovia: You're wrong. Unlike Kiba or Irina I am one of the rare naturals.
Valper: One who is perfectly suitable also known as a True Holy Sword User.
Xenovia: This cuts anything he touches to pieces. He tends to not listen the me. Besides that he's infinitely dangerous if not stored in another dimension.
Freed didn't want to believe it and used Excalibur Mimic's power to extend like a whip and slash Xenovia but she deflected it to the left and it came back to hit her but she sliced it into pieces.
Freed: Damn I thought I had this!!
Xenovia jumped up into the air.
Xenovia: It's simple. Your Broken Holy Sword is no match for my Durandal!
She was about to slash the sword but Freed disappeared again and decided that he doesn't like Xenovia. But she couldn't care less about him and Kiba attacked him with the two engaging in battle and Kiba did a swift slash and broke the fused Excalibur and got slashed on the shoulder.
Valper began to worry and panic even more saying that the fusion of two opposing energies. He said that it's possible due to not only the devil kings dying but was then killed by a light spear to the chest.
Kokabiel: Oh Valper you really were very talented.
Everyone looked at the injured Fallen Angel with confusion.
Kokabiel: Unfortunately you were not supposed to give that part out.
Rias asked why Valper was killed before he could finish his sentence.
Kokabiel: I didn't want anyone to find out that the believers lost their Creato- ooops!
Everyone paused at what he said.
Xenovia: What do you mean by that?!
Kokabiel: Oh well since it has already slipped out might as well tell you.
His face turned into one with happiness and despair.
Kokabiel: Not only was it the Devil Kings who died in the war God himself died as well!
Everyone had the face of utter shock. Xenovia began to tremble at what he said and fell to her knees saying what Kokabiel said was false.
Kokabiel: Oh but it's true. Back then the devil's lost their Kings and most of their high-level devil's. The Angels and Fallen Angels lost almost every one except their leaders. Pure angels could not replenish their numbers and pure bred devil's are just the same.
Asia began to also say it was false.
Kokabiel: All side had been nearly destroyed and had to rely on humans to survive. Angels!, Fallen Angels!, Devil's! The leaders of the three factions had to keep this secret so that's why they kept the Gid fearing humans fearing.
Kokabiel's displeasure started after God, Lucifer, Leviathan, Beelzebub and Asmodeus died they had to pull out from the war. They could've won the war and Azazel claimed that there would be no more wars.
Asia questioned where the love they have been feeling came from and Kokabiel said that Michael, God's Agent took the role of keeping the angels and humans together.
Only as long as the system was fine Exorcisms and Prayers could hold up only to an extent. Asia fainted and Inner Moka caught her.
Xenovia: That's a normal reaction and I'm surprised that I'm even conscious.
Kokabiel: Well I suppose knowing the number of believers
in god had dropped drastically. But without anyone to manage the system it's no wonder that the knightcould make that Holy Demonic sword. That indicates that the war must continue even if I must get your heads as a souven-
Kokabiel's felt a searing pain in his back as he saw Issei in his Balance Breaker holding two of his wings.
Kokabiel: WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING?!?!
Issei: I'm taking my souvenir from you!!
Issei beat the ever living shit out of Kokabiel. Bones were broken, organs rearranged. As he was about to finish a bright light broke the barrier and then flew up into the sky and it was.
Ddraig: The white one!
Kokabiel: W-what is the White Dragon Emperor doing her-
He was cut off his wings were ripped off again but by the white armoured figured. The speed that it had was very fast that Issei was the only one who could see it clearer than the rest.
??? (Balance Breaker): Your wings remind me of a filthy crow. Azazel's wings are like an everlasting darkness.
Kokabiel: What do you mean by that?
??? (Balance Breaker): A being who has fallen so far hardly needs wings to fly, don't you think?
Kokabiel flew into the air with his remaining wings and raised his hands up high and formed a gigantic light spear that was 1000 times bigger than the one that blew up the gymnasium. He threw it with all his strength threw it at White Dragon Emperor who raised his hand and his wings shouted.
White Dragon Emperor: DIVIDE!!
Kokabiel: What have you done?!
??? (Balance Breaker): It's name is Albion. One of the power of my Sacred Gear is Divine Dividing every ten seconds it cuts in half the power and takes it as my own.
Issei as heard of the many abilities of the White one from Ddraig and Divide is a very Dangerous ability. Every ten seconds he can Divide and for Issei every ten seconds he can Boost but he shaved it down to five seconds to Boost.
The White armoured figured then swooped in and took Kokabiel into the air then into the ground in a magic circle. The white dragon emperor lands on the ground and was about to leave until.
Ddraig: Nice to see you Albion. Didn't think we would cross paths.
The White Dragon Emperor turned to The Black Dragon Emperor. The wings of the White Dragon glowed in a blue light.
Albion: As have I Ddraig. Our battle is unavoidable at this point.
Rias couldn't imagine the battle between the two.
Albion: Let's meet again Ddraig.
Ddraig: Yes let's, Albion.
The White Dragon Emperor flew away from the campus. Issei dismissed his armor and returned the Rosary back to Moka.
Issei: See ya at school.
He left with Moka and Asia.
Rias: I'm glad your alright but it's time for your punishment!
Sona and her Peerage appeared and began to fix what happened at the school and Issei laughed his ass hike as he heard Kiba's screams the of pain.
