The Celestian Alliance was flying above Angel Grove when Juumba was going to test out his new skydiving gear. He let The Midnight Society, Lilo, Stitch, Sparky, and Angel be the test subjects.
"Not all at once now," Jumbaa said.
"What did he say?" David asked in confusion.
"Probably all at once," Kristen answered.
"Yes!" Jumbaa shouted, "That will do."
"But you said, 'Not all at once'." Pleakley reminded his best friend.
"Forget that, my one-eyed friend," Jumbaa replied, "This is more fun.
The Midnight Society and Lilo went into the sky diving area and jumped. The ponies went after them for safety. David and Fluttershy got Frank and David. Twilight made a shield for the other members for safety. They landed at The Angel Grove Sky Diving festival 2 days before Ryan's comet appeared. Then they saw 6 young teenagers with attitude. One was a Native American male in white, one was an African-American girl in yellow, one was a Korean-American boy in black, one was a Latino boy in red, one was a caucasian boy with white hair in blue, and one was a female with short brown hair and a pink outfit.
"Hello," greeted the male Native American skydiver, "That act was a big surprise."
"We didn't sign up for your sky diving festival." Lilo answered, "It was an accident."
"That's okay." replied the male Native American skydiver.
"I'm, "Lilo" greeted the little Hawaiian girl, "And these are my friends, "David", "Betty Ann", "Eric ", "Kristen", "Gary", "Frank" and "Kiki".
"I'm, "Tommy" greeted the male Native American skydiver, "And this is "Aisha", "Adam", "Billy", "Kimberly", and "Rocky".
Unknown to their new skydiving friends, The Mane 6 were hiding behind an ice cream truck so no one would see their existence.
"There's something familiar about them," Twilight whispered, "Princess Celestia has told me that they were part of a team."
"Has anyone seen Bulk and Skull?" asked the blue skydiver."
"They're the two guys we met at Camp Sodor." Kristen recalled, "They must've gotten kicked out for bad behavior."
"Billy," said the African-American girl in yellow, "The youth center is giving free drinks with lunch. They should be landing by now."
"You're right, Aisha," agreed Billy.

Meanwhile, on the plane, Bulk and Skull fell off the plane and landed at the construction site. They found a strange seal and opened it. On the other side of the construction site, The Celestian Alliance and The power rangers went to the construction site and found out a mysterious alien known as Ivan Ooze had escaped. From what the Power Rangers remembered, is that Ivan Ooze was once an alien alien who took control of Earth, six millenniums ago
"What are you kids doing?" a guard asked.
"We're looking for an alien creäture," Adam answered.
"Have you seen it?" Gary asked.
"Does it look something like this." the guard said as he turned into an ugly purple alien. "Allow me to introduce myself, I'm "Ivan Ooze"."
"You don't know who you're dealing with," Kimberly growled.
"We're the power rangers," Tommy said.
The Celestian Alliance was surprised to learn that the skydivers they just met. Ivan started to laugh.
"What's so funny?" Lilo asked.
"So" Ivan snarled, "Zordon and Princess Celestia had some heroes."
Ivan brought up some monsters known as, 'Oozlings'. They looked like rasta warriors from Jamaica, "Welcome to my nightmare." Ivan shouted while turning into a lightning bolt, departing from the construction site, "Bye Kids!"
"He's gone," Rocky exclaimed.
Looking down to a safer area, Billy said, "There's room down there."
"Go everyone," shouted Tommy as he fended off The Oozlings.
As they all got down to safety, a beam of heat came. He was an orange experiment with fire powers, "What is that?" Aisha asked.
"Experiment 609 a.k.a heat he can shoot heat rays," Lilo recalled.
With all of their might, they fought until there were too many Oozlings.
"It's Morphin time," shouted Tommy.
One by one, they each turned into a helmeted superhero. Kimberly turned into a pink pterodactyl hero, Billy turned into a blue triceratops hero, Rocky turned into a red tyrannosaurus hero, Adam turned into a black mastodon hero, Aisha turned into a yellow sabertooth tiger hero, and Tommy turned into a white tiger hero.
The Celestian Alliance were astonished to see their new friends were The Power Rangers. Observing the perimeters, they could see that the Oozlings were gone.
From a distance, Kiki could hear a noise coming from beneath the construction, It's coming from over there. Fortunately, the workers evacuated the site once the Oozlings attacked.
