Chapter 8: Invasion in the USJ
The students looked at the villain filing in, confused at what was just going on exactly.
"Are those robots?" asked Eijiro.
"No those are villains!" said Aizawa.
The class was shocked.
"Izuku… I don't know why but I'm really a really weird feeling." Said Nana.
"What?" asked Izuku.
"I don't know… there's something going with one of the villains." Said Nana.
"She's the only one getting these weird feelings." Explained Yoichi.
"Yeah none of us are getting either." Said Banjo.
As the ghosts were talking Shoto pointed out that whoever these villains were they were smart as they somehow knew what was going on and the fact that they had gotten the information on when the class would be held somehow.
Which was indeed very bad.
It didn't help that the alarm didn't go off which ,meant whatever caused the lights to go out meant that the alarms also went out.
"Kaminari see if you can get in touch with the school." Said Aizawa, "Thirteen get the students out of here. I'll hold them off."
"Is that a good idea?" asked Izuku, "You're quirk only works on one person at a time."
"A good hero can't be a one trick pony." Said Aizawa.
He jumped into the fray.
Izuku joined his class in evacuating the budling.
They hoarded toward the doors.
However that was when amorphous black cloud blocked the path.
It was clear he was the one who was the warper.
"Forgive our audacity. We are the League of Villains. We are here to do one thing… to kill the symbol of peace." Said the amorphous cloud.
However before he could continue his speech Katsuki jumped in an blew him up.
"Get back!" yelled Thirteen shocked that one of the students would do that.
"You're quite skilled." Said the cloud villain who was unharmed, "I should have known from the students from the best hero school.:"
Katsuki was horrified as it was clear that he just made it worse. The amorphous cloud villain got up.
"I still have a job to do… now begone!" yelled the amorphous cloud villain.
The amorphous cloud engulfed the students, however two managed to either get away or hold on. One of them was Iida who had grabbed Sato and Hagakure (who had started wearing her gym uniform after realizing that her current costume wasn't cutting it) and Shoji who had managed to grab Sero and Ojiro.
However the others…
Izuku suddenly found himself above a body of water.
He fell into the water making sure to hit the right position.
However as he landed in the water he saw a villain with a shark like quirk.
"
Sorry kid but I have a job to do!" called out the shark like villain.
Thankfully Izuku wasn't the only member of the class in there as Tsuyu swooped in and kicked the shark like villain.
She was able to help him to the surface, and he wasn't the only she sabed as Mineta was also there, she lifted Izuku to the boat and placed him gently inside with her tongue. However Mineta was slammed in.
Izuku just stared at the shortest member of the class as Tsuyu climbed into the boat.
"Thanks Tsu." Said Izuku.
Tsuyu nodded.
They all got to the edge of the boat and saw they were surrounded by villains in the water.
They also saw they were in the USJ.
"This must be the flood zone." Said Izuku.
Indeed there were many zones, one was the flood zone.
Tsuyu nodded.
"The other must be scattered around." Said Izuku.
"You worried about your girlfriends?" asked Mineta.
"Mina is my sister…" muttered Izuku with eye twitching.
Tsuyu just slapped him with her tongue .
"We need to get out of here." Said Izuku.
"But how to do we do that?" asked Mineta.
"We're going to have to fight our way thoroughly" said Izuku.
"WHAT!" yelled Mineta.
However he wasn't the only one who came to this idea.
In the landslide zone Shoto had covered the villains in that zone in ice to make sure they didn't attack.
Ochaco landed and started coughing.
She used her quirk on herself she would get nauseous.
"You okay?" asked Shoto.
Before she could answer she vomited a small amount.
"I've had worse." Said Ochaco.
Shoto noticed the small blob of rainbow goo. And he seemed to laugh a little.
"It's a weird quirk side effect… okay./.." muttered Ochaco blushing, "I heard that my grandma had a weird color quirk and we think I inherited it."
"Sorry… it's just that my dad used to tell me stories when I was little about magical creature and in the stories the gnomes had rainbow vomit." Said Shoto.
"Oh… okay..." said Ochaco.
However inside she was mentally squeeing how adorable it sounded that Enji was telling his son stories of Gravity Falls but seemingly framing them as fairy tales.
"I have to get answers before they get frostbite." Said Shoto.
Ochaco nodded.
Elsewhere in the Fire Zone which was a dome filled with burning buildings, Mina was using her acid to skate away from villains. However they all started to slip on the acid.
"How are you able to that!" yelled one of the villains.
"Lots of practice." Said Mina, "Oh by the way…"
She continued to skate using her acid knowing she had to get out of there and find the exit.
