Issei, Asia and Moka stopped on the little bridge going to the school when Issei felt a giant amount of power coming from the silver haired young man.
The silver haired young man walked closer and stopped by sitting on the bridge rails near Issei and his group.
???: I am Vali, White Dragon Emperor... the Vanishing Dragon.
Issei: I'm Issei Hyoudou, Black Dragon Emperor... the Welsh Dragon.
Issei felt a tiny sting in his left arm and it proved that this Vali was no one to mess with and is basically on par with him in terms of power.
Issei felt an attack heading for his forehead and held a fist with enough strength to kill a normal human.
Vali: Good reflexes and you manged to hold my fist. impressive. If I were to use magic against you I-
Issei used his raw strength to crush Vali's hand but Vali removed his hand from the hold before further damage.
Moka and Asia: Issei-kun/ Issei-san.
Issei held his arm out.
Issei: Stay back.
Then Xenovia and Kiba arrived with their swords up to Vali's neck in a cross with the sharp blades almost touching his neck.
Kiba: I don't think you should be playing this little game of yours any longer.

Vali looked at the two and giggled a bit and smiled.
Vali: The blonde haired guy is near Ultimate class power where you are just mid-class power and since you guys couldn't defeat Kokabiel, imagine what it would be if you fought me.
The two held their blades in the same position before Issei told them to leave Vali and as they walked beside Issei their swords were put in magic circles and stood by Issei's left and right staring at Vali with wary eyes.

Then Ddraig later on takes about the Great War and how that their were two Dragons fighting each other during the War and the Angels, Devil's and Fallen Angels had to call a truce to stop those two dragons and we're cut into thousands of pieces and we're made into the Sacred Gears that Issei and Val hold today.
Issei walked to class and as he opened the door he saw Matsuda and Motohama going in for a double punch to his face and as the went for the punch their hands made a crack sound and they cried in pain.

All of them walk out of the gymnasium and into the main school building where he saw his parents.

The five high schoolers walked to where his parents stood.

Rias's father has the appearance of a middle-aged, handsome looking man with long crimson hair that is tied in a loose ponytail with a black hairband. He has the eyes of Rias that are blue green. Rias: This is my Father, Zeoticus Gremory.
Zeoticus: And I presume your Mr. Gorou's son, Issei Hyoudou.
Issei: Yes I am Sir. Dad how'd you meet him?
Gorou: We were just walking around the hall and happened to have passed each other in the hallway. Let's move from this place to my home.

Gorou, Miki and Zeoticus went out of the building and had a conversation of what drinks they like and what food they like.

Issei then hears a laugh coming from the stairs and sees Sirzechs walking down the stairs.

Timeskip at the Hyoudou House.
Food is displayed across a huge coffee table and it looked spectacular to the eyes of Zeoticus, Sirzechs and Grayfia. Miki was overjoyed about cooking the food for guests.

Gorou then switches on the flat screen with the camera plugged into it showing footage of the day in class with Issei blocking his face like he's John Cena and Moka and Asia blushing a bit in embarrassment.

The next day
It's after school hours and the O.R.C and Issei and tye two vampiress's arrive at a door with police tape.

Rias placed her hand on the door and magic circle with triangles and devil runes and it shattered making the police tape which was the seal ripped off and disappeared leaving the door unsealed.
Rias opens the doors and as soon as they enter the dark room that has many plushies, pink carpets and purple veil curtains and a small coffin. A girlish scream is heard from the coffin and Asia jumped a bit and punched the wall making a hole.

Issei head patted her since she didn't know her own strength.
Rias then takes the lid off the coffin and a effeminate-looking male with platinum blond hair and pinkish-violet eyes. His hair is styled in short bob cut with several small fringes over his forehead, and he has pointed ears and wears the Kuoh Academy girls' school uniform with thigh-high socks and began to cry.

