Leo

I stumbled back as I looked at the giant automaton in front of me. And when I say giant, I mean it. It was almost the size of Festus standing upright.

I nervously yelled, "Um, what's with the giant robot?"

Annabeth and Percy, who were standing next to it, asked, "Leo?! How are you alive?!"

"I put the Physicians Cure into Festus, but that's beside the point! Why the giant robot?!"

"Oh..." Percy and Annabeth flinched in sync, seeming like they just realized what I was talking about.

Percy explained, "Leo, don't freak out, but this," he pointed to the robot, "is Soundwave."

I muttered, "Soundwave, yeah, Soundwave."

"And, Soundwave, this is Leo. I'm pretty sure you heard about him." Annabeth interjected.

The robot, who I guess was Soundwave, responded, "Affirmative."

"Whoa, okay. Yeah. Pft, of course the robot talks!" I sputtered.

"I am a robotic organism."

"Yeah, not much different. So, um, why, are you here?"

"I was sent here to try to find the Dreamer."

"Okay, now we're dragging a Dreamer into this, okay."

I heard Calypso say, "Leo, calm down."

"Wait, Calypso?!" Percy shouted.

"Welp, my turn to explain. See, I went to pick her up after I pulled a kamikaze, so that's where I've been. Heh..."

"Okay. I guess we've all ben busy." Annabeth interjected.

I turned my attention back to Soundwave, "So, a robotic organism? What... what's that whole deal?"

"I am from the planet Cybertron."

"Oh, cool, an alien. What's next, you got an army of minions?"

"Something like that." A pair of identical voices called out.

"Of course." I muttered as I turned to see where it came from. I saw a trio of identical humanoid robots, two vulture-looking things, and a giant jaguar.

"'Sup?" the blue humanoid asked.

"Oh, nothing. Just having a crisis."

He responded, "Ah, I see." As well, the black and red one joked, "Relatable."

"Huh. Anyways, I'm just not going to think too hard about it and pretend you're all just normal demigods! So, what are y'all's names?"

The blue one stated, "I'm Rumble, and," he pointed to the black one, "this is my twin Frenzy."

"Oh, okay. And, the birds?"

"I am Laserbeak, and this is Buzzsaw." The red-orange one responded.

"Okay... what about the cat?"

"I am Ravage." a Russian voice answered.

"Oh, okay, a robotic alien jaguar who's also Russian, yeah, not gonna question that."

"Yeah, it's probably better that way." a red humanoid spoke.

"Oh? And you are?" I asked.

The red and blue twins replied in unison, "Ugh, Enemy."

"His name is Enemy, huh? Okay."

"So!" Percy interjected, "while you're here, could you do a checkup on Soundwave?"

"Can I what now?" I asked.

"Oh, well, I just thought, since you did a great job with Festus and the Argo II, you could do a checkup on Soundwave and his minicons?"

"Oh, sure. After all, machines are my specialty! Of course, if it's alright with the giant murder-bot." I clarified, regarding his massive weapons, arm blades, and... wings, I guess?

"I suppose it could not do much harm. After all, I have heard you are quite talented with machinery, so Cybertronian anatomy should not puzzle you." Soundwave replied.

"Alright! Now, head on over to my office, please."

I walked along, heading to Bunker 9. With me gone, nobody could get it open again, so it was pretty much exactly as I left it. Along the way, people gawked at either the demigod who was supposed to be dead, me, or the giant metal robot. But, I quickly figured out that they've gotten used to Soundwave, making me the weird one. Not gonna lie, kinda stings.

Anyways, as we got to the Bunker, Percy ran off to get something from his cabin. I brushed it off as I opened the door. Inside was pretty much everything. I got to my worktable, Festus settled on his old bed, and Soundwave stood next to a giant raised platform that was conveniently just right for a medical examination bed for a giant alien.

Soundwave proposed, "Perhaps this could suffice as an examination table until I can return to a proper medical facility."

"I guess so. Now, lay down, and let Doc Valdez work his magic."

The giant war machine obliged to my surprise. I guess I expected him to not appreciate taking orders from someone he could stomp into oblivion, but he seemed polite.

As I got to the platform, I used one of those hardware store ladder platforms (you know the ones I'm talking about, right?) to get to a proper level. As I did, Soundwave gave me a piece of info that made me cringe back into childhood.

"Leo Valdez, it appears you do not have the proper software to run diagnostics on a Cybertronian."

I slapped my head while muttering words that would get earn me a bar of soap in my mouth for a year. Of course, he just had to have software. The one thing this bunker wasn't equipped for handling.

As I was about to start slamming my head on the handlebar, Percy came running in yelling, "Hold on!"

"What?" I muttered.

He clambered up the ladder and offered a silver rectangle to me, saying, "You might need this."

"What the..." I responded, before seeing a laptop with a weird-looking cord. That was when I realized Percy might have handed me a very important peice. A laptop, that runs on software, what I needed for this checkup.

"Whoa, thanks man!" I shouted in gratitude for his intervention of a concussion.

"No problem."

"Wait," Annabeth asked, "is that a laptop? Percy, how on Earth did you get that?"

Percy cringed before responding, "I'll... I'll tell you later."

I ignored it as I opened the laptop up. Inside was a card with sing-in information and a little note saying "You're welcome, Dreamer."

I used the notes to unlock the device and inmedietly saw a "Cybertronian Software Decoder" app. I thanked whatever made this and opened the app. My thanks immediately faltered as the app required a cord connection with the Cybertronian. I was about to go into a flurry of cursing until the cable that was plugged into the laptop immediately drove itself into Soundwave's arm.

He seemed to exclaim in pain ad the cord connected him to the program. Eventually, he seemed to settle as the program said "Connection Confirmed."

I quickly went to open the files, and inside I saw a flurry of info, so much that I could barely keep up. When it all loaded, I saw what had to be yottabytes of data, more than anything I've even heard of. I was about to curse my lick for having to go through all of this when I noticed a specific file. It was a file labeled, "Locked Data."

I whistled as I clicked on the file. And inside I saw a bunch of great schematics, specs, etc.

Sorry for the wait, but I slowly feel the motivation leaving my body. I may have to cut out some parts so I can actually get this finished.
