The old Freddys place had been cleared out already, but Phil had discovered that there was a hidden room by the bathrooms through a sophisticated source (google).
Now Dean and his brother (Ricky) had to go check this supposed secret room out. He groaned as he drove to the place in the storage truck Phil had for some reason, his younger brother in the passenger seat. "This is stupid."
Ricky glanced over at his older brother, unsurprised he was complaining. "Look man, Phil did have a point."
"What point?" Dean muttered.
"We got to find one of the robots." Ricky explained, "Otherwise one of us'll prolly need to dress up," Ricky folded his arms, "Which would stink." he says matter-of-factly.
"Eh," Dean voices, "I guess."
They sat in silence for a moment, eventually Dean spotted the place, right where it always was, being a building and all. Its walls peeling, the neon sign off, and the large Freddy cutout above the sign covered in cracks, bits and pieces falling off.
"We're here," Dean says as he parks the truck by the restaurant. "Let's get this over with."

"So, it's right here?" Ricky asks, pointing to the supposed hidden door.
"Think so," Dean says, "Hand me the sledge hammer." Ricky does this, and Dean takes it, promptly smashing into the wall.

Ricky looks around, there was a hidden room, but it wasn't much so far, some old arcade machines and a shelf, he goes and examines the shelves. He finds some old tapes, they could probably use these, maybe play them in the Fright?
"Dude, look." Dean says quietly pointing his flashlight somewhere out of Ricky's view. Ricky follows the beam and sees it. An animatronic. Ricky examines it, its fur was almost green, but looks like it was yellow. It had long ears, but one seemed to be missing the top half, it looks like it's supposed to be a rabbit. It was covered in holes, its feet literally just the metal insides. "Ho-ly cow." Ricky breathed, putting extra emphasis on each syllable of 'holy'.
Dean and Ricky stared for a while before saying, in unison, "We found one."
—-
"Alright, find anything, like, good?" Phil asked as Dean and Ricky hopped out of the storage truck.
"See for yourself." Dean grinned as he pointed to the back of the storage truck as Ricky opened it. Ricky walked inside as Phil helped with the ramp, as Ricky walked out, with a dolly carrying an animatronic. They found one!
"Wicked, dudes!" Phil exclaimed, clapping his hands together multiple times. "Was it where I said it would be?" He smirked at Dean. Dean groaned. So it was.
Phil examined it. It was tall, which was good, short things are much harder to be scared of. The actual body of the thing worked wonders, it looked like it was rotting. Probably because it was. Then the best part, the grin. It looked like it was constantly smiling, which is perfect. "This is perfect!" Phil exclaims gesturing to the rotting robot rabbit. "But," he says, "What do we call it?"
The trio start pondering, Phil noticing a spring gutting out of the things torso, like it wanted to leave, but was trapped. Wait. Spring. Trapped. "What about 'The Springtrap'?"
—-
As Phil explained the names origins, something watched the 3 (or rather '4') people intently. It was simultaneously confused and impressed at the fact they had found him. It was also dreading the moment it had to talk to the newly dubbed 'Springtrap'.
Tonight, it thought.
Tonight.

Ding.
Hudson pulled out his phone, he was currently sitting in the local library, the place that he always went when he needed to calm his mind. He read the text.
'Yo dude, we found one, in a hidden room in the old freddys downtown, check it out.'
He opened the attached image and he felt cold for a moment. It was horrifying. He quickly closed the image and sighed. He was not looking forward to spending the night alone with that in the building, but he needed this job. He stood up and started to walk out the door, nearly walking into someone on the way.
They both apologized profusely, Hudson noticing it was a girl. "Wait a second, I know you." the girl stated, "You're that Hudson guy, right?"
He looked at her incredulously, she noticed and said, "We went to school together, I'm Faith." They shook hands.

Springtrap was brought into the building and placed by the entrance, standing up.
It eyed him wearily, but people were around. It would've sighed if it still had lungs. Tonight. It'll do it tonight.
It realized the guard may be a problem, but then reasoned that if he tried anything… Well, he didn't seem like he could run very fast.

Hudson checked his watch, and did a double take.
"Sorry, my shift starts soon." He told Faith.
They said their goodbyes and Hudson walked to the Fright for the second time, feeling happy despite everything.
