Hi, readers. I owe all of you a big apology. I realize it has been well over a year since the last update. As many of you may already know, it's been a rough two years. My father passed away in 2013, and then my computer died. My mother has health problems as well and my brother and I have to look out for her. Then the new one got a virus, and finally my work schedule has been a virtual nightmare. I, also, apologize to many of the people whom I've been reading on this site. I haven't been very good in my reviews either. However, I am now resuming my writing. I will do my best to update my stories and review the stories.
As Timmy Turner lay in bed, his mind went back over past events.
"I'm ready for this test," said A.J.
"And to that, buddy," said Timmy, "I give my congratulations."
Timmy, then. gave A.J. a handshake with his hand that had the body switcher.
The long and short of it, Timmy in "A.J.'s" body failed the test while A.J., in Timmy's body passed the test.
In other words Timmy Turner passed by cheating.
Then there was this;
Timmy playing a video game and A.J. hard at work doing "their" project.
Timmy looked up while eating some fried chicken and said,
"How's our project going, oh project partner of mine," asked Timmy?
A.J. glared at him when suddenly Timmy threw the chicken bone, apparently to hit the trash can, but it didn't; it hit the pile of books causing them to topple on top of A.J. The African American boy looked alarmed as the books collapsed around and on top of him. A.J. simply resumed his glare.
Then there was the time that a neighbor asked him, Sanjay and Elmer to move a heavy piano up the stairs. Well, Sanjay and Elmer did; Timmy sat on top of the piano, granted the buck toothed boy didn't weigh too much, but that was still extra weight adding to the burden. And Timmy didn't help matters but saying,
"Come on ladies just a few more steps"
Then there was the reality show that Timmy found out about, and the desire of Simon Sparkle to fire Cosmo and Wanda. Timmy said he wouldn't let them take Cosmo and Wanda because "Who else would poof him up some ice cream."
Timmy's mind went through this and other actions he did. Despite what A.J. said, he had done some pretty bad things to his friends. So maybe all of these horrendous things that happened to him were karma; something well deserved. In fact, Timmy looked straight at A.J. and stated,
"Come on, A.J.," said the buck toothed boy, "you know the things I've done to people; plus you have that link with me, as does Chester; you know perfectly well what a terrible person that I can be."
In the depths of Hell, Lucifer smiled with delight over Timmy's needless guilt. Needless guilt. In many instances, guilt could be a positive thing; It could cause people to choose the right thing or try to make right some mistake they made. Satan detested that type of guilt. What Timmy Turner was feeling, though, was a crippling guilt. Something that could stop him from reaching his potential. Lucifer could use some hope, too. He could tell cracks were already appearing in his master plan to destroy the three boys.
"Uh, Timmy," said Jimmy, "What do you Know?"
"That the reason, my mom and dad haven't called is that somethin' bad has happened to them," the clones eyes welled up with tears as "Timmy" continued, "Mom and Dad are never coming back and I'm gonna be alone."
That was when the clone of Timmy Turner began to bawl.
Libby frowned. It was clear she didn't expect an answer like that from Sheen.
"What are you talking about Sheen," demanded Libby, "Jimmy has been trying to find you for months. In fact, why do you think we came to Zeenu?"
"Come on, Libby," said Sheen, "don't you think I know I really don't fit in; I'm not smart like Jimmy. Even Carl is smarter than me. Plus I've been known to mess things up; like when I got that giant brain. I managed to screw up even that. Wasn't Retroville a lot quieter and calmer without me?"
"Phineas," said Perry, "What kind of danger did you think Timmy Turner was in?"
"It wasn't anything specific,..it was...,"said Phineas..."it was like..."
The triangle shaped headed boy paused.
"Like what," inquired Perry.
"Like his life was in danger," said Phineas.
A.J. was of course aware of Timmy was thinking and he remembered many of the things his best friend remembered. The young genius, though, remembered other things. Like the night they went trick or treating and stopped at the Buxaplenty's house and Mr. Buxaplenty let his guard dogs loose. Timmy had fallen behind and his friends, Chester and A.J. had abandoned him. When he caught up with them, Timmy Turner was a bloody mess. He could have been killed.
Or the time Timmy was falsely accused of shoplifting and he and Chester helped him to clear his name. They did help him, to an extent, but when faced with the cops, they pointed at Timmy and said "It was him", and promptly abandoned their best friend.
Then there was that groundhog that A.J. had given Timmy on Groundhog Day. The ground hog that tried to tear Timmy to shreds. To A.J.,'s shame, he laughed at Timmy's pain.
This was not even counting the times that A.J. had ridiculed Timmy's intellect and made his best friend. someone who was his brother, feel stupid.
"Yes, Timmy," said A.J., "I am aware of what you're thinking because of the link, and you, also, should be aware of what I'm thinking because of this link. "None of us are perfect, and we've both done things to hurt each other. For the record, I've forgiven you for the things you've done, but I think it's time for you to forgive yourself.
Okay a shorter chapter, but I wanted to get something up. It is probably not as good as other chapters I've written, but I'm trying to get the story moving again. Like I said, I apologize for the long delay and I thank my reviewers.