Everyone is in the O.R.C with Gasper standing infront of everyone. Rias then tells the three that since Gasper can't control his power, Maou Lord Sirzechs decreed that he be sealed in that room.
Ddraig: His power refined itself overtime, giving His Scared Gear potential to be a Balance Breaker.
Ddraig said in Issei's mind and Rias finished the same sentence after. Issei questioned about the Balance Breaker and he looked to where Gasper is and he was not there.
Gasper: I don't want you to talk about me.
Gasper spoke from a cardboard box in the corner of the room. Issei wondered how Gasper was so silent that he didn't even hear Gasper move with his Dragon hearing. He walks to the box trying to open it but Gasper resists.
Gasper: I can live in this box! It will be my dragon-gaurded castle.
Issei: The fuck is that supposed to mean?
Akeno looks towards Rias who sat on the chair by her desk.
Akeno: President, it's almost time.
Rias: Indeed.
Rias stood up looking at everyone.
Rias: Akeno and I have to attend the preliminary meeting for the leaders conference. Yuuto.

Rias: My brother would like to know more about your Balance Breaker. You're with me and Akeno.

Rias, Akeno and Kiba walk towards a magic circle that Akeno made on the wall and Rias asked if the rest could try to train Gasper and she, Akeno and Kiba left.
Training Gasper proved to be difficult since his power and stamina are low and his crying was beginning to irritate Inner Moka inside the Rosary and Ddraig in the Bossted Gear.
While Xenovia was chasing him with Durandal Issei stopped her and Koneko walked up to Gasper with Garlic in her right hand infront of Gasper's face and he began running away from her screaming even more.
Saji then came around the corner and saw Issei.
Saji: Hey, Issei!
Issei: Hey, Saji.
Saji: I heard about your hikikomori peerage member-
Saji cut himself off and looked at Gasper.

Issei stood infront of everyone with his aura surrounding him in a crimson outline.

Saji, Koneko and Xenovia were about to object but his power increased a bit to the point that there were cracks forming on the ground.
Xenovia puts Durandal away, Saji put his right hand down and Koneko stood beside Xenovia but the three reincarnated devils had warry eyes on Azazel.

Saji gasped for a moment staring at Azazel.
Azazel: If you're training, connect it to the vampire and absorb his power as he uses his Sacred Gear. It'll give him better control over it..
Saji: Absorb... (looks at his Sacred Gear) his power?
Azazel: What, you didn't know? That holds the power of Vritra, one of the five Dragon Kings. The "Prison Dragon" or "Evil Dragon King". It can absorb and negate the power of whatever it touches. You can connect it to other things for a short time as well.
Saji sweat dropped at what his Sacred Gear's ability is and Azazel suggested that Issei gives Gasper his blood. Issei was gobsmacked at what Azazel said.
Issei: Drink my blood, huh? Why! I already have two vampiress's that need blood in order for survival, why do I need another one sucking my blood!?
Gasper, Asia and Moka were shocked as well as Issei
Moka/Asia: But why?
Azazel: Vampires are supposed to drink blood, after all.
Issei: I understand but Moka and Asia need my blood in order to be alive but Gasper doesn't look so happy about it.
Azazel looked at what Issei was saying and sees Gasper's eyes are wider then dinner plates with tears at the edges of his eyes.
Azazel turned around saying that they should give it a try. Issei uses a magic circle and an empty vial appears. Issei bites his finger and blood starts to leak out filling the vial and handing it over to Xenovia.
Night falls and everyone is in the gymnasium wearing their school sport clothes with Issei and Saji wearing the grey tracksuit and Gasper wearing the girl's sport clothes being a white shirt with the Kuoh Academy symbol on the left chest of the shirt and a blue girl's briefs.
After two hours the training that Gasper was given was futile and even though Inner Moka wanted to train Gasper but Issei objected the idea since she would be to hard on him with her power and his being compared to an adult and an infant.
The next day.
After school everyone went home only leaving Rias and Issei infront of the door of Gasper's room. Rias apologized about doing this to Gasper but he kept on crying. Issei apologizes a bit for not training Gasper properly and said that if Gasper wasn't like a shut-in like how they were when he trained her peerage. Rias said that it's alright and said that Gasper isn't an easy nut to crack.
Rias: Do I deserve to be a King?
Issei: Don't say that. Leave him to me.
Rias: Issei.
Issei: He's the first male underclassmen I get to talk with. So you should go home and relax.
Rias: I'm counting on you, Issei.
Rias summons a magic circle to leave while looking at Gasper's door and Issei knocks on the door.
Issei kept on hearing Gasper's cries and Issei sat on the floor.

