Rias: These are the incidents in which I, Rias Gremory and my peerage along with Issei Hyoudou and Moka Akashiya, have taken part.
Rias had given her report to the faction leaders.
Sona: I, Sona Sitri, testify that she said nothing but the truth.
Sirzechs thanked the two and dismissed them for now. Serafall congratulated Rias and Sona and the two Heiress's stand by their spots in the room.
Sirzechs: I'd like to hear the General of the Fallen Angels' opinion on Rias' report.
Azazel: There's nothing much to say. Kokabiel acted of his own accord.
Sirzechs: It has nothing to do with you?
Azazel: I was waiting to find out what he was up to. Looks like he never expected me to come to the city personally. I've grown a liking to this place.
Issei had become more irritated by Azazel.
Sirzechs: Please stay on topic.
Azazel: I got the White Dragon Emperor to take care of it! He had to go get Kokabiel immediately but liked to look at the Black Dragon Emperor completely annihilate Kokabiel to the point that Vali had to step in before Issei could kill him.
Sirzechs looked at Issei and he nodded his head confirming what Azazel said and the conference continued.
Michael: Our concern here is Kokabiel's motives. He said that he was not content with your decisions.
Azazel: Yeah, he was pretty mad that I decided to pull out when we were on a roll. I've got no interest in war, anyway.
Serafall: He was an unstable individual, then.
Serafall then got interrupted by Azazel.
Azazel: I've heard a bunch about you guys, too.
Serafall who didn't have her happy attitude during this and scrunched her face into anger after being interrupted by Azazel.
Sirzechs: This has nothing to do with this conference. Today's conference is-
Sirzechs was cut off by Azazel.
Azazel: Yeah, enough small talk. Let's sign this peace treaty already.
The whole room was surprised by Azazel saying that.
Azazel: You guys were getting ready to do that anyway, weren't you?
He looked at Sirzechs, Serafall and Michael.
In the O.R.C
Gasper paused his game and looked at the window.
Gasper: I-I hope everyone's okay. What if they disagreed and started another war?! Just the thought scares me.
Gasper cried in worry for his team and Issei. Koneko was chewing her chocolate sticks with her eyes closed while Gasper put on his paper bag. Koneko looked at the door with wary eyes.
Outside of the O.R.C
Magic circles coloured red and gold formed at the entrance of the O.R.C building and 6 busty woman who wore oversized cloaks showing cleavage and an eye on the hood moved near the building grinning.
Gasper continued to play his game while Koneko still looked at the door and stood up. Gasper noticed that Koneko stood up and asked why and she told him to not move from his spot. Just after blasts were shot and the door of the O.R.C room were smashed to pieces and Koneko looked at the hooded women levitating on magic circles.
Koneko: Humans?
???#1: Indeed, We're humans, but we use magic buy reconstructing the system of Devil's magic. We're magicians..
The cloak woman grinned with her hood covering her eye and the others did the same.
Magician #1: We're on the same level as what you Devil's call Mid-Class Devil's, at least. It is in your best interest to cooperate with us. Hand over the half-vampire.
Gasper held his head in fear due to people hunting him down again. Koneko stood still and kept calm.
Magician #1: We've already confirmed that he's here.
The magicians shot blasts at Koneko who jumped and evaded the blasts while grabbing the box Gasper was in and ran out of the room while the dust was in the air. Koneko skidded on the floor and stopped by a window, upon seeing 100's of magicians outside if the building.
Magician #1: There's nowhere for you to run.
Koneko looked and saw more magicians appear in the corridors of the building left, right, up and center. They shot more blasts at her and she threw the box in the air towards the staircase going down, landed on the floor leading to more stairs, catches the box and goes down while avoiding even more blasts and headed into Gasper's room and locking the door which activated the seal.
The magicians looked at the seal and some had thoughts about the room when they infiltrated the O.R.C and they're hunch was right that they're target hid in the room. Koneko was about to send an energy wave towards the conference room to alert Issei about what was happening and only got to send a little bit of it due to being shot by 100 blasts to the back which left her back scarred and bleeding knocking her out due to her low pain tolerance. Gasper looked at the direction of the blasts and saw give magicians coming out of magic circles on the ceiling.
A few moments later
Koneko was upside down with a concealment spell to prevent her from using magic or her strength to break free since it took 50 Mid-Class magicians to conceal her power. It only took 10 magicians to hold Gasoer from. moving an inch.
Koneko stayed in her monotone manner while Gasper began crying more and Koneko tried to calm him down but he was getting even more agitated and Koneko apologized for her not being able to save them from these magicians.
The Magic circle that rendered Gasper from moving then glowed bright and it caused him immense pain and the magicians were using his Forbidden Balor View to stop time.
