And as Lancex and the others planned to head out, in the med bay, Aquaformer felt intense pain. She knew what was happening. She was starting to spark her precious little ones. Problem was neither of her mates were there and Ratchet was busy. Aquaformer had forgotten about a new bot who was medic who had been recently found – First Aid. She tried to suffer in silence but her discomfort had not gone unnoticed.
Carefully, First Aid approached the femme. "Aquaformer, I can help you" First Aid told her. Seeing little to no choice, Aquaformer nodded. She felt like she was showing weakness as she prepared to spark as tears came to her optics from the sheer intensity of the pain. She knew once they were out that this would all be worth it, but right now, this felt awful.
First Aid checked her, and not realizing how many sparklings she possibly had, he prepared to receive the little ones as the first one was crowning. The only reason he didn't know was that he had just arrived at the base a few days ago and hadn't had a chance to fully read her chart as Ratchet mostly took over the femme's medical needs. "First one is coming, push" Aid told her.
Aquaformer strained with every fiber of her being to push out the little one who had inherited Skyfire's size. The femme wished her mates could be there, but she didn't have a chance to call the as she was in too much pain. And with one more push, the first one came out, a little mechling. The little one was quickly followed by two more femmes, and two more mechs, as one her chambers had held a secret sparkling that hadn't been picked up. Aquaformer passed out after the last sparkling was sparked as she was that exhausted.
It was only once she passed out that her mates finally returned and Ratchet was done with what he had been doing. The three came in to see First Aid tending to the five sparklings and a passed out Aquaformer. Skyfire and Ultra Magnus felt awful, as they meant to be here when she sparked. Ratchet just went over and scanned the sparklings and Aquaformer. He just hoped Aquaformer would make it, as no one had expected this many sparklings.
