Seemingly unaware of the craziness in the med bay, Lancex headed out with Cosmos, Grimlock, and Optimus. The picked a semi secluded place up on a hill where they could still see the screen but could also be away from others, human and bot alike. The movies played, many of them action packed, which Grimlock enjoyed thoroughly. The last one, though, was a bit of a romantic one. Grimlock wasn't thrilled, but since he was with Lancex, he would put up with it.
They cuddled and snuggled under the stars as the watched the movie. Grimlock and Optimsu mananged to stay awake the entire time while Cosmos and Lancex fell asleep. Seeing the two asleep and not wanting to wake them, Grimlock and Optimus carried the other two, with Grimlock carrying Lancex and Optimsu carrying Cosmos as Grimlock had grabbed Lamcex and threw the sleepy bot over his shoulder before Optimsu could even react. This had been a good experience for them. Optimus would have to personally thank Aquaformer for this when he got a chance.
Meanwhile, in the med bay, Aquaformer was rousing after having passed out for hours. Ultra Magnus wasn't by her side but Skyfire was. And she quickly noticed and shot her mate a look. "He is with our precious sparklings, love. You sparked 5" Skyfire replied to the look. Aquaformer then turned and looked away, a bit out of anger and a bit out of feeling bad. "We are sorry we weren't here when you sparked. You needed us and we failed you. Please forgive us."
She turned back towards her mate and saw the sincerity in his face and optics. Unable to respond verbally as her vocal processor wasn't back online yet, she moved her hand and rubbed his face, one of her ways she showed love when she didn't want to speak or couldn't speak. Skyfire nuzzled the hand. "Once you are able to speak, we can get you up to see the little ones and then we can name them" he told her. Aquaformer smiled, as she was happy.
Meanwhile, having brought the sleeping bots back to the base, Optimus led the way this private quarters. They were all tired and once he and Grimlock laid Lancex and Cosmos on the berth, Optimus and Grimlock curled up around the pair, with Optimus on Lancex's side while Grimlock slept next to Cosmos. It had been a wonderful night, for more than one set of mates.