Meanwhile in the conference room
Azazel: This stand-off that we're in... is something but bad news for this world Don't you think?
The atmosphere is tense around the room.
Michael: The ones who started the war, God and the Satans, are gone, after all.
Asia looked down still saddened by God's death, so was Irina and Xenovia who looked at her former comrade knowing that Michael must've already told her about God. Azazel then speaks.
Azazel: That's why we've got two guys here who, although not part of our stand-off, have the power to change the world. Black Dragon Emperor and White Dragon Emperor, I'd like your input on this.
Vali was the first to give his opinion as everyone looked at him.
Vali: I just want to fight strong opponents.
Azazel chuckled at the White Dragon Emperor.
Azazel: You don't need a war to find tough opponents.
Vali: Thought you'd say that.
Azazel and everyone look towards Issei.
Azazel: Well, Black Dragon Emperor, what do you think?
Issei: In any war there are calms between the storms. There will be days when we lose faith, days when our allies turn against us. But that day will never come, that I foresake this planet, the Underworld, Heaven and it's people, so I wish for peace amongst the three Factions, Thank you.
Nods of approval came from the Faction leaders from Issei's speech.
Issei: Michael, can I ask you something.
Michael: What is it?
Issei: I would want to know why Moka was being chased by Exorcists 8 years ago and why Asia was banished from the church.
Moka and Asia looked down at the ground while Rias held Issei by his shoulder holding him back.
Michael felt that Issei was angry and decided to answer his two questions.
Michael: For Moka Akashiya's case, the church that was trying to exorcise her was an excommunicated church and when we came to see what was happening we found that the three Exorcists looked like they were in a massacre with one of them having the head cut off, another with their skull smashed and one with half of the front part of his face completely gone. Upon further investigation I felt bits of the Black Dragon Emperor's energy and a high amount of power, which I assume was Moka Akashiya that disappeared as soon as we got there.
Michael then took a breathe of air and moved onto Asia's case.
For Asia Argento. After God died, only his System remained. You could call it a force of controls protection, mercy, and miracles. I am just barely keeping running, so I had to remove all those who could cause it to malfunction.
Issei: So it was because Asia could heal Devil's and Fallen Angels?
Michael: We are maintained by the devotion from our adherents. We must remove any elements that could possibly harm our System.
Xenovia: And is that why an adherent who was accidentally told of God's passing is also at risk of doing so?
Michael: I suppose it is. We had no choice but to exile you and Asia Argento. I bet for your forgiveness.
Irina's eyes widen in shock and thought that Xenovia was a traitor but she wasn't one at all.
Xenovia: There is no need for that, Lord Michael. Being a faithful Christian for most of my life, I had some regrets, but now, as a Devil, I am happy with my life.
Xenovia smiled and so did the O.R.C , Issei, Asia and Moka. Xenovia dropped her smile.
Xenovia: My apologies to the other people of God present.
Asia then walked and stood beside Xenovia.
Asia: I, too, feel happy with my life.
Michael: (bows slightly) I cannot thank you enough for your forgiving hearts.
Azazel then completely ruined the happy mood that was in the room.
Azazel: Oh yeah, I heard one of my girls tricked that girl over there.
Issei: Don't say that like it's none of your fucking business!
Issei's aura slightly pulsating with anger.
Issei: Some Fallen Angel woman was going to kill Asia out of respect for you!
Azazel looked at Issei with an emotionless face and Issei looked back with anger still on his face.
Azazel: I am responsible for what my subordinates do, so I'll pay you back with something only I can do.
Moka held onto Issei to calm him down and Issei stopped for a bit as he felt a sudden bit of distress magic and then after a few seconds the others felt powerful magic and Kiba, Xenovia and Irina's swords were summoned out of nowhere with their aura's surrounding their bodies.
Issei: What the...
Issei and Moka looked around the room and saw that everyone except Himself, Moka, Kiba, Xenovia, Irina, Sirzechs, Grayfia, Azazel, Michael and Vali were not frozen.
Issei: I don't think I stopped time... did I?
Azazel: Looks like it. We weren't affected due to our immense power.
Vali: And we had our Dragons. It appears those guys were protected by their Holy Swords.
Then the sound of an explosion alerted everyone and they all stood by windows and saw a huge magic circle in the sky and hundreds of cloaked people were coming out of it upside down then turned right side up and began to shoot at the forces of Angels, Devil's and Fallen Angels.
Issei then took out the distress magic he felt and it read "Senpai, we are being attacked by magicians looking for Gasper, please help."
Issei: Those are magicians.
Sirzechs: How do you know?
Issei: Koneko sent a distress magic message to me in case of emergencies and that they are using Gasper's abilities into Balance Breaker state.
Serafall: Hey, I'm the magical girl here!
