A few months down the road and things had greatly settled down. All fully bonded mates had at least one amongst that was sparked with at least 1 or 2 sparklings, with one or two notable exceptions those being Aquaformer and Starscream. Aquaformer was close to sparking her at least four little ones while Starscream was still only a few months in on carry at least three. Aquaformer was so precarious with hers that she was now kept in the med bay. She hated it, but u dears told the necessity but still. Her mates and Lancex were frequent visitors and Ratchet didn't chase them out.
But Today was different, while her mates were busy finishing up preparations in the quarters for the new arrivals to come, Lancex came to visit, but this time he brought Cosmos. Cosmos was extremely nervous, as he had heard many things about the femme, both good and bad. But since Lancex trusted the femme, Cosmos decided to trust Lancex. Aquaformer saw both and greeted them right away. "Hi, Lancex. Hi, Cosmos. What brings you to see me today?" She asked kindly, sensing Cosmos was nervous.
"Well, Aquaformer, you see, I am not the only submissive bot in my group of lovers. Cosmos is too. We wanted to talk to you about being sparked" Lancex answered. Cosmos didn't like that Lancex had revealed that, but he understood why when Aquaformer started talking.
"Now being sparked is different for every bot. There are some common signs and symptoms but not every bot experiences them or to the same degree…" Aquaformer started and then talked about her experience thus far. Cosmos and Lancex asked questions and Aquaformer did her best to answer them. Cosmos actually felt better now that he had talked to Aquaformer. She actually was a good bot with a caring spark despite her appearance of looking tough and intimidating.
"You know, I heard through the grapevine that there is an outdoor cinema nearby and they will be playing a variety of movies tonight. It's not too far from here. Maybe that will give you guys a chance to get to spend time with each other away from other bots who like to pry" Aquaformer suggested.
"Thank you for letting us know. We will talk to Optimus and Grimlock and see if they would like to go" Lancex said in return.
"I hear it is supposed to be a really good night for it, no rain or other bad weather expected" Aquaformer replied with a smile. It was obvious that she was strongly encouraging her friend and Cosmos to go. Lancex smiled and thanked her and headed out with Cosmos. Aquaformer then drifted off, unaware that things would change for her and soon.