Outside of the school
Asia, Moka, Koneko and Xenovia stood outside of the school when Asia's phone rang and she answered the call and it was from Issei.

Moka: I feel bad for leaving him there to deal with Gasper.

At the Hyoudou House.

Flashbacks ran through his mind of Moka being chased by the people of the church and when Raynare tried to capture Asia.

Issei hears the door creak open and sees Gasper holding a plushie in his left arm.

Kiba: Gasper. You can't stay here forever, especially since your seal is broken.
Gasper: B-But...
Then Issei hears the door open and sees Moka, Asia, Koneko and Xenovia.
Xenovia: You're getting along.
Issei: Why are all four of you here?
Issei questioned the four girls.
Asia: We think that you shouldn't be tye only one who's looking after Gasper,
Xenovia: so we were discussing how we could help him.
Gasper: H-Help me?
Koneko: You're one of us.
Gasper: K-Koneko...
Koneko walked to Gasper and threw garlic into his box making him jump out of the box. Xenovia ran in the direction Gaspers was running to and put a paper bag that had two eye holes.
Xenovia: How's that?
Gasper: Huh? I feel safe. Huh? Huh? I like this.
Gasper held his paper bag face with a blush.
Kiba and Issei were confused at what just happened.
Koneko: It was Moka and Asia's idea.
Issei: Oh, was it?
Asia: N-No. I don't really like talking to people that I don't know, but I don't mind using my phone to call them.
Moka: We just told those two that hiding Asia'e face might help.
Gasper then turns around with the eye holes turning into beaming red eyes and stood in a zombie pose making him look scary.
Gasper: How is it? How do I look?
Asia got a little scared.
Kiba: You've got a very looking presence.
Kiba said with his eyes closed.
Xenovia: Yeah. It's like a predator hunting you. It's simply... overwhelming.
Gasper walked around the room like a zombie.
Gasper: This is nice. I like it. Maybe this'll help me become a full-blown vampire!
Issei: I don't think so.
Gasper: Thank you so much, everybody!
He said bowing.
The next day.
Issei walked the halls with Moka and Asia walking by his sides.
Issei: I'd like Gasper to go to class, except without put the paper bag.
Asia: It'll take him some time.
Rias: Ara.
Issei sees Rias and Akeno stand by the staircase and the three stopped walking.
Issei: Rias, Akeno.
Asia and Moka: Hello.
Rias: Great timing.
Issei: Huh?
Akeno: We'd like you to come with us after school.
Issei: Me?
He said pointing his index finger to his face.
After school
Moka and Asia head home before Issei since it looked like it's was going to rain.
Issei walked up a mountain that had smooth stone stairs and he looked further and saw a shrine on top.
Issei: I feel a bit sick walking to a shrine.
Akeno: Welcome, Issei.
Issei looked at the flat part of the stairs that led to more stairs of the shrine and saw Akeno in her Miko outfit.
Akeno: Sorry for making you come here on such short notice.
She said while eaving at him with closed eyes and the two began to walk up the stairs together.
Issei: Where's Rias?
Akeno: She'll be here after her final meeting with Lord Sirzechs.
Issei: Don't you have to be with her now?
Akeno: I must welcome somebody here.
Issei: Somebody?
Akeno and Issei make to the top of the mountain and enter into shrine yard.
Issei: I've been here for years and I didn't know that there was a shrine this big here.
Akeno: It's been abandoned since the last priest passed away. Rias held on to it for me.
???: Is he the Black Dragon Emperor?
Issei heard the voice coming from the sky and a bright star light became even brighter.
???: Nice to meet you, Hyoudou Issei.
The bright light subsided a bit but still shone brightly and the appearance of a handsome-looking man with long blond hair and green eyes. Like Azazel, he has twelve wings growing from his back, and unlike other Angels whose wings are white, his wings are colored gold. He wears a red robe with a gold cross on the front of his white alb. He has golden shoulder plates with a white sash and a golden halo set above his head.
Issei: Golden wings?
???: I am Michael... leader of the Angels.