Sirzechs: Very few people possess the ability to stop time. He is most likely in the hands of the enemy. There's nothing more insulting than using my Sister's peerage member by some terrorists.
Michael took notice that the blasts from the magicians are killing their guards.
Grayfia: They have disabled our transport magic circles.
Azazel: They got us good.
Michael: Yes. Not only their timing, but their tactic of using Rias Gremory's peerage as a weapon against us.
Irina: There's a traitor among us?
Irina looked towards Xenovia who was engulfed in a magic circle now wearing her church combat clothes.
Sirzechs: If Gasper's power becomes any stronger, even we would...
Issei: Even you guys? He's that powerful?
Kiba: He's a "Mutation Piece."
Issei: Oh yeah, I've heard about that, it's a special piece that is the most powerful piece of them all and increases the chess piece's power tenfold. It could take probably 10 or 100's of pieces to store that power.
Kiba: Correct.
Issei: He has a lot of unfathomable potential. And that's why Rias had to seal him away.
The magic circles protecting the Conference room were breaking due to the 100's of magic blasts being shot at them.
Azazel: Anyway, we've got to do something about that half-vampire. It's too risky to fight back with his powers on the loose.
Issei: I may have an idea.
Azazel: What is it?
Issei: This.
Issei closed his eyes and he began to draw a lot of energy from his body. His hair turning red, complexion turning tan and his height growing a bit, once he opened his eyes they were gold and Issei said a word.
Issei: Release!
The form of the red haired man came off Issei body and in a torrent of flames a handsome man with Red hair reaching his shoulders, golden eyes, no shirt with black pants, no shoes and black and gold gauntlets on his arms appeared out of the flames.
Issei: You can stand up, Tân.
Tân: What do you need?
Issei: You're coming with me, we need to stop these terrorists from using a friend of mine's powers.
Tân: Hai.
Issei: Me and Tân will rescue Gasper in the meantime.
Sirzechs: Ok we'll see you later.
Moka: Issei.
Issei: Oh right.
Issei walked towards Moka and pulled of the Rosary changing her into Inner Moka, the power that the faction leaders felt was crazy that a vampire is this powerful.
Issei: Be safe, okay?
Issei kissed her on her lips and then parted after.
Inner Moka: I will, Issei.
Issei and Tân ran out of the room and the rest looked out the window.
Azazel: Vali. Go show them that tye White Dragon Emperor is in town.
Vali: You don't have to tell me twice.
Vali flew out the room with his Divine Dividing Wings and flew past all of the magicians and transformed into his Balance Breaker.
The 1000 magicians began their assault by shooting beams of magic at Vali and left a huge explosion but he was unharmed because of the many magic circles that deflected the beams away from Vali who just stayed in place while not caring about the magicians at all.
He summons a white or in his hands and shoots it turning into lightning bolts instantly killing the 1000's of magicians into nothingness. Issei watched from the sidelines and knew he had a worthy adversary to fight. Upon looking back he felt even more magicians appear from the huge magic circle giving Vali even more opponents to kill easily.
Issei and Tân made into the O.R.C building and went to the room that they felt Gasper's magic signature in his room and Tân blasted the door into splinters.
The magicians were easily subdued by the flames of Tân and Issei burning them into ashes. Issei then took out a bracelet from his pocket that Azazel gave him before he left and gave Gasper his blood in order to stop the magic from being under the terrorists control and put the bracelet on his upper arm and he fainted.
Meanwhile with the leaders.
While they were discussing a plan of action a magic circle appeared and Grayfia felt a disturbance heading toward the room they were in.
Grayfia: Lord Sirzechs.
A magic circle appeared on the floor which made the leaders look in it's direction.
Sirzechs: That magic circle? It can't be...
A tall bespectacled woman with a voluptuous figure appeared from the magic circle. She had tan skin with long brown hair tied into a bun with a headset and blue-grey eyes. She wore an extremely low-cut purple dress with high slits which exposed a large portion of her breasts and legs.
???: Good evening, Sirzechs-dono and Serafall-dono.
Serafall: Wh-What are you doing here?!
Sirzechs: The descendant of the previous Leviathan, Katerea Leviathan?!
Katerea: Chaos, and ruin to the world...
Her staff raised high and a bright ball of light exploded destroying the room except the occupants and the frozen people who avoided any damage being delt and we're surrounded by a barrier created by the leaders.
Sirzechs: Why are you here, Katerea?
Katerea: To do exactly what this conference sought not to do. If God and the Satans are gone, this world will be ready for revolution.
Serafall tried to make Katerea stop doing what she was but Serafall's efforts were futile as Katerea dispised Serafall since she took the position of Leviathan from her.
The barrier descended to the ground and disappeared.