She really didn't want to use flammable acid at the moment…
Meanwhile the collapse zone, Katsuki and Eijiro were together fighting through the villains.
"FUCK! FUCK! FUCK!" yelled Katsuki as he beat up the villain.
"Hey! Don't beat yourself up!" said Eijiro as he body slammed a villain as his quirk was activated.
"I'm not!" yelled Katsuki, "I'm beating them up!"
Eijiro couldn't answer that.
"Though he was clear that Katsuki was blaming himself for this mess.
Back on the boat…
"What do you mean fight them off! We're only students! There's no way we can fight them off!" cried Mineta who was freaking out.
"We do have an advantage." Said Izuku, "They don't know what our quirks are."
"HOW CAN YOU KNOW THAT"! cried Mineta.
"No he's right." Agreed Tsuyu, "If they knew they would have sent me to the Fire Zone."
Izuku nodded.
"Exactly you even said you would be right at home in this zone." Said Izuku.
Tsuyu nodded.
"We should tell each other our quirks." Said Izuku, "I'll think I'll be able to come up with and to get us out of here."
"Well I can do whatever a frog does." Said Tsuyu, "I can climb on walls, I can stretch out of my tongue I can secrete a poisonous mucus but it only stings a little, also I can do some stuff to my stomach but it's not useful."
Izuku nodded.
"I have a quirk that lets me use suer strength." Said Izuku, "I can use it as full power otherwise I break my bines, Though I can use more than 10 percent without my gear. Also there's other aspects to the my quirks I have yet to find or don't want to talk about."
Tsuyu nodded in agreement.
"I remember reading that a frog cleans it's stomach by vomits it out." Said Yoichi.
Izuku flinched he heard the other ghosts groan at him.
"No one wanted to know that!" yelled the second.
Mineta sighed knowing he would have to explain it.
He ripped off one of his hair balls and stick to the walls of the ship he began to slap them they appeared to be bouncy.
"I can rip them off." Said Mineta, "They stick to everything but me, I just bounce right off. Also if I pull off too many, my scallop start to bleed."
The two stared at him.
"See! You're judging me." Cried Mineta.
"No offense but why do you even want to be a hero?" asked Tsuyu.
"So I can get a bunch of beautiful girls after me!" cried Mineta.
"Seriously." Said Tsuyu.
"Look I know my quirk sucks! There's a reason why I don't want to fight!" cried Mineta, "We're all going to die!"
"No you can. Be useful for capture and trapping." Said Izuku, "I mean you can easily arrest villains by sticking them to the ground. You wouldn't be a top hero but I think if you work on yourself you can be a good one."
Mineta claimed down a little.
'You're the first person to say something like to me…" said Mineta.
Tsuyu flinched as he actually sounded genuine in that.
"Yeah, I'm a quirk nerd and growing up I always figured out the best way to use a quirk in hero work…" said Izuku.
"I'm still scared though…" said Mineta.
"It's okay to be scared." Said Izuku, "I'm sure if I haven't been through a lot I would be scared right now."
"What have you been through that makes you not scared." Said Tsuyu.
"You don't want to know." Said Izuku with a very haunted look.
Neither one answered.
And then some hit the ship and it was clear the boat started to sank .
"WE'RE ALL GOING TO DIE!" cried Mineta.
He began to freak out and toss his hair balls into the water.
Izuku watched him do it,. But none of the balls hit the villains who weren't sure what they were and didn't let any of them near them.
"That it!" said Izuku, "I have a plan! Remembered what I just said… I have the perfect plan to trap all of them!"
"You do,." Said Mineta.
Izuku nodded and he told them the plan.
And so Mineta began to throw all of the balls he could in the water.
Thankfully Izuku had the full guilted on him just in case and activate one on .
It was the one of him left arm so when he unleashed the punched her couldn't help but tell out "LEFT HOOK!"
The air from the punch created a crater in the surface of the water. Which the remain water soon refilled dragging all of the villains and hairballs in.
While this was happening Tsuyu grabbed Izuku while she held onto Mineta and jumped away as all of the villains were captured and defeated.
"Look like we cleared the flood zone." Said Tsuyu.
As they jumped away they didn't know was that would be the easy part…
After all the real villains in the center of it had more going on.
Namely a horrifying tie to someone… and the other… well let's just say Izuku's expertise in the paranormal would be able to figure it out.
Next Time: Izuku, Tsuyu and Mineta makes they're way to the main plaza. However Izuku realizes something about one of the villains... something quite horrible, meanwhile Nana gets a strange feeling from the leader of the villains. What will happen? Find out next time!