???: Don't worry, Serafall. Today, I'll kill you at this place and take the title of Maou Leviathan for myself. Then, Ophis will become the god of the new world. It's fine if he's just a symbol. The system, the laws, and the doctrine will be constructed by us. Michael, Azazel, and Lucifer—Sirzechs, your era is over.
Azazel began laughing making Katerea angry.
Katerea: Azazel. What are you laughing about?
He continues to laugh and stops to take a breather.
Azazel: "Rotting"? "Revolution"? Like I've never heard that before. Whoever says that always does first.
Katerea: How dare you insult me?!
Surrounding herself in a gold,black and red aura.
Azazel: May I, Sirzechs, Michael?
He asked surrounding himself in a golden aura and walking towards Katerea.
Sirzechs: Katerea, do you have no intention of backing down?
Katerea: No Sirzechs.
She said pulling the part of her outfit by her breasts making them jiggle for a bit.
Katerea: You were a very good Satan, Sirzechs, but I'm sorry to say you were not the best!
She finished levitating in the air without her wings.
Sirzechs: I see. That's too bad.
Sirzechs erected the barrier again and with Azazel in the air with his twelve jet black fallen angel wings unfurled.
Azazel: A descendant of the Leviathan and a beast of apocalypse... You're not bad as an opponent. Let's see how Armageddon looks, shall we?
Katerea: Puny General of the Fallen Angels...!
Azazel and Katerea's aura's burst and increased drastically to the point it burnt most of the magicians in the area.
With Issei
Issei's eyes widen at the tremendous amount of power he was feeling and he looked outside the window with Tân and Koneko holding Gasper on her back.
Issei: Azazel and someone else.
Koneko: That is Katerea Leviathan...
While Koneko was explaining who Katerea was, she created a plathera of magic circles shaped into dark red hounds and attacked Azazel with them but he dodges them all, one after the other with ease and his experience in battle made everything look like it was slow motion. He blocks an attack from Katerea with a magic circle with ease.
She then pointed her staff in the air making Azazel look up and see three more magic circles firm and shoot beams of dark magic at him in a swirl turning into a huge hound opening it's jaws to bite Azazel but he uses a defense magic circle to block it.
With the Leaders
Sirzechs' barrier wasn't going to last long due to hundreds of magicians shooting beams at it for more than 10 minutes straight. Grayfia is analyzing the enemy's gate as they spoke. Serafall suggests that they should buy more time for Grayfia to finish her analysis and Kiba recommended that himself, Inner Moka, Xenovia and Irina fight instead of the Devil Kings.
Sirzechs: You four?
Irina: Naturally. I'm here to guard Lord Michael in the first place.
Michael: I hope Azazel makes it.
Xenovia: It's nothing to worry about, Lord Michael. Our comrades are with us.
Inner Moka: And Issei should be done with rescuing Gasper in 3.2.1.
After Moka said that the people who were frozen in time unfrozen and we're put up to speed about what has happened and all of the students of Kuoh Academy went onto the battlefield to fight the magicians off, the sword fighters slashed, deflected and beheaded the magicians, Rias with her Power of Destruction, Akeno shot Lightning, Tsubaki and Sona used water based attacks and Inner Moka used her powerful kicks to...
Inner Moka: You better know you're God-damn Place!!!
The amount of magicians began to shrink and increase a lot by the minutes that passed. Irina and Xenovia were surrounded by many magicians and stood back-to-back with their swords pointed at the magicians.
Irina: Why?
Xenovia: ?
Irina: Why didn't you tell me the truth? You were never a traitor. You had been exiled!
Xenovia: If I did, I would've had to tell you that Gid didn't exist. I didn't want to see your face when you found that out.
Irina was surprised at what Xenovia said and maintained a slightly irritated face then a neutral one after.
Xenovia: Irina?
Irina: We can't let these talks be thwarted. If peace is established, I won't be enemies with Devil's anymore!
Xenovia: And I won't be enemies with believers of God. Let's fight for the sake of our friendship!
Irina: Yeah!
After a huge explosion of dust the two church girls flew in the air and slashed down onto their enemies with new vigor.
With Azazel and Katerea
Katerea: Are you ready to die Azazel?
Katerea summons a magic circle on her hand and she gets surrounded by an orgasmic snakes around her body like bondages while laughing to the crimson sky, turned blue for a quick second and turned back looking at Azazel.

Azazel is turn suddenly blasted by a huge blast from Katerea who smiled thinking she had a victory but turn heard Azazel's voice from behind.

Katerea threw another demonic aura around her fist at Azazel who stopped it with the back of his left hand with a grin.
Azazel: This aura you have... it ain't something any regular descendant of a Satan could pull off. Who's backing you?
Katerea: I have no need to answer you... for you will die here and now!
